Clove was a female career tribute from District 2 to the 74th Hunger Games, her specialty being in throwing knives. In the books she was killed by the tribute Thresh, who cracked her skull with a sharp rock. However, in the movie he killed her by bashing her head against the Cornecopia until she died.
