when in the right hands power can make someone an unstoppable force of nature but sometimes it falls into someone elses hands...someone who is super super....dumb
well this battle is gonna end in a black out
like denki kaminari class 1A's electric idiot
or max Dillon aka marvels electro!
they are wiz and boomstick and i'm void and it's our job to analyze their WEAPONS.....
ARMOR.....
and ABILITIES to find out who would win a.....

max Dillon shocks the crowd![]
oh the big apple home of the statue of liberty,the empire state building,small apartments,Broadway and..
SUPER POWERED BEINGS!
and among these extraordinary people there was one that was...spectacular!
but today we are taking a look at one of his villains max Dillon aka the electro!

he was once a normal dude working at an electric company as a line man and then one day his fate was changed when he was struck by lightning this somehow gave him lightning powers
from that day forward Maxwell was now the feared the powerful...electro
as electro max has some insane abilities such as near complete control over electricity which allows for some awesome tricks such as firing bolts of lightning or riding along power lines
another trick he learned was that he learned was that he could sense nearby electrical sources allowing him to never run out of charge oh by the way his powers have to recharge i mean not that it ever comes up since his body can hold up to 10,000,000 volts that is enough to blow a person apart and he just has this at any time!
with his insane amounts of energy it allows him to stay in a fight for a long long while as well as giving him a touch that will instantly kill any normal human or the ability to shut off electrical devices
frankly if he was any smarter he might actually be a threat to the entirety of the world and worse still the more electricity he has makes him stronger faster and more durable and at max charge he can lift 500 pounds!
he can toss around magnets like nothing and he can cause petroleum to spark without touching it he can create localized Magnetic Storms trapping people in place and he is unaffected by any and all electricity and when receiving a big enough boost he turns into ultimate electro a being made of pure energy and while this does make him near impossible to hit he can be knocked out of this form if he stretches himself to thin leaving him mostly drained of energy
he has reacted to quick silver and has actually beaten a few heroes including his rival spiderman
he was once sent to space by Thor and he was fine he has more than matched many different versions of spider man and he has also overpowered fellow villains like sandman and Doctor Octopus making him a danger to the city of NYC
Jewels! Money! No matter how much I take, I want more -- much more! And with my great power, nothing can stop me from getting it!
denki goes beyond plus ultra[]
the world of mha a place where being born is spinning a wheel and what you get is what you got you could get godlike powers or something as useless to stretchy eye's
and if you get something more godlike you can try to become a hero at UA
amongst these mortals with strange powers you can find...denki kaminari
his quirk known as electrification allows denki to fire off bolts of lightning however the problem is that he cannot aim the bolts and he must rely on his hero gadget to guide the bolts
his quirk also allows for him to act as a lightning rod to absorb amounts of energy from enemies it also allows him to be resistant to electricity and lightning
his quirk almost sounds to good to be true but there is one major downside if he exceeds his limit his brain short circuits making him much MUCH dumber than before
but what is his limit you may ask? well we can assume it is 2 million volts meaning he can use his quirk quite a lot
he can scale to some of his other classmates such as izuku who could move faster than sniper bullets or he could scale to bakugo who can blow apart buildings in a single blast!
and while he is not one of the best students in his class he has a very tactical mind being able to come up with plans in the midst of battle and react quickly to events
he sure has come a long way from his first years in UA and who knows he might just be able to make a lightning sword one day
that sounds sick
i know boomstick a lightning sword is always cool

the streets of new York are bathed in the moon light as the big apple is at rest and our view zooms in on a bank as a bright yellow and blue light fills the inside soon the front explodes and out steps max Dillon also known as electro he holds a bag of cash under one arm
hah! this looks like quite the payday!
suddenly a steel plate strikes the bag and pins it to a wall said disk is trailed by yellow and white lightning
what?!
alright villain i am gonna have to ask you to put your hands behind your head and do it quick its night time and i do not want my teacher to find out i am not in bed
electro turns to face the interloper known as charge bolt by the public but he is known as denki kaminari by friends
look kid how about you run home before i show you what a real spark looks like?
hmm how about no?
the two face each other as electro charges some of his lightning preparing to strike as denki prepares to fire another shot from his shooter
FIGHT![]
electro fires off a bolt of lightning and denki fires a disk the disk catches the lightning and electro dodges the disk before launching more bolts of lightning causing denki to roll out of the way before firing another disk then he shoots a bolt of his lightning launching the disk at a even higher speed however electro grabs the disk and absorbs the leftover power in it before tossing it back at denki but charge bolt fires lightning launching the disk back at Dillon but he mimics denki and they spend a few minutes launching the disk back and forth but then electro fires an even more concentrated blast of lightning causing it to go faster than denki could react and kaminari gets launched through a building and towards town square electro then turns towards the bag that is pinned to a wall
now how do i get you down?
but before he could try anything he feels someone grab him by the shoulder and then he is flung by denki towards the same building he had just been launched into
you did not really think i was down and out did you?
electro landed on his feet and he charged up a large blast of lightning before launching it at denki but the hero jumps and fires three disks to combat the lightning ball causing it to mostly disperse but the rest still hit denki staggering him but he then ran up to electro before placing both hands on the villain he then smirked
Indiscriminate Shock 1.3 Million Volts!

the full force of the shock sent electro flying into a electric bill board and it started shocking him blue lightning coursing up and down his body before....
BOOM![]
an exlosion rocks the streets by now most people are awake and looking around and denki is trying to guide them some place safer
woah guys and gals just please back away from the scene i am a hero in training i got this

floating down from the destroyed screen is a blue humanoid this was ultimate electro and he was mad at the hero
i gave you a chance to run away but no you just had to play hero do you not know who i am? i am ELECTRO AND I AM NOT SOME D LIST VILLAIN!
with his out burst lightning flies from every part of him mostly hitting metal objects but some nearby bystanders get fried in the burst but denki cannot linger on that as electro zooms forward slamming into denki and the two are flying around the city electro by his own power and denki being dragged along and with a blast from his shooter he forces them to make a crash landing inside a warehouse electro no longer in his ultimate form and drained and denki battered and bruised and determined to end this as he charges up all the power he can before running up and bear hugging electro and unleashing his most devastating move
Indiscriminate Shock 2 Million Volts!
a lightning filled explosion blows apart the warehouse and it also lights up the night when the smoke clears denki is falling from a height he might normally survive but out of another cloud of smoke steps electro sapping energy from a final battery before pulling out a disk from denki's shooter and looking towards the hero
sorry kid but....
he charges the disk and he prepares to throw it
i told you to leave me ALONE!
he tosses the disk with such force it looks like a a bolt of light before striking denki in the head and in a bright explosion it ends the hero the only thing left are his cracked glasses and the blood and brain matter on said glasses which fall to the ground behind electro who falls to the ground exhausted but a black spot shaped portal opens up and electro falls in
K.O.![]
ending screen one shows a now recovered electro sitting in a bar with shocker and other spiderman villains
ending screen two shows class 1A about to attack the bar
most of the time electro took the win due to a few defining matters one was speed while denki has shown sub sonic speeds electro has matched and surpassed beings who could react to light
next is range while denki had decent range with the shooter but electro's natural range was much much higher
and the final nail in the coffin was their limits with denki maxing out at 2 million and with Max maxing out at 10 million putting him at a much higher advantage what was to stop him from just causing denki to shortfuse with just a extra million it also helps the electro is immune to electrical attacks

this battle had many electrifying parts but electro just over-powered denki.....HAH GOT YA YOU SHADOW B@$%#!
