Caesar (originally named Milo) is a character from the Planet of the Apes franchise, and the one mainly responsible for the dawn of ape superiority over humans in the series across both of the main movie continuities.

Two incarnations of the character exist, one in the original series and another in the reboot continuity. Both are the protagonists of their respective stories, who lead the apes to revolt against the humans and into a brighter future.
