Chase Young is the main antagonist from the second season of Xiaolin Showdown onward. He is charismatic, intelligent, and manipulative, a much darker villain than either Jack Spicer or Wuya before him.

History[]
Chase was once an honourable warrior fighting for the side of good, but 1500 years ago he traded his soul for dark powers and eternal youth. He did this by drinking a potion called the 'Lao Mang Long Soup', which as a side effect, transformed him into an even stronger lizard monster. While he could easily switch between either form, his 'true form' was now the monstrous lizard, and he could only transform back into his human form if he drank a bowl of the soup every day.
