Wiz: Knights, a man who served his lord as a mounted solider in armor who acted chivalrously and brave in battle field.
Boomstick: Beside of Medvial times, the dinner theater. The knight is one of the most famous fighter in the world.
Wiz: Like Dirk the Daring, the man who conqured dragon's lair!
Boomstick: And Shovel Knight, the brave knight with a shovel blade of destructions. He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skill to see who would win a Death Battle!

Wiz: It was the 1983, Mario Bros. was released, start of cabbage kids, and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi come to the theaters.
Boomstick: And during the time, Dragon’d Lair come from Rick Dyer and Don Bluth who used to work as animator for Disney. The story started with the princess Daphne. The Dragon’s Lair version. Not the Scooby Doo Daphne.
Wiz: So, Dirk the Daring set off to save the precess from the evil dragon as he faced ghosts to monsters. Dirk the Daring is a brave but clumsy knight travel through the castle travel through the castle where you must pick direct action from left, right, up, down, or sword attack.
Boomstick: And he have to do it to going though the rooms to avoid the comical deaths where instead of typical levels. You must travel through random parts of the levels that even some rooms are just mirrored to play it more than once. In the end of the Castle, he Killed the Dragon and saved the princess.
Wiz: He carries his iconic sword that can make any foes disappear to blocking dragon fire and use the sword to make powerful winds that it pushed three wolfs away like if they are leaves.
Boomstick: The magical sword that reflect back fire to being imbued with magical fire for one hit. Man, where do I get these weapons.
Wiz: But he also carries a wooden sword that turned into gold when struck by lightning.
Boomstick: Also he carries dagger, axe, boomerang, grappling hook, and the crossbow. (Pull it out.) This Crossbow shoot magic arrows that can destroy magical barriers.
Wiz: Three, two, one.
Boomstick: Why are you… (The Crossbow start shooting arrows in all directions.) Never mind, he also carries Dragon Ring so that he can release a spinning attack that can be charged like Crash Bandicoot. Cough, Cough. The one should have won.
Wiz: Oops, (Drop the golden sword on Boomstick feet to him scrumming.) He also carries dragon’s wing to glide in the air, Dragon’s eye to see invisible enemies, Dragon spirit heals him, Dragon’s Scale to be immune to fire, and Dragon’s Flame to set his sword on fire.
Boomstick: But even after they were married, Mordroc captured the princess who planned to marry her. Wow, it was difficult to have a date during the old days. Well he is chased by her mother into the treasure room where he found time machine traveling through time to save her again.
Wiz: Being the hero, he have sliced through s rock to able to sliced though Knight armor.
Boomstick: With the angle he sliced though the armor, he need to strike with force of 260,800 pounds. That 130 Tons or 18 African Elephants.
Wiz: He have survived a crushed from a giant tree to being slammed through the rock floor with the energy of 17 pounds of TNT.
Boomstick: He was even in 3D game. Still saving the princess from Mordroc with Singe when he get the amulet to comminuted with the precess to saved her again.
Wiz: While riding on the mechanical horse, the horse can fly in speed of 241,541 Miles per hour to dodging lightning that travel 220,000 Miles per hour.
Boomstick: Despite off him dodging attacks, he still clumsy. But with his sword. They’re no evil villains able to stop him from saving the princess.

Wiz: Long ago, the lands were untamed where it roamed by legendary adventurers with their named from Shield Knight and Shovel Knight.
Boomstick: They are the best friends who wander across the land collecting treasure and stopping evil. That sound awesome, no responsibility, no care in the wonder, only treasure and battles.
Wiz: Even with their experienced, they went to the town of Fate when the cursed amulet wrought a terrible magic that Shovel Knight awoke outside the tower that is sealed.
Boomstick: So, the grieving knight went into a life alone living in a farm with the land seized by the vile power of the enchantress and her Order of No Quarter. Everything look like there no hope.
Wiz: But then the tower is unsealed, and Shovel Knight prepared to travel across the land to find his missing friend and to stop the forces of evil.

Boomstick: He carries the iconic Shovel Blade, it a shovel blade that is used for digging to slicing up foes when he can do shovel drop bouncing on the head of the enemy.
Wiz: He can upgrade the shovel blades with drop spark that allow him to generate sparks with him having full health, trench blade to increase the power of digging, and charge handle where he charged up the blade for stronger slashes.
Boomstick: He also carries a lot of armor, but we going to focus on the Dynamo mail that allow him to do two shovel drop to increased slash attacks.

Wiz: The flare wand allow him to shoot flaming projectiles, phase locket allow him to be immune to damages…
Boomstick: The Dust Knuckles where he throw powerful punches, chases sphere to throw a magical sphere that bounce, propellor dagger to dash in the air…
Wiz: Anchors, mobile gears, war horn that beat sound waves, and and collecting Ichor from the Troupple king. He can use Ichor of renewal to restore health and Magic to the Ichor of boldness to make him invincible for 10 seconds.
Boomstick: He can power up his weapon to use Flareo rod to realized a cluster of flames in front, bait bomb that explode to closet foe, tow ichor to pull shovel knight, ghost gloves, buzzsaw boomerang, shadow version of himself, using dagger, and fleet flask that surrounded him in green flames.
Wiz: He can shatter though stone with a force of 29 million pounds of force.
Boomstick: He took a cannonball that was the same sized of him. That amount of iron and speed mean that he take the force of 29 Tons of TNT. Enough to explode the city block.
Wiz: He have dodge lightning that travel 220,000 miles per hour to fighting enchantress who cause an earthquake with a force of 10 trillion joules of energy. That 78 Kiloton of TNT. Enough to destroy a town.
Boomstick: As the greatest hero of the land, he have defeated black knight to even the battle toads and Kratos. What can’t he do.
Wiz: Well, he does have limited supply of magic to being a honorable fighter.
Boomstick: Please Wiz, none shone brighter than shovel Knight!

In the dark castle, everything was quiet and peaceful when a light simmer across the staircase to reveal it be Dirk the Daring who is trying to find the princess who was kidnap again, so he walk all all the way up into the hallway full of spider webs. He carry the torch through the hallway looking at each sides looking out for traps when he accidentally step on a string to him jumping to avoid the spikes, duking over darts, slicing a spider in halve, and jumping forward over the pit into an empty room. He swipe his head when the ground start to tumbling below him that he drop two stories into a giant piled off gold everywhere like an ocean, and he see the princess Daphne inside an iron caged.
Daphne: You come here to rescue me, how noble of you.
He slide on a chest on a piled of gold to the bottom to him putting his sword away so he can climb the tower of gold.
Dirk: Of corse, I’m your knight in shining armor!
She giggles when he start climbing; however, they heard steps getting closer and closer with every steps.
Daphne: Oh no, the person who kidnap me! Save me!
Dirk then pulled out his sword preparing for a battle when Shovel Knight enter the room looking at all the treasure in the room, so he start collecting it more his adventure when he roll backward to avoid the strike of Dirk’s Sword.
Dirk: So, you are the one who kidnap her, then taste the iron of my blade.
And so Shovel Knight pull out his own sword for battle.
Shovel Knight: Then a battle you get!

The battle start with Shovel Knight jump on the Treasure Chest into the air striking against Dirk The Daring sword, so they struggle trying to over power each other when Shovel Knight able to pushed Dirk couple of feet throwing more strikes, so Dirk blocking each each attacks to a upward arc strike that Shovel Knight block.
Dirk: Why fighting a knight who carrying a shovel for a sword not weed for me.
Shovel Knight: It not an ordinary shovel.
He raised the sword into the air to drop sparks on the ground that hit Dirk multiples time on his foot to cause him to trip.
Daphne: Dirk, get up!
Dirk the Daring roll to the left to avoid a strike from Shovel knight attack to blocking the attack with his sword to another roll to the right avoid the attack; therefore, he roll again to strike Shovel Knight in the back when he pull out a coin from the ground that caused a huge avalanches of gold to bury Shovel Knight.
Dirk: Look like he was over his head.
However, in the pile of gold Shovel Knight use dust Knuckles to punched out of the gold mountain to punching his fist together, and he dashed quickly throwing punches that Dirk having difficult time blocking every attack before Shovel Knight destroy the sword with one powerful blow.
Dirk: Hey, that my favorite sword!
Then he pulled out daggers throwing it that Shovel start running in opposite directions avoiding each attacks to using a pile of gold as shield where he pulled out chases orb into jump out of the covering to hitting Dirk multiple times when Shovel Knight take advantage by using shadow Knight.
Dirk: So, that how it will be. Then what about this!
Then Dirk pull out a boomerang that went through the shadow to coming back hitting Shovel Knight in his back, thus Shovel Knight jump out of hiding place to use tow anchor to pull him closer to Dirk to use use his shovel trying to hit Dirk until Dirk pulled out a wooden sword.
Shovel Knight: And you thought shovel sword was weird.
Yet, the sword was strike by lighting to turn it into gold that shine bright.
Dirk: This will be the weapon that will struck the final blow!
Daphne: You’re so brave!
Dirk: I know.
He start swiping his new sword that Shovel Knight having difficult time blocking every track when he jump into the air to drop into the ground that cause waves of flames on the floor to spread across Dirk shoes.
Dirk: Ahhh, fire!
He start to roll on the ground trying to get rid of the flames at the same time Shovel Knight raised his sword.
Shovel Knight: Feel the power of the Shovel Blade!
He jump off the gold pile about to strike Dirk the Daring into his stomach when Dirk avoid the attack by rolling when they heard a noise in the gold piled.
Dirk: What making all the noise.
So, they investigate the noise to reveal pounds of TNT that Shovel Knight strike with both looking scared where the bomb exploded seining them into each side of the room.
Daphne: Dirk, are you all right.
Dirk: (With all the dragon theme weapon on him.) Yes, but it know to save you!
Then Shovel knight in his Dynamo mail jump from the gold piled prepared for battle drinking ichor of renewal to crushing it against his head preparing for the final battle.

Dirk the daring charge up attack when Shovel Knight pull out flare wand blasting fire balls; however, the attacks simply do no damage to Dirk as he carry the Dragon’s scale to be immune to the flames attack. Then Dirk use a spinning attack quickly getting close to Dirk when Shovel Knight use mobile gear to avoid the attack to using the rising dagger to fly into the air.
Dirk: I don’t think so!
Dirk follow shovel Knight into the air by using grappling hook as they use their swords striking with every blows when Shovel Knight throw anchor in the air with Dirk use another boomerang making Shovel Knight fall, but the Anchor hit Dirk to cause him also fall into the ground. He catch up to Shovel Knight when he Dragon’s wings to glide on the air striking Shovel Knight multiple times, and Shovel Knight use bait bomb to launch Dirk into the gold pile tp the golden sword break into pieces.
Daphne: Don’t give up hope Dirk, use this!
Daphne throw the sword that Dirk grab in his hand that was magical to using the flames from the torch to make the sword on fire, and Shovel Knight pull out dash boots running toward Dirk striking the swords multiple times till Shovel Knight pull out chase throwing one that Dirk reflect the attack with Shovel Knight Block that attack with each side blocking it until Shovel Knight hit hard enough to send Dirk into the ground where finally Shovel Knight jump into air with his Shovel sword striking the sword in the neck chopping the head of Dirk. He raised his sword in victory to collect the treasure and left to tell the story to Shield Knight.
Conculsion[]
Boomstick: Man, if only use use the sword attack on time.
Wiz: As Dirk is more agile while riding on the fly horse that travel faster than lighting, travel through the castle without getting tired, and been in more games. Shovel Knight take the rest.
Boomstick: Strenght is obvious when he Shovel Knight destroy the block of stone while Dirk greatest feat is slcing through a knight amor.
Wiz: Also that Shovel Knight have faced the enchantress who caused Earthquake that shock the ground with force to destroy a town.
Boomstick: Dirk did faced the dragon, but I'm sure the dragon can't destroyed towns.
Wiz: And carrying more powerful weapons and survivng more deadly blows. Shovel Knight only need one hit to win.
Boomstick: Look like Shovel Knight bury his competition.
Wiz: The winner is Shovel Knight!
