Description[]

My Hero Academia VS Assassination Classroom! To fight for what you feel is right is one of the bravest things a person can do, and these two boys know that almost better than anyone. However, how will they fair when faced off against each other... with EVERYTHING they've ever had?

This fight is between Izuku Midoriya from the My Hero Academia franchise and Nagisa Shiota from the Assassination Classroom series.

(naturally, spoilers for both series are involved, so please be advised to check out both manga runs before you read this battle)

(For this fight, we won't just be covering My Hero Academia and Assassination Classroom alone. We will be taking EVERYTHING into consideration. That is, we will be considering any media that Deku and Nagisa have appeared in, no matter how big or small their role. Even a cameo appearance can result in scaling. If Deku and Nagisa are in there in ANY capacity, it will be considered)

Interlude[]

RUKASU: Deku, the hero of Class 1A.

Deku Interlude

ARCTAS: Nagisa, the assassin of Class 3-E.

Nagisa Prelude

RUKASU: Lights of hope in voids of decay. Voices of cheer in worlds of despair. These two's roles in their respective stories are irreplacable. They rose from their seemingly permanent placement in society as unspecial children to the most powerful people in their worlds.

ARCTAS: Fighting to save their worlds from threats that they come to want to save, it's time to see who takes the golden medal home! He's Rukasu and I'm Arctas!

RUKASU: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

Deku Goes Beyond in Death Battle![]

ARCTAS: Superpowers! Everyone loves 'em, everyone wants 'em! Sadly, in real life, we can likely never have that, unless scientists have a say in the matter, but in the world of My Hero Academia, that reality is concrete!

RUKASU: Have you ever wanted a world where you could fly with the wings of a bird? Or cause explosions big enough to rip apart buildings? Well, in this world, you're in luck. Many centuries ago, humanity's genetics began to mutate following the birth of a glowing child.

ARCTAS: Glowing is an understatement. Look how bright that baby is! I'm surprised the doctors didn't get blinded!

MHA - Glowing Baby

RUKASU: The world as humanity knew it began to change following this child's birth. People began to develop superhuman abilities that would come to be dubbed "Quirks" by society. In the years to come, Quirked individuals eventually began to outnumber those without them.

ARCTAS: Sadly, that led to a lot of society believing that if you don't have a Quirk, you're pretty much useless to the world. Because no world based somewhat in reality is complete without a little discrimination.

RUKASU: Cut to the year 21XX. Around 80% of humanity bears a Quirk of their own. Society has shifted around over time, to the point where the world is somewhat unrecognisable, yet still eerily close to our own world. Naturally, not everyone who got a Quirk uses it for good deeds, and decide to try and earn their own gains by becoming "villains". To combat this, systematic companies were set up across the globe that hired and publicised "heroes".

ARCTAS: Problem was that the heroes of THIS world weren't exactly your selfless Superman or heroic Spider-Man. Being a hero was more like being a celebrity; Japan even had a leader-board that showed the most popular heroes of the time!

RUKASU: However, that didn't mean the world was bereft of actually selfless heroes. The Number One Hero of the popularity list proves that; the Symbol of Peace, All Might.

All Might Peace Sign

ARCTAS: This buff powerhouse was the true definition of heroism; selfless, courageous, seemingly invincible. Whenever a villain got a little much for other heroes to handle, everyone would suddenly see a flashy smile and hear a booming voice cry out "Fear not, citizens! Because I am here!"

RUKASU: ...did you have to replicate his voice too?

ARCTAS: You can't read the line and NOT make the voice too.

RUKASU: Anyway, All Might's actions in ensuring peace naturally inspired many young people into wanting to become heroes themselves, in the hopes that they could one day reach his level of heroics. One boy in particular was especially dead-set on climbing the heroic ladder and helping people with a smile on his face just like his idol; Izuku Midoriya.

Deku Full Cowling

BACKGROUND

  • Full Name: Midoriya "Deku" Izuku (緑谷 出久)
  • Age: 15
  • Birthday: July 15th (Cancer)
  • Height: 5'5"
  • Weight: 143 lbs
  • Number One All Might fan
  • Hair looks like broccoli

ARCTAS: This little tyke was so eager to become a hero just like his big daddy hero All Might that he watched security footage of villain attacks where All Might helped out! Even though it's very much implied that people DIED in those tapes, but Izuku was more focused on the big man in blue and yellow.

RUKASU: However, one thing came around in young Midoriya's life that would put a screeching halt to his dreams of being a hero; his lack of Quirk.

ARCTAS: Yeah, poor kid was Quirkless! If you wanna know the feeling, imagine you being in a class where everyone has a hot new toy, and you're the ONLY kid in the class without one. Kinda like that!

Child Deku

RUKASU: Midoriya, however, was determined to not let his lack of Quirk bring him down.

ARCTAS: Yeah, go on, kid! Be this world's Batman!

RUKASU: Instead, Izuku devoted most of his free time into studying heroes, their Quirks, their fighting styles, and flaws.

ARCTAS: ...I was kidding about the Batman thing-

RUKASU: Izuku was always willing to stand up for others when they couldn't, though, which led to an unfortunate encounter with his best friend, Bakugo. When Izuku stepped in to stop Bakugo and his friends from picking on another child, the blonde boy laughed in his friend's face, stating he could never be a hero and gave him a new nickname; Deku.

Bakugo and Deku

ARCTAS: For Japanese fans, that's short for "dekunobu", meaning "good-for-nothing". For English fans, it's the combo of "Defenceless Izuku". Not a nice name either way you look at it.

RUKASU: This nickname would become stuck to Izuku as he and Bakugo grew up, even staying with him by the time the two were fifteen and ready to graduate junior high. Midoriya, while slightly downtrodden by his classmates for thinking of applying for UA High, the most prestigious hero school in the country, was looking forward to trying his best to help the world, regardless of his lack of power.

ARCTAS: That was before a giant sludge monster attacked him and tried to kill him! Okay, not exactly "kill" him, more like hide inside of his body and use him as a cover to escape from All Might. Speaking of which, there he is!

All Might and Deku

RUKASU: Midoriya, while shaken from the villain's attempt on his life, was star-struck by the sight of his idol in person. Even to the point of accidentally grabbing his leg as he jumped away, leading to a... very awkward and dangerous flight.

ARCTAS: Not the greatest way to meet your hero, huh?

RUKASU: Once he was down safely, Izuku, still hearing his classmate's jeers, asked his hero if it was possible to become a hero without a Quirk. After an embarrassing reveal of All Might's true form, the Symbol of Peace answered with a regretful no, shattering the boy's heart.

ARCTAS: Again... Batman proved that's not true.

RUKASU: One more Batman comment out of you and I'll get Deadpool to host this with me instead.

ARCTAS: So anyways! Naturally, this rejection from his hero left Deku pretty much depressed. However, on his way back home, he had the chance to prove this claim wrong when he saw the same villain from earlier attacking Bakugo!

RUKASU: Izuku didn't hesitate, rushing in to save his best friend depsite the yells and his Quirkless nature. All Might saw this from afar and was shocked; a Quirkless boy, risking his life to save someone in need despite his lack of power?

ARCTAS: All Might made a decision then and there; he managed to catch Deku after the whole ordeal was over and made him an offer that he was free to say no to; he would train the boy to be able to take UA's entrance exam, and from there, become the hero he'd always wanted to be. The guy even offered Deku his own Quirk!

One For All

RUKASU: Izuku, of course, accepted instantly; the chance to be trained by your idol and fulfil your dreams with his help, and also get the chance to finally gain a Quirk to help others? Of course he said yes, leading to a strenuous training regiment over the course of ten months to prepare for the entrance exam.

ARCTAS: Deku levelled up pretty freakin' hard from this. I mean, LOOK at him! That kid is JACKED!

Deku Training

RUKASU: On the day of the exam, All Might finally accepted that Izuku was ready, and granted him his Quirk; One For All.

ONE FOR ALL

  • Quirk passed down across multiple hero generations
  • Stockpiles power from previous wielders
  • Increases Deku's already impressive strength by several leagues
  • Gives access to previous wielders's Quirks
    • Blackwhip - Grants the user the ability to shoot black tendrils from their body
    • Float - Allows user to stay aloft in the air
    • Danger Sense - Warns the user of incoming dangers to themselves or their teammates
    • Fa Jin - Allows the user to build up kinetic energy and release it to reach incredible speeds
    • Smokescreen - Lets the user create a cloud of smoke to blind their enemies
    • Gearshift - Lets the user control the inertia and trajectory of objects

ARCTAS: While most Quirks are a bit technical in how they're used in combat, what with Bakugo's Explosion being a more projectile-focused style, or Iida's with more focus on speedy hits and dodging, One For All was a lot more straightforward. How straightforward? PUNCH 'EM!

RUKASU: One For All would prove to be a great assistance in Izuku's quest to become the next Symbol of Peace. When push comes to shove, he's more than powerful enough to bring down most villains in his path.

ARCTAS: His strength with the Quirk DOES come at a cost, though; the pure raw power of One For All has destructive effects on Deku's limbs, leading to him often breaking his own bones during fights.

Deku In Combat

RUKASU: Izuku, however, found a workaround for this flaw; he would limit how much of the Quirk he would use at once, applying percentage labels to his different stages. He would come to name this technique "Full Cowling".

ARCTAS: Deku would also find ways to be able to take on more percentages for a limited time in combat thanks to his friend Mei Hatsume! This cheery young inventor helped Deku out in reducing the recoil of One For All by giving him two neat pieces of kit that she called "Mid-Gauntlets" and "Air Force Gloves".

RUKASU: Upon realising that he likely would never be able to replicate All Might's fighting style due to his weaker frame and limbs, Midoriya compromised by focusing on what he himself could do best with the Quirk; the Mid-Gauntlets reduced the recoil of One For All drastically, allowing him to pull off several full effort punches before they wear out. Meanwhile, the Air Force Gloves essentially grant Izuku a form of projectile; they give him the ability to shoot pressurised air from his arms with enough force to send an average human flying.

ARCTAS: Not that he NEEDED the projectile approach when he realised just how varied One For All could be!

RUKASU: During one fateful training session, Izuku suddenly shot black tendrils from his hands, accidentally drawing out 100% of One For All and endangering his fellow students. Upon being detained, the boy found himself in front of Daigoro Banjo, a previous wielder of One For All who explained his new situation.

ARCTAS: Deku had unlocked One For All's true potential! Now, instead of stockpiling just the power of previous holders, Deku would get the old wielders's Quirks too! And boy oh boy, were they some cool-ass powers!

RUKASU: Over the course of several months, Izuku successfully unlocked the other five Quirks alongside the newfound "Blackwhip". "Danger Sense", "Fa Jin", "Smokescreen", "Gearshift", and "Float" all made for vital additions to his toolkit. However, Izuku wouldn't have been able to utilise these new perks effectively if he wasn't smart enough.

ARCTAS: Which he absolutely is! Deku is always strategising and re-strategising during his fights, always adapting to his opponent's strengths and weaknesses and coming up with new ideas when he hits a roadblock! I keep telling you, he's this world's-

RUKASU: Hmm?

ARCTAS: ...Iron Man?

RUKASU: You get off the hook this time. And the Iron comment is actually a good point to bring up Izuku's Iron Soles. These durable boots cover up Midoriya's shoes and allow him to attack with his legs more, protecting them from One For All's recoil. Yeah, that recoil's a real problem for him.

ARCTAS: But Deku isn't versatile for nothing! Despite his limitations, he's pulled off some insane stuff!

FEATS

  • MY HERO ACADEMIA
    • Fought all of Class 1A at the same time while fatigued
    • Withstood his bones breaking over and over again
    • Attacked faster than Eri's Quirk could rewind him
    • Survived a kick to the nuts
    • Blew a whole in an island-sized storm with Bakugo's help
    • Matched Tomura Shigaraki in power
    • Defeated Nine, Flect Turn, Muscular, Overhaul
  • OTHER SOURCES/APPEARANCES
    • Helped the Jump Force take down Prometheus
    • Survived Reality Zero's Big Bang
    • Somehow kept his dignity safe from his fanbase

RUKASU: Izuku's accomplishments tell the story for themselves. He's gone toe-to-toe with Shigaraki and matched him blow for blow, consistently shown himself to be the strongest member of class 1A, and taken down Nine with the help of a One-For-All empowered Bakugo.

ARCTAS: Alright, that pretty much covers baseline Deku. Now for the funny composite shit!

RUKASU: Izuku has appeared in more than just his home series, including spin-offs and crossovers that grant him scaling that far outstrip his base form.

ARCTAS: Like Jump Force, for example! Since Deku is a playable character and he appears in the story, it's safe to assume he can scale to all the other playable fighters within the roster! So who else is in that game?

RUKASU: Goku.

ARCTAS: Oh boy...

Jump Force Deku

RUKASU: Deku fought alongside other Shonen heroes like Naruto, Luffy, Asta and yes, Goku, to defeat a threat that could wipe out every world of Jump named the Keymaster.

ARCTAS: Or more boringly named Prometheus. While his personality in this adventure was a little... iffy... he made up for it by helping his fellow Jump protags in bringing Prometheus down, even lending his energy to an aspiring hero so that they could kick his ass! Woo, go "insert character here"!

RUKASU: Let's make this even weirder; Fortnite. While yes, Izuku hasn't had a prominent role within the story of the Loop, the canon of the Fortnite island is that it pulls different people and beings in from other dimensions, creating snapshots that are on par with their original selves, as evidenced by the Batman Fortnite: Zero Point comic. By this logic, Izuku, along with any other MHA character in the game, must have been pulled into the Loop at some period of time. While he himself may have escaped, his snapshots remained, being of equivalent power to him.

ARCTAS: Meaning they could do anything normal Deku can do along with whatever happens in the Loop, like the Big Bang, that completely reset Fortnite's Omniverse in a blast of creation!

Fortnite Big Bang

RUKASU: Since it was confirmed by the Batman Fortnite: Foundation comic that Reality Zero is at the very centre of reality, and therefore the base blueprint for every other world to grow from, that means a reset like this would take a multiversal amount of energy. And seeing as Izuku was there during it, he should therefore scale accordingly.

ARCTAS: Even if you didn't believe the Goku scaling, they scale to EACH OTHER through Fortnite because they were BOTH THERE for the Big Bang! God, composite scaling is a pain in the ass... makes it sound like we're making shit up... and here I thought it would actually be fun...

RUKASU: Izuku's story does still continue back home, however, regardless of what reality-altering event pulls him away. He will always find a way back to the war, determined to end the fight with the villains once and for all.

ARCTAS: Because if there's one thing you can say about this kid, it's that he's got a will of tungsten, and a heart of gold.

RUKASU: Izuku Midoriya will step up, fight the good fight, and, for innocents and heroes alike, always go beyond.

Nagisa is on a Quest to Win Death Battle![]

RUKASU: The Junior High School of Kunugigaoka was famous for turning out some of the finest graduates in the whole of Japan. Top students that achieved the best grades at this establishment almost always went on to become big marks on the world.

ARCTAS: Just a shame about the methods used to get this reputation, huh? Yeah, this big shot school wasn't all gleam and sparkle, it had it's secrets. It's biggest one was that in order to achieve these top grades, they had to... ahem, "let the weak fall".

RUKASU: The principal, Gakuho Asano, had the idea that if 5% of students were failures, then the other 95% would work hard to stay above their level, akin to the worker ant theory. Needless to say, nothing came around that proved him wrong, cementing a class system into the junior high school.

ARCTAS: Don't schools already have a class system, though...?

RUKASU: Classes A, B, C, and D were the 95%; those who worked hard and graduated with a future ahead. Meanwhile, the fifth class, class E, were considered lost causes, becoming ridiculed and left behind, with no foreseeable future for them in mind.

ARCTAS: These kids weren't even allowed to be on the main campus! They had to climb a mountain and use the old and rickety building that could fall apart on any day! Christ, and I thought my school was bad!

Class E Building

RUKASU: These conditions were designed to be a punishment to those who ended up in class E; it was so effective that no one on the main campus wanted to be there. Some even say they would rather die than end up with the other "rejects".

ARCTAS: Many kids of multiple shapes and sizes ended up in class E. You've got your athletes, your pranksters, your sadistic high achiever, and your typical brash tough guy. Sounds fun, until you remember why they're all there.

RUKASU: However, one face you may tend to overlook when you set eyes on this class tends to do just that on purpose. He keeps his head down, stays quiet, and never stands up for himself, believing he wasn't worth anyone's time.

ARCTAS: Everyone, meet student number eleven; Nagisa Shiota!

Nagisa Shiota Happy

BACKGROUND

  • Full Name: Shiota Nagisa (潮田 渚)
  • Age: 16
  • Occupation: Assassin, hero-in-training
  • Birthday: July 20th (Cancer)
  • Height: 5'2" (but don't call attention to that)
  • Weight: 106 lbs
  • Code-name: Gender
  • Vegetarian

RUKASU: Nagisa was, suffice to say, quite depressed about ending up in class E, to the point that he would almost never say a word during school hours. One might ask why he doesn't try to work hard to get out of the hell he found himself in, but that answer is... complicated.

ARCTAS: Nagisa's home life didn't exactly inspire him to try and be better, since his mother was EXTREMELY controlling of where his life led. The woman wouldn't even let this kid cut his hair, keeping it long so that he more resembled a girl to those unaware. Wait, is that why... oh my God...

RUKASU: Nagisa was fully prepared to live a life made of other's choices, never once choosing to speak up and make a decision for himself. However, fate had other plans.

ARCTAS: One day, the moon decided it wanted to lose weight, to which, with help, it lost 70% of it's mass. Good for it! Shame about the permanent crescent look, though. Wait, wouldn't that affect the oceans really bad?

RUKASU: This sudden change to the planet's moon caused worldwide panic. News channels were having a field day, citizens were seen screaming in the streets, and the governments were clueless as to what, or who, caused this major event.

Koro-Sensei Grin

ARCTAS: ...really?

RUKASU: About a week later, a strange event occurred in class E; they got a new teacher.

ARCTAS: Sounds normal to you? Well, not to these guys! This teacher was ten feet tall, had yellow skin, a giant spherical head, and tentacles instead of limbs! He looked like a giant octopus!

RUKASU: This creature announced to the shocked students that he was the one responsible for blowing up the Moon, and he would do the same to the entire planet in exactly one year, killing everything and everyone on it.

ARCTAS: That is, if these group of rejects and losers didn't end his life first! Now, you may ask why the government didn't step in to argue for the kids's safety? The answer is that they approved this in the first place. Have a fun time with your unkillable teacher, kids!

RUKASU: This creature certainly DID seem unkillable; it's speed was almost incomprehensible, reaching top velocities of Mach 20 with ease. While they were provided with specialised weapons to help get the job done, class E found themselves essentially throwing ideas at the wall and seeing what stuck.

ARCTAS: However, no plan the class tried seemed to work. This led to our boy Nagisa teaming up with local tough guy Terasaka and his gang, agreeing to execute a plan for them in return for the leader covering the medical bills...wait, huh?

RUKASU: The plan was simple; Nagisa would move on Koro-Sensei and feign an assassination attempt, making the teacher bring his guard down, before Nagisa would leap onto him... with a grenade around his neck, which Terasaka would then set off.

Nagisa Grenade

ARCTAS: WHAT?!

RUKASU: Before you get angry! Nagisa was thankfully unharmed thanks to Koro-Sensei covering him with his shedded skin, which tanked the blast and saved the both of them. However, it must be said that Nagisa was unaware of this ability. Hell, when he agreed to the plan, he didn't even think he'd survive. But did he care? That's a concrete no.

ARCTAS: Okay, can we get this kid a therapist? Or an emotional support pet? He clearly needs one.

RUKASU: Luckily for Nagisa, Koro-Sensei could technically be both, and he became just that. The inhuman teacher saw the reckless lack of self care within the boy, and made it his unannounced mission to help him grow from this rock bottom position, along with the rest of the class.

ARCTAS: So Nagisa, confused and unsure, joined his new friends in trying to kill their teacher, training with them... to become an assassin.

RUKASU: You loved saying that.

ARCTAS: Yes I did.

Class 3-E

RUKASU: Nagisa trained with his classmates in many forms of assassination, be it hand-to-hand, knife handling, gunplay, and everything in-between. While many would think that Nagisa's small frame would make him inadequate for this training, it was quite the stark opposite.

ARCTAS: The kid was, surprisingly, pretty much born to be an assassin. His ability to disguise his presence around others made his stealth unmatched within class E, even to the point where he sneaked up on his teacher Karasuma. That may not sound impressive until you realise that this guy is a trained government Marine! And Nagisa caught HIM off-guard!

RUKASU: Nagisa's natural talent for assassination was a surprise to the students and teachers alike, with Karasuma even worrying whether or not he should be training a boy with such a large amount of potential for killing. Thankfully, however, Nagisa never turned his blade on any of his friends, instead choosing to use his talents for the betterment of them, and for the sake of the mission on Koro-Sensei's life.

ARCTAS: In order to do that, though, he would need some major firepower! Even if they only shot BBs.

ARSENAL

  • Anti-sensei knife
  • Combat knife
  • Anti-sensei pistol
  • Anti-sensei rifle
  • Stun Gun
  • PE Uniform
  • Sword
  • Too Dangerous Swimsuit

RUKASU: Nagisa's arsenal, while designed to be specifically used against Koro-Sensei, is still impressive. He mainly carries a specially crafted knife made of anti-sensei material, but he has been known to carry the real thing. He also usually keeps a specialised pistol on his person, designed to fire anti-sensei BBs. He does also have access to an assault rifle of the same design, which allows for further shots.

ARCTAS: Other than your typical killing things, Nagisa also carries a stun gun that was given to him by Terasaka. This bad boy is so effective that one shot from it is enough to paralyse anyone it comes into contact with. And before you think of trying to use it back on him? Nice try, but his specially designed PE uniform lets him take that shock with no damage! This neat bit of clothing is designed to protect Nagisa and his friends against tougher opponents, such as other assassins trying to take Koro-Sensei's bounty for themselves.

Class 3-E (PE Uniform)

RUKASU: And now, it's time to talk about the composite side of things.

ARCTAS: Buckle up, buttercups, this'll be a hell of a ride.

RUKASU: In the RPG-styled spin-off "Koro-Sensei Quest!", Nagisa's arsenal is a lot more kill capable. He carries a sword that he takes with him everywhere, allowing him to fight off dangerous enemies that appear everywhere within the world.

ARCTAS: He also has a... skimpy swimsuit that he can use to charm his enemies and render them immobile. No, we're not kidding, we utterly swear. Koro Q is a crazy manga.

Nagisa Swimsuit

RUKASU: Nagisa has been shown to be able to... "charm" enemies without the swimsuit-

ARCTAS: Thank God.

RUKASU: -thanks to his more feminine looks giving him a leg up. But now we have to discuss... the bug.

ARCTAS: Oh boy...

ABILITIES

        • Yes, we're serious about ALL of these
  • Toon Force
    • No, this one isn't a joke either, but we goddamn wish it was

RUKASU: In the world of Koro Q, the members of class E are part of the class due to being born with reality-altering bugs that prevent them from levelling up like normal heroes. These bugs were created without the approval of the gods, meaning if they're used right, they can help the wielder control... well, everything. However, these glitchy kids are still tasked with bringing down Koro-Sensei, who, in this world, is the final boss named "the Big Bad".

ARCTAS: And of course, Nagisa, being the unpredictable little scrunkly, had to get the most broken bug of all! While the other class E bugs are set in what they do, Nagisa's is completely random in it's effect. Anything you can imagine? This bug has a chance to make it happen!

RUKASU: Mostly, however, the bug only affects Nagisa himself, though it has been known to affect the things around him. It's increased Nagisa's strength to the point that he... looked like a Jojo character-

ARCTAS: The fuck?

Nagisa with Max Strength Stat

RUKASU: -increased his burliness to the point of being a survivalist with a full-on beard-

ARCTAS: The DOUBLE fuck?!

Nagisa with Max Burliness Stat

RUKASU: And, somehow, made him drunk. No, that is not a joke, this underage kid got drunk out of his control because of his bug.

Nagisa Drunk

ARCTAS: You're missing the big one, bucko.

RUKASU: Oh yeah, almost forgot Nagisa's maxed out form. When his bug increases every aspect of reality within Nagisa's control, he becomes... a Super Saiyan. No, that's not a joke, I swear, he gets the gold hair, the Goku face, and even the Kamehameha to go with.

Nagisa Turning Super Saiyan

ARCTAS: ...well, aside from all of that insane stuff, Nagisa has done some crazy things, both in AssClass and Koro Q!

FEATS

  • ASSASSINATION CLASSROOM
    • Winner of the Class E Civil War in both series
    • One shot a high-class assassin
    • Jumped over a street

    • Drove Takaoka insane
    • Survived a space launch with little prior training
    • Saved Kayano from a blitz attempted by a man that Karasuma claims is stronger and faster than him
    • Defeated Takaoka, Kayano, Karma

    • Scared a professional body-builder by simply transforming
    • Reset all of reality... BY ACCIDENT

RUKASU: He's successfully detained a blood-lusted and tentacle-empowered Kayano with... a kiss, taken a beating from an insane marine named Takaoka, defeated Karma in a one-on-one fight on the other boy's terms, and survived a space launch with very minimal prior training in how to survive in space.

ARCTAS: And in Koro Q? Hold on to your hats.

RUKASU: He's proven to be the strongest member of the class by a country mile, including Nakamura, who suplexed her classmate Okajima so hard it cracked the stone floor, and Karasuma, who could slice the top off of a mountain from several miles away. He's also shown great durability with his bug, being able to increase his defence to the max level and become completely invincible....  while looking like he's straight out of Commando.

Nagisa with Maxed Defence Stat

ARCTAS: What about the time he ventured inside of Koro-Sensei (don't ask) and found out that Big Bads are entire universes in of themselves? Meaning that it would take the power to destroy a UNIVERSE to kill one of these things! And Nagisa's killed MULTIPLE of those things!

RUKASU: Enough of the low stuff, how about the time he reset reality in it's entirety? Yep, just COMPLETELY reset all of time and space on his own, no big deal! He reset everything and everyone in his reality... like it was no big deal... instantly... what the FUCK?!

Nagisa Resetting Reality

ARCTAS: By the way, did we mention there are MULTIPLE Big Bads in this world? That must mean that Nagisa reset THOSE guys too, meaning he ended and restarted  MULTIPLE UNIVERSES AT ONCE.

RUKASU: Can you tell we've lost our minds yet? Because we've lost our minds.

ARCTAS: Ohohohoho, you wanna lose your mind MORE?

RUKASU: Not really-

ARCTAS: He's got Toon Force.

RUKASU: ...you're pulling my leg.

ARCTAS: Koro Q has shown the members of class E pulling off cartoony feats MULTIPLE times, such as eyes popping out of sockets, taking major hits like MOUNTAIN LEVEL EXPLOSIONS and being completely unharmed, and being able to interact with and break the fourth wall like it's nothing!

Nagisa and Koro-Sensei Breaking the Fourth Wall

RUKASU: ...

ARCTAS: ...

NAGISA: So is this where I come in, or...?

RUKASU: I SWEAR TO-

ARCTAS: LET'S JUST WRAP IT UP! Ahem... while Nagisa may be an unpredictable little lynch-man in the cogs of reality, he's never chosen to use these powers for his own gain. He's always stood up for his friends, fought for what he thinks is right, and helped his allies through thick and thin, always ensuring that his blood-lust and assassination talent is used for the right goals.

RUKASU: He's got a goal to achieve and a point to prove, and if you stand in the way of his goals, then be warned; you're likely dealing with the most dangerous femboy in ALL of creation.

NAGISA: Was the femboy comment really neccesary?

RUKASU: Shut it, you! Go be God somewhere else!

Pre-Death Battle[]

RUKASU: Alright, the combatants are set, and we've run the data through all possibilities.

ARCTAS: It's tiiime for a Death Battlllllllllle!

Death Battle[]

The sun shone brightly over the mountain that day. The clouds were non-existent, allowing for the rays to cover the earth in their warm glow. One might take the chance to lay down and relax under this beautiful light, and most would take that chance at any point. However, that could not be said for the group that slowly trekked up the mountain, looking like they were overheating.

Twenty children and two adults slowly climbed the path, with only two of the party not seeming to feel the effect of the sun's rays. One was a giant of a man, more muscular than one reasonably should be, and wearing a big smile on his face, his teeth almost blindingly white. "Come along, Class 1A!" he boomed genially, pointing ahead of him to the top of the mountain where their destination lay. "I promise you that you'll want to see what I have planned for today!"

"Big deal!" a short blonde-haired boy grunted in annoyance, raising his arms that were covered with large gauntlets shaped like grenades. He turned to look at the class, all but one of whom looking exhausted. "Whatever this 'surprise' is, if it's not the second coming of Christ, I swear to God, I will give you a blast that burns your damn hair off!"

Rather than be scared, All Might laughed genially. "There is no worry, young Bakugo!" he chuckled, ruffling the boy's spiky hair. "I can assure you that you will want to see what I have planned!" Bakugo said nothing, instead choosing to fall silent while grumbling angrily. To his right, another boy looked at him in concern, his green eyes blinking anxiously.

"Kaachan, I'm sure All Might wouldn't walk us all the way to Kunugigaoka for no reason!" Izuku Midoriya reasoned hopefully, giving a small fist pump. "Sure, it's one of the few fully Quirkless cities left in the world, but whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be awesome!"

"DID I ASK FOR YOUR OPINION, YOU DAMN DEKU?!" Bakugo roared, throwing a half-hearted back-handed punch that Midoriya just managed to dodge with a small yelp. Behind the pair, a third boy shot up, pushing his glasses up his sweaty face.

"Now, now, Bakugo! You should know better than to attack your classmate in this weather!" Tenya Iida scolded. "You look ready to drop dead asleep while Midoriya... looks as fresh as ever. And on that topic, Midoriya, how are you not feeling the heat?" he added confusedly. Izuku gave the group a small smile.

"I'm just keeping to the shadows and not exerting myself!" he explained. All Might laughed again.

"And this is why young Midoriya is one of our most dependable fighters!" he announced, ruffling Izuku's green hair with affection and making the boy blush. "Now come on! We have arrived!" The Symbol of Peace pointed a finger ahead of him, and the class, to their collective relief, noticed they had reached the top of the mountain.

--------------------

"So... what are we expecting from these 'heroes', exactly?"

"Oh, nothing that should be concerning, I assure you, Karasuma!" the large octopus creature promised, his eternal smile gleaming in the sunlight. His conversation partner looked unimpressed. He pulled out his phone and made a quick search on the "exchange students" that the creature Koro-Sensei had just told him about. The results did not impress a certain Tadaomi Karasuma.

"Class 1A of UA High School. Newest generation of heroes fighting against a League of Villains to keep the public safe" he read aloud, allowing himself to be heard by the class of teenagers behind him, all of whom perked up at the description.

"Heroes?" a red-headed teenage boy smirked, folding his arms. "What, do they fly in, punch the bad guy, and fly off?"

"Pretty much, looking at this" Karasuma replied, scrolling down the results. "Twenty kids who are constantly put in danger due to their connection to the Symbol of Peace" he added, looking up at Koro-Sensei with annoyance in his stare. The octopus giggled nervously.

"Nurfufufu... I simply believe that these two groups shall get along on principle!" he explained. "Come now, surely you must see it! Two groups of children, fighting tooth and nail against constant threat from villains and psychopaths alike~~" he described dramatically, clearly havign a vision that no one else could see, who all sweat-dropped at the sight. "They'll come together as a unit, help save the world as friends, and maybe even come closer than that~~" he swooned, making the entire class look at him in shocked disgust.

"YOU'RE TRYING TO CROSS-SHIP US!" they exclaimed as one, and Koro-Sensei gave a screech as he realised he'd been exposed. He fell to the ground and grovelled at their feet, making them look down at him in amusement.

"Okay, I admit it! But come now, surely you cannot blame a poor fool for wanting the best for his students?!" he wailed, making the students deadpan at their teacher.

"Well, whoever they are..." a short blue-haired boy spoke up, looking towards the pathway that led down the mountain. He had heard a shifting in the area and took that to understand that their new friends were now approaching. Nagisa Shiota smiled softly, looking back down at Koro-Sensei. "I just hope they're good people".

"Dude, they're heroes" Karma Akabane, the red-haired teen, rolled his eyes bemusedly. "If they weren't good people, they wouldn't be called heroes, would they?"

"There is such a thing as corrupted heroes, Karma..." Nagisa began to explain, before a loud sound of laughter reached their ears. The class noticed a shift in the air above, and yelled as a shadowy figure leapt down, seemingly from the sky itself. They landed in front of the class with a THOOM, and stood up straight to reveal a shiny smile.

"I AM HERE!" All Might boomed genially, holding up his fist and smiling at the class, who looked back at the new arrival with shock. Koro-Sensei giggled from behind, and moved over to the hero.

"All Might, my old friend!" he said happily, holding out a tentacle for the man to shake.

"Ah, there you are! I hear you go by 'Koro-Sensei' these days?" All Might queried, to which the octopus nodded, his face changing to a light red with a circle around it.

"That is correct! Excellent memory, as always!" he praised, to which All Might nodded modestly. "Now then, where are your class? I am sure they can't be too far behind?"

"They approach as we speak!" All Might announced, pointing a finger towards the pathway down the mountain and directing attention there.

Class 3-E watched as Class 1A appeared over the horizon, who spotted their hosts as soon as they looked up. For a moment, no one moved, before one of 1A's students bolted forward, appearing in front of the assassin class within a second and making them jump.

"Fellow adolescents!" he announced, holding up his arms and chopping the air in front of him. "I bid you a fair hello! I am Tenya Iida, class representative of class 1A from UA High School of Heroics!"

"Why is he chopping the air...?" one girl, Kurahashi, giggled quietly to her neighbour, Nakamura, who shrugged with a small grin. A raven-haired boy stepped forward to greet Iida.

"A pleasure to meet you!" he spoke, reaching out to shake Iida's hand, who accepted the offer. "My name is Yuma Isogai, and I represent class 3-E. I hope we're able to give you and your friends a good place to stay for today!"

"Huh!" Bakugo had finally caught up with Iida, and the rest of the class followed close behind. He gave Isogai a mocking look. "Give US a good place? Just looking at that shack behind you makes me wanna throw up!"

Karma gave a small grin as he raised his head. "Oh, so you're one of the heroes, huh?" he asked, marching up to Bakugo and looking down at him; he was actually a fair bit taller than most of the new arrivals. "I didn't know that meant you could treat our class like dirt".

"Who the hell are you?" Bakugo sneered, and Karma had to fight down a laugh.

"Name's Karma Akabane. Care to tell us your name, Pomeranian?" he replied, his voice light. Bakugo's hands lit up, making the taller boy's eyes widen.

"THE HELL DID YOU JUST CALL ME, YOU DAMN EXTRA?!" Katsuki roared. All Might and Koro-Sensei sensed the danger and gave each other a look of shared thought. Karma looked as though he'd lost some of his confidence; the red head might be strong, but he couldn't exactly fight superpowers. Bakugo noticed the slip and grinned.

"Yeah, I thought so" he jeered, putting out his explosions and folding his arms. "Figured you'd be too much of a coward to fight a hero like me".

Karma looked downright annoyed now; his head was lowered and the nose was down, but he managed to keep his smile on his face. "You call yourself that after threatening someone powerless to fight back?" he asked, wiping the smirk off of Bakugo's face. "I thought you were supposed to care about the weak and keep them safe from danger? Some hero you are, asshole".

Bakugo looked ready to fight Karma right then and there, a sentiment Karma shared, only for two figures to suddenly appear in front of both of them. Karma and Bakugo looked down in shock as Nagisa and Midoriya stood between them, locking eyes with each other apologetically.

"Sorry about him" Nagisa smiled, pushing against Karma to try and force him away. "He doesn't really know when to back off".

"No, no, that's okay!" Deku replied, holding both hands behind him to hold onto Bakugo. "Kaachan's pretty much the same. Although he's a lot more aggressive..."

"No arguments there" Nagisa chuckled nervously. Karma looked at Deku while Bakugo looked at Nagisa. The latter scoffed with amusement.

"Oh, so you get your GIRLFRIEND to fight for you?" he jeered at Karma, making both boys freeze. "Makes sense you'd be a sub!"

"Kaachan, seriously, that's enough!" Deku pleaded, looking at the blue-haired boy and realising what Bakugo didn't. Both classes suddenly felt the atmosphere shift around them, making everyone stop dead. All Might looked around and saw the sky begin to grow darker, making his eyes widen in shock. Deku and Bakugo noticed that Nagisa suddenly looked less solid; it was like his form was growing hazy and more glitched out. Koro-Sensei instantly leapt in, grabbing Nagisa's shoulders and slowly rolling them with his "fingers".

"Now, now, Nagisa, remember that you often can't control yourself..." he soothed, helping Nagisa take a deep breath before calming down, a serene smile on his face. Bakugo looked downright affronted.

"What the hell was that?!" he yelled, trying to push past Deku and somewhat succeeding, pushing his way forward until he was right in Nagisa's face, glaring down at him. "Don't think I didn't see that, bitch! That was a Quirk and a strong one at that!"

"Actually, no it's not" Koro-Sensei explained. "Nagisa here was involved in an odd ordeal at the start of this year, though we can't really explain what happened. All we know is that Nagisa is a lot more erratic and unreadable in terms of what he can do".

"Hold on there" All Might interjected, walking up. "I think I know the incident you're referring to. Was it a beam of light that came down from the sky, covering the girl before vanishing?"

"Boy" Nagisa stated bluntly. All of class 1A looked at him in shock.

"Come again, man?" Denki Kaminari spoke up, looking like he'd been slapped across the face.

"I'm a boy" Nagisa repeated, folding his arms. All of the boys of class 1A immediately looked embarrassed, causing Nagisa's eyes to widen. "Come on, ALL of you?!"

"Back on topic!" Koro-Sensei interrupted. "Yes, that is eactly what happened. Why do you ask? Are you experienced?"

"That is one way to say it" All Might nodded. "The same incident happened to young Midoriya here". He clapped Deku on the back, making the green-haired boy look nervous. "However, it didn't exactly alter what he could do. Rather, it altered how much power he could output".

"I see!" Koro-Sensei replied, now looking eager. "And how much power would you say this Midoriya is capable of?"

"I must admit, we've never tried to test him" All Might said, and the rest of class 1A nodded fervently.

"Yeah, Midoriya's really freakin' strong!" Sero said. "Like that one time he managed to punch a lake out of it's bed! All at once!"

"Or what about the time he accidentally sent that villain, Muscular, flying into orbit by flicking him?" Shoto Todoroki spoke up, looking as blank as he usually did. "An effortless feat that none of us could even hope to match".

"Is it our turn?" Ryoma Terasaka grinned. 1A nodded, confused at the embarrassed pride on 3-E's faces as they looked down at Nagisa. "Yeah, we're fairly sure that light made this little pipsqueak a god".

"Excuse me?" Bakugo asked, sounding genuinely concerned for the first time, much to 1A's shock.

"Yeah! Like the time a gang kidnapped me and my friend Okuda here!" Kaede Kayano explained, grinning as Nagisa's face flushed. "I don't exactly remember what happened, but we found the guys dancing on top of the Tokyo Sky-tower!"

"Or what about that insane douche bag, Takaoka?" Hiroto Maehara smiled. "Demanded a fight with Nagisa alone, and when we next saw him, he was a gibbering wreck, talking about how he'd 'seen the world'!"

"Oh, and don't forget Shiro!" Karma chuckled, patting Nagisa on the head. "They still haven't covered up the crater where his lab used to be! As for the guy himself, he was dressed in a clown outfit and looking like someone had slapped him a thousand times!"

Koro-Sensei and All Might could see where this debate was going, and let it flow for a few minutes, instead choosing to have a word with each other.

"I think we both know where this is headed, correct?" All Might muttered. Koro-Sensei nodded, looking reluctant.

"Do we let it get that far? That is the question we must ask" he replied, placing a tentacle on his round chin. However, the men were saved from answering that question when Bakugo and Karma both said, at the exact same time:

"So who would win, Nagisa or Midoriya/Deku?"

Everyone immediately leapt on the question, coming up with hypotheticals and ideas for how a fight between Nagisa and Izuku could play out. The boys themselves simply stood to one side, looking completely bemused. Deku turned to look down at Nagisa, a curious look on his face.

"You know..." he began, catching the blunet's attention. "There is ONE way we could answer their questions?" Nagisa blinked at tMidoriya in confusion, before understanding what he was suggesting.

"Uh... I'm not really the kind of person to fight a stranger just for the sake of it" he said awkwardly. Deku, however, nodded with a small smile.

"Yeah, I get it. I have those same feelings all the time" he said, then, thinking of a solution, snapped his fingers. "Don't think of it as 'just for the sake of it', think of it more as... training!" he suggested, and this made Nagisa pause, and put a hand to his chin.

Ever since he had been hit by that strange light, he'd never truly tried to push what he was capable of. By the sounds of it, however, neither had Midoriya. They both had experienced a life-altering event, and neither knew their current limit.

Who was he to shoot down an offer to test where that limit lay?

Nagisa turned back to Midoriya, who looked pleadingly back at him, a notebook suddenly in hand; it seemed like he was more desperate to learn about Nagisa's abilities rather than his own limit. With an amused sigh, Nagisa smiled, and nodded, to which Deku gave a cheer.

-------------------------

The boys talked to their respective teachers about how best to approach the duel, and the mentors helped set it up. The mountain was roped off from any of the public getting in using Sero's tape, while all possible news anchors were shut down from the inside by Ritsu. Both classes felt a buzz as they sat down together to watch the fight, looking excited. Karma and Bakugo sat down next to each other, and the two shared a look of gleeful animosity.

"One thousand yen says Nagisa kicks your friend's ass" Karma stated casually with a smile, holding out his hand. Bakugo scoffed with a smirk.

"You're on, Kirishima Lite" he said, grasping Karma's hand and shaking it, while the actual Kirishima looked at them oddly. Karasuma suddenly blew on a whistle, pulling everyone's attention.

"Alright then" he announced. "I have been told that a few rules have been put in place to specifically keep the rest of you safe". The students looked confused. "Class 1A, in the event that the fight endangers you and class 3-E, you are to evacuate while taking at least one student from 3-E with you. Class 3-E, if you find yourselves without a 1A escort, you are to evacuate yourselves using your training. Is that clear?"

"Yes, sir!" the students replied as one. Karasuma nodded, and looked towards where a very tired Aizawa was standing before walking over. "You ever have one of those days where you just want to fall over and sleep?"

"You and I are going to be very good friends" Aizawa replied in a tired voice.

Koro-Sensei and All Might stood on opposite ends of the field, their respective students standing in front of them, determined but serene expressions on their faces. Both classes watched as Koro-Sensei began to speak.

"As for the rules for you two... there are none!" he announced, throwing his tentacles skywards. "Do whatever you can to win, and be not afraid to hurt each other! We have medical supplies in the event of serious injury!"

"And make sure to push each other!" All Might added genially. "Encourage one another! Ensure they give their all, and more! PLUS ULTRA!"

Deku and class 1A repeated this final line as a cheer, leaving class 3-E looking very confused. Karma leaned towards Bakugo.

"So is that your motto, or...?" he asked, and Bakugo gave a curt nod, though he took care to ensure Karma saw his smile. Karma blinked, then smiled in return, looking back towards the main event.

"Ready?" Koro-Sensei and All Might chanted as one. Nagisa and Izuku entered their ready stances.

"Let's do this!" Nagisa said with a grin.

"Go beyond!" Midoriya shouted.

"BEEEEEGIN!" both teachers shouted, and instantly jumped out of the way as Nagisa and Deku charged forward, running towards each other at blinding speed. Nagisa pulled out his anti-sensei knife while Midoriya pulled his fist back, and the two met in the middle. The fist of the Ninth Wielder met the blade of the Third God of Death with a BANG, sending a shockwave of wind across the mountain and almost pushing the audience over with several yells.

The duel began. Deku grabbed the blade and forced it downwards, aiming a second punch towards Nagisa's face, who ducked out of the way and attempted a sweep with his right leg. Midoriya spotted this and leapt above the move, before throwing his knee forward into Nagisa's chest. Winded, the blunet dodged a second knee and moved swiftly to Deku's left, bringing the knife up to jab him in the throat. Deku caught the blade and crushed it in his hand, only to look confused at the material.

"Wait, is that rubber-?" he began, only to be met with a punch to the face from Nagisa. Stumbling back, Deku held his nose, feeling it throb, but it wasn't quite broken. With a grin, he leapt forward again, landing a palm into Nagisa's stomach before bringing his elbow up to strike the boy's back. Nagisa, though taken aback, anticipated this and dropped down, making Deku overshoot his strike and stumble forward, allowing Nagisa to grab him by both feet and trip him over. Deku hit the ground with a yelp, and had no time to think before Nagisa was on top of him, aiming a kick towards the back of his neck. Deku instantly sensed the danger and aimed his right hand upwards, giving a small flick. The pressurised air threw Nagisa off-balance, making him panic and try to catch himself before he fell. However, the boy sensed Deku jumping up and bolting forward to try and strike him, so he quickly forgot his balance and threw his head forward, colliding with Deku's face.

"UNGH!" Deku exclaimed in pain; this time, he swore that DID feel his nose break. He fell back as Nagisa fell to one knee, before standing up straight again, panting. Deku held his nose for a few seconds, and upon feeling no blood, he lowered his hand, looking towards his opponent.

"Come on, we're just getting started!" Nagisa pushed eagerly; Deku smiled at the blunet's newfound excitement for the battle. He nodded with a smile, raising his fists.

"Then let's start making it interesting!" he replied, before activating his in-laid power. One For All charged up inside of Midoriya, climbing up only a few percentages as the energy pulsed through the lines that had appeared on the boy's body. Nagisa watched in awe as lightning charged and danced across Deku's form, from his head all the way down to his feet.

"One For All... ten percent!" Deku shouted, entering a new battle stance and letting the energy out. The power that pulsed out almost knocked Nagisa off his feet, but he stood his ground and looked on excitedly as Deku charged again, much faster than last time.

"So it's a speed game" the smaller boy grinned, before bolting forward and meeting Midoriya in the middle. On the sidelines, all classes 1A and 3-E could now see were two green and blue blurs, moving and weaving all across the field as they tried to hit each other, but to no avail. Koro-Sensei munched on some popcorn.

"They sure are fast, are they not?" he asked All Might, who was sharing his popcorn bucket.

"Indeed! I taught that young boy well!" the hero replied. Koro-Sensei giggled.

"Nurfufufufu! But they're still nowhere near my top speed. To be fair to them, that isn't a problem exclusive to them..."

The rest of the octopus's statement was cut short when a sudden THOOM nearly knocked the classes over. With a yelp, they looked up to see Nagisa and Deku exchanging blows, fist to fist. Each clash resulted in a boom that sent a shock-wave across the mountain and likely beyond. The class watched in astonishment, especially the two who were sat at the front.

"All our lives, he's NEVER shown me this kind of fighting..." Bakugo muttered, and Karma nodded in understanding.

"Yeah... I've known Nagisa for about two years, and he's never been able to fight THIS well" he replied. Bakugo turned to him.

"What d'you think that means?" he asked. Karma turned to face his audience-mate. He said nothing, but his face told Bakugo all he needed to know.

Back in the field, Nagisa and Deku were once again recovering, breathing heavily while doubled over, their hands on their knees. Deku was first to recover, deciding to up the game again. He charged his boy with more of One For All's power, letting the percentage climb higher.

"One For All... TWENTY percent!" he cried, making Nagisa look up at him.

"We're equal... as it is... and you wanna go higher?" he panted, watching as Deku limbered up, now looking completely reinvigorated. He jumped up and down while swinging his arm in a circle, looking towards Nagisa in disbelief.

"Don't give me that!" he said, sounding shocked. "You haven't even tapped into your powers yet!"

"That's because I don't... well, really know what they do!" Nagisa replied, sounding embarrassed. Deku blinked. "Yeah, I know, but... it's the way it makes me feel when I try to use it. The uncontrollable chaos inside when I feel it begin to move inside of me is... I don't know how to describe it".

Deku looked at his opponent for a few seconds, before smiling softly. "Then let me help you train!" he offered. "Don't worry about it, you can go all out against me! I can take it!"

Nagisa stared for a few seconds, now feeling the inexplicable power moving around in his chest; he had been given the name "bug" from somewhere within his mind, but he couldn't figure out where that name had come from. The name did seem right for this power, though. It pulsed and behaved like a glitch in a video game, and it's effects, when used, usually altered either Nagisa himself or the area around him. He considered; Deku seemed genuinely kind, and he was offering to let him test how far he could go. If he was willing to be the test dummy, who was Nagisa to deny him? He did train with the bug beforehand in private, so he shouldn't be too scared.

Nagisa let out a breath of determination, and he felt the bug begin to activate. "Alright, but remember!" he raised a finger towards Midoriya whilst smiling. "You wanted this!"

"You got it!" Deku replied, only to yelp as a bright light suddenly shone out of Nagisa's form, enveloping the boy in white. From afar, the classes also yelled and covered their eyes, protecting themselves from being blinded. All Might and Koro-Sensei tried to look into the blank void, but to no avail.

For a few seconds, there was only light in the field. Then, it slowly died down, allowing Deku and the audience to look towards where Nagisa stood. Deku readied himself for whatever was in store for him.

He certainly didn't expect Nagisa to be standing there, stumbling around with a rosy face. The smaller boy hiccuped as he tried to train his hazy eyes onto his opponent, who looked very concerned.

"Uh... hey, are you alright?" he called. Nagisa, with another hiccup, gave a salute.

"Never better, mishter!" he replied in a daze, before lurching forward, fists raised. "Come on, bring it! I'm shtill good to go!"

INTOXICATION: 99999

"Hang on, are you DRUNK?!" Deku yelped, before being forced to dodge out of the way of a haphazard punch from Nagisa, who then followed up with a roundhouse kick. However, upon missing Midoriya, this caused the blunet to spin on the spot nonstop, much to both Deku's and the audience's deep concern.

"Has this... ever occured before?" All Might asked, sounding uncharacteristically worried. Koro-Sensei looked equally put out.

"Well, he's never become intoxicated during a fight before..." he replied, watching as Nagisa threw his leg up and just missed Deku's chin, instead falling straight forward and landing flat on his face. Deku knelt down to his opponent.

"Hey, do you wanna take a break so you can sober up, or...?" he asked tentatively, but Nagisa jumped up onto his unsteady feet, hiccuping again.

"Nah, no break needed, Mishter Mayor!" he replied breezily, then placed his hands on his chest. "Jusht... gimme a second, I got it..." The light began to erupt out of Nagisa's form again, forcing Izuku to protect his eyes as it began to overtake the field. He hid his eyes for a few seconds, then lowered them upon sensing the light's dissipation. He looked ahead, ready for whatever faced him.

He quickly wished he wasn't the one fighting currently.

Across the field, both class 3-E and 1A stared in utter shock.

"WHAT THE HELL?!"

Nagisa was standing there once more, only now he was a lot more muscular, standing at an impressive nine feet tall, and looking straight out of a Jojo manga. He stood up straight, driving home the now absurd height difference, and smiled.

STRENGTH: 99999

"Well, this is new" he said, and even his voice had dropped to a deeper pitch, and he no longer looked drunk. He flexed his arms before looking at Deku, who had gotten over the shock and reentered his fight stance. "That should even it out again, right?"

"Sure, just make sure you aren't holding back!" Deku replied with a smile, dashing forward again. Nagisa grinned and charged forward, fist raised. Deku charged his fist with twenty percent of One For All and met Nagisa's own attack. However, he found his arm being pushed back by a strength he had never encountered before. His eyes widened as Nagisa pushed his fist into the boy's chest, punching him with enough force to cause another shock-wave across the mountain. The watching classes almost got blown back, but Koro-Sensei and All Might ensured no one was hurt.

Deku flew back, hitting a tree with enough speed to smash it into pieces, splinters flying everywhere as Midoriya collided with another tree, this time sliding down it. Landing on his feet, he quickly began thinking of a new strategy.

'Okay, if he's stronger, try to be smarter!' he thought quickly, charging One For All up to 30% and suddenly charging forward. Nagisa spotted him for a split second and tried to punch him, only for Deku to dodge out of the way, blind Nagisa with Smokescreen and whip out what looked like a blueprint and pencil. Midoriya leapt out of the way of another blinded punch and placed pencil to paper. Nagisa was suddenly hit in the jaw as a wooden wall suddenly sprung into existence, seemingly out of nowhere. The blunet looked at the structure in utter shock, before returning his thoughts to the fight, punching through the wood to reach Midoriya. However, Deku anticipated that, and dodged the punch to instead build a wall of metal, which Nagisa's fist collided into with a metallic bang. Deku took the chance to hit-and-run, striking Nagisa from all angles and building metal walls when he retreated, disorienting Nagisa for a decent amount of time.

'I'm so much slower like this...' Nagisa thought desperately, feeling every blow that Deku landed on him and trying desperately to think of a way out as the metal walls grew in number. 'I need a different stat boost, now!' He felt the bug activate again, making the light flow out of him once more and forcing Deku to retreat to save himself from burning his eyes out. After a few seconds, it died away again, revealing Nagisa having seemingly returned to normal. Class 3-E let out sighs of relief.

"Oh, thank God!" Maehara gasped. "I thought we were gonna need to build a bigger desk!"

"Hey, shut it and look!" Terasaka hissed, pointing at Nagisa and making the class observe the boy. Deku had noticed too; Nagisa seemed to be... vibrating? He definitely didn't look solid, that was for sure. Midoriya approached cautiously, only for Nagisa to bolt to his feet, making Deku yelp. Nagisa grinned, before raising his arms as if he was about to run.

"Try to keep up!" he called, making Deku look at him in confusion. Everyone else also looked put out.

"What does he-?" Bakugo began, only to let out a yell as a blast of wind hit him and the rest of the audience in the face. Nagisa had suddenly disappeared, replaced by a blue blur that was moving around Deku at speeds that even Koro-Sensei couldn't replicate.

The octopus himself looked downright petrified. "WHAT IN HEAVEN IS THIS?!" he screamed, sounding just like a mother who had found something incriminating in their child's bedroom.

Deku stared around wildly, trying to keep up with what the blur was. The smoke from Smokescreen was cleared in an instant, all of the metal walls were blown apart, and he felt the blueprint in his hand be suddenly yanked away from him and torn in half within a single second. He caught a glimpse of a small smile, and instantly realised what was happening.

SPEED: 99999

"His speed... he's going so fast!" Deku thought wildly, constantly spinning his head in an attempt to keep up with Nagisa's position. A sudden punch to the side of his head made Deku fly through the air, performing a cartwheel before landing on his feet, holding his temple and darting his eyes around to locate Nagisa's next move.

A sudden gleam in the trees drew his gaze, and he raised his leg up behind him, a look of effort on his face.

"Manchester... SMASH!" Deku yelled, successfully swinging his leg round and catching Nagisa's punch with his foot, causing another blast of wind to blow across the area. Deku felt One For All creep up to 35% as Nagisa threw forward at least thirty punches at high speed, call colliding with his chest, winding him. He pulled his fist back, then raised it above his head.

"Wyoming... SMASH!" he cried, swinging his fist downwards and striking Nagisa on the head, making the boy yelp in pain. The impact was so powerful that the ground beneath the boys cracked speratically, with fissures opening up all across the length of the mountain. The observing students yelled out as the cracks opened up beneath them.

"Uh... should we be getting off this mountain?!" Mineta screamed, and for once, everyone agreed with him. Koro-Sensei and All Might quickly gathered the students together and led the charge down the mountain, not daring to look back as the cracks in the ground started to follow them down the path, and the winds grew stronger.

"Quickly, quickly!" All Might called, bursting out of the forest at the bottom of the mountain, hastily followed by classes 3-E and 1A. Everyone stopped to catch their breath, looking back up at where they had run down.

"So this got way out of hand..." Isogai commented, looking up in fear at the mountain and noticing the cracks along it's path. "What do we do?"

"Considering the strength of the boys in question, I do not believe we can do anything except hope they cool down" Koro-Sensei replied, helping a shaking Kayano to her feet. "Now then, we should-"

"TEEEEXAAAASSSSS... SMAAAAAAAASH!"

Everyone gave a shout of terror as Deku's scream was heard for miles around, and that was before the impact. In one second, the mountain gained one giant crack across it's middle, before breaking into two entirely with a boom that echoed across the country, the two halves breaking down and cascading down to the sides. The students watched in shock as light erupted from the crater left behind, before hearing an echoing blow. They peered towards the impact zone, and suddenly leaping out of the way as Deku came flying towards them, bumping along the road before landing on his feet again by catching himself with Blackwhip.

"Young Midoriya, where did you just-?" All Might began, but a sudden BOOM cut him off. Deku gave a determined smile to something high up behind the group, and everyone slowly turned around, afraid of what they were about to see.

Bakugo and Karma had to hold each other up.

"Come on, keep it up!" Nagisa called down to where Deku stood; he was calling down because he now stood at an inconceivable five thousand feet tall, his foot perched on top of one of the broken halves of the class E mountain. He was so tall that Koro-Sensei began to hyperventilate, and the students began to have nosebleeds thinking about the height.

SIZE: 25000

"I'm not done yet!" Deku shouted back, and everyone snapped around to see the boy charging his body up to 45%, before blasting into the air towards Nagisa, who smiled again, and pulled his fist back. Deku suddenly used Air Force to dodge Nagisa's massive fist, and began running up the blunet's arm. Nagisa felt Midoriya's boots impact his skin and began to giggle.

"Hey-haha- stop it, that tickles!" he chuckled, swiping his massive arm towards Deku as the hero advanced. Izuku jumped over the wall of flesh and used Air Force to fly up towards Nagisa's face, pulling his fist back with a smile on his face.

"DETROOOOOIT... SMAAAAASH!" he bellowed, throwing his punch straight into Nagisa's cheek. The blow caused Nagisa to stumble, his giant foot crushing the mountain half it had been perched on, and his other foot destroying the other half in one blow. Nagisa held his face as Deku flew away, before charging forward for another attack.

"Too slow!" Nagisa teased, and Deku saw the boy's rapidly approaching fist a second too late. He felt Nagisa's giant punch impact his side with enough force to destroy a small town, and Nagisa threw his fist forward, throwing Deku halfway across the city. He stopped to catch his breath, holding his chest as he breathed deeply. He didn't get long, however, as he heard a bone-chilling yell that would have sent shivers down a normal man's spine.

"ONE FOR ALL... SEVENTY PERCENT!" Deku's cry was heard across the whole of Japan as he rocketed out of where he had landed, blasting towards Nagisa's towering figure as he pulled both fists back. "DELAWARE... DETROOOOIT..."

Nagisa raised his fist and threw it forward again, but Deku dodged instantly and threw his attack forward.

"SMAAAAAAAAAAASH!" he screamed, burrowing both fists into Nagisa's cheek and knocking him off his feet. Nagisa fell to the ground with a deafening BOOM, impacting the ground with enough force to crack the mantle of the planet itself. Light blasted into the sky as Nagisa reverted back to his normal size, grunting in pain as he held his now throbbing cheek. It didn't help that he had hurt his back and butt in the fall.

"Owww..." he groaned, getting to his feet and shaking himself off. He looked up to see Deku floating there, looking down at Nagisa with an expectant grin. Nagisa returned with a smile as he bent his knees, before blasting off of the ground with enough force to crack it again, flying towards Midoriya while pulling out an anti-sensei pistol. He aimed and fired the entire magazine, each shot ringing true as the BBs impacted Deku's chest and face. Deku raised his hands to his chest, only to feel several pings of pain before they quickly subsided.

"Wait a sec, those weren't bulle-" he began, before realising what Nagisa's plan was with a shock of horror as he snapped his head up again, just in time to see Nagisa throw a punch straight into his face.

It was as though reality itself had cracked from the blow. The watching students let out yells of terror as a crack appeared in the sky, ripping the sky apart as Nagisa and Deku flew through the air, seemingly not noticing even as it immediately sealed itself. The latter drew his fist back, and punched Nagisa in the chest, slamming him down to the ground with enough force to crack the ground across the city.

Then there was silence.

For a few minutes, there was blissful silence as the students ran towards the crash site, hoping that neither of their friends had been hurt grievously. They arrived at the edge of a giant crater, where they spotted the two boys lying side-by-side next to each other. Both were breathing, which was a relief to the teachers and the students, before they all drew a sharp breath as they both slowly got up, Nagisa reaching his feet while Deku remained on one knee.

"I... definitely wasn't expecting...a fight like this..." Midoriya panted, holding his chest with one hand; he had been yelling a lot, give him a break.

"I couldn't... agree... more..." Nagisa replied, and the two looked at each other for a few seconds... before smiling.

"Keep going?" Deku asked, raising his hand in a thumbs up.

"Absolutely" Nagisa smiled back. The light enveloped the boy again, but Deku didn't bother protecting his eyes this time. At this point, he was expecting anything to come out of this guy. The light dissipated... and Deku's eyes snapped open so wide that is was somewhat comical how much white could be seen. He leapt up, opened his mouth to speak, then closed it and raised his head back. However, that didn't stop the trickle of blood snaking it's way down his face from his nose.

On the edge of the crater, the students were just as shocked, with the girls looking scandalised and somewhat jealous, while the boys all had to stop their noses from bleeding; even Bakugo was forced to pinch the bridge of his nose with an annoyed look. "You've actually gotta be kidding me..." he muttered, more out of shock than anger.

Down below, Deku managed to pull himself together and face what was in front of him; Nagisa, smiling coyly at him, knife in hand... dressed in a swimsuit so skimpy that even Midnight would tell him to cover up a bit. The lacy outfit accentuated Nagisa's figure in ways that Izuku did NOT want to have going through his head, and the way Nagisa held himself didn't help that at ALL.

SEXINESS: 99999

"Care to dance, hero~~?" Nagisa asked, and even his voice sounded lustfully sexy as he swung his knife forward, almost catching Deku in the ear as the hero dodged, still a blushing mess while also trying to stop his nose bleeding. He gave up trying to pretend and instead returned to the fight, throwing himself forward and aiming a punch at Nagisa's head. The blunet dodged, however, ducking gravefully under Deku's swing in a way that made him look as attractive as possible, before swinging his knife up and cutting into the fabric of Deku's metal neckpiece, slicing the item off.

"Hey!" Deku exclaimed, looking annoyed but still looking like a flustered mess.

"Well, well, losing the clothes already?" Nagisa asked teasingly, flashing Midoriya a small smile as he kept on swinging the knife. "You could at least ask me on a date first~~"

Deku looked downright scandalised now. To cover this embarrassment up, he swung his fists again and again, desperately trying to land a blow to knock Nagisa out of this state. Nagisa dodged them all, however, weaving through Deku's blows with enough ease and grace to impress a master ballerina.

"What's the matter, big boy?" the blunet asked, giving Deku a lustful look. "Those big fists can't hit little old me?"

"I'm-starting-to-wonder-if-you're-taking-this-seriously... URRGGHH... stay STILL, won't you?!" Deku finally shouted, desperately throwing his fists around to try and catch Nagisa by surprise. He ultimately went for an overhead punch, only to bluff it out and sweep Nagisa's legs, sending the boy to the floor. Midoriya took the opportunity and leapt on top of the blunet, grabbing both arms and pinning him down while keeping the smaller boy's legs down with his own.

From above, the students's eyes widened. "Uh... when did this become a...?" Okajima began, only for Maehara to punch his shoulder.

For a few seconds, neither boy moved. Then, slowly, they separated, climbing to their feet. A bright flash of light returned Nagisa to his normal state, and he now looked extremely embarrassed, his face completely red from blushing. Deku was no better, repeatedly dusting his hands and clearing his throat.

"So... uh..." the latter began, trying to change the subject.

"Let's just..." Nagisa suggested, swinging his fists a few times.

"Yeah" Deku agreed, glad that the other boy said it first. At the top of the crater, the students were forced to hit the ground as an explosion of wind hit them, unable to stand as Deku and Nagisa rocketed from the bottom, clashing with each other at a faster and faster rate as they ascended. The former's shirt had begun to tear away, exposing his chest, and the latter's hair had come loose, flowing down to his shoulders and flying around in the wind. Deku then finally hit his mark, striking Nagisa in the jaw and swinging round.

"TEEEEXAAAAAAASSSS.... SMAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!" he screamed at the top of his lungs, sending a burst of wind into Nagisa that was so violent that it shattered the windows of every building in Kunugigaoka. Nagisa was flung back so fast that he disappeared from Izuku's view, giving him the chance to recover, staying in the air by using Float. He grasped his now injured arm; it was feeling the effect of overuse by now, and Deku knew that he was reaching a limit.

But that wasn't why he was fighting. He was helping someone find their own limit.

A flash of light appeared once again, only this time it seemed to be everywhere instead of one location. Izuku looked around, confused, trying to discover the light's origin. Down below, the students were also left confused as to where Nagisa was now. Finally, Kayano chose to look up into the sky. Maybe Nagisa was flying now?

She screamed loud enough to almost deafen Bakugo and Karma standing next to her.

"GOD DAMMIT, WHY?!" Bakugo shouted angrily, rounding on Kayano, who pointed a terrified finger upwards, looking like she was about to cry. Bakugo snapped his head up... and his eyes went wide, his face changing to that of utter terror. "Holy shit..."

Deku noticed his friend's reaction and also turned his attention skywards, resulting in him letting out a whimper.

A single, azure eye shone in the air, obscured slightly by the clouds and the atmosphere, but there nonetheless. With a great shift of force that nearly ripped the city itself off the ground, it pulled back to reveal the gargantuan face of Nagisa Shiota, a small smile on his face as he looked down from above, his body now twice the size of the planet itself.

SIZE: 99999

Koro-Sensei and All Might looked at each other, before the former handed the latter a paper bag, and they both began hyperventilating rapidly.

Deku instantly saw what was coming as Nagisa seemed to turn his body in the air, his long hair flowing to the right side of his head. Midoriya felt an impact in the atmosphere and knew that the blue locks had likely just made landfall with another part of the planet. Thinking desperately fast, he landed on the tallest building he could and began to move around wildly; jumping jacks, rapid air punches, and throwing his arms back and forth. Slowly but surely, he built up more and more kinetic energy inside of him, before feeling ready for take-off.

Up above, Nagisa pulled his fist back, his eyes still locked onto where he knew Deku was located. As he did so, he accidentally knocked the crescent Moon out of orbit, causing it to float away as Nagisa finally spoke.

"I'm an assassin..." he whispered, but his voice was still loud enough to almost deafen the students and Deku down below. "And right now... my TARGET..."

He finally threw himself forward, letting his fist begin its descent towards Deku.

"IS YOU!" he called with finality, his fist flying towards the planet as Deku watched from below. Midoriya finally knelt down, feeling the energy he had built up beginning to be let loose.

"Fa Jin... and Gearshift... FAUX 100%!" he bellowed, and jumped from the building with all his might, causing the tower to shatter into smithereens. Deku rocketed into the sky, and he drew his fist back. "ONE FOR ALL... 90%! DELAWARE... DETROOOOOOOOIT... SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!"

He flew straight into the wall that was Nagisa's falling fist, and slammed his own attack into it. The power blew away all the surrounding clouds, and the impact caused Nagisa's hand to stop dead, causing him to look down in confusion. He was met with a storm of green lightning... and a small, gleaming smile.

"Space it is?" he asked, as quietly as he could so he didn't deafen Midoriya with the noise.

"SPACE IT IS!" Deku screamed back, knowing Nagisa wouldn't hear him otherwise, before pushing the blunet's fist back with all his might, forcing Nagisa to fly backwards while the light erupted from him again. Thankfully returning to normal size, Nagisa flew through space as Deku gave chase, with the two of them finally landing on the surface of Mars.

The two boys faced each other, breathing very hard as they smiled at each other. Nagisa looked up into the sky and saw where Earth was, orbiting the Sun as though it hadn't almost been punched apart.

"Do you think we're taking this too far?" he asked timidly, pointing at the planet and making Deku look up. He did look rather guilty as he caught sight of their home planet.

"A part of me says so, yeah..." he replied, rubbing his now very painful arms. Nagisa felt another shift with his bug and was confused why no light came out of him this time. However, he gave a small gasp as he felt new information enter his head. Deku looked at him in concern. "Nagisa?"

Nagisa, instead of replying, blinked a few times, before smiling. "Y'know what?" he said. "We should go further".

"Come again?" Deku blinked.

"Yeah, come on!" Nagisa smiled, putting up his fists again. "Just one more round, then we call it!"

"Uh... alright, if you're sure!" Deku returned the smile, but couldn't help but feel he was missing something important. He charged One For All through his body again, feeling his arms scream out in agony as he did so.

"Oh, hey, make sure you're pacing yourself!" Nagisa suddenly said.

"Huh?" Deku asked.

"Just make sure you don't blow your arms off, okay?" the blunet said cryptically. Deku blinked, then shook his head, choosing to charge One For All even more.

"One For All... ONE HUNDRED PERCENT!" he screamed, and the lightning around him grew in power, lighting up his hair into a lighter shade of green. His gloves and sleeves tore away and the lines of power across his body grew stronger in colour. The result left Izuku looking much more intimidating, ready to fight to the end.

"Good luck, hero" Nagisa nodded quietly, before enacting his own final transformation. His facial features grew sharper as he balled his fists, and his wristbands grew in width until they wrapped around like wristbands. His hair began to glow, changing from blue to a shining gold as it rose up, tying itself back into Nagisa's signature pigtails. An explosion of power erupted from the boy as he gave a loud yell, impacting Deku and making his eyebrows raise, though he stood his ground. He watched as Nagisa finally looked up, his appearance now very different.

ALL STATS: 99999

'Hey, I remember this...' Deku thought suddenly, recognising the golden hair from a point in his life that he couldn't quite recall. 'What was it called... Super Saiyan?'

His thoughts were quickly interrupted as Nagisa blasted forwards, throwing up Mars's sands as he landed a quick punch into Deku's cheek, sending him flying away with a BOOM. Deku quickly recovered, shaking his head. 'Come on, Izuku... you're helping him find his limit, okay...' he charged his body even further, even as his limbs screamed at him to stop.

"But that won't stop me..." he said out loud, catching a glimpse of Nagisa as he flew up towards him, pulling his fist back with a look of effort.

"From TRYING..." Deku shouted, throwing his fist forward and wrapping it in multiple Blackwhips, colliding with Nagisa's own fist with a powerful BOOM that shook Mars violently.

"MY..." Midoriya drew his fist back.

"BEST!!!" he finally let the scream tear out of his throat, and grabbed Nagisa's fist with another Blackwhip from his other hand. "DETROOOOOOOOIIIIIT... SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!" Midoriya's scream echoed through space as he flung his fist into Nagisa's chest, the power being volatile enough to shatter the very planet below. Mars exploded in a fiery ball of red and orange, and Nagisa flew backwards with a yell of pain as Deku flew forward again. The top half of his costume finally tore away, exposing his chest as he threw his fist forward again.

"DETROIT SMASH!" he screamed again, punching Nagisa in the face and flinging him further away. A Blackwhip on the golden-haired boy's arm pulled Deku right up to him again.

"DETROIT SMAAAAASH!" he cried out for a third time, and this blow was enough to send Nagisa flying away fast enough to snap the Blackwhip. Nagisa flew into Neptune, crashed straight through the surface and flew out the other side, then impacted Pluto, sending cracks all across it's surface.

"Urgh..." he groaned, holding his head in pain as he looked up. Deku was nowhere to be seen. Nagisa placed two fingers to his temple, trying to find the hero's location by sensing his soul.

A sharp ringing went off in his head as he locked eyes with Saturn.

On Saturn, Deku hid himself behind the gas giant while trying to desperately give his body a rest. It was now in complete agony; if Deku kept going for much longer, he would exhaust his body completely. He ran his hand over his left arm and looked back to where Earth was roughly located.

"Now I'm starting to worry about them, are they worrying about us?" he asked aloud, though quietly. He knew Nagisa was the one who had asked to keep pushing, but he had never seen either of them reaching this scale.

A sudden noise reached his ears. A voice. He perked up and peered around the edge of Saturn's rings.

"Kaaaaaa... meeeeee..."

Midoriya's eyes widened as he recognised the words that Nagisa's now deepened voice was reciting. He jerked his head out fully to see Nagisa floating in the middle of space, in a position he remembered from an unspecified time in his life; arms pulled back, and shaped as though they were holding a ball between them. With a yell, Deku burst out from behind the planet, blowing Saturn's rings apart with the force. If he was going to lose, he was going down fighting!

"One For All... ONE MILLION PERCENT..." he screamed out, and his body began charging with enough power to charge an entire country.

"Haaaaaa... MEEEEEE..." Nagisa's voice became louder as an energy ball began to grow in his hands. Deku blasted forwards, hand pulling back and balling into a fist one last time.

"UNITED... STATES... OF WOOOOOOOOOORLD..." he forced out, feeling his arm's skin begin to tear and burn violently. He flew out from behind Saturn as Nagisa finally finished charging his attack.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

"SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!"

Nagisa threw his arms forward, shooting a powerful beam of energy out of his hands as Deku threw his arm forward. The hero's fist collided with the beam, causing it to explode out into every direction. Deku pushed back against the light, desperate to give Nagisa everything he had. Nagisa pushed more into the beam, trying his best to show Deku his best.

"GO... BEYOND..." Deku bellowed out, and anyone could hear how damaged his throat sounded at this point. He pushed against the beam even more, not stopping even as his arm's skin and muscle began to tear away, exposing the very bone inside of it. He pulled his other arm back, and gave a final scream.

"PLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSS... ULLLLTRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

The cry echoed across the universe as Deku threw both arms forward, fighting against Nagisa's Kamehameha with everything he had to give. He felt the electricity tearing through both of his limbs, but he refused to let up as he pushed through the beam.

Nagisa put a final burst of effort into his attack, trying his hardest to push Deku back. There was a large smile on his face; he had never felt so alive as he did now. He opened his mouth to shout his gratitude to Midoriya...

...only to sense that something was very wrong.

Nagisa could no longer sense Deku's soul.

His face snapping from excitement to terror, Nagisa threw his arms apart, letting the Kamehameha dissipate and watched as it faded away, only to reveal Deku flying towards him. His fists, now nothing but skeletal bone, were held out in front of him, flickering with an electric current as they flew towards the assassin.

He looked like a true superhero.

However, Nagisa paid this no mind, and quickly reached out to catch Deku as he flew straight into him with a thump. He held Midoriya in his arms, looking down at him with fear.

"Deku! Midoriya!" he urged desperately, shaking him in a vain effort to revive him. "IZUKU!" he screamed, refusing to believe what had happened was true, even if he knew it deep in his heart.

His worst fears were confirmed as Deku's arms slowly floated downwards, losing their electric current. The hero's eyes sparked, before fading from green to grey. The energy lines across his body slowly ebbed away, leaving his form looking frail and broken.

Izuku Midoriya had died in the final clash. He had pushed his body too far in the attempt to give Nagisa the best fight he possibly could, and had paid the final price for his efforts.

Nagisa felt the tears begin to well up in his eyes as he saw Deku's arms finally land by his sides, the bones slowly falling apart and floating away. "No... no, no, no, please..." he whimpered, bringing the boy close as he returned to his normal state, the golden hair reverting back to blue and his facial expression becoming softer.

Where before was the face of a Saiyan now held nothing but the face of a distraught teenage boy.

The tears slowly left Nagisa's eyes, hanging in the air tauntingly as droplets. Nagisa gave a sob as he defiantly pressed his face into Midoriya's still chest, refusing to show his face to an unforgiving and cruel universe. His tears began to soak into Deku's ruined uniform, darkening the cloth along with the slowly ebbing blood that exited from Izuku's arms.

As Nagisa hung there, crying into Deku's corpse, the light began to shine out of him again, brighter than any previous time it had done so. Nagisa chose to let it all out as he gave a final cry to the void, and the light enveloped him and Midoriya, before expanding, covering the entire universe in it's white blanket.

And then there was nothing.

The classes sat on the class E mountain, listening to Karasuma as he explained the rules.

"Class 1A, in the event that the fight endangers you and class 3-E, you are to evacuate while taking at least one student from 3-E with you. Class 3-E, if you find yourselves without a 1A escort, you are to evacuate yourselves using your training. Is that-"

Suddenly, everyone blinked as one, and then gave a collective shout as they stared around wildly.

"Hang on, how the hell did we get back here?!" Bakugo yelled, throwing his arms up. Karma looked equally confused, staring around with wide eyes. Koro-Sensei stepped forward.

"Now, now, everyone! Please remain calm!" he requested, drawing their attention. "It might simply be a collective case of deja vu..."

"It's not deja vu if we ALL remember it, sir" Isogai pointed out, making the octopus deflate slightly.

"Yes, well-"

He was cut off by a sudden, very quiet sob.

Everyone turned to where Deku and Nagisa stood; a few seconds ago, they had been stretching in preparation. Now, Midoriya looked like he wanted to cry. Nagisa, a forlorn expression on his face, bolted forward instantly, grabbing Izuku into a tight hug before he could say another word.

"It's okay... it's okay now, it's okay..." he whispered, sounding on the verge of tears himself. Deku finally couldn't hold it in and fell to his knees, sobbing into Nagisa's shoulder as the smaller boy held him. No one on the outside said a word as they approached, choosing to let Midoriya exhaust himself of his tears.

After a few minutes, the boy had finally run out of tears to shed, and straightened up, looking at Nagisa, who gave him a guilty stare. All Might stepped forward.

"Excuse me, young Midoriya... young Shiota..." he spoke up, catching both boy's attention. "If you could... please explain to us what happened after... after you left the planet?"

"Even THAT sounds insane, looking at them now..." Kaminari whispered, then yelping as he received an elbow from Bakugo.

So Nagisa and Izuku told the group what had happened after they had left the atmosphere, choosing to tell them everything right down to their final clash. Everyone looked shocked upon learning Deku's fate, and instantly understood why he had had an emotional breakdown, and why Nagisa had been so understanding.

"After that... I think my bug reset... well, everything?" Nagisa finished, looking around. Karma blinked.

"Your what?" he asked. Nagisa realised what he meant.

"Oh, that's what I call my power, sorry I didn't explain" he said apologetically. Koro-Sensei and All Might looked considerate.

"So your power reset everything to before your fight began..." the latter muttered, scratching his chin with a muscly finger. "However, it didn't reset our memories, meaning everything that occurred DID STILL occur..."

"Meaning we can remember how AWESOME that was!" Kirishima said excitedly. Nagisa and Deku blinked in surprise as everyone began praising them for their battle, telling them how it had looked to them as outsiders. They blushed upon learning their reaction to Nagisa's sexy mode, and Nagisa looked afraid when he heard how badly he had scared everyone with his size-altering trick. Overall, however, the classes were ecstatic about what they had witnessed, and both boys began to feel happy about the whole ordeal.

Koro-Sensei and All Might warned them off of a second round, however. "We don't need Nagisa punting the Earth like a football" he commented, making everyone present laugh.

Deku looked at Nagisa with a small smile, who gave him a guilty, but content, smile in return.

"That was a good fight" the hero said, raising his hand to give the smaller boy a fist bump. Nagisa stared for a single second, before smiling and bumping fists with Izuku.

"Agreed" the assassin replied.

Within Nagisa's mind, another flash of light went off, now fully contained thanks to the training Nagisa now had.

Conclusion[]

KO!

ARCTAS: God damn, that ending played with ALL my emotions... wait, what was that last part?

RUKASU: Don't worry about it too much. This fight was a headache to work out. Both-

NAGISA: Don't worry, Ruka, I got this.

RUKASU: Wait, how-

NAGISA: My bug glitched out and gave me awareness that you two were here. Arctas saw it.

ARCTAS: I KNEW I saw something at the end there!

NAGISA: Anyway, both me and Izuku have shown ourselves to be on a universal to multiversal scale many times across our respective media, with both of us even going through similar dangers that helped us grow. However, when it came down to it, I had just about everything I needed to end the Symbol of Hope's legacy.

ARCTAS: Yeah, Deku survived that Big Bang that reset all of Reality Zero, but Nagisa basically CAUSED that same kind of thing when he reset his entire reality! Since Big Bads are, in themselves, universes, that single feat puts Nagisa on equal par with Deku, no matter how you shape it!

RUKASU: There's also the point that while Izuku has seen much more dangerous situations than Nagisa in base MHA and AC, factoring in their composite stories leads to an entirely different viewpoint. Koro-Sensei Quest constantly put Nagisa and his friends in imminent danger no matter HOW absurd, whereas Izuku at least got to rest here and there to catch his breath from the constant villain attacks.

ARCTAS: But what about Jump Force? Since the game basically equalised everyone's stats, Deku should scale to Goku and the rest, right?

NAGISA: True enough, but there's a catch; while Izuku's scaling to the other Jump characters is somewhat wobbly and debatable by those who have the time, I have a much more solid foundation of scaling, and it all comes back to that handy bug of mine.

ARCTAS: Yeah, this bug basically sealed the match from the get-go. Deku's usual strategy is to adapt on the fly and work around his opponent's strengths and weaknesses. But thanks to Nagisa's completely random nature, he'd never be in a state long enough for Deku to get a consistent read on him!

NAGISA: Even if Izuku DID manage to adapt, he wouldn't be able to do any damage if I entered my Defence form, or, God forbid, my Super Saiyan form.

RUKASU: Besides that, Nagisa's feats in Koro Q show that he's much MUCH stronger than anything One For All's power has shown during Izuku's time wielding it.

ARCTAS: So overall, Deku just didn't have any means to combat Nagisa's annoying little bug. It was just too versatile and unpredictable for him to work around, so all Nagisa had to do was play defence until Deku burned his body out from overusing One For All, or just pray for one of his good forms when his bug activated and then beat Deku that way!

RUKASU: Izuku was a versatile foe with strategies and powers one could only dream of possessing, but even the might of One For All was no match for Nagisa's strength, varied hax, and absurdly overpowered bug.

ARCTAS: I just hope that Bakugo doesn't bug out from losing that bet with Karma. Oof, sorry... my puns are just hopeless.

NAGISA: The winner is Nagisa Shiota.

RUKASU: The winner i- HEY!

NAGISA: You made me kill him, so I'm robbing you of your winner announcement!

The connections between Nagisa and Deku are as follows;

  • Both are Japanese teens who are constantly berated and bullied by those who consider themselves above them (Class 3-A and Bakugo respectively)
  • They ultimately gain the chance to become something more after a chance meeting with one of the most powerful people in their worlds (Koro-Sensei and All Might respectively)
  • These powerful beings, who both wear an eternal smile, become their teacher, mentoring them and guiding them out of the darkness they thought they would never escape
  • Both boys look up to their new mentors with admiration, becoming willing to do anything if it means they make them proud (in contrast, however, while Deku views All Might as an idol, Nagisa sees Koro-Sensei as more of a father)
  • Both boys either learn or gain a power that isn't natural to them but quickly becomes seen as their signature move/skill-set (Stun Clap and One For All respectively)
  • After a good amount of time has passed, both are considered to be one of if not the most dependable and powerful fighters in their class due to their abilities and talents
  • Both teens can be seen as completely terrifying by their opponents in specific circumstances (Nagisa's blood-lusted state and Deku's Vigilante phase respectively)
  • Most of the time, however, they are seen as the kindest of their group, always looking to help their friends wherever they can, even putting their lives on the line to save them
  • Both boys face a form of psychopath and calculating criminal during their stories, with the former becoming obsessed with killing them specifically no matter what (Takaoka and Shigaraki respectively), and the latter seeing them as attached to their real target, but noting the danger that both boys pose to their plan (Shiro and All For One respectively)
    • On the composite ends of their stories, both Deku and Nagisa have been involved in crossovers with other Shonen Jump characters in fighting games, whether they were main players in the conflict or simply observing (Jump Force and J Stars Victory VS respectively). In addition, they have both appeared in the same Jump game together (Jumputi Heroes)
    • Aside from that, both boys have spin-offs from their main series whose tones are more comedic and light, while also letting them achieve feats that their base selves would never DREAM of reaching (Koro-Sensei Quest! and My Hero Academia SMASH!)
    • Both have had notable live action adaptations [in contrast, Deku only ever had a stage show, while Nagisa had two movies]
    • Both have had collaborations with video games that have no connection to them, with their appearances simply being as costumes (Overwatch and God Eater respectively)
