Benjamin Kirby "Ben" Tennyson, more commonly known as Carnitrix Ben, is the protagonist of The Carnitrix.

  • Prototype Carnitrix: Like many other Bens, he wields his universe's equivalent of the Omnitrix, the Carnitrix, a DNA altering device that transforms Ben into 10 murderous aliens allowing him to utilize all their powers and abilities to cause terror and suffering without control of his transformation. This device, however, was not made with the same intentions as the one seen in the Prime Timeline. Instead, the Carnitrix was created by Azmuth to enslave any non-galvanic species in the universe, as he saw them as the superior race. However, Azmuth wasn't able to finish the prototype and was forced to send it off to Earth. Canibal099 has acknowledged that the Carnitrix can recalibrate under situations of extreme stress, but that Ben has canonically never achieved this.
    • Threat Detection: The watch is able to detect anything that may be considered a threat on a 20-meter-radius and only transforms the user once the threat is detected since it couldn't activated on his own. This can fail however, and sometimes make Ben transform for little to no reason, like a small scratch.
    • Transformations: After detecting a threat, the Carnitrix can use its tendrils to alter its user's DNA and transform them into an animalistic version of an alien. Since the device wasn't finished, the process is excruciating and the user will be consumed by the alien's instincts, thus becoming a savage incapable of controlling themself, yet somehow still aware of their every move. The prototype's malfunctions have also resulted in the aliens "mutating" and gaining properties of both genders without taking the user's gender into consideration.
      • Heatblast: The Carnitrix's savage sample of a Pyronite. This form can control and absorb fire. It was this form that murdered Gwen by exploding her head.
      • XLR8 (a.k.a Speedy Boi): The Carnitrix's savage sample of a Kineceleran and the official mascot of the AU. It is capable of moving at incredible speeds at around 700 km (434 miles) per hour. Such speeds were able to obliterate normal humans by simply colliding into them, as shown with Max. Speedy Boi is significantly slower than the original sample, and it seemingly has sentience of its own, as it was described as having a "Manipulating, lying, sarcastic, sadistic, mocking, etc." personality. It was identified as a mostly female transformation by Canibal. Speedy Boi was deleted by Malware during the latter's battle with Ben.
      • Four Arms: The Carnitrix's savage sample of a Tetramand. While left unseen in most media, it's heavily implied that the Carnitrix had turned Ben into them an unspecified amount of time after killing Max and Gwen. Because of the Carnitrix's malfunctions, they are presumably as strong as a female Tetramand.
      • Ghostfreak: The Carnitrix's savage sample of the Ectonurite Zs'Skayr. While left unseen in most media, it's heavily implied that the Carnitrix had turned Ben into him an unspecified amount of time after killing Max and Gwen. Despite his Ectonurite nature, Zs'Skayr was consumed by the modifications done to his DNA to the point he isn't conscious anymore.
      • Highbreed Transformation: The Carnitrix's savage sample of a Highbreed. Little is known about it, other than the fact Azmuth scanned their DNA shortly before exterminating the entire race.
      • Alien X: The Carnitrix's savage sample of a Celestialsapiens, while not as powerful as its prime counterpart, it's said that his DNA was combined with that of Azmuth's and that he lacks a Bellicus and Serena since he "disposed" of them. It's heavily implied that he's in reality Azmuth himself.

    • Regeneration: The transformation process of the Carnitrix is extremely painful which as such, the Carnitrix would repair damage that happened because of the transformation.
  • Alien Disorder: The Alien Disorder is a mental disorder developed by Ben after the Carnitrix was destroyed by Ben 10K. Apparently, the device had bonded with Ben to such an extent the aliens in it were still able to access his mind, causing him endless nightmares and to hallucinate with them. It's implied that the aliens could possess Ben, or at least influence him to do things.
