Boomstick: That would be an awesome world sadly we need a plot.
Wiz: Terrorist group "Heaven Smiles" have attacked, trying to unify the world under Japanese control.
Boomstick: Last hope happens to be a group of assassins named "Smith Syndicate", also known as Killer7.
Wiz: Killer7 is a group of specialists that have been around for a surprisingly long time.
Boomstick: We only scratched the surface, because it turns out that the leader of Killer7, Harman Smith is a demigod.... in a wheelchair

Boomstick: This is more impressive than it looks since they can destroy a stadium and surrounding city blocks.
Wiz: We calced this to be about 1.5 kilotons.
Boomstick: And Con can tank that shit point-blank with no problem.
Wiz: Despite losing he is capable of keeping up with Handsome Men.
Boomstick: Which is Power Rangers but better because of guns.
Wiz: Hell other Smith's are capable of performing equally as impressive feats KAEDE can dodge lasers from laser Smile, and MASK can destroy massive rocks with his head.
Boomstick: And Dan was a big enough threat to Badman you know guy that had no issue keeping up with Travis Touchdown.
Wiz: These superhuman feats are coming from the bloodlust assassins that also give them passive abilities like screwing up your emotions.
Boomstick: However there is another...A lot darker reason.

Wiz: So it turns out Con was a persona of Harman and later Garcian after dying.
Boomstick: Don't get us wrong he is not a normal split personality where you pretend to be a different person in this case with the use of the Multifoliate Personae Phenomenon they absorbed his soul, turning him into a persona that can be manifested and transformed into.
Wiz: There should at least be one dominant personality that is the main wielder of this power.
Boomstick: A persona or not, Con is still one badass punk.

Wiz: Now to answer how this started we need to travel to the past, Mann family is a wealthy one, Zepheniah Mann had two sons, Red and Blu Mann.
Boomstick: They hated each other a lot more than regular siblings do, which is an achievement by itself, this got worse when he bought a large amount of useless land and gave them to Red and Blu when he died.
Wiz: Still hating each other with a burning passion, both of them formed a team of mercenaries, RED and BLU engaged in an endless war over a useless piece of land.
Boomstick: In which the main Scout joined the RED team as the youngest and most annoying member of the team.
Wiz: In which he showed extremely impressive feats and gained a lot of weaponry.

Boomstick: thanks to an extremely shady company known as Mann Co., led by the god of manliness, Saxton Hale.
Wiz: While the company is shady, the weapons they sell are not useless by any means.
Boomstick: Such as "Bonk! The atomic punch", A drink that makes Scout so fast that he dodges everything that's thrown at him and also is radioactive...Wait wha-
Wiz: Other weapons include Bonk's brother "Crit-A-Kola", which makes all attacks from Scout for some seconds be mini-crits, Force-A-Nature a double barrel shotgun that can blast people away, Shortstop a four-barreled derringer-style pistol fitted with pearl grips that gives Scout ability to push people away.
Boomstick: This is not all of it, He has stunning baseballs coming from Sandman, Flying Guillotine which he throws, and Soda Popper that builds up the hype that Scout can use to multiply his jumps
Wiz: Even without buffs from weapons, Scout has Scattergun, pistol, and bat with just his default arsenal and he is still impressive
Boomstick: He can kill a bear with a bone, dodge bullets casually, and break the laws of physics with the double jump
Wiz: Other team members are very strong as well, Demoman can run away from his explosions, Soldier can survive rocket jumping, Hell Scout himself survived three rockets to the face while injured
Boomstick: Which we calced to be about 9 tons of TNT
Wiz: While Scout was a good mercenary in his team, War surprisingly ended
Boomstick: After Gray Mann, the unknown third son of Zepheniah killed his brothers

Wiz: Scout may not be the smartest, strongest, kindest, or maybe even the fastest man alive but do not underestimate the power or rather speed of a force of nature
Pre Death Battle[]
Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set. Let’s end this debate once and for all!
Boomstick: It’s time for a DEATH BATTLEEEE!
Prologue[]
The camera is showing Double Cross, the map from TF2 where the RED base can be seen
Suddenly some red particles are seen coming together to form a deadly assassin, Con Smith that's tasked with eliminating Mann Co. as a whole and capturing the intelligence along with australium they have other members of Smith Syndicate invading other parts of Mann Co. Con sneaks into the base quickly reaching the place where intelligence is kept in, Con takes it, however, a sound can be heard
BANG!
Intelligence flies from Con's hand going into a wall
"What's up?"
Con notices Scout that reloads the scattergun
"Nothing that's your business"
"It does include my business actually"
Con pulls out his dual pistols
"Oh real scary, Can you even see with that?"
"I can't but I don't need it to notice how ugly you are"
FIGHT![]
BANG!BANG!BANG!
The sound of bullets filled the room with both Con and Scout running circles around each other before both hide behind two doors of the intelligence room, both reloaded, Con was the first one to get in the intelligence room again and got a glass thrown at his face, Con sniffed the liquid covering his skin.
"Is this milk?"
Scout took this as an advantage and got close to him, pointing the shotgun right at his face.
"No"
BANG!
Con barely dodged the shot and kicked the scattergun out of Scout's hand which resulted in Scout pulling out his pistol, Con dodges it with flips and backs off before rapidly firing his pistols at Scout.
BANG!BANG!BANG!BANG!
Scout quickly avoids the shots however Con dashes, getting close to him, ready to fire his pistol right at his face but ended up getting pushed into the air, Con manages to land on the stairs.
BANG!BANG!BANG!BANG!
Shoot-out continued with Scout having the shortstop this time then Scout double-jumped landing right in front of Con
BANG!BANG!BANG!
Both of them try to shoot the other despite how close they are, none of the shots lands, Scout kicked Con causing him to trip and fall down the stairs
"Ha! Way to go pal!"
Con decides not to get up and puts his ear in the ground, Scout cockily tries to come down from stairs but Con quickly shoots him on foot the moment he takes one step
"AH!"
Scout avoids the bullet, however, this causes him to lose his balance and fall into his face
"Who is laughing now?"
Con got up
"Not you."
Scout then threw the flying guillotine at Con which resulted in him kicking it into the air so hard, that it got stuck in the ceiling
"Out of tricks?"
A sudden sound of drinking can be heard
"Not really"
Scout then throws the Bonk away
BANG!BANG!BANG!BANG!
Con fired nonstop, however, Scout now in the effects of bonk dodged all of them easily and appeared behind him with a bat and swings his bat sending Con to the ceiling, Con holds on to the guillotine from earlier.
"Scared to come down?"
"Scared to come up?"
Then some kind of awkwardness begins as Con refuses to let go of the guillotine the effects of the bonk come to end.
"I liked this more anyways"
Scout said as he pulled out Crit-A-Kola however Con didn't make the same mistake again as he threw the guillotine at it causing it to fly from Scout's hand.
"Now you've done i-"
Scout got kicked in the head before a second kick send him to the outside of the intelligence room, two stared at each other and got ready, Con did a mantis pose activating his superspeed, while Scout pulled out Soda Popper activating the hype mode, both the punk and the force of nature was ready, both at incredible speeds started to go around the map while trying to land a shot at each other.
BANG!BANG!BANG!BANG!
Scout is jumping everywhere while Con is on the ground running at speeds that are far beyond a bullet, sound of guns continues without stopping until both finally, ran out of energy and needed to take a breath.
"You suck at killing people"
"I am fourteen, what's your excuse?"
Scout pulls out the sandman and dashes at Con
"BO-"
However, Con dodges and shoots him the hand before taking out his kneecaps along with it, taking away his ability to jump or move, Con then scanned Scout for a weak point, it was his heart designed to survive the ubercharge
"Fuck you!"
"....Really-"
Con shoots at his heart exploding it, Scout fell to the ground lifeless
KO!
Suddenly a bird comes out of Scout's chest and flies away
"How did that get in there?"
Results[]
Boomstick: Fly high Scout, you didn't deserve this as the gift of the god
Wiz: While this result seems surprising at first, it was actually a pretty clear cut
Boomstick: Yeah sure Scout can tank rockets but kamikaze of a heaven smile is a lot more impressive
Wiz: Con was faster even without his superspeed as well, KAEDE's laser dodging was a lot more impressive than Demoman running away from explosions
Boomstick: That's not even mentioning Dan being a threat to Badman, Travis Touchdown's equal
Wiz: And Travis can consistently dodge lasers, even a satellite one
Pop-Up: While there are CB and relativistic arguments for TF2 coming from weapon statements, It's more likely that it's just a shady company hyping their weapons and even with them Con is still stronger and faster
Boomstick: Don't get us wrong Scout had some advantages like versatility but it was no match for Con, That has more experience as well since while both are in an extremely long war between old dudes, There is only one killer7 while the RED team changed members due to them being able to grow old, unlike killer7
Wiz: Scout's versatility, speed, and power were impressive but in the end, Scout was a mercenary in a war between two old idiots, and Con was an assassin in a war between two demigods
Boomstick: Looks like Scout needs to eat his heart out...Oh wait, He can't
Wiz: The winner is Con Smith

The connections between Con and Scout are That after contracting as Assassin/Mercenary to a group Both became the youngest members of a team of killers utilizing their incredible speed, They are arrogant and immature Being fast-talkers and extremely disrespectful to the ones they are up against also Both briefly died once before coming back to life, Their teams are formed by an Old man in a war against their blue equally as old rival Said war involves a lot of shady stuff and has been going on for a long time however it ended after a third party member that never had a Chance to join society showed up and killed them in the same room
The track would be called "Homerun" obviously referencing their speed and Scout's baseball elements with art showing TF2's logo with a laser(styled after this from Killer7) right in the middle of it
