It features Death from Darksiders, Death from Supernatural, Death from Puss in Boots, Grim from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Lord Death from Soul Eater, Hood Sickle from Skylanders, Death from Castlevania and Calliope Mori from Hololive in a battle between multiple Grim Reaper and Death-related depictions to see which one of them truly holds the title of Death itself.

Wiz: Death... is inevitable, no matter how hard we tired, no matter how much we can do, it's the very known universal concept that awaits us at the end of our time, the best we can do is to wait and live our lives to its fullest... in the end, It can be either a warm, peaceful feeling that welcomes us... or perhaps... a very painful and brutal experiences at that.
Boomstick: Hey, this show is called DEATH Battle for a reason, right? You will expect those from those kind of fights.
Wiz: Y-yes, of course, considering we ARE the host of this show...
Boomstick: Yeah, that's pretty much our whole thing.
Wiz: Anyways; As time went on, the world decided to adapts Death in their own medias, creating multiple depictions of the concept itself, ranging from a, surprisingly, down-to-earth and calm beings to a more... intimidating but quiet entity.
Boomstick: Or just straight up self-centered assholes if you ask me!
Wiz: Which is why, in today's episode, we are going to find out which one of them truly stands out of being, the one and only, Death.
