- The connections between Davesprite and Boichiro are that they are time travelers from an alternate future, who have come back to the present in order to stop a tragedy in which their loved ones meet their ends. They wield special types of blades, and are connected to an item which has a large amount of prophetical existence in their worlds. Said worlds are built off of a digitized universe, with gods and other such entities controlling the fabric of reality. Eventually they are killed before their goal can be reached, but in the process become a spirit entity who later fuses with a child-like side character. With this power, they fight against the being who the narrative itself revolves around, and although they "fail" they ultimately end up saving the world.
