The Mask: With Terrorize, he can summon a Big Boo To Attack Enemies And Induce Fear!
Lightning McQueen: With Poison Gas summons Mokura to Poison All Enemies.
Dreamy Luigi: With Crushes summons a Column of Earth to Atttack 1 Enemy.
Anti-Sky: With Bowser Crush he can summon a Giant Mechakoopa to stomp on enemies. Bowser has Teleportation, Shapeshifting which allows Bowser to change its shape, surround himself into Stone, can transform others, turns opponents into inanimate objects or frogs, and can turn Minions into clones of himself!
Lightning McQueen: With Whirling Fortress, Bowser spins into its shell, and can be used in the air to gain height, Bowser Bomb, slams the ground with its bottom, Koopa Klaw lets Bowser to grab the foe and bite them, Flying Slam lets Bowser grab the opponent, flip into the air and crush them, with Spike Shoot can shoot out spikes from its shell immediately grow back, with Body Slam jumps high up in the air, and slams down creating a shockwave, any person who is in the ground that is hit by the shockwave will temporaly be paralyzed, and can also cause Stone Bowser heads to fall from the sky, has Electrokinesis can be used to summon Mechakoopas, has Gravity Manipulation, and can roll up into its shell becoming a giant spike ball!
Matt: With the Sliding Haymaker, can use a Sliding Punch stronger than Its regular punch and can summon Bullet Bills to hit the opponent!
Deadpool: And Bowser has Regeneration, he got turned to a Skeleton and regenerates its skin, and he once exploded into the sky transformed completely into fireworks but he then Regenerated! I'm not the only one who uses this here!

Dreamy Luigi: Bowser has alot of Weapons, Also Hammers, Spiked Balls, Mechakoopas, and has the Clown Car can fly thru the Space, which is epic, also crosses intellestelar distances and can launch fireballs. Also has several weapons can use with this, like Lasers, Bullet Bills, and Boxing Gloves.
Anti-Sky: He can throw hammers and some of them are giant!
Lightning McQueen: Also has a Handheld Hammer, Barrels, a Heal Shell, a Safety Ring, Yoshi's Safari Weapons gives him projectile attacks, has Hurley Gloves, a Spiked Link (Not Zelda's Link, a Weapon), a Drill Claw, a Spiky Metal Bat, Soccer Ball Bombs, a Breath Swing breaths fire at the objective before hitting it with its bat sending it and 3 fireballs in the direction he hit, Spiked Balls, and Koopa Shells!
Matt: He also has Flame Boomerangs, Bullet Bills, a Magic Spell Book, a Minimizer, a Stone Staff, a Pirate Sword, Mechakoopas, a poison turns him giant, a Megamorph Belt turns him into Blockhead Bowser, a Tennis Racket, Fire Breath, lights a tennis ball or other projectiles on fire before hitting it with its racket, and has the Spinning Shell Dash, spins into its shell to hit a projectile with its rocket!
Deadpool: He also has a Golf Club, a Dark Cannon turns the opponents into trophies, a Vibe Scepter controls emotions and A Soccer Gear has Long Metal Claws and a Shell Armor!
Anti-Sky: And has Power-Ups like the Mega Mushroom turns him giant for a short time, Double Cherry creates another Bowser and can use 4 to create a max of 5 Bowsers, and The Dream Stone...
Matt: This can let him wish for anything the Koopa King wants and can clone itself!

Dreamy Luigi: When Bowser gets infused with the Dream Stone. He can become into Dreamy Bowser.
Bowser: With this form, i can be able of combining my normal abilities With the Reality Warping Powers from the Dream Stone!

Pre-Fight[]
We can see Cell waiting if there were any new challengers In The Cell Games.
Suddenly we see the Koopa King flying to the Stage into its Clown Car and jumping out of it.
The Koopa King was seeing the Perfect Being with a Cocky Smile crossing arms.
Bowser: SHOWTIME!!!
Cell finally found an opponent, he then had a Cocky smile.
Cell: So, wanna fight?
Bowser: Yeah, bring it On. Bug!
Cell then puts into a Fighting Position just like the Koopa King rushes right at the Perfect Being and Cell then decided to fly at Bowser, both charging attacks at eachother.

The Green Villains started Punching Eachother alot of times and Blocking. They does this much more fast when they was still fighting, this stills making the speed of them increase while they punches and blocks eachother, this stills until both clashes Fists and they does an Earthquake and a crater in the ground. However, after that we see how Cell Teleports and lands a Blow at the Koopa King sends Bowser flying at a Near Mountain destroying it.
Cell just thinked it was enough to end up with this.
Cell: Meh, i think that opponent should end up being more dangerous than that...
As Cell thought he won, Bowser got up watching Cell with an angry face.
Bowser: ROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRR!!!!
Cell: Damn, calm down!!!
Bowser then runs to Cell landing a Hit Sends Cell away.
Cell was into the ground, he gets up with a little smile of satisfaction.
Cell: Well... Your starting to be harder than before... But let's see if you can keep up!

The Technique Blinded the Koopa King. The Perfect Being flies at him throwing Blows at the King until Cell grabs Bowser's Tail swinging him at the air and Cell flies and Puts its Hands togheter and with both hands togheter gives a Smack sends Bowser down.
Cell: Well, that was easy...
Bowser got up. He yelled.
Bowser: SHUT UP!!!, I'm the Koopa King. I will don't let you defeat Me So easily!
Cell: Alright, let's see.
Bowser Teleports to Cell and unleashes a Sliding Haymaker at Cell... This Punched Cell hard Enough Cell flied thru a Mountain. Cell then recovered.
Cell: Damn, your strike was hard!
Bowser then threw Hammers at Cell who dodges them and flies at Bowser punching him away. Cell then flies at Bowser charging at him but Bowser shots Bullet Bills at The Perfect Being. They flew right to Cell and do explosions launched Cell away right to the ground. Cell was hurt but he slowly gets up.
Cell then had an exprettion of rage into its face.
Cell: No, you cannot humilliate me... I AM THE PERFECT BEING!!!!
Cell then angered flew up to Bowser who swings at Cell with its Spiky Metal Bat stabbing Cell with it.
Cell then was hurt as Bowser then punches Cell away. Then Bowser uses its Tennis Racket and lights a Tennis Ball into fire hitting it with the Racket and the Ball makes a Hole into Cell's Chest as Cell flies right at a Mountain getting into the ground.
Cell gets up. He regenerated from the damage as Bowser smiles.
Bowser: So your hard to kill, huh?, This will be funny then!
Bowser then turns into 5 versions of himself with the Double Cherries, 1 rushes at Cell who blocks its hits but another was into its left punching him.
Then the third version Starts punching him alot.
The 4 Version its Fire Breath sending a Fire attack to The Perfect Being sending him to the ground.
Cell got up. He was mad until we then see the 5 version was readied to land a hit. He didnt missed it. The hit end up punching Cell in a single hit damaging the Perfect Being. The Koopa King's Powerful Fist end up sending the Perfect Being to the ground, knocked out.

We then see Cell slowly gets up as Bowser thoughts he won.
Cell was mad. He flew up to the Sky.
Cell: LET'S SEE IF YOU CAN SURVIVE ALL THE SOLAR SYSTEM DESTROYED BY THE PERFECT BEING!!!!
Bowser got shocked by what Cell said. Cell was charging a Solar Kamehameha and shots it to the earth. Bowser then remembered its Clown Car cockily smiling and he drives it and flies right to the Space.
The Attack ends up destroying the Solar System just like Cell promised. Cell then had a pretty cocky smile into its face.
Cell: And that happens when you mess up with the perfect being!
Cell thought Bowser was dead. But he with its Clown Car flies at Cell with a serious exprettion crossing its arms.
Cell: WHAT!?, HOW'S THAT POSSIBLE!!???
Bowser: Well, you destroyed the whole stuff in the earth and alot of other planets... But you most give me an idea!!!
Bowser used the Dream Stone. He started creating alot of new planets shocking Cell.
Then a Dark Dragon Ball appears... This turned Cell on Xeno Cell!
Xeno Cell shoots alot of Ki Bursts at Bowser who dodges them until one landed in the Dream Stone destroying it.
Bowser: Damn, well i guess this is gonna be good!
Bowser inhales the shades of the Stone... He was turned onto Dreamy Bowser!
Dreamy Bowser: Your gonna die!
Xeno Cell puts a combat position as Dreamy Bowser too does.
SECOND ROUND!!!
Round 2[]
Both villains starts clashing blows into the space cracking alot of Villains and making Asteroids to come back to where they fights in fire.
Then both starts clashing more, and more, and more, at more higher speeds causing destruction in the stuff Bowser had created.
Dreamy Bowser: WHAT, NOOO..... YOUR GONNA PAY THAT!!!!
The Dreamy Koopa King threw a Hit to the Empowered Perfect Being... This Punch did a Shockwave sends him flying away and moving many stuff from the space moving away by the Shockwave.
Cell was beat up with this... Flying around the Space.
Dreamy Bowser had a exprettion that hit was enough to make him learn. But Cell recovered.
Dreamy now had a rage exprettion.
Dreamy Bowser: DANG IT, CAN;'T YOU FALL DOWN!!!????
Xeno Cell flew up at Dreamy Bowser throwing him blows sends him to fly away.
Then he flies but Dreamy blocks the fist.
Then Dreamy Bowser countered with its own sends Xeno Cell flying away.
Xeno Cell was charging a Dark Kamehameha.
Dreamy Bowser decided to charge a Flame Rainbow attack and they collides attacks...
This was a long collision but this end up doing a huge explosion engulfs both of them and destroying many planets and stuff in the space.
The Collision knocked both of them out of combat. Suddenly Putine appears.
Putine gives Cell energy... Then the Perfect Being was already empowered evolutions to Cell-X!
Cell then creates Little Bio-Androids as Dreamy Bowser gets up. He then smiles seeing this.
Dreamy Bowser: Well, your certainly a fighter but You will be Cooked along this guys!
Then he puts a fighting position along with the Androids.
ROUND 3!!!!!
Round 3[]
Bowser creates many Dreamy Goombas, Dreamy Paratroopas, Dreamy Bob-Ombs, and Dreamy Shy-Guys to fight the Androids.
The Androids starts defeating the Paratroopas and Goombas easily but the Bob-Ombs damages them. Then suddenly Bowser creates the Shy Guy Airtub DX and Shoots flames at them they dodged.
Then they shoots Bullets the Androids dodges and starts defeating the Shy Guys.
Then Bowser growls angered by this and uses a Giant Hammer smacking the Androids and he then shoots a Rainbow Flame Attack at the Androids desintegrating them.
Then Cell-X growls shooting Energy Spheres at Dreamy Bowser sending him away.
Then Dreamy recovers just like he then makes more Dreamy Bob-Ombs throwing them to Cell-X who gets hurt by them.
Cell-X was angered. He was charging a Firebreath Attack.
Dreamy Bowser then charges one too... Both clashes attacks.
This was longer until both attacks does a massive explosion knocking both foes down.
However, When both recovered. Dreamy Bowser had enough.
Dreamy Bowser: Alright Bug, i had enough... I WILL COOK YOU... LITERALLY!!!!
The Dreamy Koopa King was readied to land a Powerful Blow at the Evolutionated Perfect Being.
He threw the blow... This was powerful enough to do many shockwaves destroyed planets and Cell-X was sent flying to the Sun.
He then yelled in pain. He was getting burned until he died.

Dreamy Bowser: That Bug was annoying. But he cannot mess up with the Koopa King!

Anti-Sky: Ouch, that should damage someone and burning that people!
Dreamy Luigi: Well both was able to put challenge to powerful people such as Mario and Goku.
Matt: Yeah, but Bowser had more Durability than Cell and also much more weapons.
Deadpool: He also had its Magic which should be a problem for Cell.
The Mask: And Cell has its Techniques might overwhelm Bowser.
Lightning McQueen: Yeah but Bowser can turn him to stuff, or also have him beat up. He had just more Power-Ups, Arsenal, and Weaponry Cell lacks here.
Dreamy Luigi: Bowser also has the Dream Stone might have defeated Bowser pretty easily just by wishing stuff.
Anti-Sky: And Cell might have its Xeno Form and X form but Bowser also has its Dreamy Form which is very powerful!
Sans: And Cell was smarter but as X gains the disadvantage He doesn't fight directly using Bio Androids while Bowser does this.
Bowser also can be able to summon stuff such as Dreamy Goombas, Dreamy Paratroopas, Dreamy Bob-Ombs and Dreamy Shy-Guys so he had an advantage on fighting directly against Cell.
