Description[]
They are both characters from fictional anime series and they are both massive mothers who carry their children with them into battle. This is the third episode of the Fourth season of Dandyclaw's Death Battle. Contains Mature content, be warned.
Interlude[]
Wiz: Mothers are women who take good care of their own children, and teach them the necessary skills to survive on their own.
Boomstick: So to honor all the amazing women out there lucky enough to be called mom this Mother’s, we are pitting to of anime’s tough and most unique moms out there.
Wiz: Kangaskhan, Nindento's parent Pokémon.
Boomstick: And Cattleya, the bombastic weaponsmith from Queen’s Blade. He's Wiz, and I'm Boomstick.
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who will win a Death Battle.
Kangaskhan maternal instincts kick in during Death Battle[]
o Wiz: Pocket Monsters AKA Pokémon. There are a lot of them out there, each one resembling modern animals with their own abilities.
o Boomstick: C'mon Wiz, there can’t be that many!
o Wiz: Actually, there are over 1008 different species of Pokémon.
o Boomstick: Damn it! I thought there were only 151!
o Wiz: Yeah Boomstick, there were, like 25 years ago. Come on Boomstick, keep up with the program already.
o Boomstick: Well as much as we love all the new Pokemon that have popped up over the years, it’s always good to revisit the classics of the Kanto region.
o Wiz: As we mentioned before, most Pokémon tend to physically resemble animals, mythical monsters, machines, ghosts, fungi, or plants with animal-like facial and other features.
o Boomstick: And today, we’ll be diving into the 115th kangaroo Pokémon of the franchise, Kangaskhan.
o Wiz: Kangaskhan is a fairly large Pokemon with a thick tail and armored plating. They can stand up to 7 feet tall and weigh as much as 176 pounds. They resemble a dinosaur with elements of a kangaroo. They are also one of the few Pokemon that are always female, there are no male Kangaskhan.
o Boomstick: Which is kind of ironic sense they were named after "Genghis Khan," the notoriously bellicose ruler of the Mongol Empire. By the way, if there are no male Kangaskhan, how do they have kids?
o Wiz: Well I could tell my what my theory of that is, but I’d put you to sleep after the first few sentences.
o Boomstick: Oh thank goodness, I can’t take another Wiz lecture.
o Wiz: Kangaskhan is known as a Parent Pokémon and for good reason. Kangaskhans are a caring and devoted Pokémon, a mother will carry her young in the marsupial-like pouch on her stomach, and rarely lets her out of her sight.
o Boomstick: Kangaskhan has a strong parental bond, and in order to avoid crushing the baby, Kangaskhan sleeps standing up. And if they find some random lost child or baby Pokemon in need of care, they wouldn’t hesitate for a second to scoop that little one up and plop it in their pouch for safe keeping until they find their real parents or owners.
o Wiz: Despite its appearance, Kangaskhan is a peaceful herbivore that grazes through hidden meadows. More occasionally it consumes berries and other fruits, and if the mother feels the environment is safe, it will allow its young out to play.
o Boomstick: But like all mother animals, if somebody makes her angry or tries to hurt her child, then be prepared for a “Momma Bear” sized beating like no other.
o Wiz: Kangaskhan is a Normal-Type Pokémon, and mainly possess physical attacks that require close contact with their opponent in order to have any affect on them.
o Boomstick: Also, Kangaskhan has a total of three special abilities, Early Bird, Scrappy, and Inner Focus.
o Wiz: Early Bird causes quick awakening from sleep. Scrappy, which causes Ghost-type Pokémon to be hit by Normal and Fighting type moves, which would normally phase through them.
o Boomstick: And Inner Focus, which prevents Kangaskhan from flinching during a fight.
o Wiz: Along with its abilities, Kangaskhan can learn a lot of moves, the natural way. Since there are numerous attacks that a Kangaskhan can learn, we’ll only focus on a few move that can be learned through breeding.
o Boomstick: Rage is a counter move that raises Kangaskhan's attack when she gets hit. Mega Punch is Kangaskhan's strongest normal type move, but not the most useful, its a powerful punch thrown very hard.
o Wiz: On the other hand, Dizzy Punch is a powerful punch that may confuse the foe afterwards. With her tail, Kangaskhan can use Double Hit, a row of slams that hits twice.
o Boomstick: Crunch is a Dark-type move and its a stronger version of Bite, with the exception that instead of flinching, it lowers the defense.
o Wiz: Outrage is a Dragon-Type move and one of Kangaskhan's most powerful moves. When used, it unleashes a rampage of scratches, slams and punches that last two or three turns, but at the end, causes Kangaskhan to get confused.
o Boomstick: Talk about a blessing and a curse.
o Wiz: Kangaskhan have demonstrated some impressive feats, like tanking the powerful flamethowers of Blue's Charmander to protect her child.
o Boomstick: Or that time when a trainer's Kangaskhan won the Pokémon Sumo Conference, meaning that its stronger than the past winners, Arbok, Blastoise, Nidoking, and Quagsire, although was defeated by Lickitung in its last Sumo Tournament.
o Wiz: Professor Oak also had a Kangaskhan too, and in the Pokemon Manga Adevntures, it was able to defeat Elite Four Agatha's Gengar.
o Boomstick: Also, a wild Kangaskhan defeated the crap off the Team Rocket on two separate occasions!
o Wiz: And Team Galactic’s Mars' Mega Kangaskhan severely injured Normal Form Deoxys, although things got out of hand when Kangaskhan went crazy and had to be subdued.
o Boomstick: Now this is a mother and child dynamic duo that you’d better think twice about before messing with.
o Wiz: Speaking of fighting, they are inexperienced without a trainer, and they're weak against Fighting-Type moves. Plus a lot of their moves require physical contact to be effective, and she possesses no long range attacks.
o Boomstick: But one thing’s for certain, any trainer that carries a Kangaskhan in their pocket is going to be a pretty tough opponent.
o Wiz: And should you ever encounter one in the wild, be ready to endure the Mother of all Battle’s
o (Arbok charges in, but Kangaskhan steps in with a Dizzy Punch)
o Ash: What was that?
o Brock: It's Kangaskhan's Dizzy Punch!
Cattleya enters Death Battle to search for her lost love[]
o Wiz: In an area of the world known only as the Continent, a tournament called the Queen's Blade is held once every four years by the Gods to determine who is the most beautiful and powerful warrior ever, and who will be the next Queen.
o Boomstick: As the name hints, only women are allowed to enter the tournament. So too bad for all those men out there, you can’t send a man to do a woman’s job.
o Wiz: Its contestants only include the best of the best, whether you're a heiress of an esteemed royal Family, a malicious mercenary looking for pleasure, a lone warrior looking to build shelters for children orphaned by war…
o Boomstick: Or a massive widowed giant slayer looking for her lost hubby.
o Wiz: Many years ago, a warrior known as Cattleya was once a brave adventuress in her youth, traveling the world seeking monsters to slay and people to help.
o Boomstick: But nowadays she has since retired from the life of a heroine, and now manages a weapon-smithing shop in the small town of Vosk.
o Wiz: Though she may spend her days working as an ordinary blacksmith, Cattleya was once known as the courageous Giant Slayer for wielding an enormous blade with ease and defeating numerous enemies, from the mightiest of giants to the tiniest of warriors.
o Boomstick: But all things changed for this busty warrior when she met a man named Owen, who not only matched her combat, but was one of the few men who could literally sweep her off her feet. And seeing how tall that lady is, this Owen had to have had the muscles of wrestlers and the height of a basketball player.
o Wiz: After overcoming many challenges and having numerous adventures together, Owen and Cattleya decided to hang up their swords and retire. Together they opened up a blacksmith store called the "Vosk Weapons Shop", got married, and had a son named Lana together
o Boomstick: If that kid is anything like his parents, no bully is going to mess with him on the playground. And they lived happily ever after, or for the next few years or so.
o Wiz: For Cattleya, being a loving wife and a wise mother who soul duty was to care about her family, it was everything she ever wanted. But it's usually the happy times that don’t last long in these situations.
o Boomstick: One day, while making a delivery to a neighboring town, Owen mysteriously vanished. Though she waited patiently like the loyal wife she was, her hope soon began to diminish. Just like me at seventh grade prom, when my date never showed up.
o Wiz: Believing she could discover the whereabouts of her missing husband's, Cattleya decided to dust out her old sword and participate in the Queen's Blade tournament. Not wanting to leave her son alone to manage the shop by himself, Cattleya reluctantly decided to bring Lana along, hoping to both keep him safe and teach him the valuable lessons of combat that she learned on her many adventures.
o Boomstick: What a nice mom, Lana better give his mom an extra big present and hug for Mother’s Day. I know I would do both.
o Wiz: Ugh, Cattleya is a master swordswoman and hand to hand fighter as she has gained much experience during her time as an adventurer. In battle, she uses carriers both her trust spear and her main weapon of choice, the "Giant Killer" sword, in combat.
o Boomstick: The “Giant Slayer” is an enormous sword with incredible destructive power which was forged by her lost husband. Though she use other weapons at the beginning of the fight, her crown jewel is definitely that sword
o Wiz: Her sword, however, has no precise length. Its size varies from series to series, making it almost impossible to pinpoint the exact size of the blade.
o Boomstick: The our best estimate is that it’s between 6 to 8 feet, or longer than Cattleya is tall, who is believed to be around 6 feet nine inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. But Regardless, of its size, she can pick it up easily and kick some serious ass with it.
o Wiz: Right, with a swing of the blade, she locks the opponent’s weapon in its claw before sending them flying into the air.
https://youtu.be/FpwL9Tl8shE?si=nUJBTxefuz7ga2P7
o Boomstick: Or she can slam them down so hard into the ground that she creates small craters as a result.
o Wiz: Cattleya also has tremendous strength and skill, able to knock her opponent down with one blow using her giant sword. She is not afraid to fight at a range or up close and get personal with her powerful legs and arms.
o Boomstick: She even shattered the battle ax of the Dwarf princess Ymir, who claimed Dwarf steel was stronger than any metal in the human world. But boy did Cattleya prove her wrong, no wonder she’s always so jealous of her.
o Wiz: Her other abilities include her mastery of forging weapons and repairing them, which gave her a well deserved reputation as a "Master Weaponsmith" and well known adventurer.
o Boomstick: She’s also surprisingly fast, able to chop up several vegetables in the air in the blink of an eye. But the most distinguishing feature of Cattleya is her enormous busty boobs, which are restrained behind a tight, purple, apron-like dress.
o Wiz: No Please, don’t go on…
o Boomstick: Oh Wiz, you know I have to. While many of the female characters have big boobs as well, Cattleya's are exceptionally massive, measuring 120 cm in circumference. Hey Wiz, can I borrow your size changing ray?
o Wiz: Why on earth would you need it, besides making a giant can of beer.
o Boomstick: Not this time, this time I was thinking about using it on Jocelyn to make her more like Cattleya.
o Wiz: What are you talking about…Oh no, no no no no. Don’t even think about it
o Boomstick: What, how do you know she wouldn’t thank me for this (Jocelyn appears behind him, clearing her throat).
o Jocelyn: Use that thing on me and I’ll makes sure you never drink another can of beer again.
o Boomstick: Ugh, never mind Wiz, it was a bad idea.
o Wiz: Good thinking. While on their adventures and battles in the Queen’s Blade Tournament, Cattleya battled many foes as well as made new friends, like the wandering warrior Leina Vance, after she forged one of her swords for her late mother.
o Boomstick: She aided her fellow women combatants against an army of skeletons sent by the evil swamp witch and bested the wraith witch Airi in battle, while her son was holding on for dear life. Lucky kid.
o Wiz: During the competition, Cattleya also assisted her fellow warriors by repairing their weapons after each battle.
https://youtu.be/yO63JAIbQ4c?si=DyIgVMNZHwj5CvWu
o Boomstick: Cattleya is a truly intimidating foe, towering over most of her opponents. She is by far the tallest contender in the Queen’s Blade contest.
o Wiz: She also seems to possess a mystical aura energy that intensifies during battle, making her stronger and faster as the battle rages on.
o Boomstick: When combined with the power of the Giant Slayer sword, it can launch Cattleya forward in a blazing inferno with a force to strike and injure a giant devil monster. Man and I thought Aku was demonic
o Wiz: Though she is a highly capable warrior, her combat ability is burdened by her son constantly clinging about her knees.
o Boomstick: This spoiled little child is always clinging or holding on to his mom while she’s fighting, or hiding somewhere cheering his mom on.
o Wiz: In combat, she sometimes fights with her son Lana in her arms. Though this may leave her at a bit of a disadvantage, they have both stated that they would rather die as one than live alone.
o Boomstick: Now that’s a mama bear you do not want to piss off. Though after finding out her husband had been frozen into a statue by the vile queen Aldra, Cattleya did have a bit of a breakdown, allowing her to get captured as well.
o Wiz: Luckily she and her husband were freed by Lana after he was rescued by Airi, who took a liking to the child after he saved her from the queen’s guards and aided him in saving her. Reunited at long last, Cattleya, Lana, Owen and the other freed warriors aided Liena in defeating Aldra and saving the kingdom.
o Boomstick: Cattleya finally was able to return home with her husband and be the family she always wanted her son to have. Such a happy ending for such a wonderful woman.
Wiz: But as long as her heart beats and with her son supporting her, Cattleya will continue to fight her way to victory and protect the people she cares for, or she dies trying.
o Boomstick: And good freaking luck with that.
o Cattleya: Lana, watch your mother do her best
Pre-Fight:[]
Wiz: all right the combatants are set, lets end this debate once and for all.
Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fight[]
Outside of her weapons store, Cattleya is sweeping outside of her store when she hears her son as he is walking up the road.
Lana: Mom, Mom, look what I found
Cattleya: Yes Lana what is it
Lana: I made a new friend
Lana appears holding onto a baby Kangaskhan in his hand
Lana: I found him wandering alone in the forest and thought I’d bring him home. Can I keep him?
Cattleya: I don’t know Lana, did you see his mom anywhere
Suddenly, the ground starts to shake as the adult Kangaskhan comes charging up to the shops. Cattleya grabs Lana in her arms as she leaps out of the way from the mother Pokémon.
As Kangaskhan picks up it’s baby and puts it back in its pouch, she then turns to face Cattleya. She starts growling at her think she and Lana tried to steal her baby.
Cattleya: Lana, hold on to me and whatever you do, don’t let go.
Lana: Okay mom.
Lana wraps his arms around Cattleya’s neck and shoulder as the weaponsmith pulls out her spear, ready to fight.
Kangaskhan prepares its Mega Punch attack and charges at its opponent as its fist glows orange. Cattleya is apple to dodge the attack by leaping to side with Lana dangling from her neck, making the parent Pokémon hit the ground instead. The ground shakes as Kangaskhan pulls its fist out of the hole it made.
Cattleya: What a powerful creature.
The weaponsmith stood almost immediately, and then spins her spear around in her hands before striking a fighting pose in a taunting way while smiling.
Lana: Get 'em mommy!
At that moment, Kangaskhan roars as it charges again for another Mega punch attack. Cattleya other one with her spear, but she then punched in the chest by the other fist, sending her into the wall of her shop. Luckily, Lana swings behind and is protected by his mothers chest beforeshe hits the wall. Before Kangaskhan can strike another punch, Cattleya leaps out of the way, making the Pokemon punch a hole through the wall. After pulling it's hand free and shacking the splinter free, the Pokémon stares at the weaponsmith once more. Kangaskhan's child hid inside his mother's pouch while she growls.
The two mothers stare at each other in with intense looks in their eyes. Kangaskhan then charges her Mega Punch again while she heads towards Cattleya, who was placed in her combat stance.
Kangaskhan threw her Mega Punch in direction to the weaponsmith's head, but Cattleya easily avoided it by crouching, and taking advantage of the closeness and Kangaskhan's failed attack, the Weaponsmith points the end of her spear to the ground and then jumped, jabbing the sharp head into Kangaskhan's chin and sent her stumbling a few steps back. After that, Cattleya races forward to take advantage of her distracted opponent, hitting Kangaskhan all over her body with her spear several times until Kangaskhan blocked it before grabbing the weaponsmith's spear and throwing it away, before punching her in the chest immense strength. Thankfully, Cattleya's boobs protect the rest of her body from the punch.
Kangaskhan: KANGASKHAN!
The parent pokémon roars at the moment it picks up the weaponsmith with her her hands and throws her and her son towards a hill. Cattleya then squeezes Lana tight in her chest before she hits the hill, protecting her son.
Cattleya: Lana are you okay.
Lana: I am. Thanks Mom.
Cattleya then reincorporates herself after a few seconds, only to notice that Kangaskhan is coming for her again, now in it's Rage mode. Cattleya looks around her environment, searching for something she can use as a weapon. Then, Lana points to the top of the hill to see three Geodudes sleeping on the ledge of the hill. The weaponsmith nods, understanding his plan, and then positions herself behind the hill, as the Kangaskhan charges at her.
Cattleya: Not yet...Not Yet...NOW!!!
She grabs Lana and leaps out of the way just as the Kangaskhan reach, making her slam her fist into the hill, causing the three Geodues to be thrown of the ledge and towards Kangaskhan at full speed. The Pokémon is caught off guard, but managed to put her one hand over her head and another over babies head to avoid being hit at all. Enraged to be rudely awaken while peacefully sleeping, the Geodude attack the Kangaskhan. Still under the effect of the Rage attack, Kangaskhan retaliates by punching away two of the Geodudes and whacking away the other with its tail. After that, Kangaskhan isn't able to see where the weaponsmith and her son had run off two. That is until it looks up, noticing Cattleya coming down at it, about to land a strike on her with her spear. Kangaskhan tries to avoid, but was not fast enough and ends up getting hit in the head, stunning her for a while.
Cattleya: Let’s take this creature down a peg or two sweetie
Lana: You bet mama
As Lana climbs onto his mothers shoulders, Cattleya starts spinning her spear in her hands . As the spear twirls faster, Cattleya starts glowing in red energy, and then she rushes towards Kangaskhan.
Kangaskhan: KANG...!
The Pokémon just regains control over herself, just as she sees them moving towards her. Then, she cuts Kangaskhan right across the face with her spear. Kangaskhan stumbles back because of that, and Cattleya takes the opportunity to continue jabbing at the Pokémon in her stomach, and then continuing with a Kick to the face. The attacks hurt Kangaskhan a little, but her defenses let her to resist more than before. When the weaponsmith finishes her combo, Kangaskhan moves forward, biting her adversary in a shoulder, provoking Cattleya to scream in pain. Kangaskhan then begins scratching at Cattleya, and she uses her body as a shield to protect Lana until she stops.
Lana: Mama, it has stopped attacking you.
Cattleya: That’s sweetie, time to fight back.
Cattleya then jabs Kangaskhan's face with her spear, then stomping on the Pokémon’s foot with her own, before twirling her spear other her head like a windmill, hitting Kangaskhan over the head with it. Continuing, Cattleya stabs Kangaskhan's stomach two times, but halts to avoid hitting the child. Barely having time to react, the Pokémon tries to throw a Mega punch, but Cattleya blocks with her spear, but the force of the punch breaks it in have and sends her on her back. As Kangaskhan grabs a rock to slam on the weaponsmith, Lana grabs the broken edge of the spear and stabs it into the Pokémon’s leg, making her drop the rock. As Kangaskhan prepares to retaliate, she halts she releases her attacker is a child. Taking advantage of her distracted opponent, Cattleya grabs Lana by the arm, before punching The Pokémon to the ground with her other hand. The two race into her weapon shop and grabs her Giant Slayer sword.
Cattleya: Time to break out the heavy artillery
Lana: Oh Yeah
Immediately, Cattleya comes running out with her sword and Lana in the direction of Kangaskhan, who is still in the ground. The weaponsmith prepares her sword to slam onto her opponent, but when the Pokémon noticed that, it rolls to the side avoiding Cattleye. Cattleya slams the Giant Slayer to the ground with a thud and Kangaskhan stands up quickly. Cattleya was about to swing her sword at Kangaskhan once more, but the Pokémon is faster this time, using Crunch to catch her opponent’s sword in her mouth, then starts to throw rhythmically guided punches towards the weaponsmith. Though Cattleya is able pull her sword out the Pokémon’s mouth, she gets hit in her chest and face. Lana almost gets hit, but Cattleya uses her sword to block the next punch, stunning Kangaskhan as her arm rattles.
Kangaskhan then used her tail to slam Cattleya in the chest. She tries another tail attack, but she uses her sword as a shield to block the attack, but Kangaskhan retaliates by scratching Cattleya in the face, temporarily blinding her. The parent Pokémon strike Cattleya again with her tail, and sends the weaponsmith and her child in to a tall grass. She lands on her feet, and is able to catch Lana and her sword simultaneously.
Cattleya: You okay sweetie
Lana: Don't Worry mommy, I'm fine. Now go kick her butt.
Cattleya: Will do Sweet Heart
As Kangaskhan rush at the weaponsmith and her child, but Cattleya grabs some dirt and throws it in the Parent Pokémon’s face, blinding her and making her miss. Cattleya and Lana the get back up and she slashes Kangaskhan in the back with her sword.
After the injury she received from Cattle, Kangaskhan then goes on the defensive and blocks a few consecutive jabs and slashes by placing her arms up. Noticing this, Cattleya jabs her sword in the Pokémon’s leg, forcing her to fall to the ground. The minute Kangaskhan touched the ground, Cattleya does a barrage of slashes with her sword, only to be sidestepped by Kangaskhan’s tail, making Cattleya fall this time. Lying in the ground, Kangaskhan gets up and then kicks Cattleya in the chest with Mega Kick, making her roll over the ground.
Lana: Mama, Mama, please get up.
Cattleya then picks up her sword and uses it to pick herself back up. They stared at each other again, intensely, and then begin to run towards their respected adversary, while patting their children on their heads. When they were near the other, Cattleya jumps and slashes Kangaskhan's face with her sword. Kangaskhan stumbled and tried to scratch Cattleya, but she avoids her claws and grabs Kangaskhan by the head. Then, she begins to use her knees and feet to hit the Pokémon's face several times. Cattleya then grabs hold of the Pokemon's pouch, lifts it above her head and throws it against the ground. Luckily, Kangaskhan is able to prevent her baby from getting hurting , managing to cover her belly and land on her back at the last moment. Taking advantage of this, the weaonsmith takes Kangaskhanby her tail, ands spins her around in cricles before throwing her into the sky. She then uses her sword like a baseball to whack her opponent in the back, causing the Pokémon to go flying and make her head to heavily impact the ground.
Kangaskhan: Kan...Gas...Khan
As the baby Kangaskhan crawls out, it sees that its mother has been seriously wounded. It Turns to Cattleya, who is checking out her son for injures, it jumps out from it's mother's pouch, letting out a small roar in anger before charging at the weaponsmith and her son. Seeing the smaller creature heading towards his mother, Lana grabs a stick from the ground and rushes meet the baby Pokemon head on.
Lana: You Leave my mom alone.
Lana begins swing his stick around, as the baby Kangaskhan dodges the attacks and chomps at Lana, who blocks the attack with his stick. Kangaskhan's baby manages to avoid the stick by moving his head to a side, and then bites the child on the hand where his stick it. Lana closes his mouth trying to not scream, and reaches down to pick up his stick with his other hand. Lana then strikes with his stick the face of the little Kangaskhan several times, leaving the pokémon stunned.
Lana: Take that, and that.
Kangaskhan groans as she wakes up and notices that her baby is gone. Kangaskhan tried to stand, but is still a bit tired. from her previous battle. See looks around and sees her child fighting against Lana, swing it's small claws at Lana who blocks the attack with his stick. The baby Kangaskhan notices that it's mother is awake and runs towards her, jumping back into her pouch and hugging its mom. Kangaskhan checks it's baby out and luckily it didn't seem hurt and the baby smiles at her child before nuzzling it with her head.. Forgetting the battle for a moment, Kangaskhan also smiles at him, only to then look up and see massive Sword stabbing her chest with immense force, blowing her up through another area of the town and crashing into a couple of trees.
Although Kangaskhan is greatly injured, she stand again, with a strong will to protect its child. She looks up to see Cattleya holding her sword and her son in a fighting stance, still standing even after previous battle. Really angry now, Kangaskhan growls and takes one of the broken trees, and throws it at Cattleya.
Kangaskhan: KANGASKHAAAAAAN!
Cattleya places Lana on the ground, who hides behind her legs, putting both hands on her sword and slices the incoming tree in half. Then, the weaponsmith starts running in the direction of Kangaskhan, avoiding another tree thrown towards her. Kangaskhan retaliates by using a Mega Punch that collides with the her sword. However, Kangaskhan realizes that she has gotten her hand stuck in the center of the sword. Cattleya then twist her sword tot he side with all her strength, breaking the arm of Kangaskahn.
Kangaskhan: KHAAAAAAN!
Kangaskhan roars in pain as she hold her twisted broken arm. Kangaskhan glares a Cattleya before she uses Mega punch with her one remaining arm to slam onto the ground, shattering the earth around them. The small earthquake creates a crack between Cattleya and Lana, separating them both.
Cattleya: Laaaaaana
Lana: Mommy
With the two separated, Kangaskhan leaps across the shattered ground and headbutts Cattleya. Thankfully her chest couches the impact, but the blow does send flying back to the ground. As Cattleya tries to get up, Kangaskhan stomps her chest and pins her down, crushing one of her legs. As Kangaskhan prepares to deliver a Dizzy Punch attack, Cattleya grabs her sword by the blade and stabs it into the Pokemon's leg. Kangaskhan roars again in pain as Cattleya twist it deep into the Mother Pokemon's leg, forcing her to lift up her massive foot and allow the weaponsmith to crawl out. Then Kangaskan enters her Outrage mode and slams her fist into the sword, crack half of it. Cattleya grabs her shattered blade and leaps backwards as Kangaskan pulls out the part of the blade still in her leg with her teeth and uses Crunch to shatter it into pieces. Cattleya paints heavily as he hold up her sword at the raging Pokemon.
Cattleya: I'm putting you down, you mad creature.
Cattleya's body starts glowing red with a mysterious aura, as she charges forward with her broken sword in tow. Kangaskhan sees this and lunges forward in her raging state. However, Cattleya's sword is the first to strike the Pokémon as it stabs her right through the chest, barely missing the baby Kangaskhan. Cattleya then pulls her sword upwards, splitting the massive Pokémon's body in half. As the body of Kangaskhan falls to the ground and begins to bleed out, Lana runs over and hugs his mother.
Lana: You were amazing mama
Cattleya: Thank you sweetie, now lets go inside and get cleaned up before dinner.
Lana gets up her mother's arm and helps her mother limp back into the store, dragging her cracked sword along with her, as the baby Kangaskhan mourns over the body of it's dead mother.
Results[]
Boomstick: Sheesh, I know they say never come never a mother and her cub, because these two definitely took that to the extreme.
Wiz: Both these motherly fighters had fearsome reputations, but only one had the warrior spirit to back it up.
Boomstick: Sure Kangaskhan may have had the power to go up against legendary Pokemon like Deoxys, they only really claimed their victories thanks to their trainer's coordination. While Cattleya won her battles thanks to her years of weapon work and days on the battlefield.
Wiz: Also Kangaskhan are usually docile Pokemon, only engaging in battle when it comes to protecting their young or her member. On the other hand, while Cattleya is one of the more peacefully characters of the Queen's Blade series, she is more than willing to get her hand dirt when it comes to protecting her child
Boomstick: Plus Cattleya had access to several weapons capable of going up against death spirits and her fellow warrior women. And thanks to her years on the battlefield, Cattleya would totally know how to take advantage of Kangaskhan berserker modes whenever it went into a rage.
Wiz: Thanks to Cattleya's mysterious speed boosting energy, that certainly gave her an additional edge up over Kangaskahan. The Mother Pokemon may have the embodiment of what all mothers stand more, strong and fierce, she was no match for Cattleya's warrior history and arsenal of weaponry.
Boomstick: This sure was the “mother” of all battles “baby”
Wiz: the Winner is Cattleya
