History[]
Known best as the Black Knight, he was Daein's most powerful general during The Mad King's War, and a member of Daein's Four Riders. However, he is first seen as Zelgius when he is sent, along with reinforcements, to Ike and his Crimean Liberation Army after their conquest of Nevassa, his actions would become a motivator for Ike during his time as leader of the Greil Mercenaries. He is very tall and possesses the sword Alondite, noticeably similar in design to Ike's Ragnell.
