History[]
In the Amalgam Universe, a reality created from the blending of the Marvel and DC universes, Logan Wayne was a New Gothamite who ended up in a nun-runned orphanage after his parents were murdered by an armed robber and his uncle died while on duty as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Once of age, Logan enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force alongside his friend Creed H. Quinn before they were submitted to the Weapon X project, the Canadian Super-Soldier program. It was here that Logan had adamantium bonded to his bones and he learned of his metamutant nature, the project deems a failure due to his conscience while it rendered Creed criminally insane. Logan returned to New Gotham where he decides to use his new abilities to thwart crime as Dark Claw.
