Aether: Tell me, Paimon, if you’re the smartest person in the world, what type of weapon would you use in battle?

Paimon: That's easy; Paimon would use the most damaging weapons there are. Like the giant claymore, the swift pole arm, or the powerful catalyst. Seeing that our smartest friends use catalysts, I will pick that one.

Aether: Good guess, Paimon, but the answers are not the obvious ones. Sometimes less is more, and for these two fighters, you only need bo staff to achieve victory. With them also being the smartest in their group against crimes, there are no challenges they can overcome.

Paimon: Like Donatello, the tech-savvy member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Aether: And Tim Drakes, one of the smartest detectives in Gotham City.

Paimon: He’s Aether, and I’m Paimon!

Aether: And it’s our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win in death battle.

Aether: The world works in mysterious ways, you never know where the next greatest heroes may come from.

Paimon: Wether it be in the snowy mountains, the peaceful town, or the bustling towns. One thing is certain: The world is full of heroes.

Aether: And for one mutant team out of the sewers, they pledge to save innocent lives from danger, and their team name is Teenage Mutants Ninja Turtles. They’re the world’s most fearsome fighting teens. Whether we are talking about Leonardo, the leader of the group who always comes up with the plan,.

Paimon: Michelangelo, the party dude who knows how to have fun and is also the most talented, especially in agility.

Aether: And Raphael, the ruthless and strongest fighter in the group.

Paimon: But don’t forget Donatello. As the smartest of the group, he’s the one who invents all those cool techs. Whether it be the shell raiser or his drones, you can always count on him and his machines.

Donatello: Note to you: Next time, make your weapons out of high-grade titanium.

Paimon: But I have a question: how did the turtles get that big? I’m certain that turtles aren’t ninjas and eat pizza.

Aether: Well, we have met Ninken on our journey.

Paimon: Touché traveler.

Aether: But how about I tell you the origins?

Paimon: Yay! Backstory!

Aether: While they have appeared in many shows, comics, and videos, All share a common backstory, starting with master Hamato Yoshi.

Paimon: What? I thought we were talking about the turtles. He was supposed to be part of the story.

Mr. Incredible: We get there when we get there!

Aether: Anyways, he is a very talented fighter with a pet rat named Splinter. As a member of the foot clan, splinter watch and mimic his master movement, and Yoshi competes with his rival Oroku Nagi on who is the best. But also to compete for the love of Tang Shen. It would turn dark as Nagi beat up the woman, full of rage.

Paimon: That big meany, how can he beat up his loved one? I wouldn’t let him get away with that.

Aether: Yoshi would agree with you on that Paimon, so he would quickly kill his rival, but also bring great news to his name that he was banished from the clan to New York. He would be pursued by Nagi's younger brother, Oroku Saki, who took over the foot clan, becoming the shredder.

Paimon: The shredder... is that supposed to scare the enemies? To name after kitchen utensils, how about a cooler name like... (A clip where the shredder kills Silver Samurai.) Ahhhh! Traveler! Protect Paimon from the killer utensil! (Hide behind the traveler.)

Aether: Saki would be able to deliver swift vengeance by killing both Yoshi and Shen, just as Splinter made a quick escape. Wandering into the streets, he would witness a canister full of green substances flying out of the truck and destroying a glass bowl that sent the four brother turtles into the sewers. Splinter would follow his master ways by going into the sewers and picking up each turtle's cover in the ooze.

Paimon: By that ordinary ooze, it was transforming the turtles into bigger, smarter, and having the ability to talk. Master Splinter would be their father and mentor, naming them after Renaissance artists from a book in a sewer.

Aether: After years of training in Ninjutsu and their main weapons, they would use their training to stop the Foot clan from starting their journey.

Paimon: Wether it be beating up mutants, aliens, or the shredder, They’re heroes in a half shell full of turtle power.

Aether: As one of the most level-headed members of the team, Donatello has mastered the art of Ninjutsu.

Paimon: Hey, Sayu also knows Ninjutsu! Hey traveler, what skills do you get after learning the ways of the ninja?

Aether: Well… To keep things simple so everyone can understand. He must master the ways of fighting without weapons, learning different strategies, how to disappear, and his greatest feat, using the Bo Staff.

Paimon: But why a bo staff? Isn’t it just a wooden stick? So why not instead a spear or even a sword? Wouldn’t that be more effective?

Aether: That is what separates the amateur from the pros. Each reason for the weapons that Master Splinter has given them has a meaning and a lesson. For Leonardo, Katanas is a reflection of his choice and responsibility to protect his brothers from harm. Next is Raphael’s Sais, where the sais are made to teach him patience and discipline. And for Donatello, with his Nunchucks being the hardest weapons to use, they actually teach him to live up to his high potential.

Paimon: Oh, I got it! And for Donatello, while he uses many technologies in his journey, sometimes in life, the simplest tools like a Bo staff can be your greatest assets! Master Spiller is a great teacher.

Aether: He’s sure the master but also a great father. With the Bo staff, he grants him a longer range of attacks plus quick strikes from short- and long-range encounters. Next are Donatello weapons in battle.

Paimon: Wether it be his smoke bombs, shurikens, or his Yuma. He will always be ready for battle!

Aether: Plus, being the inventor of the metal head and shell raiser, he had plenty of weapons to use in battle. A stun gun, grappling handle, electro-grenade, mechanical spider-arms, laser cannon, and an entire army worth of drones.

Paimon: Don’t forget his most powerful weapon, where he combines his staff with technology! The one from the Rise of Teenage Mutant Turtles and not from the 2012 version.

Aether: How could a person forget that one? While the others get mystic weapons, are the other weapons made of titanium? With rocket hammer mode, this bad boy can do almost anything. Chainsaw mode, laser guns, and tranquilizer guns can shock people, and even freeze them in place. From a machine that can stop time for a person if they get hit by the beam or a hologram decoy. Now he’s only to need to invent a machine to make April to fall in love with him.

Paimon: Ha! From the same person who always blushes when talking to Ayaka. Plus, we’re talking about a mutant turtle who was able to stop a tank with just his staff, which is comparable to Leonardo pushing a 240-ton boulder with a monster holding onto it.

Aether: Oh, really, Paimon. Care to explain more feats that he got into this battle.

Paimon: Gladly. Having the power to burst through walls with ease, Donatello should be comparable to Baron Draxum, who was able to survive the 12 ton explosion that destroyed his lab. And with fights against the shredder, who carries the legendary sword called the sword of Tengu, plus many times dodging laser attacks. How about that traveler?

Aether: That sounds pretty impressive considering all those aliens and mutants he must face against his brothers including one who is master of all martial arts. However, he is the member who isn’t known for fighting, plus he has a cocky attitude in battle.

Paimon: But don’t let those think little of him, viewers, when his brother gets into trouble. His tech is there to say the day!

Donatello: genius intellect and tech guru. The brains of the family.

Tim Drake[]

Aether: When it comes to trust, it is very important when making a new relationship with people. As Warren Buffett stated, "Truth is like the air we breathe—when it’s present, nobody really notices; when it’s absent, everybody notices.”

Paimon: And there's no one who’s been having trouble trusting people to help him. That person being Batman, the Dark Knight hero. Wait a minute, I thought it was Diluc who was the Dark Night hero.

Aether: Batman, or better known as Bruce Wayne, is a hero who fights crimes in the street of Gotham, protecting the people against the villains. With his training from leagues of assassins after the deaths of his parents, he uses his detective skills and martial prowess to keep the street clean.

Paimon: But you can’t save everyone by yourself; he's going to need a sidekick to look after him.

Aether: With the name being name and costume based on Robin Hood, Bruce Wayne would adopt a child named Dick Grayson after losing his parents to become his sidekick. But then he got fired after being shot by the Joker as Bruce was trying to protect him.

Paimon: I mean He did let a kid fight crime—what he thinks is going to happen. Well, there was Jason Todd who took the mantle of the next Robin, where he…

Aether: Get beaten up with a crowbar by the Joker and left for dead.

Paimon: Are you serious? And by the joker again! Batman, you should stop hiring children to be your sidekicks.

Aether: After the traumatic event that shook Batman to his core, Bruce was becoming more drastic by beating up the villains, spilling blood heavily. So then there was a person who’s planning to save Batman from himself, and you may know him as Tim Drake. One of the greatest Robins of them all!

Tim Drake: What’s the point in being right if we’re not willing to fight for it?

Aether: Timothy Drake was an ordinary child, with his parents being the wealthy family Jack and Janet Drake. As their only child, he would often play outside, hang out with friends, and join in different activities.

Paimon: But then he wouldn’t forget the day where at the circus, Timothy would watch the Dick Grayson and the flying Grayson when both of the parents died on that night. Yep, that will traumatize a child for life.

Aether: Yet there is something special about Tim, as years later, when he was watching on television Batman and Robin taking down the penguin. He was able to connect Dick Grayson and Robin together, knowing that the only people who can do the quadruple backflip are the flying Grayson, leaving the only option being him and Bruce Wayne.

Paimon: Wow! That's incredible, and here I’m trying to figure out the riddles in the newspaper.

Aether: After the death of Jason Todd and the quick downfall for Batman, Tim would save the day by becoming the new Robin. While Batman at first didn’t want more blood on his hands, Batman would be kidnapped by two-face. Putting on the costume with the help of Alfred, Tim would start his adventures to save Batman and become his new sidekick as Robin.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMfLhDFT8Uk

Paimon: Being accepted into the Bat family, he must face the trials if he wants to defeat the rouges of criminals in the dark streets of Gotham.

Aether: He would learn many forms of martial arts from different teachers, including Batman, Alfred, Nightwing, and even Lady Shiva, who is the greatest martial artist. Gaining a perfect body through hard training, he also learns how to use his Bo-staff in battle.

Paimon: He has learned to be stealthy as a Ninja, agile like a hawk on a hunt, and ferocious as a grizzly bear.

Aether: He can even paralyze a person with quick nerve strikes.

Paimon: After those months of training from the best of the best, he would be finally able to join Batman in the streets. Even when nervous, Batman would tell him that he had full confidence in Tim and his high intelligence.

Aether: Unlike the others, Tim Drake is one of the smartest detectives in the family, using his wits in battle. Like the time where he is able to figure out Ra's Al Ghul's plan in mere seconds or create a map that can pinpoint every magical being on the planet. He is so smart that Batman states that he would even surpass him in intelligence.

Paimon: And you know that Batman doesn’t hand out compliments like candy. Making them more special. With smarts like that, he certainly has cool weapons!

Aether: He certainly does, his Bo staff being very durable and carrying a device that can create an EMP explosion that can knock out all electronic devices at certain distances.

Paimon: What about his utility belt full of cool gadgets like snare wire, flash bangs, metal discs, smoke pellets, lasers, bombs that make up puke, sticky bombs, ice bombs, and plenty more.

Aether: And with Batman being known to dodge Dr. Light attacks that can travel at the speed of light, Tim Drake's greatest feat should be compared to Batman, who can survive the explosion.

Paimon: He survived that explosion! It's bigger than the buildings!

Aether: By finding the volume of the explosion and the distance Batman was to it, we can calculate the amount by 58 tons of TNT.

Paimon: That much, are you sure he is human? Or at least have a vision.

Aether: He is still certainly human, as seen when the Joker tries to kill Tim Drake just like the other robins. But things are different as he fought many villains, from King Snake, the most dangerous man, to Leaning the new group of Teen Titans. Tim would be able to take Joker into the sewers as he marked his words that one day he would kill Tim like the others.

Paimon: As if we’re talking one of the best robins out there. He would become Red Robin as a new hero to clean up the streets as the smartest detective out there.

Tim Drake: Did you think I was going to run all around the city, desperately trying to save everyone all by myself? I'm not Batman. I have friends.

Pre-Death Battle[]

Paimon: We have seen what the fighter can do. From there’s ability, strength, and agility.

Aether: But now it’s time for death battle.

Death Battle[]

Music: Batman Arkham City- The adventure of Batman and Robin

Across the dark city of Gotham, it was full of criminals and corrupt politicians who take advantage of the people. Whether it be the stealthy Catwoman, the crazy joker, or the cunning Bane. The people of Gotham are glad there are some people who fight against the injustice, and one of them is riding a motorcycle through the deserted streets as it makes a complete stop in an Alleyway. Taking off his helmet, the person reveal to be Tim Drake as he stare into the dark sky with the shining moon as he was on a mission. The croc was able to escape Arkham asylum by the sewers and start killing people by pulling them from the man covers on the streets, and Red Robin pulling out a high tech devise as he put on the ground releasing sonic waves through the ground revealing what underneath him of the many pipes until finally it reveal a huge area that the croc could be hiding in.

Tim: Bingo.

Batman: ( Talking through the listening ear piece.) Have you found his lair?

Tim: Like if you need to ask, just found it just under a minute. I will send you the coordinates.

Batman: ( Receiving the message.) Now remember, while I was able to hit him with the tranquilizer dart. He could still be resisting the effects even it been over an hour, so keep your eyes out for trouble.

Tim: Got it, I will start the next step of our plan.

Batman: Good luck out there.

Tim: Don’t need it.

Taking a breath, he open the manhole and jump inside as the camera pans down revealing the sewers systems full of rats until finally it stop revealing the home base for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. With much of the turtles and Splinter on a mission, Donatello was the only one who stay back as he work on his tech. Wearing his wielding mask and blow torch connecting two piece of metal it would quickly catches on fire as he panic. He would quickly grab the fire extinguisher and take out the fire as he takes off the mask to grab the voice recorder.

Donatello: October 1st, working on a prototype machine that should be able to create a portal to other dimension for a rescue mission. Main reasons for the fire is because that the element of gold is reacting heavily to this mysterious material that should make the portal. Good thing the rest are collecting the materials for the circuits for the devise, but what could be a good alternative?

Tim: Have you ever thought of using Silicon.

Donatello: Who said that! ( He look around trying to find the person.)

Tim: ( Jump down from the sewer pipes.) The name is Robin.

Donatello: And what are you doing here?!

Tim: Well, I was on a mission to find the croc, but I overheard that you’re planning to make a portal to another dimension. What is your plan, try to invade the planet with a turtle army.

Donatello: As if I will tell a stranger of our plans, you better leave if you want to leave without any bruises.

Tim: Oh really. ( Pull out his staff.) I like to see you try.

Donatello: I will warn you this, I’m no ordinary mutant turtle. I have my trusty staff made of pure… ( Reach behind his back to see it just to be his normal one with a sticky note on it.) Wood? ( He look at the note that was made by Michelangelo stating that he is going to borrow the staff to scratch his  back of his shell and will return it soon.) You got to be kidding with me!

Tim: ( Smirks.)  From seeing your reaction, I bet this fight is going to end just a few minutes.

Donatello: But only with me defeating you. ( Goes into his stance ready for the fight.)

Tim: Then bring it!

Fight!

As the camera pans around them, the battle starts with both fighters charging each other for a Bo staff strike for each other. Tim Drake being the more aggressive fighter, strikes for head multiple times with Donatello blocking each one until counterattack by a vertical slash attack. However, Robin flips over the strike for a kick to the head. Now behind, Donatello barely has enough time to block a horizontal traveling down. He would then take a step back for both to strike each other's staff, Donatello block a forward strike, and for the two fighters to spin their staff for another strike.

Tim Drake: Nice tricks; where did you learn them from? On YouTube. Let me show you a real trick.

Pulling out a smoke bomb, he quickly disappeared into the smoke as Donatello covered his eyes.

Donatello: What the (Barley takes a step to the left, avoiding a metal disk to his head.) Ahhhh!

Tim Drake: Let's see how good you are with long-ranged weapons. (Pull out more metal disks.) Shall we.

Still on the defensive side, Donatello uses his wooden staff to catch all of the metal disks, taking much of the damage. So Donatello used his wits by pulling out his Yuma that was next to him and using his archery skills to launch the arrow before Tim Drake caught the arrow and threw it on the ground.

Tim Drake: Is that supposed to impress me?

Donatello: Nope. But that shuriken on your shoe will.

Before he could look down, Tim Drake was shocked by the electric Shuriken during the time that Donatello was putting on his metal backpack that sprouted out of Mechanical Legs. Donnie then quickly dashes across the arena for a quick punch strike, a turn into a reverse strike, and finally a side strike to the ribs, breaking some in the process and making him grunt in pain. Yet Red Robin is using his wits by closing his eyes and pulling out a flash bang to blind him as he disappears again.

Donatello: Not this again. (Walk around for him.) You know it is pointless to hide; I have been trained to be the very best ninja. (Stop next to his computer putting codes on it and walk a few steps.) So how about you stop hiding and let me defeat you with style?

However, he would step on an explosion gel trap as it exploded, sending him into the ceiling, making a huge crack on it and falling on the floor. Using that as his advantage, Tim Drake jumps into the air, slamming the staff right onto Donnie’s shell, making a crack on it.

Tim Drake: Payback time for breaking my ribs, Ninja Turtle.

Donatello: Ouch… Same here!

Tim just looked around to be surrounded by three drones with rockets and laser guns.

Without a second thought, Robin started running as the drones started chasing him and blasting lasers, but he was very agile, weaving through the attacks in the giant sewer pipes into a large room full of pipes pouring out water into the small river. As the camera pans around Tim as the three drones surround him, pulling out blades and charging at him, yet Tim was able to flip over one and destroy another with a staff strike. He would destroy another one with a baterang prior to stabbing right through the last one as Donatello jumped from a sewer pipe.

Tim: (Point his staff at Donnie.) What? Run out of your toys.

Donatello: Not yet fletching (Summon hoards of drones.) Still got plenty to show off.

Sighing, all the drones charge at him from all directions, but Tim Drake comes up with a plan by striking the floor, releasing an EMP pulse, destroying all the drone circuits and taking them down.

Donatello: That was undesirable, but you can’t make an egglet without breaking some eggs first.

Michelangelo: (Open a portal revealing his hands.) Thanks for the scratchback, Donnie!

Throwing toward his brother, Donnie used his strength, jumping into the air and grabbing his titanium staff with a smile on his face.

Donatello: Now you will face the full power of a ninja turtle!

Tim: Finally, you’re taking it seriously; guess I will bring my A game!

Falling in the air, both fighters strike with their Bo staff, with Donatello landing on their floor, with him being the one on the offense. He turned his front end of the staff into a chainsaw as it made a loud buzzing sound, and Tim Drake blocked each strike as each one was putting on more pressure as sparks flew from each hit. Suddenly, Red Robin threw his staff like a spear, knocking off Donatello’s weapon just for Red Robin to close the distance. Close enough, he would apply pressure with quick strikes to the chest, taking advantage of a kick and sending Donatello to the floor. Tim would pick up his staff, ready to end the fight.

Tim: You fought good for a turtle, but not good enough.

Tim would charge for the final time just as Donatello looked in panic trying to figure out what to do next. With a single shuriken, he calculates the angles and momentum until he finally throws it as Tim Drake dodges the attack.

Tim: Nice try, but that won’t work on me.

Donatello: Oh, really. When I said I was aiming for you.

He turns around to see that the shuriken strikes one of the drones, shocking it with electricity as it launches a rocket at Tim Drake. He would barely dodge the rocket, but finally Donatello would end the fight by using his time-stopper ray, stopping Tim Drake in place.

Donatello: With my wits and tech! (He runs as he grabs his Titanium staff and uses it in rocket mode, aiming for the head.) There is no challenge I can’t overcome!

Striking the head, Tim Drake explodes like a watermelon, killing him instantly as the ray wears off and his body falls to the water.

Donatello:Checkmate! (Place his staff on his shoulder as the body floated away and the water around it turned red.)

Verdict[]

Paimon: I don’t need a doctorate degree like Baizhu to know that without your head, you will die quickly, but how did Donatello win? I thought Tim Drake was the more experienced fighter. Wouldn’t that help him?

Aether: Well, that is true since he was trained by many people on different martial arts and has less weakness that Donatello can use against him. Added that both characters can fight for hours and can dodge light-based attacks. There are situations where Red Robin could actually win.

Paimon: But why not?

Aether: The first thing is that Donatello is way more powerful and durable than Tim Drake.

Paimon: But that 58-ton explosion is way more than the lab explosion; how is that possible?

Aether: That simple Paimon, the sword of Tengu.

Paimon: What about it?

Aether: While being used by the shredder, and with characters including the turtle being comparable to it, it was able to create an explosion equal to 78 tons. Meaning that he can deal the deadly blow while tanking Tim Drake damage.

Aether: Really!

Aether: Certainly. Plus, while not experienced like the other turtles, he did fight an opponent who is a master of all martial arts, showing that he can keep up with an opponent who is more skilled than him. And with the final nail in his coffin is that Donatello's weapons are simply more than he can handle.

Paimon: Seeing that his tech can stop time for the person who gets hit by the ray, many long-ranged weapons, and his army of drones. His tech was able to carry him to victory. You can say that Tim Drake was shell shocked!

Aether: The winner is Donatello.
