Description[]

Fate/Stay Night vs. Fate/Zero. warriors and vigilantes ruined after trying everything for one goal.

Introduction[]

Wiz: In 2004, Fate/Stay Night premiered for the first time. introducing us to all the healthy grail wars and starting with a great saga.

Boomstick: And with these new deliveries came new Servants for each one, as well as characters of all kinds. and tragic heroes have not been the exception.

Wiz: As the Archer Class servant.EMIYA Shiro.

Boomstick: and The Berserker Class Servant. Lancelot, He is Wiz and I am Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and abilities to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Archer (EMIYA)[]

Wiz: The Holy Grail War. Held once every two years, a Belico event of conflict and strife gives wizards the opportunity to claim the holy grail that grants any wish. But they can't do it alone.

Boomstick: That's why their heroic spirits, better known as Servants, are summoned from a collection of heroes and villains from historical myths.

Wiz: Rin Tosaka was one of those mages in the Fifth Holy Grail War. Determined to succeed where her father failed, Rin summoned her own heroic spirit to her side. And she had no idea who he was.

Boomstick: As he found out later, it turns out that he was actually the future version of his classmate and Holy Grail participant, Shirou Emiya.

Wiz: Who was nearly killed in the aftermath of the Fourth Holy Grail War, where the destruction of the grail caused a powerful fire that devastated the entire city of Fuyuki, burning away Shirou's original life. He was later rescued by the Magus Killer, Kiritsugu Emiya, who took care of him like a son until the day he died.

Boomstick: Kiritsugu's presence instilled a strong desire within Young Shirou to be a Hero of Justice. So when the collective consciousness of the World offered to turn him into a Heroic Spirit, I had no hesitation in accepting.

Wiz: Well, Emiya wasn't technically a Heroic Spirit, at least not yet. He was a counter guardian. In other words, their duty is to maintain the balance of the world, for example, avoiding wars that would cause greater devastation, which generally involved many murders.

Boomstick: And because of that, Emiya was eventually captured and executed, becoming a more fitting Heroic Spirit. Wiz: Until the time came when Rin would summon him for the Holy Grail War as the Archer class.

Boomstick: Wait, why the Archer class?

Wiz: Let me explain. the past and legend of a Heroic Spirit is what determines which class they will be summoned to. For example, the witch Medea is a Caster, the spear-wielding Cu Chulainn is a Lancer, and due to Excalibur legend, King Arthur is a Saber Class. It's also about summoning the desired class first, as there can only be one Servant class for each war, unless some kind of irregularity is taken advantage of. EMIYA himself qualifies as an Archer due to his prodigy-level skill with a bow in life, but he also qualifies for the Caster, Berserker, and Assassin classes. In fact, he had to be summoned as an Archer due to Rin missing the window of opportunity for a different class.

Boomstick: Not that this was a problem though, because EMIYA is a freaking genius with the Archer class.

Qualities

• Superhuman attributes

• Supernatural luck

• Accelerated healing (Via Excalibur sheath)

• Marksmanship

• Independent Action (Allows you to operate without a teacher for a full day).

Magic resistance (Cancels spells used against him).

Clairvoyance (exceptional view)

mind's eye (False) (Observe opponents to predict their next move).

Wiz: Thanks to the Archer class upgrades, EMIYA is a master marksman, capable of hitting targets tens of kilometers away. This is aided by his clairvoyance ability, which grants him exceptional eyesight.

Boomstick: Despite the name, it doesn't actually allow him to see into the future, it's just so far away. That ability is reserved more for the mind's eye, which allows him to observe opponents in the midst of the fight so he can adapt to them and plan his next moves. He does this by deliberately leaving holes in his defenses during a duel so he can control the direction of an opponent's attack.

Wiz: That's how he's able to fight technically superior Servants, despite having some of the lowest rankings in the Fifth War. Despite that, he is still quite powerful, with superhuman speed, strength, and durability, and even possesses a small degree of supernatural luck.

Boomstick: But an archer wouldn't be much if he didn't have a bow to shoot with. And he doesn't use ordinary arrows, !!!he uses the fucking swords of other Servants!!!.

Armory

• Bend down (Launches Noble Phantasms)

Unlimited sheet jobs (Spawn of any observed Noble Phantasms) (You can create a reality marble filled with weapons)

Kansho and Bakuya (Short tracking time)

Caladbolg II (Spin space to pierce any target).

Hunting (Guided projectiles)

Rho Aias (Seven-layer shield)

calliburn (Powerful energy blasts)

Durandal (indestructible sword).

harp (Inflicts wounds that cannot be healed unnaturally).

Wiz: EMIYA can create a number of replicas of these weapons thanks to his own Noble Phantasm, Unlimited Blade Worlds, from which he can theoretically create any weapon he has observed. By overloading them with mana, the mystical energy that all living things possess, he can turn them into Broken Phantasms, which have slightly more strength.

Boomstick: Caladbolg II can pierce any target by bending time and space, Hrunting is a series of aimed shots, Harpe is a scythe that leaves wounds that don't heal unless they heal naturally, meaning no magic no healing potions, and Durandal is directly indestructible. Oh, and he has a multi-layered magical shield called Rho Aias.

Wiz: He can probably use them for close range fights as well, you know, like real swords, just like his twin Kanshou and Bakuya blades. Despite their low rank as weapons, they take very little time to summon or track, and can be hardened with a simple spell, making them, and thus himself, very reliable in battle. But when he wants to unleash the full power of Unlimited Blade Works, all he needs to do is chant a mantra and unleash a Reality Marble, filled to the brim with weapons to bombard any enemies trapped inside.

Boomstick: EMIYA has gone toe-to-toe with various Heroic Spirits despite them having superior stats than his in the speed, strength, and luck departments.

Wiz: Including Hercules, summoned as a Berserker Class and who can return from the dead 12 times.

Boomstick: And EMIYA killed him six times. And in order to take down Hercules, he had to be stabbed with a sword that was comparable in power to Excalibur.

Wiz: According to some sources, Excalibur can handle a power of about 3 gigatons of TNT. And even though this sword was created directly by Shirou, Archer's past self, it's likely he can do it too, since they're the same person and the concept of time for Heroic Spirits isn't linear like ours.

Boomstick: This is also why he should have in his possession the Excalibur scabbard, given to an injured Shirou by Kiritsugu, which allows him to heal from near-fatal wounds.

Wiz: Speaking of Shirou, his own Unlimited Blade Works are capable of firing blades with speeds that match those coming out of Gilgamesh's Gates of Babylon, which are fast enough to keep up with Enkidu's chains. But while EMIYA is an exceptional spirit, he still has his universal weakness of requiring a mana source from a master to exist and spawn weapons, though his Independent Action class ability allows him to operate for a full day without mana.

Boomstick: Whether playing people like chess in a ploy to undo their own existence or sticking jabs like Gilgamesh from afar, EMIYA has certainly become a valuable asset in any Holy Grail War.

EMIYA: Although destiny is already written, I will change it for a better one

Lancelot (Berkserker).[]

Wiz: Of all the members of the Knights of the Round, loyal to their country and to King/Queen Artoria Pendragon, none was more skilled and respected than Sir Lancelot.

Boomstick: Don't let his more negative portrayals in other media like King Arthur's Adventures fool you, Lancelot was the most heroic knight you can imagine. Too bad he lost everything because of a woman.

Wiz: And of all the many ladies he could surely have gotten, the one he slept with was Queen Guinevere of Artoria herself.

Boomstick: But Artoria's a woman...

Wiz: Well, I think you may have answered your own question there. When you have to be the consort of someone with whom you don't have a compatible orientation, then you probably feel frustrated. And he wants a way to vent those frustrations. Hence her romance with Lancelot.

Boomstick: And it's actually implied that Lancelot had a crush on Artoria the whole time. It was a drama of the grandest order and even led to the downfall of Britain when the murder of his fellow knights to rescue Guinevere from the executioner resulted in a civil war that caused the UK to erupt into bloody conflict.

Wiz: The conflict even claimed the life of Artoria herself and Lancelot fell into madness as his sins went unpunished. Thus she gave birth to her qualification to be a Berserker-class Servant, summoned by Karyia Matou for the fourth Holy Grail War.

Boomstick: While being a Berserker brought Lancelot back to life as a crazed monster guy, it was worth the power boost he received.

Wiz: This is because the Berserker class is unique to the Mad Enhancement ability, which enhances the physical abilities of anyone affected by it. Due to the rank he had for this skill, all of his Parameters increased except his Luck and Mana.

Boomstick: Meanwhile, his strength, agility, and durability allowed him to rise through the ranks, making him exceptional even among other Servants. • Powers and Abilities

Qualities

• Supernatural luck

• Crazy improvement

• Magic resistance

• Mastery of Eternal Weapons

• Protector of the Fairies

Wiz: Even though his supernatural luck doesn't get a boost, he still has the Faerie Protector ability, which increases the odds of getting out of dangerous situations.

Boomstick: And as crazy as it sounds like he's going to get into it a lot, he actually has enough clarity to avoid stuff like that. Wiz: Here's the thing; While being a Berserker generally strips a Servant of their ability to think and strategize, Lancelot was such an adept fighter that those abilities were rooted in his own instincts. So not only does he increase his physical stats, but he retains all of his fighting prowess despite it. This is the power of the Eternal Mastery of Weapons.

Boomstick: There's no real downside to summoning Lancelot as a Berserker and it shows, especially through his Noble Phantasms, that they go hand in hand with his abilities. Literally, because everything he picks up becomes a weapon.

Noble Phantasm

Knight of the Owner (Turn items into Noble Phantasms)

for someone's glory (Hides the true identity)

At night ( Mighty Sword, Increases all skills, Effective against dragons).

Wiz: Knight of Owner turns anything that could be considered a weapon into a low-rank Noble Phantasm. With it, even something as insipid as a street lamp can be used to fight other Servants.

Boomstick: It doesn't even have to be anything like a weapon; As long as it can be used offensively, Knight of Owner can power up anything. Even a damn fighter plane, which drives in style! Speaking of style, Lancelot has it in spades with For Someone's Glory.

Wiz: For Someone's glory hides Lancelot's identity and strength level from anyone looking at him, even enemy masters, which adds a nice wow factor to everything. And the last thing he can pull out is his own legendary sword.

Boomstick: Arondight. It was once the holy sword given only to the greatest knights, but after Lancelot used it against his fellow knights, it was dyed black by his madness.

Wiz: Every time he mines it, Lancelot loses access to his other Noble Phantasms, but for a worthwhile trade-off, as all of his already insanely high Stats are boosted by a whole different level. Popup: Lancelot's saber can fire a burst of mana from Arondight. While Berserker's incarnation is no longer a holy weapon, it is still a weapon that was bequeathed to him, so he would likely have this ability.

Boomstick: Plus, he's good against dragons. And dragons are really tough!

Wiz: So are other Servants, and yet Lancelot hasn't let that get him down.

Boomstick: In particular, against none other than the King of Heroes, Gilgamesh himself. This guy is the absolute apex of standard Servants.

Wiz: Ironically, Gilgamesh's signature weapon, the Gates of Babylon, is the worst kind of weapon you could throw at Lancelot.

Boomstick: Because all he does is drop weapons that he can pick up and use on his own, and he can, thanks to Knight of Owner. You'd think Gilgamesh would have learned his lesson about shooting reusable ammo at this guy, but Old Gil isn't exactly known for pondering his strategy.

Wiz: While Gilgamesh was able to shoot Lancelot out of the sky in their second duel, that was only after Lancelot was able to first destroy his own flying ship, which can travel at the speed of thought.

Boomstick: In other words, it obeys Gilgamesh's thoughts, and Servants are very quick to think and act. Oh, and by the way, the only reason Gilgamesh was able to take him down was because Lancelot had switched his focus to Artoria, who had been summoned as a Saber Servant.

Wiz: There's one way that being a Berserker doesn't benefit Lancelot, and that's because it gives him a sort of tunnel vision whenever he sees Artoria, putting everything he's got into taking her down. Or so it seems.

Boomstick: Yeah, Lancelot doesn't really want to kill Artoria, he wants her to kill him.

Wiz: To receive the punishment he felt he should have received. And finally, he got it, in a final showdown with his beloved king, going out on his own terms and being one of the few participants in the Fourth Grail War to get exactly what he wanted.

Berserker Lancelot: ARTHUUUUUUUUUURRRRR!!!!!!

Interlude[]

Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set, time to end this debate once and for all.

Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!

The Battle[]

Fuyuki City, Night: 10:00 PM.

A red flash jumped from building to building, with such speed and such force that it seemed to be a simple red blur to the human eye. This process of jumping from roof to roof was repeated for a while until that flash finally stopped. Revealing the Archer Class Servant of the Fifth Holy Grail War and secretly Alaya's Counter Guardian. EMIYA Shiro.

Who mainly stopped to talk more calmly upon receiving a mental call from his Master. Tosaka Rin.

Rin: Be careful Archer. The surge of energy I felt just now is somewhere within that area.

The brunette commented on her concern, while the servant archer only sighed in annoyance.

EMIYA: Yes, yes, I know.

The Counter Guardian answered with apparent disinterest in the face of his master's concern.

Suddenly, seeing out of the corner of his eye something had caught his attention, on top of a skyscraper a little far away, a slightly red flash so he slowly approached the ledge of the building where he was and using his exceptional sight he looked further with his clairvoyance and saw a totally black figure enveloped in a dense black mist that completely covered his body which was covered in dense black armor.

EMIYA thought that this topic was the origin of the irregularity that His Master felt, before quickly realizing when all his instincts made him immediately dodge a large steel beam deranged and corrupted by the dark knight.

Roaring like a wild beast, the Berserker quickly charged at the Archer using two large sniper rifles as weapons, when the counterguardian rose he quickly conjured a bow and sword to face his fellow Berserker-class Servant.

F.I.G.H.T!!![]

Both had fired at the same time as each other and the impact of the projectile from the berserker's corrupted weapon and the berserker's Broken Phantasm had collided with each other generating an explosion of smoke, undaunted by the other's incredible accuracy. The Berkserker continued his frontal attack jumping from building to building, while the archer continued to fire a series of shots one after another, which despite his speed range the tracking nature of the Hrunting copies forced him to defend himself from some of the projectiles that followed him to fence following the example two first shots that both had given each other. had collided with each other, various bullets and swords turned into arrows found their way through the clouds resulting from the rain of projectiles.

However, suddenly the berserker had shot out of the cloud of dust without his firearms, attacking his rival head-on who for a moment had hesitated before his rival's suicidal tactic, but knowing the Berserkers it would not be strange that at least once for each invocation one of these would launch directly into the independent attack of his rival, but this was not an impediment for the archer in red to have fired an arrow again, this time more charged with energy in an attempt to bring down his rival in black armor.

Serious mistake, because once the arrow was fired, the Berserker, still in the air, was able to move aside, taking the projectile that was directed towards him and falling before reaching the building where the archer was. for moments later the image of the black knight appear jumping several meters over the building wielding the corrupted projectile thanks to (Knight of the Owner) which quickly aroused the danger alarms of the archer who in a quick movement had taken a great leap backwards avoiding for very little the black knight's onslaught against him, the berserker's fall had generated a crater under his feet and shook the last 3 floors of the edition in which they were as a mere collateral effect, but thanks to this given onslaught The knight created a perfect opening for the archer who charged an arrow-sword into the air and fired it before hitting the ground. Arrow that was dodged by the berserker who stood aside, but he did not expect that the projectile launched against him would explode so close to his face, which generated a roar of pain from the black knight and made him step back a little.

Archer: Sorry, did that hurt?

The archer mocked with a petulant accent and a scathing smile which had managed to piss off the Berserker, something the archer wanted and was not going to waste, the Berserker launched himself against his rival again who made his bow disappear and invoked his Faithful twin swords to exchange attacks against your rival.

a miscalculation, because the Berserker's monstrous strength was so great that it pushed the Archer back a little, and with effort he was able to hold on for both of them to start a direct duel of swords in which, to the surprise of the Archer-class Servant, the berserker was in the lead. The speed that both generated each other, generated strong winds for each impact that broke the windows of nearby buildings, in addition to generating as a mere consequence that the ground under them began to crack as well as shaking the entire building.

This exchange of blows did not last long, because with a strong downward blow that the archer managed to deflect from the berserker, he broke the ground and made them fall.

With debris falling on and with them, the Servant in red dashed away, quickly summoning his bow and firing one of his arrows at the berserker-class Servant. Who dodged the projectile aimed at him, doing a back flip of it. Landing on his feet, the Berserker charged at his foe again, this time armed with a beam of rubble he had collected and turned into a Noble Phantasm.

Once again the Servant Archer almost instantly exchanged his bow for his twin swords forcibly initiating a sword duel with each other. In which the servant dressed in red was losing more, narrowly holding out against his enemy.

-“Despite his Class… he knows what he is doing!”

He thought to himself, the archer who even though he didn't admit it, at least admired the fact that his berserker-class namesake could keep his mind through it all.

Well, in fact, the archer's observant way of being made him easily realize that despite the class of his enemy, he spoke his reasoning, even though he attacked with ferocity he was able to fight in a stable way and not crazy, as the archer was used to with his various clashes with berserker-class Servants.

With each clash between the two, despite the enormous difference in strength and speed. They caused the entire building to tremble and quickly collapse, collapsing little by little and inevitably in a few moments. Both were falling again repeating a similar process for a while, until finally both ended up reaching the lowest floor of the building that was collapsing due to how fragile its structure had remained.

In the end, with a last blow of weapons that ended up breaking the archer's swords, they generated a shock wave that ended up making the entire building collapse in one fell swoop.

Due to the debris falling even though in theory they would not be able to harm them, the servants moved quickly to leave the place, each one taking a different path.
