Elliot Grey was born to parents who were gone the moment he came into existence, forcing him into an orphanage. He lived, hoping that he could do good by people, trying his best to be kind to everyone he comes across, a choice which backfired completely and ended with him slowly but surely becoming a cynical, uncaring, practically heartless bully.
But this all changed one day, the day he got his skull caved in by several jerks with a bat in an effort to save someone (a decision which even he didn't know why he made, maybe it was instinct). That someone took him home in a hope to repay him (by bandaging him up, get your mind out of the gutter.), but it seemed... reality had other plans.
Elliot was forced into a place known as the "Spirit World", a place where people's creations, personality, and their very essence come to life. Yet, above all else, it unlocks their hidden connection to the very fabric of existence, whether it be fire, air, ice, or in Elliot's case, the living lightning within.
With new powers and a second chance, Elliot took a shot, and fought with everything he's got; defeating mafia members, mythical monsters, and even the fallen emperor Balor. Yet, most importantly of all, he learned to open up and finally realised that he wasn't, and never truly was alone.
Abilities[]
Living Lightning: Elliot is the very embodiment of electricity, his body constantly absorbing and using up the surrounding energy to heal up wounds and slowly but surely boost his power. He can discharge lightning as either bolts, beams, or even rockets, and can engulf/charge up parts of his body with electricity. He can create minor constructs (mostly just shapes and basic objects) out of electricity, his favorite being a disc that he uses as both a surfboard and a shield, Static Shock Style! He has minor electromagnetic control, which allows him to control and manipulate metallic items, whether it be levitating them, stopping them in place, transmuting them into other objects, or just straight up tearing them apart. This also allows him to feel the electro-magnetic field of objects around him, making him exceptionally aware of his surroundings. Finally, and most impressively, he can transform into and move as fast as a bolt of lightning, allowing him to zip zop and zap around the battlefield, moving at the speed of lightning and becoming basically intangible for a small amount of time (think Ruby Rose's semblance).
Skilled Swordsman: Elliot is strangely exceptional with sword-fighting, and fighting in general, using a mix of fencing, kali, boxing, and street fighting, making him quite skilled in battle. Yet, his best ability is how he's able to adapt and improvise against almost anything thrown at him, even the demon Balor, whose had thousands of years of experience, which he beats in a one-on-one fight to the death (albeit, a slightly weaker and mortal version of Balor).
Above Average Durability: Elliot has taken a lot of punishment, even before he gained his powers he's been beaten and broken by a baseball bat, only to get right back up, after a few minutes of feeling sorry for himself that is. After starting his adventures, the punishment only got worse, as he's been stabbed, jabbed, slammed and smashed by a bunch of things, most impressively being that time he was hit by a robot minotaur, which is like getting hit by a full-on dump truck going at 450 mph, and which only knocked him out for a day or two and cracked a few ribs.
Superhuman Healing: Elliot can heal most injuries when near power sources, but it usually depends how truly abundant the energy stored within it is, think Cole Macgrath from inFAMOUS. This also means that he's not only immune to electricity, but straight-up energised by it.
Equipment[]
Twin Sabers: Elliot's main weaponry is a pair of sabers which are strapped to his side. Created from Oddysium Metal, a light but practically invincible material, they are great conductors of electricity and are strong and sharp enough to cut cleanly through stone and even most metals. They can still be broken, but it takes an exceptional amount of force.
Blood Crystals: Crystals that are filled with Hydra's blood, which, when an electrical current is passed through it, basically explodes with a symphony of fire.
Bag of Batteries: A tiny sack filled with several AAA Batteries, providing him with a steady supply of power.

Strength[]
- Sliced a column of marble clean in half using the Oddysium swords.
- With an electrically charged fist, broke through hydra scales (which are basically as hard as iron).
- Casually knocked a person unconscious.
- With the help of a teammate, he knocked over a gigantic temple wall.
- Knocked over a 320 lb. boulder, which he then cut in half a couple minutes after using the Oddysium swords.
- Could exert enough force to knock the 27,000 lb. Minotaur backwards (about two meters, before it proceeded to pummel him into the ground).
Speed & Agility[]
- Can turn into, and move as fast as: a bolt of lightning (which is 1/3 the speed of light).
- Dodged point blank gunfire by transforming into a lightning bolt.
- Used his static surf-board to block a hale of daggers falling from the sky.
- Reacted fast enough to stop a shuriken in mid-air.
- Dodged all of Balor's tendrils, telekinetic arrows, spears, swords, and knives.
- With the use of his lightning bolt form, was able to move so fast it seemed like there was an army of him.
- With the use of his lightning bolt form, his movement was practically blinding.
- With the use of his lightning bolt form, somehow out-sped an arrow that went as fast as a gust of wind.
Durability[]
- Before he gained his superhuman abilities, took several beatings by multiple men with baseball bats and only retained a few wounds and bruises.
- Was rammed and slammed into several concrete walls by the 27,000 lb. Robot Minotaur and only retained a few broken ribs and was rendered unconscious for a couple days.
- Has been stabbed and shot several times but simply brushed it off.
- Was engulfed by a flamethrower but retained only minor burns.
- In several instances, been hit by several explosions from a number of weapons, which include: Grenades, rockets, Robot Dragon fireballs, and explosive arrows (and occasionally brushing them off).
- Was frozen alive.
Skill[]
- Skilled enough to pick up sword fighting with only a few (specifically six) months of training.
- Could easily defeat mafia members, armed soldiers, and both natural and robotic mythical creatures.
- Singlehandedly defeated Balor, a being who had thousands of years of experience, by simply winging it (to be fair, Balor had been weakened and turned mortal by this point).
- Singlehandedly defeated a tiny army of demonic soldiers (though, this took all his energy).
Raw Power[]
- Able to call upon storms, thunderous tornadoes, and even discharge a huge, blinding explosion of lightning.
- Can create a thunderclap so strong and loud it was able to deafen several people and shatter every window of a three story office building.
- His electricity blasts are basically lightning bolts, if not slightly weaker.
- When pushed to his limit, could generate an electromagnetic field strong enough to lift and keep buildings afloat, which he could toss around with medium to high effort.
- At his weakest, was still basically a walking transformer.
- At his strongest, could generate as much energy as four powerplants going at top efficiency.
- Blew through a small army of demonic soldiers using a gigantic beam of lightning, which drained him to the point of exhaustion.
- Overcharged an office building's transformer so much that it short-circuited and even blew up every electrical appliance inside.
- Could create an electric forcefield so strong that it stood against Balor's full-powered blast, which was basically a nuke. Though, this rendered him in a one week coma.
- Discharged a blast of energy so strong that shattered Balor's illusionary world like it was made of paper.
- With an electrically-charged first, punched a tank of water so hard that all the water within had evaporated (though, it was already at boiling point).
- He can regenerate severed/missing limbs, but it takes a lot of power to do.
Weaknesses[]
Monophobia: Elliot is deathly afraid of being alone, to a point where he can be easily overwhelmed if overcome by feelings of loneliness, which most enemies can take advantage of. This also renders him with an inferiority complex standing under the guise of a superiority complex, usually ending with him making brash and unwise decisions, paired with his easily provoked personality, making him easily taken advantage of.
Only Human: Elliot is still only human, superhuman, yes, but his powers can only take him so far. Not only that, but his powers are generally limited, and have to be recharged every once in awhile or else he'll be left drained and exhausted.

History[]
Enji Todoroki, the (current) greatest hero of all, wannabe symbol of peace, and the Flame Hero Endeavor. He holds many titles, and has fought many battles, but above that, he's had several children... and he's horrible at taking care of ANY of them. Thus, this brings us to his oldest son, Toya Todorkoki, Codename: Dabi.
Originally trained to become Endeavor's heir before his training was abandoned. The pressure, pain, and straight up abuse drove Toya insane, making him fake his death and eventually join the League of Villains, before becoming one of the Nine Lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front on his ongoing quest to not only defeat, but completely overwhelm his father and his successor/youngest brother: Shoto Todoroki.
Abilities[]
Cremation: Dabi's Quirk, which discharges a bright blue flame from his body. It's strong enough to burn cities, turn people to ash, and in general is the strongest variation of any "Fire" quirks in the Todoroki family, even surpassing Endeavor's Hellflame. He can use it to propel himself (essentially mimicking flight), release it in devastating blasts that can severely damage even the strongest of heroes, and probably much more.
Exceptional Skill and Power: He's no slouch either, not only was he trained by pros (well... for a time, then he kinda went insane), but he's exceptionally physical powerful. He's fast enough to blitz his younger brother Todoroki, who can react and even counter Kaminari's lightning, overpower several Pro Heroes (including Endeavor, who he could've killed with Prominence Burn if it weren't for Best Jeanist), is a pretty good tactical thinker.

Dabi isn't exactly a physical fighter, and doesn't have much physical striking feats.

- Could tag and take out Todorki.
- His fire was so fast that Midoriya, Todoroki, and Shoji were barely able to react, with Shoji and Midoriya unable to get out of its range.
- Was able to catch Mr. Compress' marbles.
- Could keep up with a damaged Hawk.
- With his flames, could tag a weakened Hawk.
Durability[]
- Blocked an attack from Aizawa, who can scale to Knuckle Duster.
- Withstood an attack from Gran Torino (though it knocked him unconscious, likely since it was a direct strike to the head).
- Exceptional at withstanding fire-based Attacks, including Endeavor's Prominence Burn.
Raw Power[]
- His fire is always blue, meaning that it burns at about 2,600 to 3,000 F.
- Can casually torch several people into nothing, burn off one of Hawk's wings, and burn someone so badly that the pain becomes almost indescribable.
- Overpowered Geten's ice, which destroyed an city block just to show his power, and could get so cold that most fires couldn't melt it.
- His fire is stronger than Endeavor's and Shoto's (which can destroy city blocks, and even burn enemies close to All Might's level, who can take several city block destroying attacks).
Weaknesses[]
Low Constitution: Inheriting his mother's constitution, he can't really take as much as he can give. His flames can burn him with prolonged uses, and most directly physical attacks are more than enough to knock him out.
Pre-Fight[]
Elliot takes a step into the now-evacuated Musutafu city, the street-lamps around him slowly flickering as the surrounding area slowly but surely gets cloaked in the shroud of night. He quietly takes note of the surrounding area, mostly just noticing the fact that the city still had power... for some reason. This entire situation was strange to him, being hired by pro heroes to make sure that there weren't any survivors trapped in the city wasn't the issue, it was the warning... be wary of a burnt man? What does that mean?
Yet, before he could drift any further into his thoughts, he felt a sudden disturbance in the surroundings: someone was nearby. In a flash of light, he immediately zips atop a nearby building to search for the source, when suddenly, a blue wave of heat flies towards him from the streets below! He reacts just in time to create an electromagnetic disc, shielding himself from the bombardment of fire before zipping towards his attacker.
"Heya friend!" He shouts as he appears from the bolt, slamming the heel of his boot into Dabi's face and knocking him backward! Elliot lands on his feet before drawing his sword and immediately aiming at Dabi, "So... you're the one the pros sent to take care of me?" The Villain asks, "Not exactly, I was simply asked to make sure there isn't anyone hanging around here, complete the evacuation essentially. You're... secondary." Elliot explains, this news immediately ticking off his foe as he leaps towards him, his hands burning blue! "Then let me make myself worth your time!"
FIGHT![]
Elliot is immediately shot backward by a blast of fire, tossing him into a diner. He gets up, dodging another burst of flame and jumping behind a counter, the soles of his shoes sticking to the wall with the help of his static cling. "O-kay, take two, let's deal those cards again." Elliot immediately avoids another firey attack, jumping toward Dabi and slashing him in the chest, followed by a swift kick to the temple. Dabi bites his tongue, immediately reacting with another whirlwind of fire, which Elliot avoids entirely as his body transforms into a lightning bolt, splitting in half before reconnecting and turning whole; allowing Elliot to deal an electric punch directly into his back, smashing him through the back wall!
Dabi stops his acceleration with a jet of fire propelling from his hands, rocketing him upward onto an adjacent rooftop. "Awe, you running away already? C'mon! We're not even past the halfway point!" He taunts before, KABOOM! An inferno erupts from the Villain's hand, engulfing and devastating the diner in an instant! "Haha, sucker!" Elliot shouts as his body reforms behind him as he slams the hilt of sword into Dabi's skull, immediately followed by a knee to the forehead and two slashes to the chest, blood immediately billowing out of Dabi's wounds, as a metallic taste starts to stain his tongue. "How... annoying." Dabi mutters before punching him in the face with a blazing fist, tossing Elliot into a theatre! He looks towards the newly-made hole, peering into the smoke that rises out from the damage before suddenly, several metal pipes wrap around his knees and pull him downward into an apartment building! As Dabi slams into the ground, an electric punching glove whacks him in the face, forcing him to the wall! Suddenly, several metal and electronic objects zoom off their place and slam into him, practically crushing him as the electricity radiating off of it sparks more and more!
"Hmph. Fine then, you really want to die? Then burn, you brat." Dabi says as fire explodes from his body, blowing up the apartment as fire engulfs the rest of the complex! "Where are you hiding, coward?" Suddenly, static radiates off his coat's back, as he turns around just in time to block a beam of lightning, tearing apart his sleeves and tossing him into a wall! Dabi stands up, his eyes burning with anger as Elliot smiles, "Oh! Did ya like that outfit of yours? Gomen-a-fucking-sorry!" He says with a smile as his surroundings burst with life, before all the electricity shoots into his body, powering him right up!
Both launch themselves forward, Dabi dodging a strike from Elliot, only to be hit by the back-swing of an electrically charged kick. He turns around, launching a burst of fire into his foe's chest, tossing him further into the burning building. Elliot pulls out several red gems, tossing it forward before transforming into lightning and passing through each of them before returning to his physical form, with the gems immediately erupting into a symphony of fire, tossing Dabi backward towards him! Elliot catches Dabi by the face, slamming him to the ground before wailing on him with more electrical punches! Dabi feels his head slowly but surely sink deeper and deeper into the concrete, and reacts with a direct blast to Elliot's chest, knocking him into the air!
Elliot outstretches his hand, as several static swords form around him and speed towards Dabi, who counters with a wave of fire before following it up with a second blast, an attack which Elliot blocks with an electromagnetic forcefield that immediately discharges a hale of arrows! Dabi propels himself upward with another jet-like flame from his palms, just barely avoiding the arrows before being hit by the blast radius as the arrows explode with an static spark!. Elliot lands, placing his hands on the ground as he starts to drain electricity from the surrounding area, which Dabi immediately takes as an opportunity to discharge a humongous blast of fire, which torches the street in an instant! Elliot is engulfed, feeling his skin start to scorch as pain slowly but surely overwhelms him! Elliot grits his teeth as the heat starts to become unbearable, quickly snapping his fingers as a loud thunderous noise rings out from his destination! Several windows shatter around them as Dabi deafens in an instant, a loud ringing filling his hearing before he feels a stabbing sensation coupled with a taser-like shock, as Elliot stabs him through the chest, and follows up with a barrage of fist-shaped constructs to the face; knocking him into the city square!
Dabi stands up, wiping the blood from his mouth as more fire starts to engulf his surroundings, "I hate you." Elliot's laugh rings out through the city streets as electricity starts to surround Elliot like tesla coils. "What? Can't handle the heat?" He says with a smile, as the metal objects around them start to glow yellow, zooming towards Dabi at high-speeds, before fire explodes from his body, engulfing the entire city block in an inferno! "I will end you like the trash you are. Come on kid, let's tango in hell, shall we?" He says as his body is engulfed in flames!
Elliot is immediately engulfed by a whirlwind of fire, before countering with a burst of electricity, pushing back any fire from getting any further. "Challenging a king are we? Alright then, I like your spirit!"
Demondice - You're An Ace, Kid
Elliot zooms forward, thrusting his fist towards the burning villain only to be stopped by a kick to the temple! Dabi continues by launching several rockets of fire towards his foe, who bobs and weaves through each of them before rocketing upwards, blocking a blast of fire with an electromagnetic shield that transmutes into several balls of electricity, immediately barreling towards the firey fiend as justice rains from above! FOOM! A gyser of fire overpowers the ballistas of lightning, which is then challenged by a lightning bolt that strikes the ground, tossing Dabi backward and forming a crater in the place it landed! Elliot lands atop an office building, outstretching his hand as his sabers come flying towards him, with Dabi clutching onto one and using it as a way to get to his level! Elliot grabs his free sword before blocking a swing from his foe and reacting with a thrust of his own. Dabi just barely dodges his the attack as he goes for another slash, this time aimed at the stomach, only for Elliot to transform into electricity just in time, the sword passing through his body as the light emitted blinds Dabi just long enough for Elliot to roundhouse him to the edge of the building!
Elliot quickly zips to the wall Dabi's backed against, using his static electricity to cling his feet to the concrete, as he grabs Dabi by the collar and smashes him into the wall, sending him tumbling down the building! Dabi slams his feet into an air conditioner, emitting flames to weld his boots to the structure: allowing him to stand along the building's side just like Elliot. "I'm ending this farce! Die like the scum you are!"
"PROMINENCE FLAME!"
He shouts at the top of his lungs as fire erupts from his body! Elliot reacts just in time, forming a forcefield around him as the only sight he can see past being the blue blazing inferno that attempts to engulf him. The shield starts to grow warmer and warmer, as the exhaustion starts to catch up, and his body starts to tire out. "Shit... come on... not now!" He mutters desperately, "Screw it... This'll end one way or another."
"So let's roll that dice and draw that final card!"
And with a shout, there is a sudden city-wide blackout as all the power is immediately diverted to Elliot! With a burst of lightning, he overpowers Dabi's blast, destroying the metal keeping him stuck to the wall! Elliot aims his hands, his entire body crackling with the essence of lightning, as the star on the back of his coat shines a bright yellow!
"SHOW ME YOUR HAND, BABY!"
KRAKAKOOM! Elliot lets it all out, as a humongous eruption of lightning engulfs the Villain entirely, his screams immediately being drowned out by the sound of a thunderous roar as the electricity burns his body and tears it apart with immense electromagnetic power, wiping him out completely!

As the dust settles, Elliot's body finally gives in. With the small amount of energy he has left, he slows his descent, before finally falling unconscious the moment he lands; the last sight he sees being the flames slowly but surely receding, as he finally takes a long-overdue nap.
Conclusion![]
Well... that's one way to put out a flame.
This fight's outcome may have seemed obvious, but Dabi still held a pretty solid chance. He had more experience and proper training compared to Elliot, and his raw power on average trumped his, and he has even consistently fought much tougher enemies! But... Elliot has a counter for each. He's definitely faster then Dabi, even if the villain has been able to blitz Todoroki and keep up with Tokoyami (Kaminari's lightning is a lot more like that of a Tesla Coil's, which is much slower compared to the natural lightning Elliot transforms into, which can go up to 220 Billion miles an hour, or 1/3 the speed of light), and the invulnerability he gains with it is pretty damn nifty too. He also holds the strength advantage, but definitely not the durability advantage.
Early in his career, Elliot was hit by the robot Minotaur going at top speeds, or at least... the top speed of most cars. The average top speed of most cars is approximately 150 mph, that coupled with its weight (27,000 lbs.) this wound mean he's tanking about 4,185,000 joules of force. According to a calculation, Aizawa's punch should be about 0.75 tons of TNT, or 3,138,000,000 joules of force, which is way more then what Elliot can take. But... Elliot, when taken to his strongest, has about 8 gigawatts of power within him (a single large power plant produces about 2 gigawatts of electricity. Since his strongest so far has been worth four large powerplants working at max efficiency, this would mean he's had 8 gigawatts of electricity within), which is about 6883.36 tons of tnt. Even if we were to he was to absorb about one powerplant's worth of energy (which is way less then a city), that would still be 1721.84 tons of tnt, still WAY more then anything Dabi has taken. By the way, most lightning bolts hold about 5 billion joules of energy (sure, in a concentrated space, but that is still a damn lot of energy), even if we were to say his lightning bolts are an eigth as strong, that is still 625,000,000 joules of energy (or 16.59 tons of tnt), again, WAY MORE than anything Dabi can take, and Elliot can discharge lightning bolts at will, and summon lightning storms (and aim the lightning created by those storms). By the way, this isn't actually his limit, in fact he doesn't really have one, it's just that this is the most energy he's absorbed so far, meaning that it's possible that he could be way more powerful.
Elliot was a better tactician, being able to defeat Balor in a one-on-one fight, who again, has thousands of years of experience on him. His equipment was way better, and his powers had a lot more options. Dabi's fire, at its max, can damage foes who have durability similar to All Might's. According to a calculation, that should be about 26,351,383,044,000 Joules of force. Elliot's forcefield was able to take max-powered blast from Balor, which is as strong as a nuclear warhead. Even at its lowest, that should still be 62,760,000,000,000 joules of force. This means that anything Dabi could dish out, Elliot could block, dodge, or just straight up overpower. Finally, both still had human anatomy and human weaknesses, combined with the fact that Dabi could only use his power for so long before his weak constitution got the best of him, Elliot could simply stay out of his range and just keep himself in the lightning bolt form (which again, renders him invulnerable as long as he's moving) until Dabi faltered, and take him out with stab to the heart, an explosion, or just zip through his heart as a lightning bolt.
Extra thing, because of the fact that he always has five AAA batteries with him, and there's electricity everywhere, especially in cities where they'd most probably fight: Elliot is always absorbing energy and always getting stronger and healing wounds as time goes on.
In the end, Elliot could get through the fire and the flames to deal Dabi a shocking end.
