Toon Force Users

Characters with Toon Force, the ability to break the laws of physics because "lol its a cartoon". (Floating above the edge of a cliff for a moment, pulling objects from behind their backs, etc.). In general, it refers to reality warping in a rather cartoonish, funny manner, hence the name. It is usually an example of low level to high level reality warping, depending on the user. It can range from simply pulling items out from one's back from thin air (As in Deadpool's Hammerspace / Magic Satchel), or flat out breaking reality, and its rules, such in the case of Emperor Joker.
