Description[]
Street Fighter VS Mortal Kombat. Which of these electrically supercharged fighters will win?
Interlude[]
Wiz: Electricity is quite dangerous when misused. It can stop your heart paralyze your muscles or melt your eyes.
Boomstick: But these two are masters of voltage control.
Wiz: Blanka: The electical man-beast from Brazil.
Boomstick: And Raiden, the Electrical defender of Earthrealm.
Wiz: I'm Wizard and he's Boomstick and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a death battle.
Blanka[]
Wiz: One fateful day, a man named Jimmy was in a plane which later crash landed in the Amazons.
Boomstick: He had to camouflage himself in order to hide from predators, resulting in a permanent green skin color.
Wiz: Before hunting, he had to feed off electric eels, allowing him to resist electricity and dish it out. Also, no Boomstick, you can't eat eels and produce electricity.
Boomstick: Fine.
Wiz: Anyways, he managed to return to civilization by accident and befriended Dan Hibiki.
Boosmtick: So I guess Dan can only make friends with weird jungle human creatures. Anyways, he later applied for Second World Warrior Tournament and discovered how much more agile he was compared to everyone else.
Wiz: He uses a special fighting style he learned fighting wild animals. It focuses on speed and unpredictable movements as well as fighting in a savage-like skill.
Boosmtick: He's got the Beastly Roll, which like Ryu's Tasumonki Senpykykui, completely lets him defy gravity and hurl into an opponent while rolling.
Wiz: Tatsumaki Senpukyaku. His Ground Shave Roll functions like the Spin Dash and lets him charge up his spinning attack.
Boomstick: Shout of Earth lets him fire off a wave of electrical energy and the 'Electic Thunder which lets him crouch and emit electicity.
Wiz: Jungle heat allows him to jump onto an enemy and bite and electrocute his opponent at the same time.
Boomstick: The Vertical Roll allows him to jump up and spin and then unleash a heavy kick.
Wiz: Coward Crouch allows Blanka to go into a prone position and dodge all projectiles.
Boomstick: But the move you've really gotta watch out for is the Lightning Cannonball lets him spin into the opponent while surrounded by electricity.
Wiz: He's strong enough to knock back Zangief, who regularly wrestles Ussuri Brown Bears as a hobby. He's tough enough to defeat M. Bison, and was even able to destroy the Psycho Drive. It was with help but his help came from Dan and Sakura. So Blanka had help from one fighter.
Boomstick: But he's nowhere near perfect. He's not exactly much of a strategist and he was trained by Dan Hibiki, so basically anti-training.
Wiz: But his love for his friends and family are a constant and the reason he's so formidable. Mess with his loved ones and you'd be shocked by what he can do.
Blanka: The jungle taught me secrets you will never know!
Raiden[]
Wiz: Not much is known about Raiden's past. the only thing known was that he was a defender.
Boomstick: Now let's get to the abilities. He can control electricity, fly, and wields a wooden staff. He has a move called Sparkport that lets him teleport behind his opponent.
Wiz: His Lightning attack lets him shoot Lightning. Of course. It can be charged for extra damage.
Boomstick: Electric Fly lets him fly into his opponent and ram him into a wall.
Wiz: Shocking Touch makes him grab his opponent and hold them while electrocuting his opponent and then punches them into the ground.
Boosmtick: Vicinity Blast lets him use lightning at a closer range and knocks back the foe.
Wiz: The Electic Slide lets him slide towards his opponent, shoulder-tackling them and electrocuting them at the same time.
Boomstick: His Rising Thunder lets him rush and do a lightning-charged uppercut.
Wiz: And his Static Trap lets him place an orb of electricity that shocks anyone who touches it. If Raiden shoots another electric orb and shoots Lightning at it, a current will flow and electrocute the sucker caught in it.
Boomstick: Raiden is strong enough to smash concrete, tough enough to beat Shao Kahn, and skilled enough to fight Liu Kang and Kung Lao.
Wiz: But in order to fight with others, he must take on a mortal human form.
Boomstick: But that doesn't make him a pushover. Believe me, mess with this guy and the results will shock you.
Raiden: I am of truth and light. I protect Earthrealm.
Pre-Death Battle[]
Wiz: Alright! The combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.
Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Death Battle[]
Location: Raiden's Temple.
Blanka was looking for Dan and found a temple. He kept exploring until he ran into Raiden.
Raiden: Who are you and what are you doing here?
Blanka: I'm looking for a friend. Is he in here?
Raiden: What's he look like?
Blanka: He's tallish, has a ponytail, wears pink, and has no feet.
Raiden: Sorry, but he's not in here.
Blanka: How do I know you're telling the truth? You could just be working for Shadaloo.
Raiden: Who?
Blanka: Don't play dumb. Tell me where he is or else.
Raiden: Well, if you won't leave, I'll just have to make you.
Fight!
Blanka ran towards raiden and swung at him, but Raiden caught his arm and threw him to the roof. Blanka used the Vertical Roll and knocked Raiden back. Raiden got up and used Lightning and electrocuted Blanka.
Blanka: Take this!
Blanka used the Beastly Roll, but Raiden knocked Blanka off course with Rising Thunder.
Raiden: Surrender and leave.
Blanka: Never!
Blanka initiated the Ground Shave Roll and hit Raiden back. Blanka used the Ground Shave Roll, but was interrupted by the Static Trap. Raiden later sent Blanka flying with the Rising Thunder.
Blanka: You're going down!
Blanka used the Lightning Cannonball, but Raiden used the Electric Fly. The two collide.
Blanka: I killed a creature by this way once, and I shall do it again.
Raiden: Don't bet on it.
Raiden blew Blanka back and used the Electric Fly again to slam Blanka to a wall. Raiden used the Shocking Touch and punched down Blanka. Raiden brought out his staff and started beating down Blanka and then used the Vicinity Blast and knocked Blanka into a wall and then threw him to the other side of the room.
Blanka: You're going DOWN!
Blanka used the Electric Thunder, but Raiden beat him down using his staff. Raiden uppercut Banka upwards and teleported and punched him towards the wall. Raiden charged up Lightning. Blanka decided to seize Raiden's vulnerability and started charging up the Ground Shave Roll. Bothe combatants charged their moves for about ten minutes. Both released their attacks, but Blanka was hit by the Lightning, but not before Raiden was blown back.
Raiden: You are a mighty foe, but this fight is far from over.
Blanka used Jungle Heat to bite and electrocute Radien, but only one of them visibly affected him. Raiden started teleporting around Blanka, confusing him. Raiden teleported in front of him and punched him back. Raiden teleported behind him and kicked his back and knocked him down. Blanka threw a swipe, but Raiden caught it and threw him into a wall. Raiden teleported near Blanka and grabbed him. He started to fly and dragged him on the wall in a Ridley fashion. Blanka got up.
Raiden then grabbed Blanka's head.
Raiden: Let's see how much electricity your head can take.
Raiden sent electricity into Blanka's brain and then overloaded it, causing it to explode.
Raiden: I shall remember this fight.
Results[]
Boomstick: Hey, Blanka lost his head like Pikachu did!
Wiz: Blanka is a fierce foe for anyone, but Raiden's superior strength, speed, tactics, training, and electrokinesis prevailed.
Boomstick: Blanka may be able to blow back Zangief, but Raiden can shatter concrete, which is way harder than Zangief.
Wiz: Raiden's Sparkport made him faster in the fight and his tactics were far better than Blanka's.
Boosmtick: Training obviously went to Raiden since Blanka was trained by Dan, a guy so weak that he gets beat up by high school girls. Plus, while Blanka was able to defeat M. Bison, Raiden beat Shao Kahn. And Shao Kahn can obviously beat M. Bison.
Wiz: Raiden's electric attacks were far better than Blanka's. Since Blanka uses his electricity to augment his attacks and not much more, his electrokinesis was lesser than Raiden's. Plus, Blanka is resistant to charges as strong as an electric eel's, but lightning is FAR better.
Boomstick: The outcome of this fight wasn't really shocking to anyone.
Wiz: The winner is Raiden.
