Kirbo: Dio Brando, The arrogant vampire from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
Demo: Muzan Kibutsuji, The Demon king from Demon Slayer.
Kirbo: Perfection is something that no man have been able to achieve over the countless centuries of humanity, but this didn't stop these two from trying.
Demo: they're no man nor a miserable pile of secrets, this is a good old vampire vs demon fight! He's Kirbo an i'm Demoman!
Kirbo: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who will win a DEATH BATTLE!
DIO is on top of THE WORLD in Death Battle![]
Kirbo: The 1800's was a very interesting century, with many upon many changes that would affect humanity forever, even to this day.
Demo: But something that won't change in an eternity is the human stupidity, like the time George Joestar and Mary Joestar thought it was a good idea to go in a carriage ride in the middle of a storm, like seriously... Who the hell thinks that would end well?!?!?!
Kirbo: Demo please be more compassionate... Nonetheless, a man named Dario Brando witnessed the terrible accident and his first instinct was... loot the corpses, yeah, he was very despicable, but he didn't count with the fact that George was still alive.
Demo: Upon waking up, our friend George accidentally assumed he was saving him and in that moment, everything would change for the two bloodlines, sometime later Dario somehow managed to marry a woman and procreate with her, she ended up giving birth to one of the most evil hellspawns to ever exist. His name was Dio Brando.
Kirbo: Dio didn't had one of the best childhoods, his father would constantly abuse him and even spend most of the money they had in booze, he even told his son to sell his mother's dress just to buy more, so naturally Dio got tired of him and murdered his dad with poison.
Demo: After his father's dead, Dio was adopted by the Joestar family, there he met his new brother and future enemy, Jonathan Joestar aka JoJo, being a total gentleman he greeted Dio with the nicest welcome, and what did he do in response? kick his dog in the f***ing face! yup, up to a good start.
Kirbo: Although this was just the tip of the iceberg of Dio's shenanigans, after that he did stuff like humiliate him, burn his dog, molest his girlfriend Erina Pendleton and just so casually try to kill George with poison to earn his fortune, at this point Jonathan had every right to be angry at him.
Demo: But Dio's ultimate plan didn't end there, while in his stay in the Joestar Mansion he found an interesting object called The Stone Mask, upon putting some blood on it, the mask will attach to the user's face and transform him into a fully fleshed vampire, he was originally going to use the blood of Jonathan but sadly his father decided to play hero and sacrifice himself to save his son.
Kirbo: With his plan finally finished, he admitted to reject his humanity and ultimately became the fearful vampire of Phantom Blood, but after a few fights, both Brando and Joestar died in a cruise accident, ending the rivalry forever in a melancolic end...
Demo: Or is it?
Kirbo: One hundred years later, a mysterious coffin was recovered off the coast of Africa by some treasure hunters, where none other than Dio was found, this time using the body of Jonathan Joestar he stealed, he decided to kill them for obvious reasons and recover in a new mansion.
Demo: So now that Dio was back with a new yellow punchy boi ghost on his side, it was up to the descendants of the family, Jotaro Kujo and Joseph Joestar, to stop him once and for all.
Kirbo: They managed to defeat him, of course with a few loses here and there but it was for a major sacrifice, Dio was dead, REALLY DEAD, we won't see him forever and ever!
Demo: Well... technically we forgot to mention about his OP Version, his even more OP version, his handsome son and the other worthless sons of his, an alternative universe version of himself and finally his boyfriend.
Kirbo: Demo how many times do i need to tell you, Pucci wasn't his boyfriend, he even explicitly stated he needed a friend who wasn't motivated by money, fame or sex who thought the same way he did to make up for his own shortcomings, Pucci was more like a disciple than a romantic partner.
Demo: Yeah sure, but how do you explain that manga panel of him sitting with Dio in the same bed, while he was shirtless, i don't know but it seem kinda... sus... (Sips wine)
Kirbo: Demo please.
Demo: Obviously we can't go talking about Dio without mentioning his freaky vampiric abilities, this ain't just your usual blood sucking fiend, he makes Bram Stoker's Dracula look like an ant.
Kirbo: Thanks to the Stone mask he received various physical enhancements, such as Superhuman strength, speed/agility and even senses, and of course he still maintains the usual abilities a vampire have, like anti-aging and blood sucking.
Demo: he also is an expert in the art of necromancy, thanks to being a vampire Dio can easily transform the living and the dead into monstrous zombies, overtime he evolved into not only turn people into zombies but even vampires, just like the time he did just that with Vanilla Ice.
Kirbo: Other very important vampiric ability he has is his regeneration, Dio is capable of surviving lethal injuries that would kill anyone, like being bisected in half for example, and he can reattach limbs too without any problem.
Demo: Not to mention another thing he can is hypnotized anyone he wishes to, like the time he used hypnosis against Jack the Ripper himself, he later developed Supernatural charisma to manipulate and control all but the strongest of wills.
Kirbo: One interesting ability that Dio has is his Vaporization Freezing technique, basically he can freeze your entire body if he comes in physical contact with you, like when he freezed Zeppeli's arm or when he killed Dire.
Demo: Wait, isn't that the Thunder Cross Split Attack guy? You know, the one who used that technique twice in the entire Part 1, and failed miserably both times.
Kirbo: Yes?
Demo: Well that just hilarious. To finish with Dio's vampiric abilities we saved the best one yet, behold! Space Ripper Stingy Eyes! A highly pressured bodily liquid he can shoot from his eyes that can slice through stones, although Dio was not the one who named this attack, it was originally Straizo, a hamon user turned vampire.
Kirbo: And with the Dio's vampire abilities aside, it's time to move on to his most powerful thing he has, his Stand called The World, like we mentioned in the last episode a Stand is a physical manifestation of a person's life energy, plus his name is a reference to the Tarot card called The World.
Demo: By itself The World is a force to be reckoned with, if we made a top tier of most powerful stands of Jojo's, The World would be right above almost everyone there, that's why everyone feared Dio in Stardust Crusaders, he practically has so much power on his hands to the point of being the most powerful out there, but without counting other OP stands of course.
Kirbo: The World has immense strength, able to match other stands such like Star platinum who can break teeth of diamond, and it was even confirmed he became way stronger than characters like Jonathan, Will Anthonio Zeppeli, Tarkus and Bruford, by the way talking about Tarkus, that's the same guy who sliced a cliff in half.
Demo: The World also possesses great speed, according to his stats he has an A in speed, which is very suiting since this stand can outspeed several other, for example Silver Chariot who managed to intersect a beam of light or Star Platinum who is FTL+.
Kirbo: Like any other stand, the rules of it applies to literally everyone else, Only stands can interact with other stands and only stand users can see other stands, so if you aren't a stand user, then stands are basically invisible and intangible for you, but... these rules gets broken sometimes...
Demo: Alright you might already know Star PLatinum since we mentioned him too many times, but there's something veru funny about these two stands, they're basically the same type of stand! No kidding, they even have almost the same stats.
Kirbo: And to finish up with The World's abilities, we have his most powerful ability yet, the one who characterizes the stand in all of his glory: The Time stop. Like the ability suggest Dio can stop time up to 11 seconds max, in which he can freely move around to do whatever he wants to do, that being talking about extremely long monologues, throwing multiple sharp knives, making donuts, or even better! he can-
Demo: HE CAN USE A F***ING ROAD ROLLER TO CRUSH YOU!!!
Kirbo: That was supposed to be my phrase, but without the cursing.
Demo: Too late Kirbo, i've waited long enough to say that.
Kirbo: Being the most popular Jojo villain of all time, Dio has plenty of feats we could talk about, like when he almost defeated The Crusaders, but due to his cocky tendencies he failed.
Demo: Yeah sure that feat sounds impressive, but not as impressive as Dio splitting a cloud formation with Space Ripper Stingy Eyes! which is the equivalent of 4.54 megatons of TNT, with that amount you could destroy a small city.
Kirbo: Well yeah i guess, moving on, while Dio couldn't kill Jotaro, he did Kill Jonathan by literally decapitating him and using his body like a new one for himself.
Demo: Speaking of Jotaro and Star Platinum yet again, Dio did survive so much punishment against him, seriously it ranges from surviving a punch that teared through his skull, getting donut and even stand barraged to the point his body looks like an empty tooth paste.
Kirbo: Wow that's even gross to see, another thing Dio was able to accomplish is a way to achieve Heaven, all the steps were very carefully written in his diary and many years later, Enrico Pucci, Dio's disciple managed to achieve Heaven.
Demo: And last but not least, he managed to deflect the Emerald Splash, No one can just deflect the Emerald Splash.
Kirbo: But literally everyone in the anime/manga managed to deflect it.
Demo: Oh yeah you're right, Emerald splash? more like EMERALD TRASH am i right Kirbo?
Kirbo: Sure... While Dio has a bunch of strong and powerful feats out there, that doesn't save him for having strong faults too, like i mentioned before, Dio tends to be extremely arrogant and cocky most of the times, this is why he decided to toy with Jotaro instead of downright killing him quickly, and let's just say that didn't end well for him.
Demo: Yeah, it's also a bummer that literally every damage that The World receives will bounce back onto Dio, that was the reason Dio died, he couldn't regenerate if his stand was destroyed.
Kirbo: We also need to remember that Dio is a vampire, so sunlight will definitely kill him, that also includes any light based attack like Hamon or Ultraviolet lights for example.
Demo: Another problem his stand The World has is his range, let's just say he's not the kind of stand you would like to use in a long ranged battle, he's better up in close range.
Kirbo: And finally his regeneration is only good to a certain extend, he can't regrow limbs and this proves it when Dio was reduced to just a head in part 1.
Demo: Guess he couldn't get ahead after his defeat.
(Kirbo holds his laughter)
Kirbo: Yeah, nonetheless, with all of his pros and cons, Dio still managed to bring chaos upon the Joestar Bloodline even after his dead, not even in alternative universes they can't escape from him, no matter what... Dio will always prevail.
Dio: Immortality! Eternal life! And STAND POWER!
Muzan Kibutsuji is close to perfection in Death Battle![]
Kirbo: Many centuries ago, in the Heian era to be more specific, a mother gave birth to a child, to everyone's horror the child was born without pulse nor breath and thought he was pretty much dead, but just a the second they were about to cremate him, he released his first cries, ultimately saving him.
Demo: Sadly for him, this was just the beginning of a life full of misery as he grew as a frail young man, one day, a certain doctor decided to give him an experimental medicine which didn't work, the young man filled with anger straight up killed him but then, he realized the medicine did work in a way, so what did he do next? literally ate him!
Kirbo: The Blue Spider Lily medicine not only worked, but it gave the young man the inability to expose himself to sunlight and a weird thirst to eat human flesh for his survival as downsides, although the latter wasn't really a problem for him.
Demo: He knew that the medicine the doctor gave to him wasn't finished and so he went on a journey across Japan to find the Blue Spider Lily, but on his way he kinda... turned many people into bloodthirsty demons.
Kirbo: Taking his new role as The Demon King, he became one of Japan's greatest nightmares for countless of ages, his name was Muzan Kibutsuji.
Demo: Now that i think of it, he kinda looks like Michael Jackson...
Kirbo: Unlike popular belief, Muzan was never inspired by Michael Jackson, he just so happens to look similar to him.
Demo: Whatever you say, so our buddy Muzan here managed to create demons in the hope one will eventually find a way to overcome the sun or help him to complete the medicine, but humanity wasn't really going to led that slide so easily, so in response they created the Demon Slayer Corps, an organization made especifically to fight off demons.
Kirbo: Of course Muzan didn't really cared about this, why would he even bother to take this seriously if for him they're weak fleas? Well, that until he met a certain Demon Slayer named Yoriichi Tsugikuni.
Demo: In a huge case of well deserved karma, Yoriichi proceeded to beat the living s**t out of Muzan so bad he practically developed PTSD because of It.
Kirbo: Since that day, him along with Kokushibo, a demon slayer turned demon, slaughtered anyone who used the Sun Breathing in hopes he will never encounters someone with the same power as Yoriichi ever again, but little did he know, someone would developed that same breathing technique centuries later.

Demo: After a quick time-skip, in the Taishō Era, Muzan would locate a family who were keepers of the Sun breathing, he tried to turn them into demons thinking they would be inmune to sunlight but that didn't work, he left but not taking the fact that a member of the family survived, Nezuko Kamado, and also his brother Tanjiro Kamado who was out doing errands.
Kirbo: The young girl turned into a demon and with the help of his brother, she managed to be inmune to sunlight after some years, which is kinda funny since Muzan tried to do that for centuried and failed.
Demo: At this point, Muzan basically said: "F**k it, i'll do it myself!" and so proceeded to fight the Hashira and other Demon slayers all at once, but remember Tanjiro? well... he pretty much was Muzan's final nail in the coffin.
Kirbo: So his plan was... fight the entire Demon Slayer Corps by himself? that sounds impractical.
Demo: You know what they say, drastic times call for drastic measures, can't blame him tho.
Kirbo: Being the Demon King, Muzan has various abilities thanks to consuming the Blue Spider Lily, like for example Superhuman strength and speed, this can be seen when he single handedly killed a man in one punch and when he just so easily catches a fleeing lower moon going at massively hypersonic speeds.
Demo: He also has extreme regeneration too, even weaker demons can take a beating and live without any problem, they can survive pretty much anything and can also regrow limbs, the only way you can permanently kill a demon is by decapitating them with a Nichirin Sword or using Wisteria poison, but guest what? cutting Muzan's head won't kill him.
Kirbo: Muzan also got special blood, with this he can transform anyone into a demon but there's a slight catch, if a human so happens to get too much of Muzan's blood, they will self destruct or rather melt due to celular destruction... Ew...
Demo: Muzan also packs an extrasensory perception, which allows him to perceive things outside the normal range of perception, this can be seen when he felt the presence of the Hashira across the mountain.
Kirbo: Demons in general also have infinite stamina and they can't ever get tired whatsoever, and better yet, Muzan in particular has shown little to none tiredness while fighting powerful Hashira.
Demo: And guess what, Muzan has displayed the ability to absorb, assimilate and dissolved organic and inorganic objects, meaning if let's say... Muzan absorbs a demon inmune to sunlight, he'll get some of his abilities, including the main ability to be inmune to the sun.
Kirbo: and if you think Muzan is dumb, you better thing again, due to him living for at least 1000 years, he has WAY more experience than all Demon Slayer characters combined, plus he's very knowledgeable in chemistry.
Demo: AKAZA, WE NEED TO COOK.
Kirbo: Demo, please save the Breaking Bad jokes for yourself, will ya?
Demo: Sorry, you can continue.
Kirbo: Thanks, and now we go to the most menacing thing that Muzan has, something that not even the most professional Hashiras combined could keep up, I'm talking about... His Combat Form.
Demo: The moment Muzan gets completely serious and stops playing around, he becomes a force of nature, thanks to his special power called Blood Demon Art: Biokinesis, where he can manipulate his body and shapeshift at will.
Kirbo: With Biokinesis, he's able to create whips on his arms and legs, these become sharp blades and can extend to a great distance, 10 meters max for the arms and 7 for the legs, and he can rapidly grow these without any cooldown.
Demo: Apart of that, he can also grow a huge jaw of his torso that he can pretty much be used to bite the hell out of somebody, or just to clean it with toothpaste.
Kirbo: To finish up with anything whip related, we finish that with the Spine Whips, these one resembles whip-like tentacles that are 4 meters each, making it even more tedious to give a lucky hit on him.
Demo: Now going to the best techniques he can use, we have: Black Blood, Brambles. With this Muzan can use his own flesh and blood to create various black spiked-barbed wires to entangle his target, like seen in his battle against the Hashira.
Kirbo: And finally do you remember the jaw on his torso? well he can also use a technique called: Shockwave Energy Blast, like the name implies it's a long ranged energy blast that creates a powerful shockwave able to damage things like the nervous systems, cause extreme seizures and convulsions, and even taking the breath out of someone.
Demo: Talking about shockwaves, i kinda started doing that since last week...
Kirbo: How so?
Demo: I kinda like drank a very weird scrumpy that was glowing green, it taste kinda bitter honestly, and my burps are now like shock-
(Demo lets out a loud BURP and launches Kirbo across the room)
Demo: waves... Sorry!
Kirbo: To furthermore explain the absolute beast that Muzan is, let's look at his feats, the first one being obviously that he's the most powerful demon in his verse, even more powerful than the Upper moons like Douma who created a great ice sculture or Gyutaro who created a giant explosion.
Demo: Not to mention that even in a poisoned state, he not only manage to fight all the Hashira at the same time, but he also killed some of them in the process, and to the other demon slayers out there... it didn't go well for them.
Kirbo: Even when the slayers had the slight chance to cut his head off, it didn't work, Muzan is effectively immune to being decapitated.
Demo: To flex his inmortality even more, he can survive an explosion, regenerate from it and keep going like it was nothing, to top this up, the same explosion contained spikes that meant to slow his regeneration.
Kirbo: Sure but i think him having the force to create a small earthquake it's more impressive.
Demo: Whatever you say, Muzan is surely a tough guy, but he's not that invincible as it may seem, he has some faults here and there.
Kirbo: Although Muzan is immune to the usual method of killing demons, he's still very weak against sunlight, that's actually how he ended up dying in the manga.
Demo: Not to mention that Wisteria flowers are extremely poisonous to him, if he ends up getting to much of it he'll probably die, that is if you even manage to hit him.
Kirbo: Muzan also can become very arrogant and perfectionist at times, and he can become offended from the smallest of reasons, just like X (Twitter) users.
Demo: Plus there's a special kind of blades called Bright Red Nichirin Swords, a special weapons that can completely nullify the regeneration of any type of demon, not even Muzan himself can't resist these things.
Kirbo: In general, Muzan is a very scary opponent to fight against, either you have two options, surrender and become one of his demons or perish brutally.
Demo: Just a quick heads up, if you can't sleep tonight, that means there's a monster nearby, that monster is no other than the Demon king, good luck surviving him! because you won't...
Muzan: Do I look sickly to you? Do I look like I'm not long for this world? Do I look like I'm about to die? Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. I'm a living being who's infinitely close to perfection.
Intermission[]
Kirbo: Alright, the combatants are set! We've run the data through all possibilities.
Demo: IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLE!!!
The Fight[]
Location: Yoshiwara, Entertainment District.
In the dead of the night, passing through the most well structured and flashy buildings to the fragile and unstable ones, a deadly silence filled the empty streets of the most poverty areas of the Entertainment District, that was until a woman screamed her lungs out, she ran out of her house and yelp for help in the streets, until a large whips ejects out of nowhere and decapitates her, shutting her cries of help. The body of the woman fell to the ground, blood leaking out of it, a shadow looms over the corpse and drags it back to the house before exiting it, the figure was no other than Muzan Kibutsuji, The Demon king, he calmly cleans the blood on his suit and adjust his tie before walking down the road.
Little did he know that someone witnessed the brutal murder, a tall man stood over a roof above, with his arms crossed and a menacing aura surrounding his body, the mysterious man smirked and in a blink of an eye, he dissapeared out of thin air, without even making a sound. Muzan keep walking, until he rapidly turn around to easily catch a flying knife directed towards him, the one who did that was Dio Brando, the nightmare of the Joestar bloodline, the vampire let out a chuckle before monologuing.
Dio: So you're the demon named Muzan Kibutsuji, i sincerely don't see the appeal, you just seem like a mere man...
While Dio said that statement as a form of insult, Muzan wasn't humbled by this.
Muzan: I'm not a mere man, i'm the King of the Demons, you buffoon.
Dio: That doesn't matter. Because you're next, Muzan.
The vampire points his finger at Muzan, this one raises his eyebrow in confusion until Dio starts explaining himself.
Dio: You demons are nothing more than filthy scums on earth, with you out of the way, i can make them become more powerful as vampires and become their new king!
Although Dio was meaning this very serious, Muzan did his best to not take importance of this, he looked up and notice the sky being less darker than before, he knew what's about to happen and so completely ignored the vampire to walk away.
Muzan: Sunrise will occur in a matter of minutes, so be grateful that i don't have time to brutally butcher you, goodbye.
In that moment Dio's ego deflated, he didn't even think Muzan would just plain ignore him without getting insulted by his egotistical comments, but nonetheless, Dio had one last trick on his sleeve to catch the Demon King's attention.
Dio: Fine by me, you can keep going, but this just proves that you're such a weak creature, an utter excuse of a king.
Suddenly Muzan stopped in his tracks, seemingly listening to Dio word by word, he took the advantage and keep trash talking the Demon king to break the little patience that he had left.
Dio: I've heard your stories very well, even your most humiliating defeat against a weak man called Yoriichi.
The vampire sputtered mockingly, at this point Muzan's patience was shattered and veins cracked on his face, he slowly turned around, a red glow coming from his eyes showed the pure anger that he had at that moment.
Dio: What's the matter? Did i hit a nerve?
Muzan: Yes you did...
With that Muzan began approaching Dio with murderous intent, he smirked once more seeing his trash talk worked on him, then he said one of his famous line for this type of occasions.
Dio: Oh? You're approaching me? Instead of running away, you're coming right to me?
Muzan: I can't tear you to pieces without getting closer.
Dio: Oh ho! Then come as close as you like.
The Brando soon began to approach like Muzan, the two were getting closer and closer, analysing who would do the first move, while Dio maintain a chill expresion, on the other hand Muzan had a cold dead stare, waiting to get up close to rip Dio's head off, in just a few seconds they were just a couple of meters away from each other, until they finally got in melee range.
In a split second, Muzan makes the first move and quickly throws a punch to break Dio's head into pieces, however, an invisible force suddenly catches Muzan's hand with incredible easy, the Demon King gasp in confusion, as his opponent just stands there without moving an inch, the invisibe force pushes Muzan back and then he receives a devastating blow that brutally destroys his entire head off and sends him crashing to a nearby house. It's revealed that the invisible force was no other than Dio's stand The World fully manifesting behind his back.
Dio: Ha! Weren't you going to "cut me to pieces"?
From inside of the house, two long arm whips launch themselves out, swinging violently as they approach the Brando, Dio signals his stand and the spirit punches the whips into nothingness, the arms retreat back and Muzan regenerates from it, he grows another whip and lunges it for another precise strike, this time The World grabs the whip like if it was a katana and promptly takes a good grip to it before yanking Muzan closer and delivering a wild haymaker to the King's chest, sending him across multiple walls. Muzan heals again but this time he gets distraught by this mysterious force.
Muzan: What is happening? why can't i land a hit on him?!?!
Dio peaks out of the hole made earlier and Muzan puts himself in a fighting position, but suddenly Dio disappears out of nowhere, leaving Muzan extremely confused by this until a yellow fist donuts him in the stomach from behind and follows up with kick to the side, sending Muzan throught a piece of furniture. The Demon King doesn't fall back and cracks another arm whip and launches it towards Dio, he simply commands The World to block it but what he didn't know that another whip was quickly made, Muzan send a leg whip to Dio, the latter notice this very late and barely manages to block it with his stand, Muzan finally gets an opportunity and slashes in a X-shape, pushing the vampire back for then to tackle him across the house and return to the streets.
Dio slides over the floor and uses his stand to stop the momentum, he gets up just as Muzan brandishes his blades, clashing it with one and other to sharpen them and taking a jump forward, Dio call The World and both stand and Demon collide and proceed to engage in a flurry of attacks, with the spirit doing a stand barrage and the Demon King swinging his whips at a high speed, every contact made an air ripple that shook the entire area. Eventually Dio wins the standoff and with a good punch send Muzan flying back, who quickly recomposes mid-air and lands safely. Dio looks at his side and smirks, in a blink on an eye, Dio get his hands full of multiple butcher knives and hurls them forward, Muzan easily deflect the knifes but Dio didn't finish his assault just yet.
Dio: Got you!
Unexpectedly, dozens of knives appear in front of Muzan and he doesn't react in time as the knives impaled against him, turning him into a pin cushion, Muzan gets on his knees, panting heavily. This boost Dio's ego and he approaches his almost down opponent to finish him off while monologuing.
Dio: You puny and weak flea, once i'm done with you, everyone will bow down to ME! I, DIO-
His evil monologue however is interrupt by Muzan, who wraps one of his whips around the vampire's leg and slams him multiple times on the floor, he swings the whip and drags him along the roof of a house before tossing him far away. The vampire takes a hard landing, crashing against the floor and kicking dust everywhere, he takes his time to get up and clean himself, until he hears a voice behind him and a disgusting sound of flesh transforming.
Dio turns around and gets almost swallowed, as a gigantic maws created in Muzan's arm bites down on him, half of Dio's body being inside and the other half being outside, thankfully he used The World just in time and holds the maws with his strenght to not get fully eaten.
Muzan: Fool, the only one they will bow down to, is ME.
The maws wildly shake with Dio still inside, trying to swallow the Vampire at all cost but not quite succeeding, Muzan takes notes of this and instead makes the maws spit the younger vampire high into the air, launching him up and reeling back for then to extend forward to chomp down on Dio, like a dog catching a ball. But then, just when the maws were going to bite Dio, he disappeared yet again out of nowhere, Muzan's eyes widened for a moment, retracting the flesh maws and transforming it back to his normal arm, at this point, the technique shown by Dio had various thoughts running around Muzan's mind, how was he doing this? was he moving so fast he couldn't even perceive it?
His thoughts were interrupted however, when his head suddenly gets split in half, as The World karate chops through his body like a zipper, completing the bisection in just a mere second, the blood of Muzan splattered everywhere, even to the furthest ends of the street. The spirited then proceeded to kick both halves away, splattering even more crimson liquid on the ground.
Dio: How pathetic.
Looking down, he spots a small chunk of Muzan's body on the floor, and gets an idea.
Dio: But perhaps your blood will pay for your pettiness.
He dug his fingers inside of the demonic flesh, beginning to drain the blood bit by bit.
Dio: Well, it seems your blood isn't that bad- HUH?!
To Dio's horror, his arm began to swell and his skin turned purple, he dropped the piece of flesh to the floor and act quickly, he summoned his stand as fast as he could.
Dio: THE WORLD!!!
At this moment, we finally know how Dio keep disappearing, his stand had no other ability than stopping time, everything froze on the spot, even the destructive cells on his arm, this gave the vampire enough time to figure out what was going on.
Dio: His blood... His blood is poisonous! I have no other option than do this!
With a quick chop, The World fully cuts his user's arm off, then time resumed again, his arm fell on the ground and keep spasming until It melted in a mass of flesh and later turned to ashes, Dio grunted in pain and anger, if he didn't stop time a second earlier, the celular destruction would have surely kill him on the spot. But while he was distracted he suddenly gets a large cut on his abdomen, courtesy of the now fully healed Muzan, the vampire staggers back in shock before Muzan launches more whips with a flick of his wrists, Dio gets multiple slashes on his body, The World being the only thing that protected him from getting reduced to chunks, Muzan rears back the whip and crack it against Dio with enough force to send him flying back, crashing against yet another building.
Dio opens his eyes and stood up a little, he sees that one of his legs have been cut off and that it was a little far way from him, the vampire then saw a couple of husband and wife staring at him in terror, he point at his missing limb and ask them for a favor.
Dio: You two, fetch my leg over there.
The pair shriek in horror, not complying to the simple task the vampire gave to them, this made him very angry.
Dio: Are you both deaf?! i said, fetch me my leg dammit!
This warning made the couple even more scared than before, but they had no other option than to comply. Sometime later, Muzan arrived at Dio's location, witnessing the vampire sucking the blood of the marriage couple, thanks to this, his healing process speed up, regenerating his missing limbs and deep cuts. He threw the remaining husks of the dead couple away like trash bags and opened his arms, practically telling Muzan to attack first, Muzan took the challenge and leap forward.
The camera zooms out in a plane of the entire Entertainment District, we see how many houses and buildings collapse from afar, combined with some small explosions destroying even more areas of the District. We the zoom into the action, both Dio and Muzan exchange multiple rapid blows in an onslaught assault while moving around the place, the demon king launches the whips forward but the younger vampire call his stand to stand barrage the whips away and then decks Muzan in the jaw, destroying it but quickly regenerating to go on the offense.
As he tried to attack back, the stand stopped the demon from making the next blow, The World grabbed Muzan by the neck, prompting him to eject various spine whips to try to counter, however the fighting spirit landed a wild punch that flattened him on the floor. Muzan slided across the floor, raising small plums of dirt.
Dio: I'll finish this all at once! prepare for my final attack Demon King! THE WORLD!!!
As Muzan began to stop his sliding, The World manifested in front of Dio and once again, he stopped time at his user's command, Dio jumped into the sky, leaving the scene, and after a few seconds, time resumed, just in time for Muzan to realize that Dio was on top of a...
Dio: ROAD ROLLA DAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
Muzan: WHAT THE-
The vampire comes crashing down with the vehicle in hand, crushing Muzan into bloody paste before pummeling the road roller with fast strikes while saying his signature battle cry.
Dio: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!
He reels back his fist, preparing for the final blow.
Dio: I'LL OBLITERATE YOU! MUDA!!!
And with that, he landed the final punch on the steam roller, he leaps away from it and the vehicle finally explodes in a fiery explosion, taking out a huge part of the district in the process. Dio smiles at his well deserved victory, after some struggle he managed to kill the so called Demon King, but unfortunately, his celebration wasn't going to last forever, suddenly a shadow was seen in the fire, Dio gasped in shock, realizing this wasn't over just yet. From out of the fire emerged Muzan, this one had a much different appearance, his hair was now white, his skin having a dark-red mass growing from the ends of his limbs and branching onto his body, and numerous mouths with sharp fangs around his body too.
Dio: It can't be...
Muzan: Oh yes it can.
A gigantic beastly maw grew on his torso, it began to charge and in just a single second, it was ready to deploy the attack.
Muzan: Blood Demon Art, Shockwave Energy Blast.
Just as he finished saying that, a large shockwave burst out of his chest, taking a huge part of the district in the process, houses nearby were turn into debris, dirt flew upright and Dio was knock back with tremendous force, his vision blurring and his ears ringing was the only thing he felt in that moment. The vampire crashed and bounced against the floor multiple times, gasping of air and barely able move a muscle due to the shockwave he received, the only thing he could do is see how Muzan rapidly approached him, he needed to act fast, if he didn't wanted to become chopped meat he'll need a good plan.
Muzan finally got in ranged and released multiple whips at once forward, but in that moment, Dio was fully prepared and proceeded to engage his master plan.
Dio: Do it! THE WORLD!!!
The stand activated the time stop once again, he grabbed each whip directed to his master, and redirected every single one to the ground, as time resumed again the whips slammed against the dirt, creating enough force to launch a huge chunk of earth up, thanks to this, Dio flew along the chunk up to the sky, surprising the Demon King by this strategy.
Dio finally regain control mid-air, and taking opportunity of being out of reach, he fires his Space Ripper Stingy Eyes from above, the laser comes down crashing against the district, going rapidly towards muzan, he shields himself inside a fleshy coccoon before it hit him, the attack created a giant explosion, setting the district in flames.
Shortly after, Dio landed safely, surrounded by the destroyed district and probably some dead corpses of innocent bystanders, but that wasn't relevant for him, the Brando was focused on the still alive Muzan. The Demon regenerate his burned skin and both stood in a stand still, not doing any sudden move, until they notice something was up, they looked at the sky and saw that sunset was already in motion, meaning either one of them could make it out alive.
Muzan wasted absolutely no time and immediately went ahead and attacked Dio, releasing multiple whips at the same time for good measure, the vampire called his stand and destroyed each one to nothingness, another whip comes by and tries to cut him in half, but with a quick time stop, Dio evades it and grabs the few knive she had left and hurled them forward, the Demon King just easily block them with minimal effort and charges another shockwave, it fires, stunning Dio yet again.
He falls flat on the floor, prompting Muzan to use Black Blood, Brambles. Several black spiked-barbed wires eject out of his body and entangled around the vampire, squeezing him slowly as the wires began to puncture his limbs, letting out some gushes of blood out.
Muzan: This is a fitting end for you, this is what happens when you challenge a Demon King like me!
The wires punctured even further into Dio's skin, although he was in immense pain, he began chuckling and then laughing out loud, perplexing Muzan due to this reaction.
Dio: Oh please... You may be the King of Demons, but i will be king of... THE WORLD!!!!
Muzan's eyes widen and before he could finish his opponent off, The World activates the time stop again, allowing Dio to free himself from the wires and get up close to the Demon King, raining his body down with a stand barrage, time resumes, and Muzan gets the effect of the beatdown, parts of his body are blown to massive holes before getting sent flying back. Mid-air he regenerates and dugs two whips on the ground to slow his momentum, Short after, Dio began to run straight towards him.
Dio: C'mon Demon king! Your fate will be sealed here!
The Demon just growls in anger, with bunch of veins cracking on his head.
Muzan: Then i'll show you what oblivion is like, vampire.
He corresponded by running forward, each one closing the gap of one and other in seconds, they both reel back their arm in intent of finishing the battle with a clash... but that said clash would never come. Muzan gasped in horror when he noticed that Dio wasn't infront of him anymore, in fact, he reappeared behind him.
Dio: Useless, useless, useless...
He turns around and plungers his fingers on Muzan's body, and starts to freeze his body, the demon king recoils back as he rapidly becomes an ice statue.
Muzan: You... BASTAAAAAAAARD!!!
With those final words, his body froze solid, prompting Dio to finish him off with his stand.
Dio: Time to finish this! Now, THE WORLD!!!
His stand let out the final time stop, freezing everything to make sure Muzan doesn't escape from this and leaving him vulnerable, Dio unleashed the definitive attack, stand barraging the ice statue with all of his stand's might.
As The World landed the final punch, time unfreezed, the entire beatdown was ultimately delivered on Muzan's frozen body, breaking it to tiny and even tinier pieces as the beatdown went on.
Dio: WRYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!
The shards of the statue went flying, landing on the floor as the Sun began to finally arrive, burning most of the shards except for one that contained the demon king's eye, Dio grabbed this piece specifically to give him one final message before dead.
Dio: You may have live as a king, but today... you'll die as a fool.
With that, Dio flicked the shard back to the floor and leaves the scene, the last thing Muzan saw was Dio disappearing back into the shadows, his demonic tyranny was put to an end, by no other than Dio Brando. the Sun swelled the remaining shard as the muffled screams of a king were finally shutdown forever.

- Ending Screen A: Dio is sitting around his throne, with the Upper Moons having no other choice that to bow down to their new master.
- Ending Screen B: Many Demon slayers along with Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke help the remaining survivors of the carnage, not being aware of what caused all of this.

Demo: You know, someone should give Muzan some sunscreen, he really needs it.
Kirbo: Both Dio and Muzan were really formidable fighters, but in the end, The Demon King was the one to go down for good. Let's analyze each category, shall we?
Demo: In strength is a very even match, both had pretty familiar feats that put each other to a similar level, with Dio splitting a cloud formation and Muzan directly scaling above Doma, who created an ice statue, but Dio ultimately wins due to his feat being very above Doma's.
Kirbo: In Durability, Muzan gets this category easily, not only his regeneration is insanely busted, he can survive pretty much everything Dio could throw at him, even steamrollers.
Demo: Another point that goes to Muzan is obviously experience, the dude has been living for a whole millenia! That alone is huge gap of 900 years compare to Dio's 100 years of experience, meaning our vampire boy was against someone with far more years of experience than him.
Kirbo: Although Dio doesn't really fall back that much, in a comparison of his vampiric abilities vs Muzan's demonic abilities, Dio has a slight advantage due to his abilities being more useful than the ones Muzan haves, Space Ripper Stingy Eyes and Vaporization Freezing technique proves this even more.
Demo: Another thing we want to get out of the way is... The World is really busted, Dio's stand alone pretty much cancels out whatever attack Muzan tries to land on him, and to be fair, having the ability to stop time is incredibly broken, specially against someone who doesn't know how the hell he can counter it, and we won't even leave the fact that Muzan can't even seem him nor interact with him.
Kirbo: Muzan's ace in the hole was pretty much his Shockwave Energy Blast, which could give many troubles to Dio due to being able to damage his nervous system and even stun him for a while, but then again, Time stop exist, so he can just use that to get out of the blast radius.
Demo: But what about his blood? shouldn't that be a real deal to Dio? if he takes to much of it he basically signs his own death.
Kirbo: Well, not really, Dio is a very good strategist and he likes to play it safe before making a move, meaning if he saw something was wrong with his limb after sucking the blood, he'll immediately cut it off before celular destruction happens or even activate the time stop beforehand, so that's out of the question.
Demo: Alright i get it, the demonic blood won't work, but analysing it a little bit throughly, this seems like a stale mate, no one really has the chance to put each other down for good.
Kirbo: Well, the only real factors here are two things, speed and who can survive enough time before sunrise, and Dio had that advantage by a landslide.
Demo: Oh yeah i forgot, well... in terms of speed it's pretty obvious that Dio wins this easily, FTL+ beats any massively hypersonic speeds any day, and thanks to this, Dio could survive the night long enough for him to leave Muzan wide open. So in a battle of who survives before sunrise, Dio surely takes the win more often than not.
Kirbo: Muzan was not an opponent to underestimate, but in a battle of Vampire vs Demon, Dio Brando took home his well deserved victory.
Demo: Guess somebody once told Muzan that the World, was gonna roll him!

- The connections between Dio and Muzan are that they are both the egotistical rulers of a species that come out in the night and have a weakness to sunlight (demons and vampires) who believe themselves to be perfect and superior to everyone. Both have battled a powerful human who uses the power of sunlight in which they barely managed to escape alive. As a result of this, both wanted to kill their successors before they could get in their way (Jotaro and Tanjiro). Both turned themselves into the monsters that they control to escape from death (Dio turned himself into a vampire before he was shot and Muzan turned himself into a demon so he wouldn't die from an illness).
