History[]

Elec Man was created by Dr. Thomas Light for the purpose of controlling the voltage outputted by nuclear power plants. He was kidnapped along with five (seven in Powered Up) other Robot Masters by Light's old partner, Dr. Albert Wily, and reprogrammed to serve him.
