Batman The Animated Series[]
Buddy Standler was a stand up comedian that also judged an annual stand-up comedy competition. A year later, Buddy was brainwashed by the Joker using Mad Hatter's mind control technology and as a result took up the alias "Condiment King". He used ketchup and mustard sprayers to rob people. He was easily defeated by Batman and taken to a hospital. It was later revealed that the Condiment King and some other people were also brainwashed into "villains", all part of Joker's grand scheme to steal the stand-up comedy competition's trophy.
Comics[]
Mitchell Mayo was a criminal defeated by the likes of Batgirl, Robin, Black Canary, and Blue Beetle. He was very weak and nothing more but a comic relief character. He eventually joined General Immortus' army of loser villains. Thanks to General Immortus he got a few upgrades. His ketchup and mustard sprayers now fire corrosive acids. However, he is killed and betrayed by his teammate, Human Flame after choking to death on a ketchup bottle.
Mitchell Mayo was revived during DC Rebirth and appeared as one of many villains defeated by Batman and Catwoman. He later traveled to Coney Island to aid Penguin and other villains in their attempts to take control of the famous neighbor. However, they were defeated by Joker's girlfriend, Harley Quinn. Mitchell gave up his life of crime and opened his own restaurant.
