Energy Manipulator

Combatants that can create and/or manipulate/control energy such as electricity, fire, plasma. Note that by definition energy is the property of matter and radiation that is manifest as a capacity to perform work (such as causing motion or the interaction of molecules).

Matter manipulators don't go here and vice versa.
