HUGE Thanks to SaltyGibus38 for research on Deku![]

Deku Vs Eevee is a What-If? Death Battle created by BreezingWinds. It features Deku from The My Hero Academia series fighting against Eevee from The Pokemon series.

Description[]

My Hero Academia Vs Pokemon! Even if you weren't born with special powers or unique abilities, you'll always have the potential to become even stronger than your peers would expect, and these two runts of the liter are prime examples of that. When they clash, will the rising Number one hero prevail? Or will the Evolution Pokemon adapt and overcome?

Interlude[]

(Note: A Semi-Composite Eevee will be used to even the fight out. Not Including feats from the PMD series.)

Wiz: Deku, Japan's rising number one hero and successor of All Might.

DekuIntro

Boomstick: Eevee, Kantos fluffy, adaptable, evolution Pokemon.

Eeveeintro

Wiz: Even if you're born without extraordinary abilities, you'll always have to capabilities to become stronger than you could imagine

Boomstick: But it also helps when you have an outside magical force to give you powers anyway. He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

Deku gives it 1,000,000% in DEATH BATTLE![]

Boomstick: You know, I’ve always wondered what it would be like if everyone had superpowers. Like, imagine jogging down the street with superspeed at Mach 5 while your neighbor casually carries his truck out of a traffic jam with some coffee in hand.

Wiz: Well, look no further than the residents of My Hero Academia, a world where a majority of folk are born with common genetic mutations known as quirks. Which can grant a variety of rather “interesting" abilities.

Weird Quirks

Boomstick: Yeah, some people are born with super awesome quirks that make them unstoppable gods, while some get the shorthand of the stick like a head that's a cactus. But some unluckier few are born without a quirk, and for one broccoli-haired kid, he just so happened to be said few.

Deku Background

Wiz: By age 4, Izuku Midoriya, otherwise known as Deku, was met with the unfortunate news that he was born quirkless, an otherwise extreme rarity among the populace. Thus crushing his dreams of becoming an inspiration to others and a symbol of peace like his idol and Number one hero, All Might.

Boomstick: Things… Weren't so easy for little Deku; he was constantly bullied throughout his life, being beaten and harassed by all sorts of quirked-up bullies, including a particular spikey-haired ball of propanetriol trinitrate: Katsuki Bakugo. Yeah, he seems like a real Inspiring hero all right...

He's a jerk

Wiz: Yet despite the abuse, young Midoriya never gave up his aspirations to become a hero, wanting nothing more than to help those in need, to be a shining beacon of hope, powers or no powers. Granted, having some in a world full of blood-sucking yandere's and giant muscle-bound abominations would be helpful.

Boomstick: But, thanks to a fateful encounter with the number one Husbando himself, Deku’s grit and determination despite being a scrub lord were more than enough proof for All Might that he was more than fit to inherit one of the most bad@ss quirks around.

Wiz: After months of nonstop training and exercise, Deku’s mind, body, and soul intensified, giving him the strength needed to obtain this almighty quirk. By having him eat a strand of All Might's hair…

E a t t h i s

Boomstick: Eww… that can't be sanitary. Imagine all the lice, hair gel, and dandruff in that thing. But maybe if he added some pepper-

Wiz: -Through the uh. “Transferring” process, Deku was granted access to one of the strongest quirks ever to exist. One for All. You would have to wonder how such a powerful quirk came to be. Which I will be more than happy to explain, you see, long ago-

Boomstick:- Back then, All For One forced a pack-up quirk or whatever on his little brother, Yoichi, who could pass quirks onto others. The two fused, and out popped One for All! But, it turns out Big Bro was a bit of a dick; they fought, and the little guy lost, but not before he passed it on for generations. And that's why One For All exists. The end.

Wiz: Aw, man. I had a PowerPoint and everything… Well, with this power in his system, Izuku was set to become the number one hero he always dreamed of; there was just one problem. All for one is a VERY powerful quirk, so much so that the user can’t reliably use its power without some adverse recoil. Even with the refinement of his body, Izuku was no exception.

Deku Quirk

Boomstick: So, what better way to learn how to control this uncontrollable power? Superhero school, of course! And despite his arms turning into California raisins every time he uses it, thanks to the classic “grumpy old mentor” type, he eventually developed a way not to have it turn his body to mush.

Wiz: With a technique known as “Full Cowling'' Izuku distributes specific percentages of One For All throughout his entire body, sacrificing a bit of power in exchange for an increase in overall strength, speed, and durability while reducing the recoil. While he could initially only use up to 5% of One For All, he later grew strong enough to use it up to 45%. Only using 100% for extreme situations.

Boomstick: Well, that's boring. If I were him, I'd stick to the straightforward attacks. Like his iconic “Detroit Smash!” Where he punches hard enough to smash multiple stories in a building and send opponents flying in a single blow. Sure it practically liquefies his arm, but it's worth it when it can end a fight the second it starts.

Wiz: Or his Delaware smash, which takes a more ranged option by flicking with enough force to create a blast of wind powerful enough to overpower his friend Todoroki’s Ice. And thanks to some specially designed gloves from the tinkerer Hatsume, he can compress these air blasts to strike opponents more directly and precisely.

Boomstick: But while punching stuff is cool and all, Deku’s no dummy and knew that constantly using his quirk like that would do more damage in the long run. That's why he developed a style of Full Cowling that utilizes the more muscular mass in a person's lower body: Full Cowling Shoot style!

Wiz: With Shoot Style, Izuku’s speed and mobility are greatly enhanced, increasing the power of his legs so much so that he can perform attacks like the Manchester smash, which can shatter the terrain around him with ease. And his United States of World Smash, a powerful kick that could overpower and defeat Flect Turn, whose quirk can directly reflect any attack and dish it back twice as hard.

Boomstick: But my favorite is his St. Louis Smash. A roundhouse kick so powerful that he commands the element of the wind to generate a massive tornado large enough to blow away a forest!

Wiz: Boomstick, he isn't controlling the elements; he’s just kicking with enough force to generate a cyclone, a force that would require a bit over 120 tons of TNT.

Boomstick: Oh, no big deal, I’ll correct it real quick.

Boomstick pulls out a marker and crosses out the “Air Manipulation” segment of One For All on the TV.

Boomstick: There we go!

Wiz stares at Boomstick, who realizes he just scribbled on the screen.

Boomstick: Oh, uh… It's okay, I'll wipe it off.

He tries rubbing it with his hand, only smudging it and further obscuring the screen.

Wiz: You used permanent marker, didn't you?

Boomstick: Yeah…

Wiz: Jocelyn, get your wallet out; Boomstick did it again…

Boomstick: You don't have to announce it so loudly… Either way, it's pretty obvious that One For All is an insane quirk, like when Deku and his world's equivalent of Sasuke, Bakugo, split a giant cloud formation covering an entire island. Which would have required a force of almost 80 Teratons of TNT, which is, shall we say, a lot.

Island Hole Feat

Boomstick: But while having the strength to kick natural disasters into existence is pretty neat, it doesn't leave much in terms of variety as I'm sure you’re wondering. But being your average shonen protagonist, Deku got plenty more to choose from.

Wiz: Remember Yoichi’s quirk that allowed him to pass it down to others of his choosing? It's been theorized by the mad doctor Kyudai Garaki that as quirks continue down generations, they increase in powers through a process known as quirk singularity, much like the Klyntar.

Klyntar

Wiz: With years of being passed on through different quirks users of different generations, Its power alongside Izuku increased tremendously, unlocking the potential of both it and its user and allowing Izuku to not only gain access to the quirks of past wielders but even communicate with them as well as gain advice and information from them as well.

Deku Other Quirks

Boomstick: He’s basically like an anime fusion of Aang and Spiderman. That's a pretty neat coincidence, considering some of the new quirks he’s got . Like Blackwhip, which creates energy binds, he can use to grapple foes and swing across buildings. He can even shoot them from different parts of himself or puppet his body if he can't move it himself. Talk about hardcore!

Wiz: Or Danger sense, which allows Deku to predict and react accordingly to any possible attack or threat. There's Also Smokescreen for evasion, Float for flight, and Fa Jin, which allows Deku to store kinetic energy and release it in bursts of strength and speed. But his most unique inherited quirk would have to be Gearshift.

Boomstick: Basically, whenever Deku touches something, he can increase or decrease the speed at which it moves, including himself, making his punches crazy fast while making yours slower than alimony checks to my ex. Hell, he moves so fast he can practically warp physics itself and leave himself breathless.

Wiz: It's also worth noting that thanks to the increasing power of One For All, thanks to Dekus' dedication and training, these abilities alongside it have greatly enhanced to boot, making Deku possibly one of the most versatile heroes in all of Japan.

Boomstick: So not only is he insanely innovative, thanks to his knack for overanalyzing situations for solutions, he’s got a buttload of powers too! Talk about rags to riches; how can things get better from here?

Dear God

Boomstick: Oh… Oh no…

Wiz: I'm afraid the good times didn't last long. While the world is full of heroes, there is always a yang for every yin. See, while One For All’s purpose is to pass on to other generations to keep the symbol of peace alive, All For One strives for nothing more than to take it all away.

Boomstick: And if that wasn't bad enough, it turns out he wasn’t as dead as people had hoped, in fact after getting affiliated with Mr “I never heard of lip balm,” otherwise known as Shigaraki, things went from bad to dear god everythings F#$@ed!

Wiz: When word of All For One finding a pupil of his own to pass his quirk on got out, it was obvious it needed to be stopped. And so the heroes of class 1-A staged an attempt to stop this process and basically prevent the end of life as we know it. But it was too late… The transferal of quirks had been completed.

Boomstick: And to make matters worse, he even tried to steal One For All for himself. Makes sense, I mean his power at this point was basically “What's yours is mine” and poor Deku Didn't stand much of a chance, even with his fancy new power boosts. That was until they took a trip to what I'm assuming is this world's equivalent to the spirit world. Leaning into that Avatar inspiration again, huh?

Vestige Realm

Wiz: It was there Izuku learned the truth of All For One's real plan, to Hijack the body of Shigaraki’s body for his own and continue his rampage to claim what was rightfully his, no matter what got in his way. Yet despite Shigiraki’s horrible actions, he was still a victim in need of help, a rather conflicting choice Izuku would have to make.

Boomstick: Too bad he had to turn tail and ditch the school along with his friends for their safety. It seemed like no matter what he did, Deku felt more like a burden to those close to him rather than a hero who helps those in need like he always wanted to be. Dame, we’re getting into some heavy stuff here…

Wiz: His fear of putting his classmates in danger, mixed in with his selfless nature for others, drove Izuku on a dark path where he would push everyone away for their safety and to defeat All For One by himself, a frankly crazy task to ask of someone, let alone a young boy.

Vs Class 1-A

Boomstick: Yeah, in case you’ve forgotten with the whole “superpowers” spiel, Deku is only 16, and here he is carrying the weight of practically the entire world on his shoulders; no child should have to bear a weight that big. And as you would imagine, things were not any better in the ol’ headspace then.

Wiz: Despite his strong Will, Izuku is only human. As such, he’s prone to acting recklessly, like the many times he’d choose to shatter his arm if it meant securing a win. And most of his moves require a brief moment to pull off which does leave him open, so a skilled enough opponent could exploit this.

Boomstick: And if it wasn't clear before, Deku is Really Dedicated to trying to be a hero, a noble trait sure, but that means he tends to hold back against even the biggest of baddies subconsciously. Of course, everyone has their limits.

Wiz: It was also probably worth mentioning at first that while quirks offer a variety of unique abilities, they have just as many drawbacks as well. Outside of One For All's recoil on the body, quirks like Black Whip can be significantly hindered if the user's emotions aren't kept in check, and Danger Sense can be bypassed if the attacker holds no malice.

Boomstick: And remember how I said Gearshift can take his breath away? I meant that literally, it takes the oxygen from his body the more he uses it. Looking back at his fight with Shigaraki, it seems that, at most, Deku can use this quirk for about 20 minutes before he needs to give his lungs a breather.

Wiz: But still, despite all the hardship, the bullying, the pain, the loss of countless lives, and the feeling of hopelessness growing ever-present. Izuku Midoryia did not falter, no matter how much it all hurt, he kept his goals close and the friendship and support of his friends closer. Through it all, he's proved countless times that he is the true successor of All Might.

Deku Feats

Boomstick: Deku’s smart enough to consistently outwit almost any opponent on the fly. Strong enough to create shockwaves that can engulf Mt. Fuji. Resisted being controlled by Shinso’s brainwashing. And he should be on a supeior to All Might in his prime. Who we know can generate enough power in his fist to dish out over 1,400 gigatons in just a single blow.

Change Da weather

Wiz: And Throughout it all, He eventually gained the power needed to fight on par with complete Shigaraki, who, since wielding the powers of All For One, can attack with radio waves, which move at over 300 million meters per second, that’s a tad bit over the speed of light. So Izuku would need to be able to move just as fast to compensate.

Boomstick: But even with all this power at his shattered fingertip. In the end, Deku had to give up the power of One For All just for a chance to save Shigaraki, but it was ultimately for nothing. Leaving him back to square one, a nobody with no quirk. Or so it seems.

Wiz: With the burning embers of One For All still within his system, Izuku mustered up enough power to give it all he had—1,000,000 percent.

Boomstick: And in one shot, he effortlessly took down ShigForOne with a punch so strong that it completely changed the weather around the entire world, in just one punch! How's that for Plus Ultra?

One Punch!

Wiz: Wait… Who's ShigForOne?

Boomstick: The ultimate fusion between Shigaraki and All for One, Duh. C'mon, Wiz, keep up.

Jesus Christ...

Wiz: Wow, thats... Nevermind. Though now he remains quirkless Izuku’s showings had proven time and time again that he indeed was the aspiring symbol of hope he had dreamed of becoming for so long. And with the fiery remains of All For One coursing through him, the time may come for the successor of All Might to rise again.

Boomstick: No matter how much life tried to pin him down or how much was thrown his way, no matter what villain came across his path. Izuku Midoriya persevered and proved to everyone that he truly is the world's greatest hero.

Greatest Hero Around

Deku: Giving help that's not asked for...Is what makes a true hero.

Eevee evolves through DEATH BATTLE[]

Wiz: Imagine a world with over a thousand different unique and powerful creatures, each one possessing its own mannerisms, attributes, personalities, and abilities. Fortunately, such a place already happens to exist. Welcome to the wonderful world of Pokemon.

Lotta Pokemon

Boomstick: AKA a furries wet dream come true. With iconic mons like a 400-pound poison centipede, a psychic green-haired waifu, and, of course, Delibird! A Santa bird whose tail is a sack full of gifts. Hehe, man, you can't make this stuff up…

Wiz: But let's dial back the clock, back to the good old days of the Red, Blue, and Yellow. When there was only the original 151, originating from the Kanto region, the starting point for many iconic Pokemon masters like Red, Gary, and Ash Ketchum, respectively. Though not as vast as how we’ve come to know the franchise nowadays, the sheer quality surely made up for it.

Boomstick: When Charizard was the single coolest thing ever to exist, but if a fire-breathing dragon who is not actually a dragon isn't enough, there's always the strong four-fisted Machamp, the spine-chilling sinister Gengar, the iconic big dick Beedrill, and of course, everyone's favorite fuzzy fluffy ball of adaptability: Eevee.

Eevee Background

Wiz: Listed at #133 on the Pokedex and known throughout as the “Evolution Pokemon”, Eevees are incredibly popular among every region, even rivaling the overwhelming popularity of a particular electrified rodent. Thanks to their small and harmless demeanor, they’re well suited for fashion shows, day-to-day activities, or just general companionship.

Eevee Companion

Boomstick: Doesn't really sound all that crazy right? Well, Eevees aren't just the cutest little things ever; they're basically nature's ultimate evolutionary machine; thanks to their genetic code being all over the place, they can survive just about anywhere.

Wiz: Depending on the environment and conditions, an Eevee’s appearance can change drastically to match and adapt, making it a phenomenon of evolution; it's even been theorized that Eevee's unique biology is the key to unlocking the secrets to Pokemon Evolution. There have even been reports of some Eevee looking like their trainer over time.

Eevee Fact

Boomstick: Wow, that's not freaky sounding at all. Now if I had an Eevee, it’d just be the most adorable badass Eevee ever, right Wiz?

Wiz: (Quietly) Or the most unlucky.

Boomstick: What was that?

Wiz: On top of all that, much like any other Pokemon, Eevees have access to a vast myriad of different moves at their disposal. Like Swift, which creates dozens of homing stars; Double Edge, which can take down the toughest of opponents at the cost of a bit of HP; and Quick Attack, an attack so fast that some Pokemon can move faster than the eye can see.

Eevee Movepool

Boomstick: There's also Trump Card, which shoots a barrage of glowing cards that get stronger with each usage, now that's one hell of a card trick. But if all else fails, Last Resort will devastate everything it hits with a giant blast of energy that'll send opponents flying beyond the horizon. There are also status moves like Baby Doll Eyes and Growl, which can lower physical strength by just being the most adorable little thing ever.

Wiz: And there are also moves like Buzzy Buzz, or Bouncy Bubble, which can-

Boomstick: Wai- wait, Buzz Bouncy, what? You’re making all that up.

Wiz: I am in fact not Boomstick. For you see, there exists a kind of Eevee that stands out greatly from the rest of its kind, which is what we’ll be looking at today for maximum efficiency: Partner Eevee. While not too different from most others of its species, this Eevee possesses many traits unique to itself. Much of which we will discuss later.

Boomstick: Huh… Well, as terribly named as they are. Moves like Bouncy Bubble and Sappy Seed can deal damage and heal at the same time, and Sizzly Slide and Buzzy Buzz can burn or paralyze targets, cutting their speed or strength in half during the process. God, these names are killing me…

Wiz: Then there's Baddy Bad and Glitzy Glow, which can reduce incoming damage, and Freezy Frost, which resets and stat changes. And If Eevee were to be burned or poisoned itself, Sparkly Swirl would cure its ailments as well as send foes flying with a pretty pink cyclone. Then there's its strongest move: Veevee Volly. The stronger an Eevee's bond is with its trainer, the more powerful it is. All of this is supported by its most useful natural ability. Adaptability making moves of similar typing much stronger.

Boomstick: So by now, you get the idea. Eevee isn't just all fluff, but there's only so much a tiny normal-type Pokemon can do. But there's a reason it's called the “Evolution Pokemon''.  Eevees can evolve into a ton of different forms with different types, or, as nerds call them, Eeveelutions. Pretty solid 7/10 pun there, I have to say.

Wiz: Depending on the environment or radiation from specific stones, Eevee can evolve into a vast array of different forms, each one having its special ability and move pool. Though each form has a lot to talk about, we’d be here all day just trying to list them all, so we’ll be focusing on the original three: The Fiery Flareon, Electrifying Jolteon, and Torrenting Vaporeon.

Boomstick: Hey Wiz! Did you know in terms of water-based Pokemon, Vaporeon is-

Wiz: -BOOMSTICK, I SWEAR TO GOD!

Boomstick: What!? I was going to say it's a great special attacking tank; its absurdly high HP stat, along with moves like Aqua Ring and Haze, make it ideal for tanking hits. And thanks to its biology being identical to water, it can resist most forms of damage with moves like Acid Armor or just turning into a puddle. So they can definitely take hits from Pokemon like Palfin, who can lift 200,000-ton cruise ships with ease.

Wiz: Oh… Sorry, I thought-... Let's move on. On the opposite end, Flareons are well known for their intense heat and physical prowess, being able to reach temperatures up to 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit, but when compared to Pokemon like Magcargo, it's possible they can reach up to 18,000 degrees Fahrenheit, that's over twice as hot as the surface of the sun, ensuring moves like Flare Blitz and Flamethrower will reduce anyone to cinders.

Boomstick: Then there's Jolteon, known for its lightning-quick speed. It can generate up to 10,000 volts, but that's nothing when compared to Electivires, which can individually power massive cities for a year. A single Electivire would need to generate an equivalent of over 40 megatons of TNT, so you'd better believe moves like Thunder and Discharge will leave some rather “shocking” effects.

Wiz: While these forms are entirely individual themselves, Eevee actually possesses the ability to swap between all 3 at will. Thanks to genetic alterations from Team Rocket and its significantly increased senses, Eevee can transform instantly into whatever form it deems most effective for any situation. However, this process is described as being rather painful. Luckily, there is another method by which Eevee obtains the power of its successors without literally having to tear its genetic makeup apart.

Vee Eeveelutions

Boomstick: With Z Power! Now I know what you're thinking, and no, it's not a Dragon Ball reference...Maybe... Instead, with the use of an Eevium Z crystal, Eevee can use Extreme Eevo Boost to borrow power from all 8 Eeveelutions! Which multiples its speed, attack, defense, special attack, and defense all by 2, making it way more kick@ss and adorable.

Extream Evoboost

Wiz: But while the use of a magical stat-increasing crystal is impressive, it pales in comparison to a more "dynamic" source of power. This is because Eevee is one of the few Pokemon who possess an ability similar to a specific evolutionary phenomenon known as Gigantamax or Kyodaimax.

Eevee Gmax Moves

Boomstick: Now we’re talking! With G-max energy, Eevee can go Kaiju mode, increasing its strength and gaining access to Giant versions of its original moves, like Max Starfall, Max Block, and Max Mindstorm. Moves like Max Flare and Max Geyser can even change the weather!

Wiz: And since Gigantamaxing differs from regular Dynamaxing, much like Mega Evolution, Eevees appearance changes and it gains an exclusive move to match: Max Cuddle. Using its immense body and increased affability to strike and infatuate opponents. Which is to say it becomes more fluffy and freindly.

Gmax Cuddle

Wiz pulls out a Dynamax wristband.

It should be noted, however, that the effects of Gigantamaxing are temporary. Unlike Mega Evolution, in trainer battles, they tend to only last for about 3 turns, but there have been showings of it lasting for about 10 when a raid battle is initiated.

Boomstick snatches the band and puts it on his wrist.

Boomstick: Dibs!

Wiz: Boomstick, what do you even plan on doing? You don't own a Pokemon.

Boomstick: True, but I do own Beer!

Boomstick pulls out a beer can and activates the wristband, encapsulating it in a large red glowing Pokeball, which he throws in front of him, increasing its size and smashing both hosts through the walls of the studio. Boomstick arm shakingly appears offscreen.

Boomstick: Totally…Worth it…

Wiz: Ugh… While their evolutionary ability and powers make them rather formidable, Eevee is far from perfect fighters; in fact, their naturally timid natures cause them to run from battles more often than not, no thanks to their petite frame and lightweight, making them easy to knock around.

Boomstick: And there's the fact that it's a Normal type, as in nothing really unique about it. Eevee can fall prey to Fighting type Pokemon. And their Eeveelutions come with their own set of weaknesses, Fire being weak to Water, Electric doing jack against ground, and Water is no good against grass, and that's just to name a few.

Wiz: Granted, Eevee’s Normal Typing grants it an immunity to ghosts. Should their Gigantamx form take enough damage on the other hand, the effects can be quickly shortened, and after transforming the first time, they can’t do it again. And like all Pokemon moves, there's only so many times a move can be used before they run out of energy.

Boomstick: Despite this, Eevee are, at the end of the day, a Pokemon. And I can't think of a lot of things that would wanna go toe to toe with a creature who can fight on par with similar mighty pocket monsters.

Eevee Feats

Wiz: Some Eevee have managed to one-shot Ash’s Pikachu, send a group of Team Skull grunts flying with a single attack and should be comparable to other pre-evolved Pokemon Like Oshawatt who can block moves like Solar Beam, as this move involves firing condensed solar energy, is reasonable to say it moves just as fast as light. Even first stage pokemon like Brock's Happiny can even lift this giant frozen lake with ease, which based on the size and density of water, should weigh over 40,000 tons.

A literal baby did this

Boomstick: It's even technically possible for Partner Eevee to take on Mewtwo! You know, the psychic cat who can fight on par with the alien Deoxys who could move a planet-destroying meteor with its mind? Sure, the canonicity of that is iffy, but in the Let's Go titles, it's not possible to release it at all, meaning it's entirely possible to complete the journey with just an Eevee.

On Par

Wiz: Now, this doesn't mean Eevee can effortlessly shatter a planet with a single strike, but it shows that it can match a similar level of power with enough raw effort, along with the bond it develops alongside those willing to show it the love and compassion all Pokemon share with their trainers.

Boomstick: Because at the end of the day, that's what Pokemon is all about, not a master slave situation, not humans forcing innocent creatures to fight for their amusement, and definitely not whatever PETA thinks is going on...

Wiz: It's about the inseparable bond between two beings living in harmony, how they can grow stronger when they co exist, fighting side by side, developing relations and trust. And if you ask me, No other Pokemon encapsulates this fact more than Eevee.

Eevee Is So Cute

Pokedex: "Eevee, the Evolution Pokémon. Eevee is rarely seen, and can adapt to severe habitats by evolving, changing its capabilities and form."

Death battle[]

The night was rather young. The sky was blanketed with clouds, obscuring the luminous glow of the moon, and only a few slivers of light managed to slip through. A murder of Murkrow and a museum of Staravia flew above, riddling the skies with feathers and their iconic cries. Overall, it was a typical night.

But down below, trouble brewed. A brown blur appears on the screen for only a brief moment before catching up to reveal a small fuzzy fox-like creature with a beige fur collar and a body dressed with bruises and cuts running past trees, jumping over large rocks, and panting heavily. An Eevee is currently in the midst of a chase.

Looking behind itself before turning ahead immediately, the camera pans back to see 3 different dog-like Pokemon of varying types on the hunt. From behind the trio, a gray glove points forward.

???: Flamethrower!

Responding to the command, the leading Pokemon spits a torrent of flames from its mouth. Eevee's ears twitch, and almost instinctively, it jumps to the side, avoiding it. Zooming in on Eevee, a flashback is initiated.

In the arms of what appears to be a scientist of sorts, an Eevee awakens from its slumber and finds itself put in a small room with a large window, vaguely resembling a battlefield. As it is placed down, the scientist leaves, inciting the Eevee to follow them out of curiosity until two mechanical doors slam shut, trapping it inside. Looking around curiously, its attention is drawn to another set of doors opening to reveal a larger Pokemon known as a Magmortar that walks up to Eevee. Seeing no harm in the creature, Eevee sits playfully in front of it until a commanding voice is heard from behind the glass.

???: Fire Punch!

The right arm of the Blast Pokemon was engulfed in intense fire before it reeled back its cannon fist and sent it forward without hesitation. Before its fist made contact, we cut back to its current predicament.

Running even faster than its little legs could take it, it eventually finds a small grotto and quickly fits itself into it. The cries of bird Pokemon overhead cause it to breathe heavily, and the tears in its eyes benignly form. Another flashback initiates.

???: Air Cutter!

Eevee is hit with a barrage of crescent-shaped air projectiles, sending it flying against a wall and cutting its body. Struggling to get back up, it looks forward at its assaulter, a Braviary. Fully lifting itself up, Eevee growls loudly and charges forward, the tip of its ears crackling with electricity for a brief moment before attempting to deliver a tackle that the Valiant Pokemon easily dodges, causing Eevee to fall face first. The figure behind the window frowns and scoffs before giving out another command.

???: Ariel Ace!

Braviarys talons glow sky blue, and it flies directly toward the defenseless creature, claws outstretched before we cut back to its hiding spot. Eevee starts to shiver, its tattered fur useless against the chill of the night. From behind, the sound of a certain mouslike Pokemon alerts it to turn and come face to face with a Rattata.

One by one, a mischief of Rattata with a large leading Raticate emerges from the darkness, hissing violently at Eevee and scaring it out of their home, forcing it to run away again, the sounds of the Dog Pokemon footsteps getting louder behind it.

Spotting a thicket, Eevee runs through it, hoping to shake the hunting beasts off its tail, but it only finds itself getting scattered with dozens of scales, courtesy of several Venomoths that scattered upon its arrival. Some of the scales managed to land on Eevees scars, afflicting it with their toxins and causing Eevee to stumble about weakly. It tries its best to stand, but the poison eventually works its way into its system, causing it to weakly lie down; as its breathing gets deeper, one final flashback begins.

Crashing against the wall again, Eevee can barely pick itself up. Looking ahead, the sight of its attacker, a Scizor, is met with the sight of a tall figure in a business suit standing next to it, while the upper half is shrouded in shadow. Gaining the strength to stand, Eevee charges forward once again, its body starting to glow a deep orange as it lunges toward the Pincer Pokemon. Only for it to effortlessly catch it in its claw as the orange glow around Eevee dims out.

???: Tch, another failure. When will you finally make yourself worth all the effort?

Though it didn't understand Human speech much, something about those words crushed Eevee inside, causing it to tear up slightly. The figure turned around and headed back towards the booth behind the window, but not before raising his hand and giving out another order.

???: Metal Claw…

As its pincer hardens and gains a sleek metal look, Scizor holds it back and sends it forward before the screen blacks out…

We cut back to Eevee, on the ground, tired and hurt, unable to stand or move an inch as the sounds of snarling grew closer. Its efforts to move were useless due to the pain mixed with the poison that made it practically impossible. Its eyes full of tears, it laid its head down. Its fate had been sealed…

Until the sounds of footsteps incite it to lift its head up once again. A medium-sized humanoid figure stands before Eevee, its upper body shrouded by the shadows of the trees, but its lower appearance is visible, showing blue dress pants and red shoes. Closing its eyes and preparing for the worst, the shadowy figure reaches down and… Pets Eevee gently…

Its hand caressed Eevee's riddled fur, tenderly rubbing against its head. Eevee’s instincts told it to jerk away or bite back in retaliation, but… No. It was nice, it felt comforting, so much so that Eevee couldn't help but growl softly and push itself further into the figure's hand.

Eventually, a few streams of moonlight managed to sneak its way through the foliage of leaves, revealing the cloaked figure in his entirety. His face was covered in freckles and his fluffy hair was a dark green with irises that matched, and he sported a common school uniform with a red tie. This was Izuku Midoriya, otherwise known as Deku.

Deku: Hey there little guy…

Noticing the injuries on its body, Deku’s eyes filled with concern and he began to worry internally. He did not let this be apparent through his voice, however, and carefully picked Eevee up, much to its surprise and hesitation.

Deku: You seem pretty beat up. Wonder what could have caused this?

Inspecting the wounds on its body, Deku noticed something, its tail had a sort of flower print near the end. Though not informed of what this creature was, Deku was able to connect the dots pretty easily.

Deku: Hey, cute little tail pattern, guessing you’re more of a girl right?

Eevee stared daggers at Deku. The petting was nice, but she was not on the best of terms with any human at the moment, let alone being held. Starting to work her way out of his arms, she looked up at his face and saw that he was smiling brightly at her.

A smile that made her feel a lot more comfort in his arms, almost like she could instinctively trust him despite not knowing him at all; the attempted struggle slowly stopped as Deku continued to inspect the damage on her body. Until the sound of a deep commanding voice alerted them both.

???: You there. Stop!

Looking ahead, Deku saw a group of grown adults in gray uniforms with a large R on each. They were surrounded by several Houndoom, Boltund, and Mightyena, each of whom was snarling viciously. From behind the group, a larger, bulkier man made his way to the front and pointed at Izuku.

TR Grunt: You are in possession of property owned by Team Rocket; hand it over now!

The sight of these people brought flashbacks from before through Eevee's mind in rapid succession, causing her to furl deep into Deku's arms. Upon seeing this, brief memories were recalled into Deku's mind. The sight of this scared creature staring up at him in fear reminded him so much of someone close to him, someone in the same situation…Eri…

With that in mind, Dekus' brows furrowed, and he glared at the group, his irises slowly glowing green. The leader paid no mind to this, but the lesser grunts felt oddly intimidated. Something about this kid felt overwhelming. Holding Eevee closer to himself, Deku said with rage in his voice.

Deku: What did you do to her?...

The Grunt leader walked up closer and chuckled arrogantly.

TR Grunt: Lets just say that Eevee you have is a rather special breed. Courtesy of Team Rocket’s finest scientists, it's a lot more resilient than the last few that didn’t survive the tests.

Those words uttered right there… That was the tipping point for Izuku's rage; small streaks of lightning began to encompass his body while holding Eevee closer to him; the rest of the grunts started to back away; something about this kid's anger made them feel uneasy. Fear and impulse driving their body, one of the grunts yelled out.

TR Grunt #2: Boltund, Thunderbolt!

Obeying the command, the Dog Pokemon surrounded its body with electricity and shot forward a bolt of lightning right at Deku, only for him to swiftly dodge to the left like it was nothing. The grunt leader stepped back in shock, bewildered by the sight he had just seen.

Deku: I won't let ANY of you lay another hand on her again!

The same fear driving many of his other fellow grunts encompassed the leader's mind, and he hastily commanded his Houndoom to do the following.

TR Grunt: Flare Blitz! Quick!

Per its master's request, the leading Houndoom surrounded its body with intense fire and charged quickly at Izuku, who stood in place, defiantly and unphased.

Suddenly, Izuku's Body began to glow brightly, the electricity surrounding him growing greater alongside it, his irises glowing brighter than before as he began to tap into one of his signature techniques: Full Cowling.

Raising his free hand forward, Izuku held his Index finger against his thumb and before the Dark Pokemon could make contact.

Flick.

Using Delaware smash, a massive gust of air from Izuku's fingers easily overpowered the oncoming Flare Blitz, sending the Houndoom flying, along with all the grunts who fruitlessly tried to resist the force, only to be sent blasting off into the distance with their Pokemon in hand. After the grunts were no longer in view, Deku simmered down and looked back at Eevee.

Deku: Whew… Sorry about that, guess I lost my temper…

Eevee's eyes were completely wide. This human not only dodged lightning but also sent a horde of its abusers flying with just one attack. Suffice it to say she was more than a little intimidated by this and quickly hopped out of Deku's arms, backing away in fear. Deku was aware that this would possibly happen and got on one knee.

Deku: I’m sorry I scared you like that, this whole thing just… Reminded me of a situation from the past. I wasn't lying, though. If you’re fine with me… I promise I'll keep you safe from those people.

Standing back up, Deku slowly held out one of his hands, attempting to show Eevee that he was not a threat despite what she had just witnessed. Despite her extreme hesitance, the sigh of Deku's smiling face almost completely replaced the fear with a sense of safety. Slowly and shakingly, she made her way towards him and eventually hopped into his arms, a bit to Deku's Surprise.

Deku: Glad to see you trust me, by the way, that guy back there called you Eevee. I'm guessing that's your name?

Yelping its name softly, as all Pokemon do, Deku thought about it for a minute before smiling.

Deku: That's a cute name! I just hope my Mom doesnt mind me bringing back a fuzzy gift.

With all that said and done, Deku made his way back home. Though still slightly distrusting, Eevee felt a strong sense of comfort in the presence of her savior and immediately fell asleep in his arms. Deku was extra careful not to wake her up on the way back.

-The Next Morning-

Unlike previously, it was a bright and sunny afternoon at the gates of U.A. High. Students of various appearances and quirks were walking about, either going to their classes or just hanging in the courtyard.

We cut to the inside of the school Infirmary where Eevee is seen getting a smooch from an elderly lady with a pink and purple visor and a lab coat. a green aura envelopes her as the wounds from last night stitched themselves up in no time while Eevee is given a comforting head massage.

Recovery Girl: There you are sweety, all patched up.

Picking the small creature up, she hands her back over to Deku who smiles at both her and Eevee.

Deku: Thanks again Shuzenji. Her wounds looked really deep, I was kind of worried she would have a hard time getting through the night.

Recovery Girl: There's nothing to it Izuku, I’m just glad you brought her to me before any infections could work their way through. Oh! And before you go I have a treat for the little one.

Pulling out a gummi from her coat, she gives it to the small fox creature, who happily devours it in one bite earning a chuckle out of the two. Waving goodbye, Deku makes his way out of the Highschool with Eevee in hand. Glancing around as they made their way through, the sight of so many humans with varying appearances showcasing unique traits and skills much akin to Pokemon greatly piqued Eevee’s interest.

Noticing that they had made their way through the front gates, Eevee quickly jumped from Deku's arms and ran past him, inciting Deku to follow her, much to his own interests.

Deku: Oh? You want to look around some more?

Eevee wagged her tail eagerly, as Deku gave it some thought. He did want to show Eevee to the rest of class 1-A, and it was obvious from before that she hadn't been around too much after their encounter last night. But he immediately thought of how she could possibly get hurt being around the school, especially since some students had rather explosive personalities.

Deku: Sorry, Eevee. I don't think that's an option for the time being. You’re healed up, but I don't want to risk you getting hurt again being around so many people with some really intense quirks. You could seriously get injured.

A brief flashback of the tall, shrouded figure from before suddenly crossed Eevees mind, causing her to tense up. Shaking her head to regain her composure, she ran up next to Deku and stared forward. Much to his confusion.

Deku: Hey, Is everything all rig-

Before he could finish, Eevee charged forward, shrouding herself in a white aura, and smashed head-first into a nearby tree, and hopped back next to Dekus's position, leaning until it completely toppled forward, having been broken in half. Deku, eyes widened and mouth gaping open, was amazed to say the least.

Deku: Whoa… That… Was amazing Eevee! I didn't know you could…

Seeing the large lump on Eevees head, Deku briefly panicked, getting to her level to make sure she wasn't too harmed.

Deku:  Aw man… Looks like you have some nasty recoil from your own power too… Hey, guess that means we’re more alike than I thought.

Picking Eevee up, Deku made his way back to the infirmary, granted, he wasn’t looking forward to it this time…

After a harsh chewing out by Shuzenji, Deku and Eevee sheepishly made their way out, their faces slightly frazzled. Even so, Deku quickly perked right back up, and grabbed Eevee, eager to show her off to the rest.

Within the classroom, things were usual, Bakugo was sitting alone, growling silently to himself as Ida was yet again nagging at him about who knows what, Tokoyami was sitting on his desk acting dark and brooding like usual, Kamanari and Kirishima were laughing, likely sharing some sort of joke together and everyone else seemed to be doing their own thing. That was until their attention was drawn to the door opening with Deku following suit, carrying a strange fuzzy brown ball.

Deku: Hey guys! I brought a little something special.

Everybody stared at Deku, either confused or annoyed at why he grabbed their attention to show off a… hairball? Oddly enough, Koda was the first one to approach Deku, strangely attentive of the sphere, Ashido perked her head from behind him, seemingly just as curious. The ball would slowly unfurl until Eevee was seen entirely, causing both Koda and Ashido to lean in further in fascination.

Soon, everybody closed in, interested in the unknown creature Deku had just brought in. Eevee wasn’t too big a fan of it as she started to bury herself into Deku's arms.

Deku: Everyone, I'd like you all to meet Eevee! Though, I guess she’s a little shy at the moment.

The entirety of class 1-A backed up, giving Eevee space to adjust. Lifting her head from Dekus arms, she observed the group of teenagers, some of which stood out more than others, eventually jumping down, she approached the group, her tail wagging in excitement. Among them, Bakugo was the first to break the silence.

Bakugo: So what? Why should we give a damn that you brought in a small hairball with legs? Koda’s got one just like it.

Mineta walked up beside Bakugo, joining in his rant, of which Eevee was instinctually not a fan of him.

Mineta: Yeah. And how come all the fancy stuff keeps happening to you? Seems unfair you get to be the lucky one all the ti-

Mineta was soon cut off by Eevee tackling him squarely on, sending him flying backward into a wall, leaving a visible imprint on it. Bakugo looked back and forth in perplexity before chuckling.

Bukugo: Alright, I’m sold,

Placing Eevee on one of the desks, all the classmates joined around, either fawning over Eevees appearance or showing interest in her surprising strength. Deku and Ida soon decided that they should take turns interacting with her as she was clearly starting to get overwhelmed by the nonstop attention.

Asui was the first to go, inspecting Eevee closely. She didn't seem to have much interest in her outside of her admittedly cute look. Looking back curiously, Eevee suddenly spat out a small stream of bubbles, taking Asui and everyone back in surprise. Deku, being the one most interested, started to do what he did best: analyze.

Kaminari was next, eagerly petting Eevee's head and ruffling her fur. Eventually, sparks started to emit from her ears. Worried he might have used his quirk by accident, he backed up. Rather, the electricity was coming from Eevee directly, and a small jolt of lightning shot upward. Amazed, Kaminari ruffled Eevee's hair again playfully, stirring up more electricity.

Todoroki slowly walked up to Eevee, his interest in her apparent skills heightened. Holding out one of his hands, he created a small ember, Eevee shakingly backed up from the fire, as Shoto slightly empathized with. Shaking her fears aside, Eevee spat a small wave of ice at the flame, extinguishing it. Eyes briefly widening, Todo created an ice shard in his other hand as Eevee cloaked her tail with fire, swatting it out of his hand. Smiling and giving Eevee a pat on the head, Todoroki stepped aside, greatly impressed with her skills.

Koda, being the most interested, was face to face with Eevee and used his quirk to communicate telepathically. After a few moments of silence, Koda... started to tear up… He picked her up and began hugging her tightly, perhaps a little too tightly. Eventually, a small telekinetic force enveloped Eevee, pushing Koda down and hovering back onto the desk. Getting back up, he repeatedly apologized and stepped aside for the next classmate.

Tokoyami, sharing the same interest as Shoto, manifested Dark Shadow. Dark Shadow and Eevee stare at each other until Eevees own body starts to emit a dark aura. Shortly after, a small pillar of darkness erupts from her body, enveloping Dark Shadow and increasing its size dramatically, and nearly pushing the entire classroom against the wall. Eventually returning it to normal, Toko commended Eevees power and stepped aside for the next student

Ashido and Uraraka both huddled around Eevee. Both were excited to see if Eevee could mimic them as well, Ashido created a jelly-like acid cube with Uraraka elevating it. Though unsure of what either was doing, the girl's appearance made Eevee create a pink cyclone. Blowing the acid in the direction of the other students and barely hitting them. Staring in surprise, both girls were more ecstatic at her cute pink tornado and bombarded her pampering like there was no tomorrow.

Momo was the last one to approach Eevee, though she took a more friendly option and created a small flower in her hand and placed it in Eevee's ear like a brooch. The kind gesture made Eevee hop happily as the ground beneath the entire classroom began to shake. Suddenly, a giant vine rose from below and began dropping seeds all over the classroom that began to sprout into smaller vines, almost ensnaring everybody.

Cleaning up the vines before any damage was caused or any school staff noticed, Deku concluded the introductions for the day and managed to get the day off to bring Eevee back. Saying his farewells, he made his way to his dorm.

Upon returning to his room, Eevee quickly hopped aboard his bed and went straight to snoozing after a full day of coddling. Sitting up next to her, Deku pulled out one of his many notebooks and began writing down what he’d seen today. Eevee had more to her than he or even she thought…

-The Next Next Morning-

It was looking to be a busy day, though before heading out, Eevee seemed insistent on tagging along, even with Deku's protests despite the display of her skill. Eventually, caving in due to Eevee's usage of Baby Doll Eyes and bringing her along.

At U.A High, the time for training had begun. Everyone was off doing their own things, either honing their quirks or starting nonsensical grudge matches cough Bakugo cough. Deku was equipped in his hero costume and prepared to begin himself, but not before putting Eevee off to the side for her safety, much to her annoyance. Even so, she watched diligently at everyone's progress with their quirks, her curiosity eventually overriding Deku's concerns.

Running up to Asui first, Eevee was adamant about joining her; despite Asuis's own protests, Eevee Baby Doll Eyes made her cave in and eventually allowed her to join in. Surprisingly, Eevee was able to hold her own very well despite her small size, keeping up with her attacks and avoiding her tongue, being very quick, and hitting hard. Noticing their sparring match, Kaminari offered to go train with Eevee next, which she gladly accepted. Using her own electricity to match and maneuver through Kami's own, much to his own surprise, even landing a solid hit that he commended her for. On the other side of the training grounds, Deku noted all of this, amazed at Eevee's prowess despite his previous protest.

One by one, Eevee started to train with all the class members. Ojiro, Ida, Sero, Shoji, Kirishima, Jiro, Sato, Everyone was taken back by her apparent natural talent for fighting. Even Bakugo had to admit he didn't expect her to be so adaptable to everyone's quirks. Granted, she did feel a little off with Aoyama, something about him making her sniff suspiciously. He casually shoved a piece of cheese in her mouth with a shushing gesture and gave her a smile. She decided not to think much of it after that before finishing the cheese…

Even Mineta tried getting in on the action, hoping to score some payback for their previous encounter. Only for Eevee to land a hard-hitting Double Edge and send him flying, rendering him out of combat. Though she wound up getting hurt here and there, she never stopped giving it her all, getting back up more pumped than anything. Watching from a distance, Dekus's acknowledgment of Eevee's surprisingly fast growth made think of just how strong she really was.

-Several Months Later-

It was yet another morning. Deku was up and ready to go, but he was prepared to enjoy his day off from school. Hoping out of bed, he noticed that Eevee was already wide awake and... had his Delta costume in her mouth?

Deku: Eevee, wait! Don't chew on that!

Rolling her eyes, Eevee placed his costume in front of him, pointing at him while batting at it. Making it apparent she wanted him to put it on, though confused, he obliged. After equipping his costume, Eevee darted past Deku, inciting him to follow her, which he did.

After a bit of hustling, the two wound up at Eevee's planned destination: Ground Beta. Looking around, Deku thought what Eevee was trying to show him, and he saw that she was walking away. Before he could follow, she stopped, turned around, and got into a battle-ready position. Caught off guard, Deku thought for a moment and came to an obvious conclusion.

Deku: Wait… Is that why you brought me out here? You want to… Fight me?

Not letting up her pose, Eevee nodded her face smiling with anticipation. Deku stood in place, his mind deep in thought. Subconsciously he wanted to tell Eevee that this was a bad idea and that he didn't want to hurt her, but he could see it in her face, her drive and motivation to prove herself. She had continued to grow stronger than either of them had expected, and all this time, it was leading up to this. Looking back up he announced.

Deku: I get it. It's been a couple of months since we started training together, and I can see how much stronger you’ve gotten since I found you. And I can tell right now that you want to show me how much you’ve grown.

Getting into a fighting pose himself, he proclaimed loudly.

Deku: But I'll tell you right now, if you really plan on going through with this, just know… I won't make this easy for you. Not for a moment, and I expect that you’ll do the same!

Taking a deep breath, Eevee collected her thoughts. Her past trauma was still in the back of her mind, but that was all behind her now. She had found someone who protected her when they first met, and now all she wanted was to show that if the time came, she could do the same. Letting out a loud battle cry, her body started to glow bright blue as she prepared to attack.

Deku's own body started to crackle with electricity, getting equally pumped.

Deku: Alright. Eevee… Show me how far you’ve come!

With that said, Eevee charged forward in a burst of speed with Quick Attack, as Deku did the same, tapping into Full Cowl and reeling back a fist, the two attacks colliding and generating a shockwave that nearly shattered the glass around them.

MidEevee 1

Both combatants were sent skidding back, with Eevee being the first one to follow up. Using Mud-Slap, She swept her tail against the ground and sent a small glob of mud into Dekus's face, forcing him to cover his eyes. Acting fast, Eevee dashed past him and made a quick turn, building up momentum for her next attack: Double Edge. Shrouded with a white aura, Eevee lunged at her rescuer while Deku had managed to wipe the mud off and noticed Eevee coming at him from behind, narrowly dodging out of the way.

Tapping into his second quirk, Deku used Black Whip to snare Eevee's tail and used her momentum against her, tossing her towards a building. As she was flying, Eevee quickly fixed herself and landed feet first on the building. Immediately, she used Quick Attack to scale up the large structure. Upon reaching the near top, Eevee jumped from the roof's edge, and her tail glowed brightly to Deku's surprise. A barrage of glowing stars rained down upon him.

Though taken back a bit, Deku leaped out of the way, expecting the projectiles to hit the ground. Rather instead, the stars redirected their trajectory and aimed right back at him. Deku only had a brief moment to shield himself with his arms before the stars collided with him, staggering him. While still airborne, Eevee opted to use Take Down this time and plummeted down Towards Deku. lowering his arms and seeing his fuzzy friend careening toward him, he held his index finger and thumb together and built up potential energy, his arm glowing with red streaks.

Once she had almost fully closed in, Deku unleashed his attack and sent Eevee flying with a Delaware Smash. Eevee was sent flying through the air yet again, unable to adjust herself this time while Deku built up energy in his legs, tapping into Shoot-Style, and rocketed towards her. Closing in, he grabbed Eevee and landed, shaking the area and tossing Eevee far across the street.

Managing to adjust herself, Eevee skidded across the road, her face showing viable frustration. Deku’s “attacks” felt more like he was trying to keep her at bay, whereas Deku seemed none the wiser; he wasn’t taking her seriously, wasn't he? Deciding to kick up the intensity, She ran towards Deku, who held his hands up, prepared to defend or redirect. Except this time, Eevee swept her tail against the ground again, and rather than tossing mud, she used Sand Attack to kick up a cloud of dust around the two.

Tapping into Quick Attack once more, she started to quickly run around in circles, using her speed to create a dust cyclone of which Deku was stuck in the center, shielding his eyes. Making an attempt to see through the improvised sandstorm, Deku felt a hit on the side of his body, then another on his torso, and another on his back! Any attempt he made to block was met with another hit to a defenseless part of his body, making it clear Eevee was going all in for this battle.

Finally, after receiving enough hits, Deku crossed his arms, red streaks forming again and in a forceful motion, expanded his arms, the force of which completely dispersed the makeshift sandstorm. Opening his eyes, he saw Eevee had sprung at him, flipping mid-way to deliver a Double Kick to his face, knocking his head back and reeling him backward. Landing at a distance, Eevee saw she had made a direct hit, though a little concerned that she might have struck him too hard when Deku did not show any signs of retaliation. Rather, Deku looked up, rubbed the underbase of his nose, and smiled. Eevee was taking this seriously, so he had no right not to do the same and put up his fists, charged with One For All's energy. Eevee smiled at this sight, having gotten the message through his head. Utilizing Shoot Style again, Deku leaped into the air and prepped his leg for an axe kick.

Deku: Manchester, Smash!

With her companion coming down fast, Eevee used Detect, and a blue shine appeared in her eyes for a brief second. She darted backward faster than the eye could see, avoiding the attack. The impact sent large chunks of the street high up while Eevee’s body glowed blue, preparing to use Quick Attack again, but to her surprise, Deku manifested multiple Black Whips around his body and used them to grab multiple chunks of the shattered street and reeled them back, tossing them at Eevee at speeds akin to a bullet. With her move activated, Eevee opted to leap onto each of the chunks instead, the world around her seemingly slowed to a crawl.

Approaching a chunk much larger than her body Eevee used Bite, creating a construct in the shape of fangs in front of her and shattering the debris in one bite. Using another street chunk to lunge toward Deku, Eevee prepared to bring her jaws around Deku, but he was prepared. Waiting for Eevee to get in close, he swung his arms through the jaws, narrowly avoiding having his arm bitten off and clotheslining her, sending her tumbling behind him.

Turning around, Deku saw Eevee had been floored and lowered his stance, his face showing visible concern as he prepared to run up to his little companion, hoping he didn't harm her too greatly. He was right, fight was a bad idea…

That was until Eevee got right back up, and she was… Chewing? Deku tilted his head in confusion. His confusion would only be fueled by the sight of Eevee’s body glowing a strange multicolored purple. Finishing her apparent snack, Eevee opened her mouth, and from it, a large sphere of energy built up, putting Deku on the defensive for whatever she had. With the energy at its peak, Eevee fired it forward, the sphere taking the shape of a draconic creature with its jaws opened wide. The use of a Haban berry turning her Natural Gift into a Dragon-type!

Though surprised, Deku wasted no time gawking and held his hands out, grabbing onto the strangely solid maw of the energy dragon which pushed him back against the street with extreme force. Attempting to hold its mouth open to avoid being crunched, seeing Eevee from his top view, who had jumped high, her tail glowed bright, and she swung it forward to unleash another barrage of Swift stars. Stuck between two attacks, Deku thought fast and, with a bit of struggle, spun around and redirected the draconic energy at the attack.

The energy dragon chomped on the stars, creating a large explosion between the two and kicking up a large smoke cloud, landing, Eevee scanned the area, planning to use Quick Attack maybe to create another cyclone, but her thinking would be cut short as from smoke, Deku emerged and had his fist reeled back preparing his most iconic attack.

Deku: Detroit, Smash!

Barley having time to use Detect again, Eevee seemingly managed to dodge, but Deku planned for this and pulled a feint, winding back his leg and landing a solid hit on Eevee, knocking both herself out of the smoke and the wind from her lungs. Landing a far distance across the street, Eevee sprung back up, hurt, but far from down as the smoke fully dispersed, revealing Deku, who was aiming his air force gloves straight at Eevee.

Firing a couple of shots of compressed air, Eevee managed to dodge them for a time but was eventually struck by a few direct shots that knocked her back. Even so, she braced herself and closed her eyes. The world suddenly went dark as the sight of a single drop of water rippled along the surface of a pond, Calming her Mind. Keeping up the ranged offense, Deku noticed that Eevee was tanking them much better than before; in fact, it almost seemed like they weren’t even phasing her. Smiling, Deku remarked at Eevees resilience and development.

Deku: I knew you would have some more tricks up your sleeve, but I’m far from beat. Don't hold back and show me what you’ve got!

Taking his challenge, Eevee created several glowing cards around her, her Trump Cards circling her as Deku pointed his Air Force gloves at her again. Both combatants fired their projectile attacks that either collided or went straight for their target. When the two attacks collided, Eevees proved superior as they cut through the compressed shots of air and aimed directly at Deku. Deku acted fast and switched back to Black Whip, using them to create a wall and allowing the cards to dig into it, nearly piercing through. Letting down his defense, Deku almost had no time to dodge Eevees oncoming Quick Attack.

Parrying her second attempt, Deku went in for a strike of his own, which Eevee dodged with her acquired speed. The two went at it for a moment with Deku blocking Eevees attacks while she dodged around his with neither able to land a solid hit. Though after a while Eevee would put some distance between the two and shrouded her body with ethereal embers. Suddenly a large pin manifested above Eevee and dug itself into her back. Deku winced at the sight and almost called off the battle to check on her, but Eevee didn't seem all that bothered, strangely enough.

As the embers died down, Eevee switched back to Quick Attack and lunged at Deku's midsection, provoking him to block with his arms, only this time, Eevees impact felt much harder than before and staggered him back, much to his surprise. Eevee didn't stop there; she began to land hit after hit on young Midoriya, each blow beginning to do some serious damage. Curse had made Eevee stronger, but her movement was slower. Deku noted this and quickly went into strategy mode to figure out a new plan of action.

Deku: Thinking: (Her hits feel harder than before, but she's moving slower, that last move of hers must have traded speed for strength)

Leaping into the air to dodge another strike, Deku activated Float, his newly thought plan already in motion.

Deku: Thinking: (She can strike harder now, but her reflexes are slowed, so all I gotta do is keep moving and keep up the pressure!)

Holding his Air Force gloves behind him, Deku launched himself down at Eevee, his foot extended and crackling with electricity. Though she wasn't as fast this time, Eevee still managed to bolt out of the way but was too slow to avoid a following crescent kick that sent her up. Acting on this, Deku fired more compressed air to propel him towards Eevee and kneeed her in the torso, following up with several kicks and knocking her back. As he propelled himself towards her to land another blow, Eevee flipped in the air and revealed that her eyes were suddenly emitting vapors of darkness.

Before contact was made, the Evolution Pokemon released an expanding pillar of dark energy with Baddy Bad, launching Deku back down to the streets. Looking up, Deku saw that Eevee had landed and was emitting a dark field of energy that would impress Tokoyami had he been around to spectate. Picking himself up, Deku smirked and tapped further into Full Cowl, his anticipation starting to match Eevees. Deku prepared to make a move, only to be halted by the ground starting to quake. Eevee had her paws planted down, and from below her, a colossal plant stalk quickly grew to a size taller than the buildings with her on the top. Remembering that she had done this before (And how annoyed everyone was having to clean it up), Deku hopped back to gain some distance.

The stalk started to shake and send massive seeds all over the area, either smashing into buildings or cratering the ground on impact and blanketing the field had Deku not backed up, he would have surely been crushed, but he had bigger things to worry about when all the seeds burst open and revealed the vines within. Tapping into float again, Deku shot more compressed air to maneuver around the now vine-riddled training area, avoiding almost being ensnared while closing in on Eevee. In response, Eevee used Bouncy Bubble and spat out a stream of bubbles almost twice as large as hers, littering the area between her and Deku with bubbles.

Thinking the bubbles were harmless, Deku casually flew into one of them, only to be hit with the surprising explosive force that sent him careening back in the air. Shaking his head, Deku saw water absorbing itself into Eevee, healing any previous injuries. Witha minefield of bubbles with massive vine pillars blocking his way, Deku floated in place to come up with another plan of action while avoiding any oncoming vines and bubbles. After some more dodging, Deku had his strategy formed and sprung into action.

Switching to Black Whip, Deku lassoed the tip of a vine pillar and began to circle around it, letting another vine chase after him, spiraling upwards until they reached the top, from there Deku landed on the edge of the twisted vine and ripped its end off and followed up with Black Whip and swinging around the vegetated area, fanning several bubbles together until they formed a small clump as Eevee spotted this and looked with confusion. Her quarry would be answered when Deku propelled himself up with the ripped off vine held underneath him, and landed on the conjoined bubbles, using the explosive force to launch him forward at supersonic speeds! Eevee was both taken aback and rather impressed but didn't waste any time and used Glitzy Glow, building up psychic energy and releasing it in a shockwave that popped any remaining bubbles as it made its way toward the propelled 1-A student.

Holding one of his gloves back, Deku shot some more air to redirect himself higher up, narrowly avoiding the shockwave; he shot again, aiming himself back toward Eevee. In turn, Eevee used Freezy Frost to surround herself with a massive crystal of Ice, creating a chilling haze that slowly started to kill the vegetation. Acting fast, Deku applied Full Cowel into his legs, positioned the vine at the ice crystal, and launched it with enough force to shatter it to pieces and send Eevee flying back.

Luckily, Eevee had landed on one of the vines and was sliding down; from her left, she saw Deku, who was using float to follow along and so switched to Buzzy Buzz and shot several jolts of lightning, hoping to land a direct hit. Deku swerved around the bolts and fired some shots of air himself, of which Eevee redirected herself on the vine, barely dodging a few of them. This continued until Eevee unexpectedly reached the end of the vine which was curved upwards, sending the fuzzy fox flying further into the city.

Boosting himself forward, Deku made his way past Eevee and used more compressed air to do a sharp U-turn and reeled back his fist.

Deku: Detroit…

Looking ahead at the oncoming attack, Eevee engulfed herself in fire and prepared to strike hard with Sizzly Slide.

Deku: Smash!

The colliding attacks generated a shockwave that sent the two flying back down to earth, Eevee acted quick and surrounded herself with a bubble to float back down. Meanwhile, upon landing, Deku felt his body burn up, a visible fiery aura surrounding him, causing him to fall to his knees, and strangely enough, he felt weaker. Nevertheless, he powered through the pain, and used Shoot Style to boost forward, his leg reeled back for a roundhouse

Deku: St. Louis, Smash!

With astonishing force, Deku kicked the air in front of him, generating a large tornado! On the opposite end of the street, Eevee stared in bewilderment, the oncoming cyclone picking up any remaining vines and debris from before and nearly sucking her in. Bracing herself, she closed her eyes and Calm Mind again, increasing her mental power and swiping her tail forward to create an equally sized pink tornado with Sparkly Swirl! The two wind vacuums approached and collided, almost pushing against each other, creating a struggle between the two and almost sucking the two fighters in!

Deku summoned two Black Whips to anchor himself while Eevee did the same, creating a small vine around her waist as the wind funnels continued to smash against each other.

Eventually, they died down and dissipated, the pink wind blowing over Deku and the burning feeling around him seemingly went away, much to his surprise. With the two tempests gone, both opponents prepared to go straight back to the offensive; Eevee was first to act, using Swift to create a wave of stars and following alongside them with Quick Attack.

Deku braced himself and held his fingers together, using a Delaware Smash to destroy the oncoming barrage. Eevee jumped out of the way of the shockwave and went in for a body check, only for Deku to sidestep it, grab her tail, and toss her far away. To redirect herself, she spat a large bubble behind her and used the explosion to burst forward, going for a Double Edge while Deku wound back his fist for another Detroit Smash. Upon contact the two would enter a struggle, Dekus attempting to push his fist forward while Eevees eyes were closed, trying to power through.

With a roar of effort, Deku would be the one to wind the clash and send Eevee rocketing towards a building, smashing her into it. Panting, Deku stared at the large hole in the building's side. Though concerned, he had known Eevee was tougher than he thought and anticipated any move she would make next. As expected, from the rubble, a psychic field erupted, pushing it all back. Eevee was breathing heavily, and her face wore a mask that indicated she wasn't going down that easily.

Running forward, she swept her tail again and brought up a smaller Sparkly Swirl Cyclone and outfitted it with Bouncy Bubbles; Deku countered this with another Delaware Smash, dispersing it easily and narrowly dodging a Buzzy Buzz lighting bolt courtesy of Eevee, who was standing atop a smaller Stalk from Sappy Seed. From there, Eevee gave out everything she had: lightning bolts, Swift stars, bubbles, Trump Cards, every projectile she could muster up all at once. Deku created a Black Whip and began to maneuver through the oncoming barrage, getting hit a few times but not so much that he couldn't power through it.

Closing in, Deku reeled back his leg and landed a power Manchester Smash, destroying the Stalk and knocking Eevee back, but not before landing another direct Detroit Smash, sending her completely through the previously smashed building and to the other side of the street. Laying on the ground, Eevees body was aching. The strain of using too many moves had fully taken its toll on her; she tried to muster the ability to stand but wound up falling back down. Her position brought memories of that dreadful night back to her, the sound of the Rocket grunts approaching, barking orders at Pokemon to attack her, images of the lab she had been born in, and being first met with a myriad of different tools used to alter her biology.

But the memory of the shrouded figure was the most noticeable of them all. Their words echoed through her mind, becoming louder with each flash.

???: When will you finally be worth the effort…

Trying to ignore it all, she made another attempt to get up, but the sight of the figure manifesting before her, looking down at her, telling her once more.

???: When will you finally be worth the effort?

Her eyes began to flood with tears, the visage begging to multiply into many versions of itself, surrounding Eevee, berating her.

???: When will you finally be worth all the effort!?!?

Eevee soon placed her head down, the visages merging back into one and leaning down to her level.

???: You will never be worth it… Will you…?

Finally laying her head down, Eevee went into a slump. Her will to continue became completely null as tears ran down her face.

Emerging from the other side of the broken building, Deku saw Eevee on the ground, and she was crying. Wasting no time he rushed to her side, mentally scolding himself for agreeing to go through with this fight. Approaching, he got down to her level and checked for any further damages, though oddly enough, she didn't appear all that hurt; when inspecting her, she didn't show any recoil or any visible signs of discomfort. Thinking for a moment, Deku felt that he had an idea of what was really wrong.

Deku: Eevee… You’re feeling down about yourself right now, aren't you…?

Looking up, Eevee looked at Deku, surprised that he was able to decipher how she felt right now so quickly. Deku massaged her head, smiling at her.

Deku: I figured, a bit of a surprise I guess. But… I used to feel the same way, feeling like I was no good, my sense of worth being basically nothing. Having others berate me and tell me that I’ll never accomplish anything because I’m useless.

Eevee's demeanor perked up a bit. It was one thing that Deku was able to perform abilities and skills that no ordinary person could do, but hearing the similar struggle he had gone through felt more surprising than anything she had seen. Deku eventually stood up and walked behind her, continuing his speech as he did.

Deku: But then one day, I saw one of my best friends in danger but despite not having any powers, no quirk, nothing. I still tried to do what I felt was right, and after that moment, I met him, My hero, All Might. He told me that my actions inspired him and that, despite having no quirk. I, too, can become a hero. And thanks to those words, I'm where I’m at now.

Standing up, Deku walked a distance from Eevee, talking as he did.

Deku: And I know you can do the same, Eevee; I've seen how you’ve fought up to now; you showed me what you’re capable of; even on the day I found you, something inside me told me there was so much you could be capable of doing.

Stopping, He turned his attention back to her and got into a fighting stance.

Deku: You’re strong, Eevee. I admit I was worried you couldn't keep up, but you proved me wrong, and I couldn't be glad that you did. I know you have it in you to keep going. Even If I'm still cautious, I'm more than willing to let you show me what you’re really made of if someone like me can become something great.

Eevee fully stood up, gaining strength she never thought she had, the tears in her eyes coming from one of self-doubt to inspiration, hearing the words she never thought she would hear from her previous abusers.

Deku: So can you…

Upon those words, Eevee's body started to glow bright blue, but unlike last time, it coated her entire body, taking Deku by surprise. The glow changed its shape to that of water, encompassing Eevee's entire being in a vortex. Soon, her appearance started to change. Her skin became more slick, her Fur collar straightened itself into fins, her fuzzy tail became more akin to a shark, and spines on her back began to appear.

Deku starred not in confusion or conference, but in amazement, for when the glow died down, Eevee was no longer in place. Giving out a cry, she revealed that she had evolved into Vaporeon! Deku clenched his fists, Full Cowl becoming more active as he began to tap further into it. More excited than before to see what Eevee was truly capable of doing.

Deku: I knew you had it in you! Alright Eevee. SHOW ME WHAT YOU CAN REALLY DO!

With that said, Vaporeon used one of its newly acquired moves: Mist; and surrounded the area with a thick chilly fog and quickly slunk away into the chilling clouds. Struggling to see clearly, Deku positioned his fingers for a Delaware smash but was interpreted by the feeling of something soggy and blunt hitting the back of his head and tumbling hum forward. Regaining his composure, Deku quickly turned to See Vaporeon whose tail was surrounded by a veil of water courtesy of Aqua Tail.

His fists crackling with electricity, Deku dug his hands into the ground and ripped up a wave of stone toward Vaporeon who dodged it by leaping up. Deku quickly closed the distance, his fist reared back for a Detroit smash, but just before he landed the blow, Vaporeon had turned into water! Leaving his fist to swish through her liquified body harmlessly and leaving him utterly dumbfounded upon landing.

Looking back at the puddle, he saw that it had been splattered into multiple smaller puddles that quickly merged back together to reform a smirking Vaporeon. Smiling back, Deku used Black Whip to grab several medium chunks of debris and hauled them into the air, using compressed air to fire them each like rockets, but Vaporeon liquefied herself again letting the projectiles harmlessly fly through her as she tauntingly brushed her head clean of remaining debris.

Opening her mouth, Vaporeon shot out a massive torrent of water with Hydro Pump at speeds that would put any fire truck to shame leaving Deku no time to dodge and forcing him to hold his arms up in defense of the oncoming stream, the force of which was so great that he was almost embedded into the wall of a nearby building nearly smashing through it had he not tried resisting the force.

With the pressure getting stronger, Deku was forced to switch tactics, tapping into Shoot Style, he stomped the ground, shaking the earth and throwing the Bubble Jet Pokemon off balance, and interrupting the Hydro Pump. With his opening made, Deku lunged forward in a burst of speed to deliver a roundhouse kick, but of course Vaporeon simply transformed into her liquid state, causing Deku to comically fly through her and into a pile of debris, earning a laugh from her and a groan from him simultaneously.

Picking himself up, Deku went into analyzer mode to figure a way around Vaporeons watery intangibility.

Deku: Thinking: ( That new trick of hers is making hits impossible, there's gotta be a way around it…)

While still in thought, Deku used Black Whip to grab a few chunks from the debris pile and chucked them one at a time at Vaporeon, who simply let them phase through her again without much effort. However, Deku had planned on this, observing Vaporeons water transformation while recalling the previous moments she did it. Feeling especially cocky, Vaporeons body gained a light blue aura and from her body, several pulsing rings of water shot out at Deku, though he managed to dodge a few of them he was eventually struck by one of the rings

To his confusion however, the attack didn't seem to have done too much damage, but suddenly he felt his head start to pound, then his vision became blurred as little yellow birds started to circle around his head, soon after Deku found himself wobbling around aimlessly trying his hardest to keep himself steady. Vaporeon smirked as the secondary effects of Water Pulse had done its work. With her opponent dazed, a bright multicolored beam of light formed from her top fin.

With Aurora Beam fully charged, Vaporeon fired at the dazed Deku who was still tumbling about trying to keep steady, but then from within his mind, streaks of black lightning struck, and as if driven by pure instinct, he ducked underneath the oncoming Aurora Beam. Danger Sense had thankfully come in clutch  which left Vaporeons eyes widened, impressed and also stunted at his reflexes, giving Deku the time to shake off the confusion and gain back his senses. Getting back to her fighting mindset, Vaporeon wasted no time and went back on the offense Shooting another torrent of water with Hydro Pump while Deku did a backflip avoiding the attack and land on the side of a building and quickly springing off it, his fist outstretched to hit Vaporeon square on.

Vaporeon responded by turning into water yet again with a cocky smile, letting Deku fly through her once more, rather this time, Deku halted himself and in a swift movement, held back his foot as Vaporeon reformed and turned around and greeted her with a sharp kick to her gut, sending her sky high. Using Black Whip to grab two more chunks of nearby debris, Deku used Float to meet her level as he thought to himself.

Deku: Thinking ( She’s harder to hit, sure, but she's too cocky, letting her guard down immediately after reforming!)

Reaching her height, Deku pulled the two chunks back and swung them together, aiming to crush Vaporeon between them, forcing Vaporeon to act quickly and turned into water to slip through them at the last minute, letting the chunks smash each other into dust before reforming and immediately getting a face full of Dekus Detroit Smash sending her hurtling towards a recently torn up building.

Managing to regain her senses, Vaporeon flipped her himself to meet face to face with the structure and used Hydro Pump one more to propel herself back towards Dekus location. Using the propulsion to get a running start, waves of brown water would begin to form under her as Deku braced himself for whatever she had next to throw at him, but he could not prepare for what Vaporeon did next.

Approaching further, a large wave of muddy brown water began to form underneathing Vaporeon, elevating her as the wave grew bigger and bigger until it towered over most of the other buildings, soon after Vaporen was riding atop a massive wave of Muddy Water! From Below Deku starred in both awe and apprehension as the murky tidal wave approached closer. Only able to mutter one sentence.

Deku: Aw crap baskets…

Making a run for it Deku hustled as fast as he could, hopping across large chunks of debris and forgetting that he could use Float to quickly escape from fear of not wanting to be drowned as the muddy tidal wave loomed closer. Eventually getting caught within the wave, Deku expected to mindlessly swim for his life… But instead he was perfectly dry, in fact, he looked below to see that he was surfing the wave on top of a conveniently board shaped chunk of debris. Much to his relief, and slight excitement.

Deku: Hey, this isn’t so bad.

Enjoying himself, Deku would start to ride around on his makeshift surfboard, even performing a trick or two, almost forgetting he was in the middle of a fight.

Deku: Surfs up!

Until he was interrupted by a stream of water narrowly missing his head, courtesy of Vaporeon who had pooped up from one side of the wave and quickly submerged. Vaporeon would try this trick again and again, popping in from random spots and Shooting streams of water with Water Gun as Deku maneuvered and dodged them all. When she submerged again, Deku scanned the wave for a second until he noticed a large blue spot that stuck out from the rest of the brown water and held his fingers together.

Vaproeon reemerged for another water gun, but was immediately counterattacked by a shot of compressed air from Deku, sending her skidding across the wave and submerging her again. Taking a more direct approach, Vaporeon quickly swam right in front of Deku, her tail surrounded by a veil of water for a direct Aqua Tail, as Deku held back his fist for a Detroit Smash as the two attacks made contact.

Vaporeon would repeatedly swing her tail like a club while Deku sent a flurry of punches, both parrying each other perfectly until Deku managed to grab hold of Vaporeons tail and held back his fist and delivered a powerful Detroit Smash, sending Vaporeon careening towards a building and smashing her through it. Upon her impact, the Muddy Water wave would start to die down, lowering Deku back to the streets much to his disappointment, he was starting to enjoy it.

Stepping off his debris surfboard, his attention would redirect toward the recently smashed building as he began to cautiously walk toward it, though he was concerned, Eevee had proven her strength numerous times by now and prepared for any possible sneak attack. But instead, from the interior, a bright blue glow similar to the first time Eevee had changed shape enveloped the building and not a minute later the glow would shift from blue to deep orange.

The temperature had also gotten warmer, so much so that Deku started to sweat until all of a sudden a burst of flames surrounded the building, sending Deku into a panic and nearly giving him a heart attack. Preparing to run in after her, from the flames, a giant fireball would rocket right at him, striking him square in the gut and sending him tumbling across the street. Getting back to his feet, he saw that the fireball dimmed down to reveal that Eevee had transformed once more, she was fuzzy again but her fur was orange and covered in fire, but didn't seem bothered by it in the slightest. She had evolved into a Flareon! Brushing smoke and debris from his costume Deku smirked.

Deku: Guess you've got more to show me huh? Alright Eevee, Lets go and turn up the heat!

The fire around Flareon quickly dimmed down as she stared at Deku with discontent, mentally recoiling from the horrible pun. Deku blankly blinked for a moment and sheepishly chuckled with his head held back.

Deku: Alright yeah, that was pretty bad…

Resolving himself, Deku’s Irises began to glow, letting the electricity once surrounding his fist make its way around his whole body and tapping into 45% of Full Cowls power, Flareon responded to this by using Curse, the flames around her intensifying so much so that her collar and tail began to resemble that of an open flame. Both having powered up, they charged forward in a burst of speed and strength, the force of which left craters in their wake, Deku laced with electricity and Flareon with fire akin to torpedoes ready to make contact.

Smashing into each other, the releasing energy obliterated the glass panels of almost every building in the vicinity, leaving cracks in the road, and sending any remaining debris flying, with both combatants skidding away. Flareon was first to act, building up fire in her mouth and Shooting a wave of flames forward with Flamethrower, Deku barely managing to backflip to avoid it, as he looked at Flareon, the image of Shoto would appear over Flareon, making Deku smile proudly and inciting him to push even harder.

Briefly tapping into Shoot Style, Deku sprang up to the sky, and prompted to pay homage to his idol and mix two attacks in one, rearing his fist back, he would punch the air with enough force to send him down at Flareon at blurring speeds all while holding both fists behind him.

Deku: New Wyoming, SMASH!

Coming down like a meteor, Flareon would move as quickly as she could, the usage of Curse unfortunately slowing her down and barely managing to fully avoid the oncoming smash. Upon Dekus impact, the entire earth shook, waves of stone being sent up and creating a deep cavity in the road, leaving Flareon to dodge both the rain of street chunks and approaching collapsing road. Spotting a ramped shape slab of a debris ahead, Flareon made her way towards it, jumping high off it and landing on the balcony of a oddly intact apartment building, looking below, Flareon marveled at the size of the crater formed by Deku who was standing still within it stretching his arm casually as if he were saying “that took no effort”.

Flareon took this as a challenge and made her way up to the roof of the building, at the top, she would use Calm Mind and then Flamethrower, shooting a massive stream of fire below. Deku wasted no time in dodging, the stream of fire tailing him within the crater until he finally hauled himself out and made his way towards another conveniently none damaged building while still avoiding the stalking fire. Using Shoot Style to boost his speed, Deku outran the Flamethrower and scaled the building and perched on a Flue atop the roof. Flareon didn't let up the pressure, amplifying her power with Clam mind once more, She switched to Ember, spitting out what would normally be small bits of fire, but were now almost the size of Flareon herself!

Deku, briefly panicked, hopping towards another building to avoid the barrage of fireballs which engulfed the roof in a frenzy of flames while Flareon kept up the attack, igniting the roofs of several roofs Deku hopped off of. What she didn't notice, however, was that Deku was making his way over to her, only being one building away from reaching her, and preparing to land a point-blank Detroit smash. The Flame Pokemon simply smirked, taking a stance; her body began to glow a deep scarlet. Deku, seeing this, tried to redirect himself but was too late and could only shield with his arms when Flareon used Lava Plume to release a blast of scarlet flames that blew him away.

Crashing into the room of a building, Deku sat up and rubbed his head before opening his eyes and seeing a giant ball of fire heading his way! It was revealed to be Flareon, who had gone in for a Flare Blitz; Deku looked in fright but was able to use Shoot Style to dart away right before Flareon impacted. Like a missile hitting its target, The entire building had been destroyed in an explosion of flames, the shockwave sending Deku flying towards another building, from the collapsing wreckage, Flareon was revealed to be fine and landed on the streets, avoiding a few pieces of flaming debris.

Deku however, managed to straighten himself and land on the wall of a building, his hands dug into it to keep himself attached much to his slight discomfort. Deciding to keep his distance, he went to land on the roof, trying to make direct contact with Flareon was not looking to be the best option so he got right to what he did best: overanalyze.

His thinking would be stopped at the sight of Flareon breathing out a big purple cloud of purple fog, unlike the last several times she did this however, it was downright impossible to get a clear view of anything down below. Deku looked over the roof's edge, the stench of the Smog cloud causing him to nearly vomit, almost like it was poisonous, with that thought in mind, Deku equipped his mouthguard, and made his way back down.

Landing, Deku looked for any sign of Flareon, the Smog was thick and even with his mouthguard Deku could smell the poison within it, and began looking worriedly for Flareon, until he saw the silhouette of something within the poison cloud, it didn't take a genius to know who it was with how many times she’s done it. From the Smog Flareon was coming in fast with Flare Blitz, that Deku managed to dodge with how predictable it was, what he did not predict however was that upon hitting the ground, a flaming crater almost as big as the one he made prior had been formed! Dispersing some of the fog around them to reveal the level of destruction.

Taken aback by this sight, Dekus attention was directed back at Flareon, Except this time her cheeks were purple and she seemed a bit wobbly. It didn't take him long to piece together what Flareon had done.

Deku: Thinking: (She’s much stronger than before, but it seemed to be at the cost of poisoning herself… she wants to push herself but this isn’t the way, I gotta clear this fog)

Thinking for a minute, Deku had an idea and switched back to Shoot Style, but this time he had something else planned. Flareon emerged from one section of the Smog to see that Deku was… Hopping in place? Even weirder, as he did his legs started to glow red, this went on for several seconds until Deku got into a running start position and with the force of a sonic boom, darted around the place at insane speeds, so much so that he appeared as blur before Flareons eyes. Using his speed, Deku began ricocheting off the ground and buildings in a fixed pattern, the speed of which caused the Smog to shape into a more circular shape and with that finished, Deku used a Delaware smash to send the Smog cloud high into the atmosphere where it would (hopefully) disperse into nothing.

Removing his mouthguard, Deku looked at Flareon sternly but with concern, almost disappointed she would harm herself for an advantage, Flareon coughed up some poison and as if subconsciously, nodded in agreement of Dekus disapproval and used Sparkly Swirl around herself to clear up her poison. With that issue out of the way, Deku would smirk and begin hopping in place one more, Flareon aware of what this was, wasted no time and used Quick Attack to try and cover the distance. But she wasn't fast enough as Deku had built up enough kinetic energy with Fa Jin to send himself rocketing around the area faster than Flareon could track.

While trying to Lock Dekus position, Flareon was hit with a kick to her stomach sending her towards a building with Deku darting right past her, landing on the wall and meeting her with another kick that sent her flying. Jumping off the building's side with enough force to crack it, Deku grabbed Flareon and held her out at a building, smashing them both through before and tossing her back at the ground. Rolling to a halt, Flareon jumped back up and shook off any pain she felt, she couldn't keep up with him like this, so rather than strength, she decided it was time to go for speed, closing her eyes and focusing within herself, Flareons blue glow would envelope her like before.

Deku had caught up to her and noticed Flareon was glowing like the last few times, only this time a lighting bolt from the heavens accompanied it, changing the glow to an ecstatic yellow and changing its shape to be more akin to electricity. Rather than act out in panic, Deku stood in anticipation. It was clear by now what Eevee had been doing, and he wanted to see firsthand what else she could offer. The lighting would revolve around what was once Flareon and eventually dispel to reveal a new form in her place. There proudly stood the Lightning Pokemon: Jolteon.

With kinetic energy still built up and an eagerness to see Eevees newfound skills, Deku rocketed around the battlefield, ricocheting off buildings and leaving green streaks as he came in at blinding speeds from behind, his leg outstretched for a Manchester Smash, Jolteon however, casually looked behind her, to anyone else Deku would be moving faster than the eye could track, but from her perspective, time had slowed down just enough that nearly an inch before contact, she darted away in a burst of speed and lightning, leaving Deku to smash the terrain.

Before Dekus' attack had finished fully, Jolteon landed on a building wall and immediately went in for an electrically charged Quick Attack, leaping off the building in a flash. In Deku's mind, a different bolt of lightning struck, his Danger sense alerting him of Jolteon's attack. With barely a moment to dodge, he managed to zip out of the way, Jolteon's impact resembling a natural lightning strike.

Her increase in speed was apparent, and Deku began hopping in place yet again while Jolteon stretched and relaxed her body, covering herself with a pink aura and letting Agility amp her speed. Faster than even trained eyes could track, the two charged-up combatants would phase in and out of place before quickly vanishing from sight, having started springing around the area with their beings only visible by glowing streaks of green and yellow that occasionally clashed; the sheer speed and impacts of which decimated buildings, and sending around stray jolts of lightning as the sky began to darken.

The camera manages to catch the two racing up a taller building, Jolteon being the first to reach the top and quickly raining down small bolts of lighting with Thundershock. Still, the 1-A student didn’t let this stop him as he would seemingly disappear, at random, only to reappear from different sections of the building, dodging each bolt and reaching closer to the top. Making it onto the roof, Deku opted to try one of Jolteons previous moves, tapping into the Sixth's Quirk and unleashing a large cloud of smoke across the rooftop; following this up, he began to run circles around Jolteon, forming the smoke into a cyclone in the process.

Recognizing the use of one of her tricks, Jolteon went on the move to try and escape, knowing Deku could spring out with a sneak attack at any moment. Suddenly, from her left, Deku sprang out of the cyclone and kicked her square in the gut, sending her up, then again from her right, sending her back down and bouncing her off the roof, allowing Deku to kick her away again. Over and over, Deku knocked Jolteon around like a ragdoll and vanished back into the exhaust, the pressure building up until she gave out a cry of frustration and unleashed a massive flare of electricity with Discharge that engulfed the entire rooftop.

The electricity flew loose everywhere until one of the stray bolts managed to strike Deku mid-attack, sending him off the building. Acting on this opening, Jolteon darted off the building right at young Midoriya and created electrically charged teeth constructs with Thunder Fang. Munching down on Dekus's leg and spinning him around until she sent him back down to earth. But before the impact, Jolteon hastily scaled down the building, reaching the ground first, and with a graceful flip into the air, struck Deku directly in the face with Double Kick, sending him reeling into the side of the previously scaled building.

To keep Deku in place, Jolteon used Thunder Wave and released a shockwave of weaker electricity similar to Discharge. Picking himself up, Deku was hit point blank, but no visible damage was done; rather, his whole body began to tense up, locking his muscles in place while electricity coursed through his body and brought him to his knees. Preparing for her next move, Jolteon was ready to strike, but she simmered down; the sight of Dekus's position caused  her aggression to damper, thinking she might have taken it too far; slowly, she made her way to her rescuer to inspect him.

Deku would struggle to get back up, much to her relief, but something was off; his face was bleeding quite a bit, but that didn't seem to bother him; rather, he seemed… Upset. Though the paralysis and his injuries made movement painful, he managed to summon Black Whip and used it differently this time. Dekus's arms, legs, and even his face became ensnared as the green-tinted tendrils creeped out from his back in a resemblance to a spider. Raising his head, a green glint appeared in Deku's eyes while his breathing grew intense… Carnage Deku had come into the picture.

To say Jolteon was intimidated was an understatement; Dekus's visage alone was scary enough, but it was more than that; Jolteon felt like something else was off. Nevertheless, she switched to Pin Missile, the spines on her fur sharpening and firing themselves like mini-homing rockets, only for Deku to use the Black Whip tendrils to form a shield in front of his face, the attack exploding on contact and kick up a dust cloud around him. Taking a step back, Jolteon was aiming to try again, but Deku sprang out, grabbing Jolteon by her neck.

With the Lightning Pokemon in hand, Deku slammed her to the ground and dragged her across the street, nearly shredding the fur off her back before tossing her away, aiming to land a solid punch to Jolteons chest. Jolteon was able to fix herself just in time to land a point-blank Thundershock to Deku's chest, Sending him back but not slowing him down. Breathing heavily, Jolteon acted quickly and used Agility again, her speed increasing to its max. She started running circles around Deku, creating a ring of lightning and afterimages similar to Double Team.

The Jolteon duplicates all pounced at Deku, one of them coming in with Thunder Fang and Deku instantly retaliating with a punch that dispersed it, while another from his right tried to strike with Quick Attack and wound up meeting the same fate when Deku lashed at it with Black Whip. The more images he diffused, the more that showed up, some of which landed a hit or two until Deku put a stop to it all with a Wyoming Smash straight to the ground, creating a shockwave that ultimately tore the street apart and sent Jolteon up, dispersing the rest of the after image clones.

Jolteon, having been sent flying from the impact, opened her eyes and was met with a terrifying silhouette of Deku before her, his visage more akin to a beast ready to strike, resembling nothing of the bright-eyed student she had first seen all those months ago. With a violent punch, Jolteon was sent back to earth, rolling her across the decimated street through debris and torn-up landscaping. Through stunted breaths and stumbling Jolteon picked herself back up, opening her eyes to see Deku sauntering towards her, no words, no fancy attacks, just a look in his eyes as he made his way to his target. At first glance, you'd forget that he was a hero.

Jolteon began to tremble, Dekus's visage briefly changing between himself and the shrouded figure from her memory. Almost instinctively, she turned to try and run away, but something was off… She couldn't move… Just a while ago, she was moving at blinding speeds, but any attempt she made now was futile, almost as if something had sapped her speed entirely. Deku, seeing that Gearshift had done its work and began charging energy into his right leg with Fa Jin in preparation for a powerful kick. Jolteon briefly stopped her struggles to see Deku charging what would be a devastating hit at point blank. However, while she was still shaken by the scaringly similarities between Deku and the shrouded figure, she took a deep breath. Shaking away the thoughts, she remembered that she had grown too much to sit and cry about the past, so she prepared herself.

Having filled his leg with the energy he needed, in a sudden burst of speed Deku rocketed towards Jolteon, his leg reared back for one of his smashes and Inches away from contact only for Jolteon to briefly glow blue and turn into Vaporeon! Vaporeon, mere centimeters away from being hit, melted into a puddle, causing Deku to kick nothing but the air, sending a massive gust of wind upwards that shook the already dark clouds and kick-started a downpour.

Vaporeon's head peeked from the puddle below, relishing the rain and having gained an idea. While Deku was distracted from missing, Vaporen blasted him away with Water Gun, not doing much damage but giving her the distance and time needed to turn into Flareon. Using Fire Spin, Flareon spat out a spiraling wave of fire at Deku that trapped him in a giant burning vortex of flames, and for the finishing touch, she turned back into Jolteon, using the storming skies to use Thunder! Sending down a wicked bolt of lightning that almost struck Deku had he not dodged, thanks to danger sense.

Jolteon didn't let up the pressure. She kept sending down giant bolts of lightning while occasionally turning into her other forms and shooting water and fire into the fiery vortex for unpredictability, forcing Deku to keep moving to avoid being drowned, singed, or shocked all at once. Both of their breathing began to slow, but neither looked to be slowing down any time soon.

- 20 Minutes Later -

The skies had cleared up, allowing the sun to shine again, and the camera pans down to reveal Deku lying flat on his back in the middle of the street with Eevee lying on his chest. Deku was taking slow, deep, shallow breaths. At the same time, Eevee had seemingly fallen asleep, the only thing accompanying them being the sound of buildings falling apart and glass shattering from the aftermath. Dekus's breathing eventually returned to normal, and he opened his eyes, sitting up, grabbing Eevee, and setting her next to him. Sighing deeply, he turned to face her.

Deku: Eevee… I don't know what came over me back there; it was like I was possessed; I knew what I was doing, but… It was like the drive to win, the adrenaline, the intensity, it was like I couldn't stop myself… Then you started to cry, And I could tell I was bringing back past trauma, but I still kept going…

Deku huddled his knees to his chest, looking away from his tiny furry friend.

Deku: Im sorry…

Eevee looked down, seeing her and Dekus's reflection in a puddle; they were both covered in all sorts of wounds, scratch marks, bruises, and debris; she thought back to how, as Jolteon drew Deku over the edge and into acting like a savage beast, feeling partially responsible for it. She walked over to Deku and placed her head against his leg, growling softly, reassuring Deku and earning a smile from him.

Tilting her head up, Eevee spat out a stream of bubbles, above which all popped and rained down on them, covering them both with a green glow and healing up their injuries. Afterward, she hopped to the side and got back into a combative stance, not wanting the battle to end now. Deku could only smile at Eevee's persistence and determination and got pumped, ready to go again without a second thought.

Deku: Alright then, we gave ourselves a break, and now it's time we finish what we started! I hope you’re re-

Deku was cut off by the sound of crumbling, and they both turned to the side to see one of the buildings completely topple before them.

Deku: … Maybe we should take it somewhere else, though… Aizawa is going to kill me…

After deciding what area would cause the least amount of collateral damage, the two made their way to an open grassy field laced with trees, a few rivers, and plenty of space for them to duke it out without costing the school millions of dollars in the process. Deciding this would be the perfect spot, Deku and Eevee both made a distance from the other and got right back into it. This time without driving the other into murder…

Deku was first to spring into action, firing multiple shots of air with Delaware Smash and lifting a large chunk of the terrain and chucking it at Eevee. Surrounding herself with a blue aura, Eevee easily evaded all the air shots with Quick Attack before smashing through the earth chunk as well.  Deku, on the other hand, revealed to have been right behind the shattered chunk, having used it as cover to get in close and sending a punch to Eevees head, only missing by a hair when she hastily used Detect to swerve around him.

Quickly changing into Vaporeon, She swung at his back with Aqua Tail, of which Deku promptly turned to grab it, pulling her in for a close-ranged hit but swishing his fist through water instead. Vaporeons watery body splattered behind Deku and reformed, with the latter turning around and smirking, both of them starting to have fun as opposed to trying to prove themselves. Going at it for what felt like hours, Eevee changing between her forms and Deku adapting accordingly, neither seemed to be getting a direct advantage over the other, but it didn't matter. They enjoyed the clashing of their skills.

Upon throwing a punch that Eevee had dodged, Deku hit the ground instead, but something unexpected happened. The ground between them began to open as a fissure formed, separating the two. And not just that, from the tear in the ground a red glow started to emit, particles of which started to leak out. Deku felt uneasy about this, but Eevee? She was strangely drawn into this mysterious energy; walking closer to the fissure, she looked below, feeling the energy coursing through her fur. Deku had been shouting at her to get away, but she couldn't hear him, her eyes reflecting the crimson glow. There was something about this energy; it felt intense, it felt empowering, it felt…

Dynamic.

The energy from below began to swirl around Eevee, taking her by surprise. Panicking, Deku leaped over the fissure and went to pick her up. Instead, something strange yet incredible began to happen: Eevee started to grow! She kept increasing in size so much that Deku was too awestruck to dodge until he was unexpectedly caught in her ever-expanding fur collar. Her growth spurt finally stopped, and Deku dug his way through her fur and to the top to see that Eevee had grown over ten times her original size!

If Dekus's jaw weren't attached to his head, it would have surely dropped to the floor. He wanted to panic, question, and pass out all at the same time, but instead, the texture and softness of Eevees now enormous fur collar made him feel… Comforted, it was unlike anything he had ever felt, slowly he began engrossing himself in it, almost not wanting to leave it for a second and burying himself in further, all while Eevee looked around for any sign of him, having lost him when she started to grow.

Giving out a yelp, Eevees cry altered Deku and reminded him that he was in the middle of a fight. Struggling to resist the urge to stay in the fuzz paradise, Dekus will pulled him through, leaping out of the giant collar and landing a distance from his colossal partner. Looking at her, Deku noticed her slightly changed appearance; her fur collar was enormous, almost larger than her own body.

Deku: Wow… Eevee, look at you. You’re gigantic! Since when could you do this?

Turning her massive head, Eevee directed Dekus's attention towards the fissure, the glow inside having dimmed down significantly. It didn't take Deku long to put the pieces together, and they marveled at Eevee's other latent power.

Deku: I Guess the energy from that fissure must have had some effect on you!

Cracking his knuckles, Deku was ready to test Eevees newfound might, her larger size not intimidating him in the slightest.

Deku: I guess that means you've got some new tricks to show me. Don't think I'm going to give up now just because you're larger! Bring it on!

Eevee nodded and prepared to use Bouncy Bubble while Deku lunged at Eevee, reeling back for a Detroit smash. Still, to both their surprise, Eevee instead spat out a giant torrent of water larger than any Hydro Pump she had used before, catching Deku both by surprise and within the large water stream, which tore up the ground on contact and sprung any remaining water into the air, kickstarting a rainstorm! Picking himself up and ringing water off his costume, Deku was about to devise another plan of attack but would have his thinking cut off when Eevee spat out dozens of giant seeds with Max Overgrowth.

Deku prepared to dodge, but the seeds landed harmlessly around him instead; instead, they began to glow and vibrate before spontaneously growing into giant mushrooms one by one, knocking Deku around like a pinball. Landing on top of one of the newly ground fungi, Deku thought momentarily and expressed his confusion.

Deku: Huh? Wait, but mushrooms aren't plants, they’re fun-

Not having time to finish his nerd rant, the Mushrooms simultaneously exploded, sending Deku flying and emitting a green wave of energy across the battlefield, creating a swampy terrain with a mix of rain and grass. Deku managed to halt himself in the air with Float while using a Delaware Smash to propel him forward, the electricity surrounding him growing more intense by the minute. Meanwhile, Eevee cried to the skies using Max Hailstorm, raining down a barrage of giant ice balls like comets.

Deku didn't stop to gawk, maneuvering around the house-sized bits of hail or smashing through them with Shoot Style. Looking for an opening, Deku reeled back his left leg and kicked one of the hail bits back at Eevee, smashing it against her face and stunning her long enough for Deku to get in close to land a point-blank Wyoming Smash.

To Deku's shock, his attack barely made Eevee flinch. At the same time, she went right back on the offensive and charged a massive ball of fire. Deku, having no time to dodge, used Black Whip to encase his entire body, creating makeshift armor that took the full force of the Max Flare, sending him careening to the ground and creating a large fiery explosion.

As the fire cleared, Deku emerged from the crater, slightly winded but thankfully not fried, shielding his eyes from the sudden harsh sunlight that eliminated the rain from before. Deku took a moment to think of a possible plan to work around Eevee's newfound might but was cut off when the ground beneath him began to shake and crack. From the earth's depths, a column of pure energy erupted, blasting him away and finally managing to rip his costume quite a bit.

Landing a fair distance away, Deku quickly readjusted, his head pounding more than usual. It would only get worse when he began to feel a force take over his mind; looking back at Eevee, his worldview slowly starts to change; everything is replaced by floating hearts and a bright pink spotlight with Eevee in the center, being the only visible thing in his sights. Eventually, his irises were replaced with hearts before he fully became infatuated with her; the effects of Gmax Cuddle had taken hold of Dekus's mind.

Deku could not stop swooning over Eevees appearance and began slowly approaching her like a zombie. At the same time, Eevee started to glow with purple psychic energy, preparing another Max move. Slowly making his way over to what would surely be his demise, a green mist materialized from it; a tall man with a large scar on the left side of his face emerged, walking up to Dekus and slapping the back of his head, simultaneously activating Danger sense to make it seem like he was there, snapping Deku out of the infatuation.

Hikage Shinomori: Hey, stop messing around; you literally have bigger things to focus on.

Hikage vanished from view while Deku looked back up to see Eevees' aforementioned attack charging. Attempting to go into analyzer mode once more, he quickly halted that way of thinking, coming to the only reasonable conclusion he could after all this time.

Deku: Alright Izuku… Enough strategy. Enough planning. I just gotta hit her… really, really HARD!

Putting enormous strength into his legs with Shoot Style, Deku shot up at Gmax Eevee, reeling back his right fist and tensing it up, the electricity coursing through it intensely. With her attack fully powered up, Eevee used Max Mindstorm in hopes of putting a stop to Deku's oncoming Smash, emitting large pulsing waves of psychic energy from her forehead. Approaching closer, Deku took the mental attack at full force, powering through it even as it pushed against him, using a Delaware smash to propel himself through the Max Mindstorm until she was finally within range, and with a heroic shout, he announced one of his stronger moves.

Deku: TEXAS SMASH!

Like a thousand missiles going off at once, Deku's attack struck Eevee right between her eyes, actually managing to do severe damage and staggering her against the terrain, to her surprise. Slightly Dazed, Eevee shook it off, feeling the increasing effort Deku was putting forward. Still, unlike last time, it felt less like the pressure of a savage beast and more like an invigorating challenge from a proud mentor, which she gladly accepted. Light began to encompass her body as she gave another cry to the sky, summoning dozens of large stars with Max Starfall. Deku in turn, he chose to face them head-on, and rather than try to smash them, he hopped aboard a star, turning it into a makeshift hoverboard and using Black Whip to grab onto three more while evading the rest and building up speed.

Eevee's eyes began to glow with darkness in return, summoning two sparks of energy beside her with Max Darkness. Deku wrapped the three stars together and launched them, while Eevee manifested two strips of darkness from the sparks forward in retaliation. The attacks inevitably collided between them and created a massive explosion of light and dark, the force of which only pushed Eevee back but sent Deku flying.

Rolling across the ground, Deku got right back up while making a mad dash towards the Giant Evolution Pokemon, activating Fa Jin to build up energy with every step he took. Eevee shook off the impact from the explosion and quickly noticed Deku approaching. She surrounded herself with an electrifying aura, preparing to use the last attack in her arsenal, Max Lightning. A large thundercloud was created over Deku, crackling intensely as it sent down a massive column of electrical energy. Right before it made contact, however, Deku leaped forward in a burst of speed, narrowly avoiding the colossal bolt of lightning from the sky.

Halting his momentum upon landing, Dekus's shoes dug through the ground as he created two Black Whips from his hands, firing them forward and wrapping them around Eevees massive ears like tethers and began to pull them back with an enormous leap backward, actually managing to drag Eevee forward while she attempted to resist briefly. Their struggle lasted for a moment, only for Deku to bring it to an end, jumping back further and launching himself right at Eevee in a burst of speed, creating a sonic boom of pure energy behind him!

Deku: Faux… 100%!!!

Eevee picked her head back up from being jerked down, seeing Deku come straight at her like a space shuttle takeoff, his body creating afterimages behind and in front of him. At the same time, a glowing green streak of energy surrounded him, his leg outstretched and surrounded with red energy from Fa Jin. Rather than try to counter this, she used the last move she could, Max Guard, and created a massive energy shield in front of her, with Deku growing closer and closer.

Deku: MANCHESTER SMASH!!!

Hitting the Max Guard move head-on, The two would enter another struggle, both of their teeth gritting as Deku kept applying more force into his leg while Eevee poured more of her energy to maintain the shield. To Eevee's horror, her shield began to crack, the force of Deku's attack starting to overpower her, until eventually…

CRACK!!!

From Eevee's perspective, time had slowed down completely,  her face in utter shock as the fractured remains of her shield flew past her face like glass. Her shocked expression would be replaced with a pained one as the force of Dekus Faux 100% made its way past the shattered remains and landed a point-blank hit to Eevees face, causing her to roll and tumble across the field, her massive body tearing away at the ground and flattening any trees in her way. Coming to a halt, Eevees body lay in the center of the torn-up field, the red energy once surrounding her dwindling down as her size began to return to normal along with it.

Shaking herself up, Eevee stumbled forward, her aching body causing her to occasionally slump to the ground, but she persisted. From the other end of the shredded plains, Deku emerged, his hero costume torn from the shoulder to his waist and his hair slightly frazzled. He kept his distance as he watched his small companion try and persist. Giving an exhausted sigh, he called out to her, grabbing her attention.

Deku: Eevee, you still want to prove yourself, I get it, but look at how much trying to do so caused.

Deku spread out his arms, directing Eevees' attention to the damage they caused to the terrain. He made sure to point out the heavily damaged remains of Ground Beta as well. Lowering his arms, he continued.

Deku: You already proved yourself more than once. You’re strong, stronger than I ever could have imagined, and I’m proud of how far you’ve come, but there comes a time when enough is enough; you're tired, and so am I… Let's just end it here…

Getting to his knees, he held out a hand, hoping she would accept. Eevee stopped her movement to think. Deku had a point. They had already done loads of damage from the start, and pushing forward only made it worse. The image of Carnage Deku only solidified his statement more…

But no… She didn't want it to end now; she couldn't tell why, but deep down, she felt she had more to give. To stop now would make everything, her evolutions, the discovery of what she could truly do, and the need to show that she wasn't a failure feel pointless. She was tired but determined, so with her mind made up, she got down and prepared to attack again, gaining a faint blue aura and preparing to do as much as her tired little body could muster.

Deku stood back up, his face fordone and showing slight disappointment at Eevee's refusal to back down. But, looking back at everything up to this point, despite how beaten and broken Eevee looked, no matter how the odds were stacked against she fought on, pushing past whatever limits she could to prove her worth, her value, looking back at her, Deku not only saw a bit of himself within her, not only the sight of what was once the scared, weakened creature he found that night but the incredible growth of someone close to him. The true visage of a hero, willing to push past the limits.

Cracking a smile, Deku put up his dukes, not before giving one more announcement.

Deku: Eevee. I could sit here and go on about how much stronger you’ve gotten, but I think we both got the message: actions speak louder than words. You want to prove yourself? Well I'm right here! Now, let's show the world what these two nobodies can really do!

Feeling Deku's resolve, Eevee made her way towards Izuku with a Quick Attack. Deku, in turn, made a dash forward, his fist preparing a Detroit Smash. The unlikely pair reached closer with every step before inevitably coming to a clash in the middle. As he approached, Deku couldn't help but say aloud.

Deku: I’m so glad I found you that night...

Making contact, the two entered another power struggle, the impact creating a field of energy around the two until something phenomenal began to happen. within Eevee, something began to glow.

In the center of Eevees body, a crystal with an emblem resembling Eevees head in the middle started to glow brightly. Time between the two seemingly stopped as the glow started to divide itself into 8 different colored luminous spheres, from each a different form of Eevee appeared, the traditional 3, alongside 5 other forms of varying types. The Eeveelutions would bow their heads, sending forth beams of energy the surrounded Eevee, empowering her with Extreme Evoboost! It didn't end there; the energy of One For All surrounding Dekus's fist started to trickle its way onto Eevee and into her system, mixing with the original glow and creating a fusion of separate energies.

Eevee's body would start to undergo a new change, glowing brightly, unlike any of her prior evolutions. Her original brown fur changed to a lighter green, and her collar began to straighten out around her neck and cover her mouth, changing yellow and gray in the process; from behind her neck, a yellow scarf emerged, and the tip of her tail would start to sprout out eight glowing gems of a different color. Time would resume, and the two would be pushed back from their clash. Deku let his guard down to gaze at Eevee's newfound transformation. An experience only ever seen once between a powerful connection between humans and Pokemon: Battle Bond.

B.B Eevee

Eevee landed with a graceful backflip, pulling her scarf from the front of her face and revealing to Deku her newest form, while Deku stared proudly and ambitiously. Raising his fist and closing his eyes, he finally felt the full weight of this matchup, finally ready to stop holding back.

Deku: So… This is what you wanted to show me?

Opening his eyes, Dekus's body began to emit electricity like nothing else before. His irises were revealed to be entirely light blue, and his hair had flared up like the hottest blue flames imaginable, matching the color of his eyes and tapping into the maximum energy of One For All! With a smile, he gave Eevee one last declaration.

Deku: No point in not going all out anymore, Eevee! Let's give it all we got, 100%!

Their strength at their absolute maximum. The two would appear as blurs as they had already begun to meet in the center for a clash, the overwhelming force creating massive streams of air pressure behind them that tore away the landscaping even further.

Reeling back, Deku was the first to charge in, sending a flurry of punches Eevees way, of which the latter evaded all of them thanks to her small frame and eventually countering with a hard-hitting tackle to Dekus's gut, knocking the wind out of him. Rather than stagger, Deku used this chance to grab Eevee and throw her away, already appearing ahead of her in a flash to greet her with an uppercut to her torso and ending his combo by leaping high, clasping his hands, and spiking her down with like a bullet and cratering the ground.

Holding his left hand behind him, Deku used a Delaware smash to propel himself down with his right fist prepped for a Detroit Smash. From below, Eevee hops out of the crater and wastes no time in firing dozens of stars upward with Swift, who quickly begins to home in on Deku. Deku knew he couldn't evade the stars and switched to a more defensive approach, shielding himself with his arms and taking the Swift attack which exploded, kicking up a smoke cloud around him.

Spreading out his arms in a forceful motion to dispel the smoke, Deku failed to see Eevee come up at him from behind, landing a power Double Edge to his back, sending him across the increasingly damaged field and tumbling; Eevee acted upon this quickly with a move she had been saving: Last Resort. From her forehead, a large star was conjured, pouring more and more energy into it until it was twice the size of Deku himself, and she swatted it forward with her tail like a volleyball. Quickly recovering mid-tumble, Deku quickly brought his attention toward the ever-approaching shooting star; rather than try and counter it, he leaped a great distance backward, letting the star reach the ground and create a multi-colored sparkly explosion.

Looking ahead through the resulting dust cloud, Deku barely managed to sidestep in time when, from the dust, a streak of glowing light green energy charged at him at lightning speeds, dispelling the smoke in the process; his perception slowed just enough to see that it was Eevee attempting to strike him with Quick Attack. Skidding to a halt, Eevee and Deku stared each other down and quickly went right back on the attack, Deku charging at her as a streak of bright aqua-green energy, with Eevee doing the same as light green.

Across the ruined battleground, the two would continue to ricochet around the area as bright green streaks of pure power and resolve, their clash being felt miles and miles away by Pokemon and humans alike, with every sharp turn, a sonic boom, every missed attack, another hurricane created, disturbing the clouds in the sky yet again into creating a rainstorm until they were the only two figures visible in the dark, illuminated by the glow of their own attacks.

During their clash, Deku was able to get a brief opening to knee Eevee in her gut, stunning her long enough for him to prepare a Detroit Smash; from behind him, the figure of the first-ever wielder of One For All, Yoichi Shigaraki would manifest beside Deku, his fist reared alongside him and striking Eevee point blank and sending her sky high. Jumping to meet her level, from behind him another figure emerged, the fifth One For All user Daigoro Banjo would appear behind him as he summoned Black Whip from his back, surrounding him and Eevee in a Black Whip dome.

Eevee attempted to look around curiously but was cut off by a punch from Deku that sent her ricocheting off one side of the dome's wall and back toward him. She was met with a kick that did the same thing. Just before being hit with another strike, Eevees eyes would glow blue as the figure of a Vaporeon appeared in front of her, surrounding herself with a Bouncy Bubble, leaving Dekus's punch to bounce off harmlessly. Stretching out her tiny body, Eevee expanded the Bubble until it was big enough to press Deku against the surface and forcing him to let it down. Eevee would then switch to Buzzy Buzz, a silhouette of Jolteon appearing beside her as she sent down a barrage of lightning bolts, striking Deku one by one and paralyzing him, sending him harmless back down to earth.

As he was falling, Deku felt his body stop in midair, the seventh OFA user, Nana Shimura, (metaphorically) holding him in place as Float activated just in time, allowing Deku to muster the strength to shake off the paralysis and adjust himself in the air. As he did, Hikage Shinomori appeared again as a bolt of lightning flashed in Deku's mind, Danger Sense warning him as he turned to see Eevee coming down hot with Sizzly Slide, her entire body coated in intense flames as the silhouette of a Flareon ran beside her, Deku managing to dodge by a hair and leaving her to make impact with the ground setting off a fiery explosion.

The resulting dust cloud gave Deku an Idea. He thrust his hands out forward, shrouding the area in front of him with a dense Smokescreen. En Tayutai appeared next to him and mimicked the motion. From there, he rapidly punched his fist forward and sent out dozens upon dozens of air-pressure bullets with speeds superior to those of a Gatling gun into the smoke.

Within the smoke cloud, Eevee was already on the defensiv, having been hit by a couple of air shots and responding by moving around rapidly. Eventually, her eyes glowed purple, and she raised her front legs and slammed them down,n releasing a shockwave of psychic energy with Glitzy Glow, the visage of Espeon copying the movement beside her.

The psychic wave made its way through the Smokescreen and dispelled the oncoming pressure shots,  forcing Deku to halt his assault and leap up to avoid it. Eevee had planned on this however and quickly ran underneath Deku and released a massive pillar of darkness with Baddy Bad, Umbreon appearing above her as she did this.

Taking the attack, Deku was knocked to the side but didn't stay down for longer than a second, getting back up only to see Eevee atop a giant vine-like before, the visage of Leafeon next to her. With Sappy Seed, Eevee sent forth a hoard of building-sized vines Dekus's way, who, in response, jumped above them and ran along the ends as he made his way toward her, using multiple Detroit Smashes to obliterate any vines that came his way. Reaching the bottom of the primary stalk, Deku delivered a powerful axe kick to its stump, tearing it open and causing it to fall backward in its entirety, forcing Eevee to quickly run down it side and jump to safety.

After landing, Eevee saw that Deku was approaching her at a much faster rate, having used Fa Jin to increase his speed, Bruce’s visage running beside him. Eevee acted even quickly in return, using Freezy Frost to completely freeze over the wide area surrounding her and creating several ice spikes across the field as well, Glaceon’s silhouette standing in front of her as she did. Unable to slow himself in time, Deku was sent sliding against the ice, struggling to keep his balance and control his direction as he made his way toward Eevee, preparing to use Trump Card point blank.

In Deku's mind, he would gain another idea; with Fa Jin still activated, he built up energy in his right fist by slamming both his knuckles together and then switched to Black Whip and wrapped it around one of the ice shards sticking out from the ground, using his momentum to redirect himself and avoid Eevees attack. From there, he would continue to use Black Whip to spin himself around the shard, using Gear Shift to increase his speed to an illogical degree with Kudo’s silhouette next to as he did.

Having built up enough speed, Deku fired himself at Eevee faster than she could blink, and with the last vestige of his hero, All Might, behind him, Deku landed an enormously powerful Detroit Smash using the built of kinetic energy in his right fist, sending Eevee far beyond the horizon with enough force to break the sound barrier a thousand times over.

Even after having been struck with such a powerful blow, Eevees determination did not falter, refusing to go down here after everything before her Slyveon appeared, smiling at her as Sparkly Swirl began to encompass her being and using the cyclone's powerful centrifugal force to rocket herself back towards Deku with the same blinding speed as Dekus previous hit that sent her flying.

From his current position, Deku stood and watched across the horizon, almost as if he were waiting. His patients wouldn't be tested for too long; from beyond, he saw a blurry image slowly enhanced in his view; it was Eevee, and she was practically flying towards him, her face dirtied and bruised but holding a look of sheer tenacity and drive. Deku could only give a big smile as he cracked his knuckles, the electricity around him reaching its peak and erupting from him like a beacon. With just one step, Deku was already racing towards his companion as a blur, his body completely enveloped with the energy of One For All, the ground beneath him being torn to shreds as he moved and ricocheted around the area to increase his speed and tapping into float to meet Eevees level and with one shout, he cried…

Deku: ALRIGHT EEVEE, YOU WANT MY BEST!? HERE IT IS! ONE MILLION PERCENT, PLUS ULTRA!!!!

The two originally unassuming heroes would reach closer to their ultimate goal, Dekus's body nothing more than a glowing form of who he used to be as his fist reeled back for one final Detroit smash. Eevees body would do the same, the end of her tail engulfing her body with a bright and beautiful multi-colored glow as she prepared to use a move she had been waiting this whole match to use, to show how much she cared for Deku: Veevee Volley.

The vestiges of One For All and the evolutionary line of Eevee would appear beside them, both parties preparing to strike alongside their successors, with the battle ready to meet its climax…

With an impact mightier than any atomic warhead, the unlikely pair strikes made contact. The overwhelming power they held exploded out of their bodies in a massive column of energy, having nowhere else to go but up, up into the sky where it would take the form of a bright green glowing tornado that could be seen from space. Splitting the skies and dispelling the previously created storm. It didn't stop there. Across the globe, people, pokemon, and everything that ever lived on any continent could feel the change of weather. Even powerful legendary Pokemon across different sections of the planet, such as Rayquazza, Lugia, Ho-Oh, the Weather Trio, and even the elusive Mew, felt the massive shift in climate as the light green energy tornado persisted.

Soon, the glowing cyclone died down, dispelling into the winds like any other wind funnel before it, revealing both Deku and Eevee standing no less than a few feet away from each other in a gigantic crater, trees, bushes, landscaping of any sort had been atomized from their colliding attack, both having returned to their base forms. The upper half of Dekus's hero costume had been shredded to bits, exposing his bare chest, which was littered with bruises, and his arms, which appeared purple and practically withered. Eevee was also covered with wounds, and her body and collar were missing large clumps of fur in some areas, but not enough to expose her skin. For what felt like hours, they stood in place and stared at each other…

Eevee was the first to act, trying everything in her power to walk up to Deku, stumbling with every attempt she made but not dropping the smile she had on her face. Eventually, her eyes went gray as she slumped over the side, having been the first of the two to give out after everything.

Deku was the last to stand and the only one to move. He slowly made his way over to his friend, reaching down and gently caressing her head like he had that very night he found her despite the immense damage his arms had suffered. He shared the same smile she had, choosing to remain crouched to stay as close to her as possible.

Deku: I’m… So proud of you…

Unable to keep himself up longer, Dekus's eyes also went blank, falling forward next to Eevee, his arm wrapped around her as the two lay motionless on the ground. Behind the both of them, the vestiges of OFA and the visages of the evolutionary Eevee line stood and watched as their descendants gave in to their exhaustion, looking toward the opposite side and nodding their heads in respect with proud grins on all of their faces, as they eventually faded away. Much like the life of their predecessors…

Knock out

From the skies above, legendary Pokemon of varying regions revealed themselves to have been at the scene, observing the last moments of the Human and his Pokemons clash with curiosity and interest. Among them, Mew was the first to fly down to Inspect them both closely, feeling their energy to be incredibly faint… But not entirely gone.

Raising its little arms, Mew coated them both in a green glow, restoring their vitality just enough to ensure survival possibly. Beside them, Rayquazza flew in, using its tail to grab them both and soared off the scene, the rest of the legendaries flying off to wherever their original locations were.

Cutting to a different location, Deku slowly opened his eyes, seeing a bright light ahead of him, nearly making him jump out of his own sin when he assumed the worst. Quickly getting up, he saw that Eevee was on his lap. She was sound asleep, but her torso and head were covered in bandages; choosing to inspect himself next, he saw that he was also covered, his arms having been put in casts as well, a rather familiar sight. Lying back down, Deku sighed in relief, beyond grateful that he and Eevee were not… On the other side yet.

Eevee soon awakened to see Deku on his back and shakingly tried to move over to him, her wounds making that more of a challenge than necessary. Deku pressed her back down gently as if to tell her she should rest before trying to move again. His attention was redirected to the sound of a door opening, and he looked up to see it was Shuzenji.

Recover Girl: Izuku… How are you and Eevee feeling?

Looking back at his cast and Eevees bandages, Deku gave as honest an answer as possible.

Deku: Pretty sore, as usual… But I think we’re otherwise fine.

Shuzenjismilede, glad to see that they were both alive and well, Deku and Eevee shooting her back on the same.

Recovery Girl: Good. With that settled…

With a big huff, Shuzenji gave the duo the chewing out of a lifetime, yelling so loud that their hair and faces were blown black from the force while the entire building felt like shaking. With a finale, Huff Shuzenji made her way to the door while Deku and Eevee sported faces of absolute defeat. Deku gave another sigh.

Deku: Well, Can't say we didn't deserve that, we went pretty overboard back there.

Looking at Eevee, he saw that she was in a slump and looked rather depressed. Deku thought for a second what the issue was, only to remember who was the last to stand during their battle. Deku wasted no time in shooting that mindset down and reassuring her.

Deku: Eevee, I know you’re upset you lost, but you can't forget how incredible you were back then.

Eevee perked up a bit, looking back at Deku.

Deku: I felt your resolve, how far you came; with every minute of our fight, I could practically see the potential bursting out of you with every new skill you showed me, the way you strategized, how you unlocked new things about yourself, how much tougher you became. Just because you lost now doesn't mean you’re a failure. Losing only means you can go even further beyond from there. You don't have to prove to me or anyone that you hold potential, you only have to show yourself that proof.

While her gaze was still set on Deku, memories of their fight echoed in her mind. The image of the shrouded figure and her escape from the lab becoming more blurred, being replaced with experiences from these past few months.  Eevee, seeing how she went from being scared and alone in a dark room to unlocking a form she never thought would be possible, couldn't help but jump into Deku's arms, much to their discomfort. Not that they cared to notice.

??? Young Midorya!

Looking at the door, Deku immediately recognized that voice while Eevees ears perked up. From the Doorframe, All Might was there, though unlike his iconic smile and bulking physique, he was frail and rather unassuming; even so, he walked up to their bed, eventually the entirety of Class 1-A followed suit, some sporting concerned looks on their faces while others seemed eager to ask questions, though All Might was the first to say anything.

All Might: I have to say, I did not expect this result when you and your little friend here decided to battle each other.

Dekus face lit up, surprised that All Might had knowledge prior to them starting their battle.

Deku: Wait. All Might. You knew?

Eijiro: We all did. (gestures to Eevee.) This one basically dragged us around the school grounds trying to get everything set up. It's harder than it looks when you can't understand a word she says.

Tenya: And it was a rather tumultuous task, making sure everything was in place to prevent any major casualties, but for one with her kind of stature, she was very persistent, and it seems to have worked out rather well… Save for some unforeseen drawbacks…

Kyoka: Like nearly destroying all of Ground Beta and an entire field, I didn't think you two would go all out on each other like that…

Deku looked back in embarrassment, lucky to have any but Aizawa point the fact out.

Bakugo: Even I have to admit, we thought the little runt didn't know what she was getting into, but she worked her ass off to get to this point, and I can respect that.

Shoto: Either way, we’re all relieved you two are okay. However, I must say it was a surprise when you both wound up on the grounds of UA high with almost no pulse to speak of. It's almost like someone was kind enough to drop you two off; regardless, you’re both lucky to still be alive.

Deku and Eevee looked at each other, surprised and slightly dumbfounded. Though it would make the most sense, considering they were in a wide open field, miles away from the school and any other populated areas, there was no clue or anything concrete for them to comfortably say who brought them here. Their attention would be brought back to All Might when he clapped his hands.

All Might: With all that out of the way, I think it's time I dropped the news. Theres an upcoming mission thats been in the works now. In fact its the whole reason your little friend prepared all this

Confused, Deku looked back at Eevee, who was wagging her tail in excitement.

All Might: In a couple of weeks, it’ll be time to storm the Team Rocket base. With any luck, you two will be in prime condition when the time arrives.

With that said the entirety of Class 1-A left the room to allow them to recover, Even with his body heavily damaged, Deku couldn't help but to grab Eevee and place her on his shoulder, eager and ready to fight alongside her in the coming time and show Team rocket just how far shes come, with a smile, he said confidently and proudly

Deku: All right, Eevee. You’ve been through a lot these past few months, and I think I can vouch for everyone when I say you're more than prepared to shut down that organization. I don't think it'll be easy, but what do you say? Are you ready to show them how wrong they were to underestimate you?

With a cocky and proud smirk, Eevee nodded, with Deku doing the same, the two eventually lying back down for some much-needed rest. Nearly dying can take a lot out of a person, after all…

Results[]

Boomstick: … You know Wiz? I think this might be one of the few times that I’m glad nobody died.

Wiz: You know what, Boomstick? I agree. We can all appreciate a happy ending every now and then. But we still have a job to do, so let's run this down. When looking at this matchup on paper, the result seemed rather clear-cut. But when looking at it from a broader picture, it only gets more complex from there.

Boomstick: For starters, Eevee had way more options and ways of attacking from both range and up close, making her the overall more versatile fighter, and when adding in her evolutionary and Gmax form's own move pools it only made things harder. But Deku’s no stranger to opponents with weird catalogs of attacks, he lives in a world where over half the population have crazy super powers, and those are the same people he fights like a regular 9 to 5.

Wiz: But, Eevee did have a leg up with her ability to increase her strength, with moves like Curse and Calm Mind, and as stat multipliers in Pokemon have a general limit of about 6, it meant that at her maximum she would actually be much stronger and tougher than Deku, especially when she can scale to lesser stage Pokemon like Brock's Happiny lifting 40,000 tons. But against opponents who held similar and often superior strength, Deku always pulled through thanks to his knack for on-the-fly strategizing and unique usage of his quirks, bringing a level of skill to the table that most Eevee generally don't have.

Boomstick: While an absolute peak Eevee would have some level skill, they aren't known for being super adept fighters; even if we assumed that at their peak, they would have experience fighting dozens and dozens of other pocket monsters, there's not enough evidence to assume they would be on a level even close to Dekus own, he's been doing this hero stuff for years after all. But none of that would really matter if Eevee just reduced Deku's stats to zilch, right?

Wiz: Eh, kind of; despite being able to increase her own, it's unlikely that Eevees could change Dekus at all, though moves like Charm and Scary Face could make Deku more vulnerable; they rely on playing with a target's emotions, while on an average day Deku is all around a good kid, when it comes to a no hold battle it's unlikely he would let himself be affected as efficiently.

Boomstick: And when it came down to speed, Deku took it in spades; despite being able to turn into a speedy Jolteon and being able to boost her speed further with Agility, Gear shift basically warps physics itself to alter speed as a whole, so it didn't matter how fast she made herself, with just one tap, he could reduce Eevees movement entirely and leave her open to attack, granted she could still attack from a distance so she wouldn't be entirely helpless.

Wiz: With so many advantages and disadvantages to go through, it's hard to say who could really take the win, so let's run down the stat that everyone wants to know: Power.

Boomstick: Let's start with Eevee. While it's technically possible for her to take on Mewtwo, who can fight on par with the planet-busting meteor-moving Deoxys, it's way too “farfetch’d” to assume she can match either at full power, so let's use a generous estimate of about 50 Zettatons, the energy the meteor itself would need to destroy our planet in our first place.

Wiz: When adding the multiplier of 6 with moves like Calm Mind and Curse, it would mean that at her absolute maximum, Eevee could exert about 300 Zettatons of TNT, enough to destroy Earth 5 times over, which is, to be frank, absolutely goddamn absurd for a small fox-dog creature to be able to pull off.

Boomstick: Eh, that's Pokemon for ya. Now, let's take a look at old Deku-scrubs' massive weather-changing punch. While it seems a little iffy, it's described as the power of one individual who can change the entire world, so it clearly changed the weather on a worldwide scale. The resulting change even affected the entire United States for a week.

Wiz: While we don't have an exact timeframe of how long it took to reach across the entire planet, let's go and assume a generous estimate of 4 hours. In order to change the weather across the globe in that amount of time, Deku would have had to strike with a force of over 70 Zettatons of TNT. Not exactly on the same scale as Eevee, but remember, this is done with only the remaining embers of OFA, so we can apply the same energy output to Deku at his prime.

Boomstick: With that in mind, let's go so that at his best, Deku's strength would be double than at his weakest, and when adding in Fa Jin, which also doubles his already batshit insane power, it would give us a multiplier of about 4.

Wiz: Which means Dekus energy output would… Also be 300 Zettatons… What are the odds?

Boomstick: Damn, talk about never judging a book by its cover, or, I guess, manga in this case... So with two fighters with similar power outputs and advantages that almost cancel each other out, who could say who would win?

Wiz: Well, when it really came down to it, Deku held the advantage that mattered the most. Endurance. Eevee could keep herself in the fight with options to heal, such as Bouncy Bubble, Aqua Ring, Wish, etc., but compared to what Deku has faced in his story, it paints a clear picture. Fighting against all of Class 1-A with no rest, facing down ShigForOne even with stunted breathing, and of course, every single time he broke his own bones, and still chose to fight on, seriously, this happens way more than it comfortably should.

Boomstick: So with that much endurance and the sheer drive to win, Deku would be able to keep himself in the fight long enough to get an opening or keep going until Eevees tiny body got tired and inevitable collapse.

Wiz: Eevee was a tricky, persistent, and honestly shockingly powerful opponent and could take the win under the right circumstances, but with superior skill,  speed, and the willpower to push past his limits, he had just enough to give to earn the win against Kantos Evolution Pokemon.

Boomstick: Eevee tried her best to “Adapt” to the situation but ended up short, leaving Deku to score the win “For All” to see.

Wiz: The winner is Deku.

Original Track[]

Quirk- Wild

The track for this fight is "Quirk: Wild". It would be a Symphonic Rock track with slight riffs of the Pokemon battle theme and heavy usage of electric guitars., referencing the intense and action-heavy theme of both franchises.

The track title is a simple nod to how nouns are used to name quirks while also referencing the common nature for all Pokemon (That being, they are commonly found in the wild)

The cover art shows Deku in his hero suit holding a Pokeball with the normal type symbol in the center in front of a background with electricity and gray streaks. Evolutionary stones referring to Eevee's types hover around it, followed by color-coded sparkles from the vestiges centering them.
