Doomguy(Doomslayer) vs. Ash Williams is a What-If Death Battle and the 4th Death Battle created by Dbzgts-101. This Death Battle features the following combatants: Doomguy(Also known as Doomslayer) of the DOOM Series going head to head in a shotgun/chainsaw clash with Ash Williams of the Evil Dead.

Introduction

DOOM versus Evil Dead! Two of the world's finest chainsaw wielding, shotgun shooting, army of evil slaying badasses of fictional history! But who will come out on top!? Will it be the ripping and tearing monster of a man known as Doomguy, or will it be groovy, chainsaw-handed, one-liner badass known as Ash Williams?!

Prelude

(Cue "Invader" By Jim Johnston)

Dragoon: Since the dawn of man, we as human have evolved the use long range weapons. From simple tossing and throwing rocks, to shooting arrows, to the age of the gun! And while got pistols and rifles, there's one weapon that's meant for some serious damage, the shotgun!

Drake: And these chainsaw wielding, evil killing machines are not just proficient with them, they're masters with it.

Dragoon: Like Doomslayer, better known as Doomguy, every demon's worst nightmare from the DOOM series.

Drake: And Ash Williams, the chosen one and Deadite killer of the Evil Dead.

Dragoon: He's Drake and I'm Dragoon!

Drake: And it's our job to analyze the combatant's weapons , armor and skills to find out who would win..

Drake/Dragoon: A DEATH BATTLE!!

Doomguy(AKA Doomslayer)

(Cue DOOM Eternal - Demonic Chanting)

Drake: Long ago, deep within the depths of Hell, rumors spread of a violent human, slaughtering and killing countless demons within Hell's bowels, a man who some dare say had the strength of God's Wrath made flesh. This human was so destructive in his bloodshed, that he nearly wiped out the whole Demon Race, until they devised a plan to contain the monster, once and for all.

Dragoon: And by plan, I mean they tricked him into a temple, they blew up said temple, locked him away inside a sarcophagus(and threw the key as far away as possible), and kept him inside a place called the Kadingir Sanctum, for all eternity.

Drake: This monster of a man was trapped within the coffin, frozen in time, with each second feeling like it's been a year. Until the Union Aerospace Corporation(UAC), led by Dr. Samuel Hayden would find the coffin, along with this mysterious suit of armor, and would be bring it to the red planet, Mars. However, Samuel's assistant, Olivia Pierce, would soon make a pact with the demons of Hell, in exchange for the demonic power dwelling from Hell's core. Knowing that Olivia would betray him, Samuel would awaken the man trapped within the coffin.

Dragoon: On that day, the most dangerous beast of a demon-killing machine was awakened, and would do what he does best, RIP AND TEAR UNTIL IT'S DONE!! This was the one, the only, the legendary Doomguy, or better known by his newer, kickass name, the Doomslayer!!

Drake: The Doomslayer is a beast of a man that is known, feared and respected by both the characters and fanbase of the entire DOOM franchise as the most dangerous FPS protagonist in Video Game History. Known best for just tearing and killing every single demon in his path, in fact his been doing this for nearly 17 years.

Dragoon: Yeah, so remember the first DOOM from 1993, yeah, Doomguy's been doing this for nearly 17 years, in fact they confirmed it in DOOM Eternal, with his trademark Doomguy helmet and everything. In the real origins, Doomguy was a marine who was dishonorable discharged for brutally beating up his commanding officer(Don't feel bad for the f**ker, he wanted him and his men to kill innocent civilians), and as punishment sent him to the moon of Mars, Phobos, to be a boring security guard. Then some dumbasses come up with the stupid idea of making a portal into Hell, and surprise surprise, things didn't go so well, and some of the poor bastards got turned into deranged manics and zombies, unlike the Marine, who began to kill them and the demons from the portal to saved the day.

Drake: Only to find out too late, that the demons invaded Earth and unfortunately took the one thing that calmed the Doomguy's rage.

Drake: See this bunny. This is Doomguy's pet rabbit, Daisy

The audience(even Dragoon): AWWW!

Drake: And this is what the demons did to the rabbit the second they arrived on Earth.

Dragoon: OH DEAR GOD!!(With the audience screaming in fear and disgust)

This would cause the Marine's anger to be unleashed even further, turning him into a monster of pure unrestrained rage, avenging his rabbit and going on a bloodthirsty, rage-fueled rampage killing the demons from both Earth and Mars, until he went to the very bowels of Hell.

Dragoon: Doomguy was then found by the Night Sentinels in the other world of Argent D'Nur, where he was bloodied, near death, and driven into rage-fueled madness. Upon being discovered by the Hell Priest, they sent him to the Hell Coliseum, where they would determine his fate, but despite have numerous injuries, he beat the living Hell out of every single one of the combatants, with the crowd chanting the words, "RIP AND TEAR"!

Drake: In fact, he's brute strength and determination to continue fighting got the attention of both the Klan Maykr and King Novik, and he became a member of the Night Sentinels, but not until he was brought into the Chapel of Purity, where he would undergoes a celestial infusion from the Divinity Machine, where he would obtained godly might.

Dragoon: And with that, Doomguy, now dubbed Doomslayer, was reborn as a more powerful and deadlier warrior of demon slaying might against the forces of Hell!! And he's got the power, might, toughness, and weaponry to do so!

Drake: Doomslayer possesses incredible godlike levels of immense strength, durability, speed, and so on. With his strength, he can rip off the armor of living beings that are infused to their skin, and when he was locked in the coffin while he was imprisoned, he was able to break free from the chains and then proceed to crush the skull of this zombie with brute force. Plus, he's really tough, being able to survive electrocution, falling to the ground without sustaining fall damage, and explosions to the face and getting back up like nothing happened. He can reach speeds of up to 28 mph(Which is the maximum speed limits for humans), can jump at a great distance, and is an expert in hand to hand combat.

Dragoon: Plus, this guy is intimidating as F**K! I mean, the second people see this guy, they coward in fear and pee their pants when they see him! I mean I can't blame them, due to his cocktail blend of indomitable rage and will with a shot of immense stamina and endurance, Doomslayer can take on anyone, humans or demons, that stand in his way. And with his godly strength, he can use his fists to beat the ever loving crap out of demons with the power of God, literally! This brutal might would allow Doomslayer to unleash vicious fatality kills, or as we of the DOOM Fanbase call them, Glory Kills!

Drake: But sometimes, even brute force isn't enough to take out beasts, like the Cyberdemon, Hell Knights, Barons of Hell, Spiderdemons, and hellish warriors called the Marauders, corrupted Night Sentinels infused with Argent Energy. Luckily for Doomslayer, he comes equipped with all the weaponry he need to tear them to pieces.

Dragoon: Doomslayer has an enormous arsenal of weapons galore, making him a vicious one man army of demon killing might. He comes equip with the deadly Praetor Suit, this kicka** suit of armor helps protect Doomslayer from certain death, it comes equip with Delta Jump-Boots, which grant him the ability to double jump and helps him get off from tight gaps, High Impact Chest armor that endures heavy impact attacks, and during DOOM Eternal, he upgraded the armor with two new weapons; the Doomblade and Equipment Launcher. The Doomblade is equipped on his left wrist and allows him to slice through demons like butter and his shoulder is equipped with an Equipment Launcher, which can shoot up to 3 flag grenades, ice bombs that can freeze enemies in place and shatter them like glass, and has a flamethrower mode that shoots fire! But if that doesn't have enough, he comes equipped with the big guns, literally!!

Drake: In his armory, Doomslayer comes equip with heavy weaponry at his disposal, in fact, he also comes with modifications to help turn the tide of the battle. He possess heavy weapons like the Heavy Cannon, Chaingun, and Rocket Launcher; the Heavy Cannon is a makeshift heavy assault rifle that can shoot high level bullets that can pierce through armor and comes equip with a scope for precise shots, it even possesses mirco rockets that can deal dangerous splash damage effective to hit any enemy near the target hit by the splash damage. His Chaingun can cause even the Heavy from TF2 to be amazed by its power, being able to shoot an endless spray of bullets, thanks to its four barrels, to clean through demons like bug spray, even more, it comes equipped with a Gun Shield Mod that can protect him from incoming projectiles. Lastly his Rocket Launcher would make the Soldier of TF2 proud, able to launch up to 6 missiles at a time, each one powerful enough to blow even weaker demons to bloody bits, it also comes equipped with denotation rockets and lock on mods that allow Doomslayer to lock on his target and unleash a hailstorm of rockets to deal massive damage.

Dragoon: But some times, even heavy weapons have spendable ammo and Doomslayer comes along with the following weapons; Plasma Rifle, Ballista, and his bread and butter, the Combat Shotgun. The Plasma Rifle is a beaut of a laser gun that can unleash a spray of energy bullets so condensed it can literally burn the skin of his enemies, and it includes two deadly mods: Heat Blast(No relations to Ben's alien of the same name) can let loose repeater shot that get hotter with each shot launched, but will need a cool down when overheated, however it can be cool downed fast by changing mods, such as entering the Microwave Beam mod, with unleashes a continuous beam of energy so destructive it can explode enemies on impact and as an added bonus, the bigger the enemy, the larger the explosion! Then there's the Ballista, this unholy but beautiful beast of a laser cannon can blast though demons like a piece of paper on fire, it comes along with two dangerous mods; the Arbalest Mod which can unleash a fully charged sniper shot powerful enough blow a Cacaodemon into pieces and the Destroyer Blade mod with can shot horizontal blasts that can cut through demons in a straight line, it's like he has the power of Gut's Dragonslayer, minus the blast being a huge, thick piece of steel.

Drake: Then comes his most signature weapon, the Combat Shotgun. The modified shotgun is power enough to blow a demons body parts into pieces, and it also comes equipped with mods like the other weapons. The first mod is a sticky bomb mod, which transforms the shells into sticky bomb shells powerful enough to critically damage demons on contact with each bomb. And finally there's the Full Auto mod, which transforms the shotgun into a heavy duty rapid fire gun, powerful enough to cleave demons like rubble against a bulldozer.

Dragoon: But then, if the going gets tough, Doomslayer beings out the bigger guns, and by that, I mean this beaut of a shotgun called, The Super Shotgun!!

This monster of a 12 gauge, sawed off, double barrel weapon is powerful enough to blow the heads off weaker demons like Imps and Zombies, popping them like balloons, and unlike the other weapons in his arsenal that come with mods, the Super Shotgun doesn't need one at all! But as an added bonus, he upgraded it with a Meat Hook upgrade, with allows the Doomslayer to reach his opponents for some air time to gain the high ground, or get up close to a demon's face and shot their faces clean off. And in all honesty, it absolutely beautiful!

(Dragoon then pulls out a Super Shotgun out of nowhere)

Dragoon: I mean serious, look at this beaut, it can fire super strong shots that can blow a head off, and has a hook at the end, allow me to demonstrate.(He press a button, pulling up a Battle Droid that he found, somehow)

Battle Droid: Hey!? Where am I!? I was about to be promoted!

Dragoon: Now watch as an unleash a shot powerful enough to break metal!

Drake: Dragoon, I don't think that's a good id....

Dragoon: FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!!(He unleashes a shot, that destroys the Battle Droid, sending its robot head flying off the roof. Drake dodges by ducking from the shot, but the shot also ran right through the roof and results in a massive hole the size of a truck tire, this led to Dragoon make a "Oh s**t, I made a huge mistake" face while Drake cracks his knuckles making the "What do you think?" face) I can fix this.(Drake narrows his eyes in anger, which cause Dragoon to sweat in panic)

Drake: Anyway(in an anger tone), Doomslayer also comes equipped with four mighty weapons that help him turn the tide of battle. First of, is the Chainsaw, this brutal weapon can tear a demon apart, and upon impact results with the body dispense ammo and health to help him regain more firepower and regain health, but there is a downside, the bigger the enemy, the more gas is need to be used to slay the monster, so Doomslayer only uses it in case his low on ammo, or health, or both. Then there's the Unmakyr, a ruthless piece of hellish weaponry that can shoot tri-directional bolts of Argent Energy around every corner and deals extra damage based on the enemy's demonic presence, it's a powerful weapon, but requires pure mastery and efficiency.

Dragoon: Then there's the beautiful, the mighty, the sexy, BFG 9000, AKA - the BIG F**CKING GUN!! This gargantuan beast of a cannon is so powerful, the second the shot is fired, the blast targets any if all enemies in it's and then goes bomb, and then there's nothing, like this!

THE POWER OF THE BFG 9000!!

AHH, just looking at the blast and destructive output makes me feel wonderful pants feelings, oooohhhh yyyyeeeeessss...(Dragoon the drools in awestruck from see the power of the BFG, then Drake snaps his fingers in front of Dragoon's face to get him back to reality)Huh? Wha? Oh sorry, couldn't help myself.(Drake rolls his eyes in annoyance)

Drake: Finally is one of the Doomslayer's most dangerous and most powerful melee weapon of all, this is The Crucible.

Fueled by the Argent Energy of Hell, The Crucible is one of the most powerful and most dangerous weapon of the Doomslayer's arsenal. This weapon is so powerful, that it can cut through demons like wet paper, like this.(I recommend to set video speed at x2 speed) However, there is one flaw, like the Chainsaw, it can store up to three charges at a time, meaning that it must be use strategically, but unlike the Chainsaw which uses more gas depending on the enemy, The Crucible is effective against all classes(Minus bosses).

Dragoon: On top of that, the Doomslayer receives certain power-ups that can help him change of the battle at hand. There's the Haste power-up, which can increase his speed, making him dodge faster and move faster for quick attacks, the Invulnerability power-up allows him to be invincible for a few seconds, and the Quadruple Damage power-up allows him to deal...well...four times the normal damage.

Drake: But then there's the Berserk power-up, by accessing this power-up, at a small price of losing weapons access, Doomslayer enters blood fueled rage so powerful, he's immense strength makes him strong enough to LITERAL rip and tear the demons into piece like ripping card broad paper. Like this(Dragoon: Viewer Discretions is Advised, Just Kidding, Enjoy!!).

• Can rip a Cyberdemon's horn and then process to smash it into it's face, killing it

Dragoon: With every single weapon at his disposal, tons of godly might and power, and power-ups galore, Doomslayer has done some impressive, if not incredibly awesome feats for the past 17 years, proving why he is one of the most dangerous FPS character in existence! He can punch holes into any poor demon bastard that stands in his way and even ripping their spines out of their backs with his bare hands, destroyed pillars with his fist alone, and can punch through the armor of this beast of a demon! He's also incredibly fast, being able to outrun bullets, rockets(including some that he has launched, and can outrace them), hell, he can even dodge lightning, which we all know can reach speeds of around 260,000 kilometers per hour. If that's not enough, he's even dodged meteors, rockets shot from a Cyberdemon, and can keep up with Marauders, who are almost as fast as him. And who can forget the time he used the BFG 10,000 to shot a hole into the SURFACE OF MARS when some idiot said he couldn't, and wouldn't you know it!

Drake: Even more impressive is that Doomslayer is one tough SOB, he's survived electrocution, having an entire temple from crumbling on top of him, and even can survive hits from a Baron of Hell soldier, with can hit with the force of a dumpster truck, which weigh in at around 2000 kg, nearly over 4400 pounds! Even then, Doomslayer possibly has the biggest kill count on his belt for demons. He's kill millions, no, TRILLIONS of demons in his mission to Rip and Tear. He has killed the likes of Cyberdemons, the unholy combination of cyborg tech and demonic wrath, The Hell Guard, brutal soldiers that Doomslayer has defeated not 1, not 2 but a total of 3 of them all at once, and has also defeated several Marauders. Heck, he even killed the Klan Maykr, who in reality formed an alliance with Hell in exchange for Argent Energy, and against all odds, Doomslayer was able to best this "supposedly" holy being. If that's not enough, Doomslayer can even kill giants, like Icon of Sin, the literal embodiment of all of humanity's sins.

Drake: You know, this monster.Dragoon: WHOA!!

And Doomslayer has beaten this beast not once, but twice!! If that's not enough, He also defeated a Titan that invaded the Kingdom of D'Nurian with nothing but his bare hands and no weapons but The Crucible, think about it, out of all the weapons that Doomslayer possesses, he went head first against the Titan, while also facing millions of demons that invade the kingdom.

Dragoon: GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!! THIS GUY'S A LITERAL TITAN SLAYER!! Who need Eren Jagear, when we got this monster who can kill demons AND giants!! This guy is a literal One-Man-Army of demon slayer might, he's unstoppable!!

Drake: Monstrous, yes. Brutal, definitely. Dangerous, absolutely. But unstoppable, not exactly. Despite his godly might, don't ignore the fact that Doomslayer is still human, and can die from natural causes such as being burned alive, freeze to death, take shots to the chest by a high power blast, decapitation, blown to pieces, and magma; also if Doomslayer is left off guard, demons will get the opportunity to kill him as quick as possible. Furthermore, despite his massive arsenal of weaponry, there is so much ammo that can be used, and if push comes to shove, will led to Doomslayer fighting with is bare hands(Which he doesn't have a problem with). Also it's best to mention that Doomslayer is not mentally stable.

Dragoon: It's not that he's crazy, it's more on the line of he's suffering from a heavy case of PTSD, and a s**tton of anger issues. I mean, I can't blame him, the poor guy was dishonorable discharged, took a boring job as a security guard, had to fight tooth and nail against the demons in Earth, Mars, AND Hell, was forced to fight for his live in the Coliseum with several injuries, turned into a guanine pig for the Khan Maykr, betrayed and fought his way thru Hell for years, imprisoned by demons forever, betrayed by Samual Hayden who saved his a**, and worst of all, lost the one thing that calmed his rage.

Drake: True, Doomslayer has lost everything, and some say his own humanity, but I don't think that's the case, in fact even time he enters a mission against the demons of Hell, he always comes with this..

Dragoon(Surprised): Is....is that?

Drake: That's right, this is the foot from Doomslayer's pet rabbit, a memoir of his past of having the only friend that calmed his rage and the one friend he can never forget. So maybe, just maybe, Doomslayer still has some fragments of his humanity left inside.

Dragoon: Still, despite his flaws and mental issues, Doomslayer is still one of the most dangerous demon slayers in Video Game History. And is the last thing any demon wants to meet face to face, cause if they do, they will die!

Drake: It doesn't matter what kind of demons he's up against; be they demons that are comparable to Gods, elite demon warriors of the Medieval Era, even demons like these that have somewhat a of chance to redemption, as long as he breathes, and as long as he can still fight, Doomslayer will not stop, nor rest until every demon is obliterated from existence. As long as Doomslayer stands, he will RIP AND TEAR, until it is done!

(Cue this clip of brutal killing by Doomslayer, followed by the following quote below)

King Novik: "Against all the evil that Hell can conjure, all the wickedness that mankind can produce, we will send unto them... only you. Rip and tear, until it is done".

Doomslayer: RIP.......AND.........TEAR!!(loads shotgun)

Ash Williams

(Cue Army of Darkness - 13 March Of The Dead - Danny Elfman)

Drake: Long, long ago, when the sky and sea were red with blood, a prophecy stated that a hero with a mysterious weapon and a hand made of metal would be Humanity's savior against the forces of the dead. This chosen one, or "El Jefe", would be the hero humanity needed to save them from the terrors of evil. This hero has gone by many names, but he is known by one, his name was Ash Williams.

(Record scratch)

Dragoon: Welp, we're f**ked.

(Cue Space Truckin - Deep Purple | Ash Vs Evil Dead)

Drake: Don't be fooled by second, despite his immature appearance, Ash is in fact the chosen hero who is destine to stop the forces of the Evil Dead.

Dragoon: Really? I mean, REALLY?! This bastard is the chosen savior of humanity, come on, that's just stupid!

Drake: Dragoon, even a Human-Dragonoid Hybrid like yourself knows that's not the case.

Dragoon: Oh really, name one or any nutjobs that were deemed (Makes air quotes)"saviors" or "heroes" of humanity.

Drake: Oh you mean people like The Tick, Gwenpool, Rocket Raccoon, Popeye, Scrooge Mcduck, John Constantine, and Lobo.

Dragoon(Laughing): Oh come on Drake, you got to try better than....(Before he can finish, Drake shows him a picture of a team by the name of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) (upset)Fair point.

Drake: Anyways, Ashley Joanna Williams(Yes, that is unfortunately his full name) or Ash for short, was born in the quiet town of Elk Grove, Michigan, and did what any reckless young teen would do, partying, getting drunk, and dating lots of women. But one day, everything changed. Depending on which of the Evil Dead films you follow, they both begin with Ash and his friends and his girlfriend stumbling upon a mysterious cabin in the woods.

Dragoon(sarcastic): Oh wow! A cabin in the woods, there's no way anything bad or dangerous could happen there, that would be ridiculous.

Drake: Until(Dragoon: There it is), they came across a dark basement and in it, laid several pieces of research papers and records of a professor by the name of Richard Knowby, no not Kenobi, just Knowby(Dragoon: Aww). But it was also within this cabin that Ash and his friends came across a mysterious book, one that would ruin Ash's life forever, this was the "Necronomicon Ex-Mortis", roughly translate in Latin, The Book of The Dead. Made by the Dead Ones, the Necronomicon is bound by human flesh and inked in human blood, contain several incantations and spells, including one certain incantation that summons a being call the Kandarian Demon, an unrelenting force of demonic essence so toxic, so corrupt that its mere presence turns those unfortunately in its path into undead minions called Deadites.

Neither alive nor dead, this beings have but one purpose; to kill and slaughter all in their path, all while chanting the following words, "Dead by Dawn".

Dragoon: So, Demon Zombies?

Drake: Demon Zombies.

Dragoon: Right then.

Drake: Anyways, this force would start to make it way to the cabin and one by one, Ash's friends, his sister, and even his girlfriend were all infected by the Demon's evil malice, becoming its undead slaves. Ash had no choice but to murder his once beloved friends and girlfriend against his own will. To make matters worse, this evil would soon infect itself into Ash's hand, and to prevent from suffering the same fate as his friends, he.....well.....

Dragoon: Yep, poor bastard had to chop his own damn hand off. But it got even worse, after facing the Kandarian Demon, Knowby's daughter Anne used the Nerconomicon to save Ash by accidentally teleporting him to the Medieval Ages to Castle Kandar, it was there that the people of the Castle discover that he was the chosen one and destined to slay the evil. But Ash said "F**K THAT!" and when back to his world, but it wasn't as good back there either. Once he was back home, the whole town believed that he killed his friends even though they were possessed by an evil demon. Because of it, he ran away from Elk Grove and started a new life as a store manger of S-Mart, living a bland, normal life.

Drake: But it wasn't as easy as he thought, because somehow, the Book would always reappear at the wrong place and the wrong time, leading to many unfortunate souls reading the first incantation, resulting with the Evil returning to spread chaos in its wake. So whether he liked it or not, Ash was the only one that can stop the Evil once and for all, or die trying.

Dragoon: Fortunately for Ash, he's gots the skills to pay the bills, and despite being in his 50s, he's one tough force of nature. Thanks to years of fighting and killing Deadites, Ash's body has been pushes beyond its limits, as a result he's in peak physical condition, he has incredible levels of strength, speed, agility and durability. He's strong enough to throw people twice his size, fast enough to dodge lasers, and more importantly, the dude is one tough S-O-B, being able to survive electrocutions, getting choked, and as we mentioned before, cutting off his own damn hand off! And despite being old, he's an expert in Hand-To-Hand Combat, plus the man is also an expert marksman, he can use any kind of gun he gets his hands on, able to shoot down anything that moves and even shoot Deadites from behind like a pro!

Drake: Even more impressive is that he's an skilled mechanic, being able to create anything he can get his hands on, after all, he has an engineering degree from MSU(Michigan State University). Prime examples of his engineering skills include converting his Oldsmobile into the steam-powered "Deathcoaster" while limited to the technology of 1300 AD, a spring-loaded "Boomstick Launcher" hidden in the floor of his Airstream Trailer, outfitted the Oldsmobile with Nitrous Oxide, and created gunpowder by referencing its elemental makeup in a chemistry book. But still, even with all those skills at this disposal, sometimes it's not enough to take out the Deadites, but lucky for Ash, he comes equipped with the bare essentials, isn't that right Dragoon?

Dragoon: That's right, when it comes to weapons, Ash carries a massive arsenal to tear through Deadites like a hurricane straight outta Hell, and to make this a fair fight, we will also be counting weapons that Ash has used in the Video Games, the movies, the comics, and the series, "Ash vs. Evil Dead". First off, we will be taking out two of Ash's most iconic weapons: his chainsaw and his shotgun, the Boomstick!

The staple of Ash's Arsenal

This beaut of a double-barreled, 12-gauged Remington is the mother of all double-barrels! With it, Ash can blow up Deadite into bloody pulp, and on top of it, Ash has even created a waist ammo carrier for quick reloads. And for bigger and tougher enemies, Ash also comes equipped with different shell, some that can burn enemies, blow them up with explosive rounds, and hit em hard with armor piercing rounds capable of destroying monsters with tough armor. But then you have the beard and butter of Ash's weapons, his Chainsaw.

Drake: By my best evaluation, that Chainsaw Ash possesses looks like Homelite XL-12 model, which was introduced in 1964, but was discontinued in '88, what was once used as a simple tool cut down trees and logs into pieces, Ash has remodeled the saw as a brutal weapon of dismemberment, and can attach it to his severed hand for extra maneuver. If that's not enough, Ash also comes equipped with several different varieties; there's the Chain Lightning, an upgraded version of the Homelite XL-12 that contains razor sharp metal that's strong enough to cut through titanium like tissue paper, then there's the Yellow Chainsaw(Or better known as the Regeneration Chainsaw from Evil Dead: Regeneration) which contains a titanium blade of 50 inches(The biggest chainsaw in the series alone), and lastly is the Sapmaster 3000, the "Holy Grail" of chainsaws, the monster of a chainsaw comes equipped with titanium coating and diamond tipped blades, meaning that this saw can cut through any type of wood, metal, or in this case, Deadite hordes like a longsword, unfortunately, that leads to its one flaw, due to its massive size, the Sapmaster is two hand, and is useless to someone who has, oh I don't know, only one hand. Luckily, Ash was able to fix that problem.

Dragoon: That's right Drake. During Ash's time in Castle Kander, him as well as the Castle's blacksmith, were able to make a real work of art to help Ash kick some Deadite ass, this was the Metal Gauntlet!

Forged and crafted by a suit of armor, gears and shifts, and some leftover spare parts from the Oldsmobile, the Metal Gauntlet has given Ash the power of two hands once again, with the added bonus of one being made of metal, and with a single punch, can send enemies flying in the air, and best of all, can crush metal like its made out of cardboard. Plus, Ash upgraded the gauntlet with some new add-on; he can shoot his fist like a rocket, and each of his fingers come equipped with weapons, like a flamethrower, force projection, lasers from each finger, and explosive shells, take a wild guess with finger holds the shells. If that's not enough, he even got an upgraded version called the Power Glove from Ash vs. Evil Dead from his friend and ally Pablo, who made it entirely out of video game console parts, which is most impressive.

Drake: Over the years, Ash has also obtained several different weapons to help him defeat the Deadites, enough to make him a One-Man Deadite Killing Machine. He possesses pistols, hand cannons, gatling guns, pretty much any weapon he can find, hell at this point he can even make handcrafted weapons out of scrap to create homemade flamethrowers and even things like the Leecher, a weapon that can drain the blood from Deadites can convert it into blood trenched bullets. If that's not enough, he also has several different hand attachments for his gauntlet, everything from rocket launchers, machine guns, a sword, and a Harpoon gun which allows him to grab Deadites(or any other poor bastard caught) and toss them around like a ragdoll, or bring them in for closeup shot from his Boomstick. And then there's a weapon that is the only thing powerful enough to slay and kill Deadites in an instant, the Kandarian Dagger. The weapon is powerful enough to burn the skin of supernatural entities and as well as the Deadites, making it the only weapon that can kill, if not harm the Dark Ones. But sometimes, even the greatest of heroes must use evil to defeat evil itself, which is why Ash will use the Nerconomicon itself to help him in battle.

Dragoon: The Book of the Dead comes with tons of spells that help Ash in tight situations, everything from raining fire from the sky, summoning earthquakes, lightning, stunning foes, and can even possess and summon Deadites under his control. There just one down side to this, most of the spell are in different languages, so unfortunately, he has to say them CORRECTLY, or it's gonna blow up in his face.

Drake: However, it would seem that the evil would assist him more than he thought, over years of killing Deadites, their evil essence would imbued itself into Ash, and should he obtained a great amount, this will cause to transform into Evil Ash.

While there have been several different versions of this character in the series, in the video game Evil Dead Regeneration, Ash obtained this from being possessed by high power Deadite spirits. By absorbing the evil energy from the slayed Deadites, Ash can transform into this evil embodiment of his rage and insanity, becoming an unrelenting beast of destruction for a short period of time, while in this state, he possesses Superhuman Strength, Durability, and can tear through Deadites like a tornado of death, but as I mention, it lasts for short time, so Ash only uses it as a last resort.

Dragoon: Again, despite his immature nature, in the end, Ash has done some ridiculous, if not impressive feats over the years, some that (sighs) proves that he is mankind's last line of defense against the Deadites. All in all, he's gots guts for someone in his 50's. He strong enough to punch armored knights into the air, fast enough to dodge lasers, catches Evil Ash's sword in mid strike inches from his face, and dodges his own Boomstick shots after it's fired. And more importantly, the dude is one tough Son of a B***h, he's withstood getting throw around like a ragdoll, electrotherapy, getting kicked from the top of a castle wall in to the ground, if that's not enough, he's even survived getting pushed by the Kandarian Demon into a s**tton of tree to the sky and then slamming into the ground, Like this, based on the mileage he's going in the air, by my guess, he's being pushed at speeds of over 220 miles per hour in the air. Plus, Ash has incredible marksmanship, being able to shoot enemies from behind with his Boomstick, and even impaled a mini Evil Ash with a fork, which is around a distance of possibly 50 to 60 kilometers long.

Drake: Even more impressive, Ash is one of the very rare few to survived and break free from becoming a Deadite, a feat that would seem impossible for others. Also, in the comics, Ash has teamed up with several characters of comic book and media history, like Xena The Warrior Princess, Red Sonja, and even Elvis of all people. If that's not enough, Ash even faced horror villains icons including the Re-Animator, Dracula, and also horror legends Jason Voorhees and Freddy Kruger, and before you question it, yes, it actually happened, twice to be exact. Furthermore, he even survived being in a Marvel Universe where all the heroes and villains became flesh-eating zombies.

Dragoon: We're not making this s**t up, it actually happened. Long story short, the Marvel Multiverse is home to millions and millions of different universes, but in this universe, an intergalactic virus transforms some of Marvel's most iconic heroes and villains into flesh-craving zombies with uncontrollable hunger. Just think about for a sec, there are zombie that can web-swing, turn into giants, reach supersonic speeds, possess monstrous superhuman strength, and shrink into tiny specs. And against all odds, Ash was able to survive this nightmare....only to end up in a werewolf Marvel Universe,....whoops.

Drake: Plus, Ash has defeated several Deadites for nearly 20 years, in fact, he even killed monster from the Book of the Dead like Eligos, who can teleport at blinding speeds and even Kander the Destroyer, a massive giant that grows stronger through pain, and by duct taping the Kandarian Dagger into a ballistics shell from a tank, Ash was able to shot the shell with the Dagger straight into the giant's chest, effectively killing it.

Dragoon: DAMN! I keep forgetting how much of a bada** Ash is, I mean he's got it all: Handcrafted weaponry, unique spells to help him in battle, a kicka** gauntlet, and so much more! Sometimes I wonder how he hasn't defeated the Evil in the first place. (Drake: Unfortunately,)And I jinxed it.

Drake: Despite the massive weaponry and spells at his disposal, it all leads to Ash's greatest flaw. You see, Ash is, well, kind of an idiot. And it's not that I'm saying his stupid, it's more on the lines of, well, he's lazy and goofy. I mean, we're talking about a guy who wants nothing to do with the forces of evil and just wants to living the rest of his life getting drunk, partying, and having sex with any women that have big breast. Plus, if anything, most of reasons why the Evil keeps coming back is sometimes his fault, like the time in the Marvel Zombies vs. The Army of Darkness storyline where he summons an army of Deadites to combat the Zombies, which only to made things worse.

Dragoon: Or how about the time he made a deal with this bitch, Ruby, to give her full control for the Book in exchange for a normal life in Jacksonville, Florida of all place. Buddy, have you ever been in Florida, it's a hell on Earth in the summer, and the crocs are the worst there, I mean, they're a**holes, expect you Leatherhead from TMNT, you will remain my favorite. Also, the guy has a several mental problems, and by that I mean, he's crazy, but I can't blame him with s**t he's been through.

Drake: Despite it all in the end, Ash has saved the day countless times and has protected the world from Evil. So despite his laziness, recklessness and immaturity, Ash Williams is the indeed the chosen savior of Humanity and will go from Hell and back to defeat Evil itself.

Dragoon: Whether we like it or not, Ash J. Williams is the one thing standing between us and the End of the World as we know it.

Ash Williams(talking to the She-B***h): (reloads Boomstick) Yo She-B***h, Let's go.

Drake: Alright, the combatants are set and we've analyzed and run the data as through as possible, let's end this debate once and for all.

Dragoon: HELL YEAH!!! IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTTTTTTLLLLLEEE!!!!!!!

DEATH BATTLE

Our story begins after the defeat of the Khan Mayker, just before Humanity can begin the rebuilding process, a sudden wave of violence occurs within the resistance base, where some of the humans suddenly turn into rabid monsters, the Deadites have invaded the world. Some were kikled brutally, while others were captured for experimentation, where our attention goes to one of the humans experimenting a male Deadite, trapped in an energy barrier to prevent him from harming others.

Male Deadite: YOU WILL NEVER STOP US!! WE WILL SPREAD UNTIL ALL ARE DEAD BY DAWN!!!(Maniacal Laughter)

Female Scientist: We've tried everything to figure out what caused this mutation, but nothing, we don't even know if the Demons are behind this.

Male Scientist: All he keeps saying is "Dead by Dawn" over and over again, and said something about a book, but that's all we can acquire from him. If we don't figure what is causing this plague, Humanity will be wiped out within...

Before he could say anything, a hand holds his shoulder, his head turns and he is horrified to discover it was none other than the Doomslayer himself. He pushes the scientist and turns off the barrier, freeing the monster, begin to attack the humans but is brutally grabbed, choked, and then being slammed to a wall, gasping for air. VEGA the process to speak out to kindly as the Deadite who is responsible.

VEGA(Speaking out of Doomslayer's helmet):Hello, unidentified creature of human origin, my name is VEGA, would you please explain to us who is responsible for the clause of this plague.

Male Deadite(Choking): Go F**K YOURS....(Doomslayer tightens the grip and the sounds of bones can be heard, cracking and breaking by his grip)ack!!

Then the voice changes from VEGA to Dr. Hayden.

Dr. Hayden(Speaking out of Doomslayer's helmet): Listen, unless you want your neck to be snapped like a dead tree branch, I suggest you tell us who is responsible for this incident, or things will get messy.

Male Deadite(Choking): OK, OK!!(Doomslayer softens his grip so the Deadite can talk) Find a man with a metal hand, a chainsaw, and holding a brown book, he is the reason why we are here to ravage the pathetic world. In no time, the land will be stained with the blood of the innocent! AND ALL WILL BE DEAD! BY! DAw...(Doomslayer's grip tightens even further, causing the Deadite to suffocate and gasp for air fanatically, until....).

POP!!!

The Deadite's head pops out from his body flying into the air and slamming into the ground with blood gushing out from his corpse like a geyser. Doomslayer's leaves to his base entering a portal, while the scientists watch in horror from what they witnessed, with one of the female scientists passing out.

Back at Doomslayer's base, he begins to arm himself for the coming battle, while Hayden analyzes the hints the Deadite gave them.

Dr. Hayden: Based on the words that creature said, both myself and VEGA were able to scan the entire planet to find the location of his man with a metal arm and chainsaw, and we found this.

A digital globe of the planet then changes it orbiting and stops to the United States, where in zooms in stoping at one of the state Michigan.

VEGA: Our sources say that this man is located in the town of Elk Grove, Michigan, and he possesses the same identifications that the creature described: metal arm, chainsaw, and carrying a book. Upon further analyzation, this book is made entirely out of flesh and inked in blood, it's existence has been said be around the dawn of creation, they call it the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis, translation in Latin, "Book of the Dead", possessing incantations that can summon the dead.

Dr. Hayden: This buffoon must have read the book by accident, and cause the dead to raise from the Earth, which means if it started this plague, it can end it. VEGA.

VEGA: Understood. Setting coordinations to Elk Grove, Michigan.

Doomslayer, armed and ready to go, proceeds to enter the portal to the ruins of Elk Grove to begin his hunt for the Book of the Dead.

Later on, our story then moves to the remains of the destroyed town of Elk Grove, where we hear the cry of one man.

???: No, NO-o-o-o! (Gasps in horror) NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

It reveals to be none other than Ash Williams himself, horrified to see his hometown in ruins and is kneeling down in horror to see....his favorite nudity bar destroyed with the charred remains of skeleton strippers in the rumble.

Ash Williams: YOU MANICS!! YOU BLEW IT UP! DAMN YOU! DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!!!

The Book of the Dead: Oh, boo hoo, poor little Ashy Slashy lost his favorite stripper pub, oh the humanity..(Proceeds to laughter hysterically, which ticks off Ash)

Ash(Anger): ZIP IT!! This is all your fault you stupid book! If you didn't trick me from escaping that stupid Deadite Future universe, I WOULDN'T BE HERE! All I said was, "take me anywhere away from this hellhole", NOT TAKE ME SOMEWHERE WORST!!

The Book of the Dead: Well, maybe next time, say something nicer then.(Ash then proceeds to punch the crap out the book, shutting it up for a second)

Ash: All I asked was a normal life in Jacksonville, being around beautiful beaches, all the free beer I can drink and lots of sexy momma with monster melons! But no, instead I get sent to a Hellhole version of Earth turned upside down in the WORST F**KING WAY. Now I'm facing Deadites and DEMONS of all things. And of course, I say ONE WRONG WORD, and I make things worse by summoning the Evil here, I mean its bad enough my hometown destroyed, but this(Pointing at the destroyed nudity bar), Deadites, and Demon Cyborgs, (He then screams from the top of his lung, which echo through the town) WHAT'S NEXT!!!!!!

Suddenly, a portal opens behind himself, and within the portal was none other than the Doomslayer, appearing in front of Ash, who becomes confused at what the Hell is going on.

Ash(Confused): Uhh, hey buddy, if you're looking for the comic book-slash-lunatic convention, it a million miles that way.(Doomslayer stands unfazed by his joke). Uhh you ok buddy?

Doomslayer then turns his attention to the Book Ash holds in his hands and process to get up close to Ash

Ash: Whoa, hey buddy, there's a thing called personal space.(Doomslayer grabs him by his arm, which holds the Book, takes it and throws Ash like a simple pebble, hitting a car)WHOA, (impacts)OOOF! Hey, hang on pal, I got a whole lot of good books that are better than that, trust me, that thing will give you nothing but trouble!

Doomslayer begins to open the Book, while VEGA begins to analyze its pages to see if there's a countermeasure for this Deadite Plague, but before they can find the proper action, Ash shots the Book out of Doomslayer's hands with his trusty Boomstick.

(Cue Doom OST - At Doom's Gate)

Ash: Look buddy, I'm giving you one last chance, you do NOT want to mess with that book.

Doomslayer then pulls out his Combat Shotgun and loads it up.

Ash: Fine pal.(Reloads Boomstick) Your funeral.

Announcer: FIGHT!!!

Doomslayers unloads a total of 3 shotgun blast, the first two are easily dodged while the third one is deflected by Ash's Boomstick, then Ash switches to a pistol loading it with armor piercing rounds, knowing that Doomslayer's armor is too strong to take weaker rounds. Ash unleashes a total of 6 bullets in the following spots; 3 in the legs, 2 in his left arm, one almost reaching his neck, but even then, it was ineffective against him, while the rounds pierced his armor, it wasn't enough to take him down. Doomslayer then charges forward to Ash, choking him and proceeds to unleash a chokeslam strong enough to slam him into a mini van, so hard it makes a massive dent into the vehicle, but Ash then counters with a punch from his Power Glove that sends the Slayer a good 2 feet away.

Ash(Readjusting his spine): S**T, that was one hell of a chokeslam, that would put Kane and Undertaker's to shame. Ok a**hole, you wanna play rough, I can play rough!

Ash puts out a Flare Launcher and loads a stick of dynamite and launches it straight to the Slayer and results into a massive explosion, the Slayer dodges the blast, but before he can attack, Ash unleashes a biltzkerg of dynamite sticks that level half of the damaged town to rubble. The Doomslayer counters with his Rocket Launcher, equipping it with the Remote Detonate Mod and launches it straight to Ash and before he can dodge it, the Slayer perfectly detonates it to send Ash flying into a wall, dropping his Flare Launcher. Just when Ash can regain his footing, Doomslayer tackles him through the wall, destroying it, and crushing him with a brutal bearhug. Ash delivers several punches to the Slayer's head, but to no avail, until He grabs his Power Glove and crushes it with his bare hand.

Ash(struggling): OK, that was just uncalled for!

With all the strength he can muster, Ash then pulls out a Hand Cannon from his pants and unloads a blast big enough to hit the Slayer and separating him. Ash then pulls the damaged Power Glove.

Ash: Pablo, your gift has served me well.

Ash then stands up, and starts to get serious.

Ash(enraged): Ok pal, breaking my back, that's one thing. Slamming me into a wall and crushing one or two of my ribs, that's another. But destroying this glove, which was a gift from a dear friend, THAT'S CROSSING IT!!

Ash pulls out the Boomstick and loads a total of 5 shots straight to the Slayer, causing him to be sent flying out of the wall he made. Before Ash can figure out what to do, he discover outside the ruined building's window to see his Oldsmobile outside, and with a smile on his face, knew what to do. Meanwhile outside, Doomslayer regains his footing, and before he can continue fighting Ash, he discovers that he's gone, as if he disappeared. The Slayer begin to search the entire from from left to right to try and find out where the cause of Earth's problem ran off? Then as he turns around, he discover a massive cracked hole in the window in the building. Just before he can pull the pieces, suddenly.....

(Cue Dixie Car Horn)

The Oldsmobile comes out of nowhere and slams Doomslayer straight out of the building and forward outside, causing the entire building to collapse! The Delta then stops violently, causing the Slayer to be sent hurtling into three burnt trees, destroying them like they were made out of styrofoam. As Doomslayer gets up from the surprise attack, the front door of the driver's seat opens from there a familiar music is playing in the car..

Then, a montage of the following occurs, a set of two chainsaw in his back(The Chain Lightning and Regeneration Chainsaw), a pistol and Hand Cannon on the left side of his waist, and his trademark Metal Gauntlet on his right, with Boomstick at hand, and severed hand equipped with a massive Gatling Gun ready, Ash Williams stands tall ready to bring the pain, and then the music pause to let Ash say his iconic catchphase:

Ash: Groovy.

Ash then unloads a hailstorm of bullets form his Gatling Gun, with Doomslayer dodging each one from the ground to the other side of the half destroyed town, and Slayer returns the attack with a barrage from his Chaingun set to its Mobile Turret Mod, letting loose a rain of high powered bullets that leave the trees in the ruined town, Ash luckily dodges as well and unloads with combined shot from the Gatling Gun and his Boomstick, which both where able to send the Chaingun flying into the air! Ash then tackles the Slayer into a tree, then unloads his Gatling Gun in the Slayer's face, only for Doomslayer to grab the gun and crush it with his bare hands, and then punches Ash in the gut and judo throws him into the center of the road, were he regains his footing and retaliates with his Boomstick, only for the Slayer to counter the shot from his Combat Shotgun and then switch it to the Rapid Shot mod, which then unloads an onslaught of shells to Ash, with him quickly dodging every single one until he enters a torn-down flower shop, catching his breath.

Ash: A rapid-fire shotgun?! Why the Hell didn't I think of that?(He then pulls out the Firelance weapons) Hey, Slight but Annoying! EAT FIRE ROCKET!!

Ash then fires the Firelance, which releases a fiery rocket reaching the sky and falling down to Doomslayer's location, only for him to counter with a shot from his Ballista which results in a massive explosion big enough to create a massive crater that envelops both Ash and the Slayer into the giant hole.

Ash: WHOOOOOAA!!(He lands on the ground after falling 150 ft below)OOF!! (Scratching and shaking his head) Geez, I swear this whole, "Me falling down a hole to God Knows Where" thing is really starting to get old. (He then lights a match) Where in the Hell am I? (He then turns around to see the Doomslayer right in front, surprising him and caught off-guard) DA! Jesus "Jesús" Christ!! Next time, warn somebody why don't ya, what are you mut..(Before he could finish his sentence) Wait, did you hear something?

Doomslayer then shoots a flare shot from his Equipment Launcher, which brightens the abyss, and as it lights up, both Ash and the Slayer are then shocked to see what lays in the cavern. To their surprise, they were shocked to discover about tens to up to a thousand demons and Deadites surrounding them around every corner!! There were demons from the likes of Imps, Cacodemons, Barons of Hell, and some leftover Doom Hunters, and around them included Deadites big and small, some with flesh while other were dry as a skeleton, heck there were even demon possessed by Deadites.

Demon Deadite: Well, well, well. If it is Ashy Slashy, here to ruin our plans once again, but not for long, with the Demons of Hell by our side we will destroy you one and for all, and soon, the whole world will be DEAD BY DA..(Before the Demon Deadite can finish, he is then in shock and horror upon seeing the Slayer behind him)(gasp) Th-th-th-t-T-th-th- THE SLAYER!!!!

The Demons begin to gasp and quake with fear, one of the Cyberdemons screaming like a little girl, knowing that The Slayer was down with them once again, Ash then comes up with an idea, knowing that the demons were freaking out seeing the Doomslayer.

Ash(Thinking): Hmm, it looks like these demon guys are terrified of him(looking at Doomslayer), he must have a massive grunge against them, although I want to kick his ass right now, maybe a Truce could work. Hopefully it might help him forget about the Book.

Ash: Hey, a Mr. Tall, Big and Deadly, why do we have a temporary truce to make some, "extra room", if you know what I mean, right.

Doomslayer: ....

Ash: You know, kill these guys.

As Ash retracks his previous sentence, an Imp tries to sneak attacks the Slayer, only to be grabbed by the head, and Doomslayer crushes and kills it in seconds. He then chucks the dead Imp, turn around facing the other side, and loads up his Super Shotgun signaling a Truce is now in order.

Ash: Ok then.(Ash then loads up his Boomstick with Explosive Rounds and arms up with his trademark Chainsaw) Alright you undead bastards and freaks galore!(Revs his Chainsaw)(narrows his eyes ready for the big fight) Let's tango!

Demon Deadite: GET THEM!!! RIP THEIR HEADS OFF!!!!

(Cue Doom Eternal (OST) - Gladiator [BASS BOOSTED])

The Army of Darkness and Hell's Force then charge headfirst to both Doomslayer and Ash, and they process to unleash a brute assault on both sides! Ash start to cut down three Deadites in half in a single stroke, proceeds to unload three explosive shot to 2 Imps and a Zombie Solider in the face, resulting with his head exploding in a shower of blood and brain bits! Meanwhile, Doomslayer unloads several shots from his Super Shotgun against the Deadites and Demons in a row, then pulls out his Rocket Launcher, launching up to 4 shots creating a massive blast sending Deadite and Demon body parts flying into the air! The Slayer sees a Cyberdemon running and pushing away the weaker enemies in his path, Doomslayer then pulls out his Heavy Cannon with the Micro Rocket Mod and unloads up to 12 shots, each one delivering small but dangerous explosive that manage to cripple the beast, Doomslayer then charges in with a brutal Glory Kill, proceeding to rip the horn off the Cyberdemon and starts to beat the ever loving crap out of it with his severed horn like a baseball bat! But as Ash and Doomslayer continue to tear apart ever single enemy in their path, trenching the ground with the blood of their enemies, both mining their business, one of the Deadites discover the book sliding through the blood stream created from the carnage.

Male Deadite: (gasp) THE BOOK!! QUICK, EVERYONE GRAB IT!!

Both Ash and Doomslayer turn their heads to see the Book, and screamed the words "OH S**T" in their minds. They then both you at each other, signing that the truce was over and began to charge. A ruthless tag team match turns to a race for the book as they push through(and by that I mean, they slaughtered every demon and Deadite in their path) their enemies to catch the book first! Ash starts to butcher Deadites and demons left and right with his chainsaw, a barrage from his Boomstick, and proceeds to shove a stick of dynamite in a Imp's mouth, kicks him to the crowd and shots the dynamite with is Boomstick, creating a massive explosion with Ash jumping out of the blast! Doomslayer on the other hand runs like a rabid football player, effortlessly pushing through the horde, unleashing a hailstorm of shots from his Ballsita, Heavy Cannon, and Combat Shotgun. Suddenly, within the horde came a Pinky demon charging the others like a freight train, but instead of Doomslayer dodging the charge, he proceeds to stand his ground and with brute force grabs the demon with his bare hands and proceeds to unload from his Heavy Cannon's Micro Rocket Mod, damaging it's face and proceeds to rip its massive tooth from it's lower jaw and then stabs it straight into it's head, killing it in the process. As he regains his footing, Doomslayer is then cornered by 100 Deadites and Demons, including some Hell Knights, and as they charge at him, a light blue ball comes in hitting a demon Deadite in the face which gains the attention of everyone. As they try to figure out what it is, they look at Doomslayer giving the "What do you think it is" expression, which then leads to them finally realizing what it is and all in unison say the following words:

Deadites: Awww S*..

A massive blast envelopes them all, encasing them in ice, Doomslayer then shoots a shot from his Ballsita, equipped with the Destroyer Blade mod and wipes them all out with a clean horizontal strike. Doomslayer then moves forward, double jumping and dashing straightforward to catch up with Ash, and succeeds. The two of them are neck and neck, pushing through and killing demons and Deadites from left and right, hacking, slashing, and shooting anything that moved in their way, and then against all odds, they were tied as they both grabbed the book, leading to a brutal game of tug-o-war, with Ash shooting round from his pistol and Doomslayer shooting grenade rounds from his Equipment Launcher which Ash successfully dodges and proceeeds to nut shot Doomslayer in the lower region which does no affect giving Ash "Oh s*t" expression, with Doomslayer strangling Ash with one hand. But as the two of them continue to fight for ownership of the book, the ground shakes and they both turn to see a stampede of higher level demons and giant deadites; demons including Hell Knights, Barons of Hell, Doom Hunters, Tyrants and Deadites that were the size of giants, all of them being led by a group of Marauders! While the Doomslayer was distracted, Ash then sucker punches the Slayer in the face, grabbing the Book and running like Hell.

Ash(running): Sorry pal, nice knowing ya(whispers "Not really"), GOOD LUCK!!

Doomslayer then turns his attention to the horde and then pulls out his favorite weapon and staple to the DOOM series, The BFG 9000(Which gains Ash's attention). The BFG 9000 charges up to max power and the second its completed, The Slayer targets the horde and with the pull of a trigger, a massive ball of green energy emerges from the cannon and the minute it reaches its targets..

BOOOM!!!!!

An enormous explosion of green energy envelopes from the blast killing every demons and Deadites in its path of destruction, with only a few total of 20 to 50 surviving, but it would not last, as the Slayer proceeds to tear them apart in seconds, shots unloaded from his Super Shotgun, Heavy Cannon, Ballista, and Chaingun, until he comes a cross a Tyrant, which he then pulls out his chainsaw, and effortlessly cutting the giant into pieces with it's corpse spitting out ammunition for the Slayer(With Ash look at his chainsaw saying the words, "Why can't mine do that?"). Within seconds, nearly every single enemy in the Slayer's path was brutally and effortlessly defeated with blood and body parts scattered everywhere! Doomslayer then turns his attention back to Ash, and proceeds to charges head first, which Ash making the "OH S**T" expression on his face. Ash then looks at the books, and sighs in anger.

Ash: I know I'm gonna regret this, but...(Ash then proceeds to open the Book, flipping through pages and find a few spells to bring the Slayer down).(Ash clears this throat and reads the first verse)"Piove di fuoco dell'inferno"!(Latin for Raining Fire of Hell)

By uttering those words, a hellish red cloud appears form above, summoning blizzard of raining fire from the sky, which was staggering Doomslayer for a second but shrugged it off like nothing happened, and then starts to run to stop Ash from reading the Book. Ash panics, flipping through pages and began to read random pages to turn the tide of the battle.

Ash: "Rabbia terrena"(Latin for Earthly Rage)(Summons an earthquake that shakes the ground, forming cracks from the earth, but Slayer remains unshaken, with shocks Ash)Ok then, how about....(Then flips through pages again found a different verse)"fulmini senza gabbia!"(Latin for uncaged lightning)(He summons a mighty bolt of red lightning from the book and aims it straight at Doomslayer which manages to send him flying a good 10 to 15 miles away, but Doomslayer walks it off like nothing happened) OH, COME THE F**K ON!! What will it take to bring you down!?

Doomslayer then pulls out his Super Shotgun, activities the Meat Hook and aims it at Ash. He then shots it straight into Ash's left shoulder, injuring him and pull himself straight to Ash. Ash, while in pain, rapidly turns the pages to find something to took Slayer down hard, until he comes across a page with a massive red skull and crossbones with the words below with reads in Latin, "Il vuoto infinito della morte", meaning Death's Endless Void. The second Doomslayer makes it, Ash begins to read the incantation, but....

Ash: Il vuot....uhh....Il voo..(Doomslayer then appears and chokes Ash)GAK! Uh? Oh! "Il vootoo infinto da mortina"?(Nothing happens until a bright red aura surronds the book, and not in a good way, but more of the line of "one big boom is gonna happen" way) Uh-oh..

An huge explosion occurs and sent both Ash and the Slayer falling from the ground, with the Book sent flying into the edge of a stalagmite. Both Ash and Doomslayer, both bruised and blooded, but their injuries alone would not stop them from fighting.

Ash: Ok. OOOOOK! No more mister nice Ash. Let's end this, no book, no distractions, just you, and me!(Ash then reattaches his Metal Gauntlet and pulls out the Sapmaster 3000, from his back ready for the fight of his life!) Come on! SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!!

Doomslayer then responds by pulling out his chainsaw, which has a little bit of gas left, enough for one big chainsaw showdown! The two then charge against one another, their chainsaw clashing, sending sparks flying from their clash! Despite Doomslayer being bigger and tougher then Ash, Ash proceeds to push the Slayer back, the puts the Sapmaster up and removes his gauntlet and then attaches the Leecher, sucking the blood from the corpses of Deadites and demons and proceeds to shoot blood drenched bullets, which while it doesn't harm Slayer, it does stun him for a bit. Ash then detaches the Leecher and attaches the a special Gauntlet attachment, and then uses his good arm to throw the Leecher into Slayer's face, and unleashes a surprise attack from his Rocket Launcher attachment, creating a massive blast and damaged the Slayer, with his helmet's visor cracked revealing a small portion of his eye. Doomslayer then pulls out his Plasma Rifle, equipping it with the Heat Blast Mod, shooting a rapid fire barrage of highly concentration blast of plasma shots, with Ash dodging the shots, and upon see the gun overheat, Ash then pulls out his Hand Cannon equipping it with Grapeshot round, and the second the Repeater stops..

Ash(aiming his Hand Cannon): Bulleye!

Ash takes a perfect shot with the Grapeshot successfully hitting the Plasma Rifle, resulting in an explosion that destroys the weapon.

Doomslayer then pulls out his Heavy Cannon with the Micro Rocket mod, unleashing a hailstorm of rockets and bullets, but Ash instead counter with a shots from his Hand Cannon, resulting in a massive collision of bullets and explosions shattering everywhere. Ash then pulls out the Kandarian Dagger, tapes it to his Boomstick, while loading it up with some special Explosives Rounds, followed by attaching the Harpoon Hand, and as Doomslayer shakes off the explosion, suddenly a harpoon comes straight from the smoke and precisely impales right into Doomslayer's chest, and pulls him up close to Ash, and then proceeds to stab him with the Kandarian Dagger into the right side of his chest, which then begins to burn him. And with his trusty Boomstick loaded, Ash then takes his shot.

Ash(Speaking in Spanish):"Vaya con Dios"(Spanish for "Go with God"), El Loco(Spanish for "Madman", or in Ash terms "Crazy-a** Motherf**ker).

Ash then unloads a massive blast from his Boomstick send the Slayer flying to the air and slamming the ground. Fallen and defeated. The battle was over.

Ash(exhaling)WOOOO-BOY! Thank God that's all over!(He the blows the smoke from his Boomstick) Now then, time to get the book back and get the hell out of here.

Or was it? Just before Ash turn his back against the defeated Slayer, our attention turns to Slayer lying unconscious, but within his mind, a brutal flash of painful memories occur, followed by crowd chanting the following words(Kan En Tuk). At that same time, Doomslayer sees visions of his brutal life, from his life of fighting demons, torment in the coliseum, the actions of The Betrayer, his torture from the Khan Maykr and the Preists. It was then that that he would hear the words of King Novik once again:

King Novik: "Against all the evil that Hell can conjure, all the wickedness that mankind can produce, we will send unto them... only you. Rip and tear, until it is done".

After that quote, he see one more vision, something that would free him from his unconscious prison. He then see a memory of his beloved pet rabbit, Daisy, on his lap, petting and feeding her a celery stick, sharing a wholesome bonding, until it is then change to the day he returned to Earth, as the memory goes dark and dark, with the chants growing louder and louder, but change from "Kan En Tuk" to them screaming "RIP AND TEAR!" over and over. As Doomslayer continue to see the destruction until he is horrified to see that one thing that would haunt him forever, see the beheaded remains of his first and only friend, leading to him getting down on his knee, but at the same time, looks at his fist, and in rage clenches them tightly, and the chants stop, all goes black, nothing until one voice can be heard saying one simple phrase...

Doomguy(Memory) RIP....AND...TEAR!!(We then return to reality with the Slayer opening his one, exposed one, burning with rage!)

(Cue DOOM Eternal OST 22 - The Only Thing They Fear is You)

As Ash proceeds to leave the pit, without him knowing, the Doomslayer then grabs Ash from behind his shoulder and then punches him straight in the face, sending Ash flying into a wall, crashing back first, and just before Ash can regain his senses, the Slayer then violently charges to Ash, ramming through the wall and into an abandoned tomb, with Ash being thrown by the Doomslayer into a stone pillar, Ash then stands up shaking his head from the impact.

Ash: Jesus, what won't kill this guy!?(Ash then reloads his Boomstick, when suddenly Doomslayer uses his Equipment Launcher to blast the Boomstick off of Ash's hand into the far side of the tomb) HEY! That's just F**KIN' RUDE!!

Ash then detaches his chainsaw, wielding with his one hand, while his equips his Metal Gauntlet, and proceeds to charges at the Slayer, while the Slayer charges with his Super Shotgun, locked and loaded! Doomslayer the proceeds to unload several shots from his shotgun into Ash, but he manages to dodge each shot made by the Slayer, and then lets out a strong right hook from his Metal Gauntlet straight to the Slayer's head, low blows him with a knee to the gut, and then tries to finish it with his chainsaw, but Doomslayer counters using his Chainsaw, the clash between their chainsaws were so great, that it leads to a massive explosion of sparks and chain metal shattering everywhere! The explosion sends both combatants to the walls, Ash returns to his senses and regains his Boomstick, and unloads several shots to the Slayer, only for him to grab the Shotgun, headbutts Ash, and right in front of him, breaks the mighty gun in two! The Slayer then grabs Ash and with his monstrous strength, flings Ash away like a ragdoll into a wall, which causes it and the ceiling of the tomb on top of Ash, but just when the Slayer though he was victorious, a source of glowing evil energy raises from the rubble, then suddenly, Ash arises from the debris in his Evil Ash form, consumed by his rage!

Evil Ash: I'M GONNA TEAR YOU INTO A MILLION F**KING PIECE FOR DESTROYING MY BOOMSTICK!!!

In blind rage, Ash then charges in head first to the Doomslayer, tackling him through the tomb, into a sacrificial temple, with Evil Ash, slamming the Slayer into the ground, and proceeds to unleash blow after blow to the face, only for the Doomslayer to grab the Metal Gauntlet by its wrist, which would be a big mistake, as he moves the arm away, in the process, Ash the proceed to give Slayer the middle finger, which then unload a surprise attack in the form of a missile that manages to send Doomslayer flying into the alter of the temple, Evil Ash charges in to finish the finish once and for all, but then Doomslayer has one more trick up his sleeve in the form of the Unmakyr! Due to its power, it runs of BFG rounds, but luckily for Doomslayer, he has two left, and with them, he unload two shots, one that stuns if not greatly damages Ash, and a last shot that sends him flying into the a pillar, but despite feeling enormous amounts of pain, Evil Ash continues to keep fighting! With nothing else to lose, Ash equips the Regeneration Chainsaw and proceeds to charges straight for the Slayer. The Slayer is defenseless, he out of ammo, and some if not most of his weapons were destroyed, all but one. The Doomslayer then brings forth his last and final weapon, The Crucible, wielding it with two hands, and charges toward his opponent! Both Ash and The Slayer charge toward one another in a game of chicken, with both sides attacking with their weapons at hand, and the second they are near one another, both proceed to attack with Ash unleashing a mighty strike from above with his chainsaw, and Doomslayer thrusting his blade, which led to a clash until it all was quiet, and the air remained still. Doomslayer was hit by Ash's Regeneration Chainsaw with a massive cut on his left shoulder, which would indicate that the battle was over, but Ash was a different story, he the proceeds to cough out splashes of blood from his mouth and looks below to see the Crucible lodged in his body, with disbelief in his evil white eyes! Doomslayer then kicks Ash away from the blade, ad proceeds to rip the chainsaw off his shoulder, and then moves forward to his opponent. Ash tries to fight back but utterly fails as the Doomslayer uses the blade to sever his arm, punching him down to the ground, and before he delivers the final blow, Ash says his final words.

Evil Ash: Daaa Sh...(SLASH!!)

Before he can finish, Doomslayer brutally severs his head which then rolls from the ground, leaking blood from his severed neck, the battle was over, and The Slayer was victorious. He then rummage from Ash's deceased and damaged body, pulling out of it a pack of weed, some dirty pictures, until he retrieves his prize, The Book of the Dead. He opens the book ad VEGA scans the pages to find a solution.

Dr. Hayden: Intriguing, it may take some time, possibly months, if not years, but hopefully, we can end this plague now that we have the book.

Doomslayer looks at Ash's severed head.

Dr. Hayden: I'll admit, for a human with such vigor taste, he was a unique fighter, almost inhuman, but still nothing compare to a monster like you. VEGA, open a portal to the lair, our job is done here.

VEGA opens the portal and with the Book in hand, Doomslayer enter the portal with his mission completed, he then removes his destroyed helmet and throws it into the ground, making his exit. But once he leaves, without him knowing, Ash's severed head is reanimated as a Deadite, but is not happy with the outcome.

Deadite Ash: Well this is just great, bad enough I lose my hand, my sanity, and my rockin' body, but now I lost the Book! GREAT!! How in the Hell can this day get any worse!!

Suddenly a large rock from the top of the temple begins to fall, aiming at Ash.

Deadite Ash(annoyed): Oh F**k me!(Splat!)

KO and Results

Annoucer: KO!

Dragoon: Dude, Drake. I'm gonna be honest here, this may have been our most violent Death Battle in our career from this fansite. But still, I really thought Ash had this fight in the bag.

Drake: True. For once, I agree with you, at first glance, it seemed that Ash had the fight in his favor, but in the end, Doomslayer was just too tough for El Jéfe. Sure, Ash has fought monsters twice his size, but then you have the Doomslayer, who is able to withstand hits from a Baron of Hell, who can hit with the force of a dumpster truck. Even then, Doomslayer has also endured attacks from other giants, like the Hell Knights and Cyberdemons.

Dragoon: I will give Ash credit when credit is due, he was able to give the Slayer a run for his money. While he may not have Doomslayer's godlike strength and endurance, Ash was able to endure some of Doomslayer's attacks and weapons, seeing as how Ash is able to dodge lasers and gunshots at close blank range. Plus, some of his weapons did give him an advantage against Doomslayer's artillery. However, most of the Slayer's weapons are tougher and stronger than simple man made weapons, I mean who needs a Hand Cannon when you got a massive laser cannon that has projectiles that kills everything in its path!

Drake: And while Ash may have been around longer than Doomslayer(Evil Dead Series: 1981, DOOM Series: 1993), it's nothing compare to Doomslayer's military background and massive kill count of demons. Sure, Ash has defeated Evil on several occasions, but Doomslayer has defeated Hell on multiple occasions, ranging from Earth, to the moons of Mars and Mars itself, and specially from Hell as well. Heck, he was trapped on Hell for nearly 17 years and has been fighting non stop to the the point of pushing the demon race to near extinction!

Dragoon: Also, I know what you're thinking, "But what about Evil Ash, wouldn't that transformation give him an equalizer against Doomslayer's might?", and you are correct, but Doomslayer had just the weapons to get the job done, the Unmakyr and The Crucible. The Umaykr unloads a furry of shots that are super effective against targets that possess high levels of demonic energy, and since Evil Energy from the Evil Dead is demonic and Ash absorbed a lot of it during his bloodbath fight with Deadites and Demons, that means it was enough to deal some damage. Plus the second Slayer popped out the blade, it was already over, since it's a one hit kill weapon.

Drake: Ash Williams may be known for his weapons, skills, and iconic one-liners, despite his immature and perverted personality. However, they were all outmatched, if not outclassed by the destructive, silent wrath of the Doomslayer.

Dragoon: Wait a minute Drake, we forgot a feat. Ash was able to defeat monsters like the Kander the Destroyer with nothing more but a ballistic shell taped with the Kanderian Dagger.

The theme of this Death Battle is based on the combatants both possessing mastery of using certain melee weapons(Chainsaws) and long-ranged weapons(Shotguns), but also suffer from tragic events: Doomslayer(spending nearly 17 years of being in Hell and lose a cute brown bunny) and Ash Williams(Forced to kill his friends and girlfriend being possessed by Deadites and cutting off his own hand)
