Chatterer was once a young boy called Jim, who had a troubling childhood. His father was abusive, and as a result, was killed by Jim, and he framed his mother for this, and was sent to an orphanage. After turning 16, his life changed for the worst. He was told about a configuration, and informed to open it. While Jim had managed to open the box, thinking he would get pleasure, this resulted in him being transformed to Chatterer.
