Bob Velseb is the central antagonist in Sr Pelos' animated series Spooky Month, serving as a minor antagonist in Spooky Month, a cameo antagonist in Deadly Smiles, and the main antagonist of Tender Treats. He is a sadistic serial killer and cannibal who murdered many people in Halloween and has ties to The Cult in the city, and he attempts to murder Lila’s child, Skid and his best friend, Pump out of revenge of her sending him to prison.
