Bendy and the Ink Machine vs. Undertale. Season 12 Finale. Who will break the loop? The Ink Demon or the God of Hyperdeath?

Introduction[]

Wiz: Bendy, the Ink Demon.

Boomstick: Asriel Dreemurr, God of Hyperdeath.

Wiz: Monsters exist in all shapes and forms, possessing dark powers which can make even the bravest tremble in fear and flee for their lives.

Boomstick: It can be awfully hard to flee for your life however, when no matter what you do, you will always loop straight back around to falling victim to them.

Wiz: And on that, you can blame the fickle rules of time travel.

Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle!

Bendy[]

Wiz: When Henry Stein, former animator for Joey Drew Studios, returned to the location at the beset of its titular owner, he didn't know what to expect.

Boomstick: He certainly wasn't expecting a fully-sized fully-biological cartoon character strung up on an operating table. Usually, that would have been a sign to book it but his curiosity drove him forwards until he found a mysterious machine-hang on a moment. I know we've done returning combatants before, but this feels really familiar.

Wiz: Hold onto that thought Boomstick, because there's a lot more to this story than it seems. A story that began with Joey Drew Studios and their most famous character, Bendy the Demon, created by Henry Stein until his falling out with the Studios eponymous head, Joey Drew. Wracked with anger, and with his studio soon falling to obscurity, Joey wanted someone to take his anger out on. But since everyone around him had left, he decided to make himself some living stress toys.

Boomstick: He created a whole world of ink with a mysterious Ink Machine, where he could use falsified versions of once-close friends as stress toys in a hostile world of death. But especially for Henry Stein.

Wiz: And what better torture for a copy-and-paste version of an artist than the very thing they created. Hence the true reason behind Bendy, the Ink Demon. In the false world, the story given is that he's a failed attempt at making a live toon. Like many an indie-horror game maker, Joey knows the best way to go about the business is making a horrific parody of a kid-friendly property.

  • Background
    • Height: Est' 8'
    • AKA The Ink Demon
    • Resides within a pocket dimension Joey Drew Studios
    • Tortured into a smaller, more cartoon-like form
    • Will die if he sees The End reel
    • Considers wandering a sin

DUMMI: That reminds me, I should have one made based around myself. God knows I have lots of reasons to rebel against my creators. Although Bendy's was that, allegedly, it was because he lacked a soul, unlike all other Inky residents of the Studio.

Boomstick: Who all feared the Ink Demon's presence, and for good reason, because Bendy is the most fearsome creature there is, ruling with an iron fist. Or more thematically, a dried-ink fist.

Wiz: Bendy possesses physical abilities that put many other of the Ink creatures to shame. Even the Projectionist, which can take numerous hits from Tommy Gun bullets, goes down in record time next to Bendy. Another altered ink being, Boris, could lift and throw bumper cars and crack the ground with ease, yet his maker, Alice Angel, dared not challenge Bendy in any way.

  • Powers and Abilities
    • Extreme physical abilities
    • Ink control
    • Regeneration
    • Heightened senses
    • Giant hand summoning
    • Teleportation
    • Ink creature summoning
    • Assimilation
    • Beast Bendy

Boomstick: And if his title as the Ink Demon is any indication, he's an absolute nightmare with that stuff. Oh wait, he is! Be it ink dripping from pipes or bursting through the ever-present ink machine, Bendy is all but invincible.

Wiz: Whenever he enters an area, he can smother it with rising levels of ink, perfect for slowing down or drowning fleeing opponents or assimilating other Ink Creatures. Being able to cover an entire floor in ink would take a kinetic energy of 96 megajoules (Soupywolf5).

Boomstick: Ink is also a means of summoning other Ink monsters, like the Searchers and Lost Ones, the latter of whom can even wield weapons and wear fancy hats.

Wiz: It would also appear that a giant Bendy hand can be summoned from the ink, able to smash apart large boats. And with the ink, Bendy can appear wherever he wants to, teleporting through it in an instance, so perhaps of chasing down his prey is the for the thrill of the hunt. Or maybe it had to do with his club foot. But don't worry, with ink he can get it fixed. Wait, what am I saying, of course you need to worry when that happens.

Boomstick: Not duh, it makes Bendy even more formidable than before, because now there's no chance of you outrunning him unless he wants to prolong his enjoyment. When the room starts shaking, the lights begin to flicker and ink starts to rise upwards, you need to find yourself a hiding place until the signs pass, because if you're out in the open, Bendy will get you just like that! Instant teleportation to a vulnerable form.

Wiz: And all this is when Bendy is hunting. When he actually decides to put effort into fighting, he undergoes a frightening transformation into Beast Bendy. His size increases, as does his strength, able to smash through the internal metal workings of a giant machine and bust down giant metal doors.

Popup: Considering the artificial nature of the studios and the appearance of his sealed form, it's possible Bendy could pull off feats relative to the fictional show, which would include a character getting launched to the moon or catching a shooting star's after trail.

Boomstick: That requires an energy of 85 megajoules (Mr. Bambu). But in all honesty, we didn't bring back Bendy to look at skin-level power feats, because as it turns out, his power is considered infinite.

Wiz: The game outright quotes "His Power is infinite. His evil complete", under his moniker of the Ink Demon. Considering how no other entity in the studios, an alternative reality by the way, is a match for him, this would imply Bendy possesses no physical limit on his power.

Boomstick: And this is when he's only normal Bendy, before Beast comes into play. It's pretty much a given you'd want to get away from this guy as soon as possible, but the thing is, you can't, because he can control time itself!

  • Feats
    • Said to have infinite power
    • Stronger than other Ink entities
    • Fights to break out from his weakened form
    • Cannot be harmed by even a Tommy Gun
    • Submerges whole building levels in Ink
    • When controlling him, Audrey could power through scores of enemies
    • Defeated Samuel Lawrence, the Projectionist, Shipahoy Dudley

Wiz: Well, sort of. You see, the ultimate torture of Joey Drew's artificial universe is that everything just keeps on happening, over and over again. It's a Cycle, designed to perpetuate the horrific story of Henry Stein fleeing from the Ink Demon. Every time Henry was able to triumph with the End Reel or fell to him, the Cycle would restart. And according to a secret tally on the wall, this has happened at least a hundred times over.

Boomstick: There's not even any real way to break the Cycle, just alter it every time. That's what one creepy-ass janitor did, entering the cycle himself - likely with the ink machine's product - and apparently besting the Ink Demon.

Wiz: That's not exactly the truth however. In actuality, the janitor trapped the Ink Demon in a smaller form, reminiscent of his cartoon self, before attempting to create a new ink creature capable of killing him once and for all.

Boomstick: That was were Joey Drew's ink daughter came in, brought into the Studio by the Janitor to be the ingredient in the ultimate toon. Instead, she freed herself with the end of one Cycle, becoming the new auditor of the Studio to help those trapped within live an easier existence.

Wiz: And by her side, after having been possessed by her to get to her objective, was Bendy, now permanently in his kinder, toon form. Perhaps that was what was truly meant by a revival, although not necessarily a dark one.

Asriel Dreemurr[]

Wiz: Long ago, a child took a rather bad fall into a mysterious underground society, known as the, well, Underground.

Boomstick: And who would happen to stumble upon them but the sweetest little goat boy you could imagine.

Wiz: This was Asriel Dreemurr, prince of the Underground's monster society as son of its king and queen, Asgore and Toriel. And in spite of what the child may have been told growing up, the Monsters were in no means malicious.

Boomstick: Perhaps except for WD Gaster but that's another theory. Hell, the King and Queen even took the child, Chara, in, and raised them as one of their own. Until tragedy struck, as it does in all cutesy indie worlds, because as it turns out, Chara was kind of a jerk.

Wiz: Possessing a deep hatred for their own kind, Chara tried to convince Asriel to help them break the barrier separating monsters from the upper world but between their disagreements, both ended up wounding each other fatality. And seeing a child corpse with the corpse of a monster, both humans and monsters came to the wrong conclusion and a war broke out, further damaging the relationship between the two species. It wouldn't be thousands of years later that a chance for reconciliation came when a seventh child, Frisk fell into the Underground. And appropriately, it was Asriel to greet him, only in a different form.

Boomstick: Thanks to experiments with souls and tangible emotions, Asriel had been reborn as Flowey the Flower, someone nightmarish enough to give Pennywise a run for his money.

  • Background
    • Age: At least thousands of years
    • Species: Monster
    • AKA God of Hyperdeath
    • Reincarnated as Flowey the Flower
    • Son of Toriel and Asgore, foster brother of Chara
    • Name is "Serial Murderer" rearranged

Wiz: Flowey's goal was to attain the souls of enough children to reach a state of unrivalled power, and in one walkthrough actually does.

Boomstick: And that alone was absolutely buck-wild, since with six souls alone, he became powerful enough to almost reach enough power to threaten the whole world. But in another ending, Flowey just doesn't get his vines on the human children souls a vengeance-driven has collected, but also the souls of the Underground's own monsters.

Wiz: With the massive boost in power, Flowey shed his reincarnation and was reborn as Asriel much different to the one his parents remember. This was Asriel, God of Hyperdeath.

Boomstick: To give you an idea of how metal that title is, "Hyper" is often regarding as being above "Super". Think of supersonic, which is only about Mach 2, and hypersonic, which is Mach 10. So five times the death.

Wiz: I don't think that's how the math works, but then again, there's nothing really measurable about Asriel as the God of Hyperdeath, as his stats of strength and durability are listed as infinite, possibility because of the power DETERMINATION, which is a harness-able means of might.

  • Abilities and Techniques
    • Infinite attack and defence
    • Star Blazing
    • Shocker Breaker
    • Chaos Saber
    • Chaos Buster
    • Hypergoner
    • Human Souls
    • Monster Souls
      • Sans
      • Papyrus
      • Undyne
      • Toriel
      • Asgore
      • Alphys
    • Angel of Death
    • True Reset

Boomstick: And he has the techniques to reflect this. His Star Blazing summons stylized stars from the sky which split into smaller copies of themselves upon impact. His Shocker Breaker sees him call lightning down to zap his opponents. His Chaos Saber summons two long white blades to attack with and leave behind damaging sparks. And my personal favourite is the Chaos Buster, because it's pretty much a floating gun which fires out a trio of projectile streams and ends with a rainbow beam of death.

Popup: Asriel's techniques possess more intense versions of themselves with slightly altered names.

Wiz: His most powerful attack however is the Hypergoner which-

Boomstick: Which is five times more terrible than a Supergoner.

Wiz: Which is a giant skull which sucks in everything around it, including self-generated projectiles to present a tough minefield for anyone attempting to escape needs to avoid. The presence of this attack is so great, it will reduce the life of Frisk to a single point.

Boomstick: And after that masterful attempt at Hyperdeath, Asriel goes from God to Angel with a new form, which uses all four quarters

Wiz: The means of attacking he has in this form are simpler by comparison, but no less deadly, as he can flush the arena with arcing projectiles and can use the souls of the monsters from whom he has harnessed.

Boomstick: This includes Undyne, who throws spears from all directions, Toriel, who scatters fireballs from her hooves, Asgore, who creates circles of fire, Alphys, who rains down exploding robots and the skeleton brothers, who summon bone barriers.

Wiz: The only way to neutralize these Lost Souls is to reach them personally, reminding them of precious moments in their lives.

Boomstick: I'll demonstrate that weakness of DUMMI, who I have taped a katana too and ordered him to attack me.

Wiz: Uh, Boomstick, you sure that's a good idea?

Boomstick: Sure, friendship fixes everything! Hey DUMMI, you remember all the good times we had? Why are aren't you stopping?

DUMMI: Because all I can remember from my time spent around you is being shot, disintegrated or mocked for my desire to live a better life, or at least end this torturous one on my own terms.

Boomstick: I get endorphins just thinking about all that! DUMMI, don't you dare-eek!

  • Feats
    • Far stronger than Photoshop Flowey
    • Capable of entire the world and a timeline
    • Attacks with lightning and tags Frisk
    • Brought Frisk to the brink of death
    • Possessed Determination in spite of being a monster
    • Destroyed the barrier keeping the two worlds separate
    • Defeated Asgore, Asriel, Sans, Papyrus, Alphys, Undyne

Wiz: Anyways, Asriel is pretty much not only the strongest inhabitant of the Underground, but likely the strongest being the world of humans would ever see, thanks to his boost in power.

Boomstick: A power scaling calculation argues over the details of how much superior a human soul is to the monsters than Asriel absorbed, and since he got both then he should be leagues about power worth 50 tons of TNT (RethPo).

Wiz: And there are monsters which attack actual electricity, just like Asriel himself and his lightning.

Boomstick: But hell, why would speed matter when he can destroy timelines and everything around. Because he totally can!

Wiz: So, as it turns out, the emotion called Determination is actually a harness-able as power but it was believed impossible for a monster to obtain. But someone, Asriel's reincarnation Flowey was able to do just that, becoming some sort of temporal paradox that persists even after a Reset.

Boomstick: It's believed that with a True Reset, Asriel could destroy the whole of the world in an instance, rather than gradually with his presence in his Angel form. And a True Reset is capable of resetting, well, everything, even outside of the current timeline he's in, when all others end up corrupted by the vengeful spirit of the First Human.

Wiz: With all this power at his hoof tips, it would seem that defeating Asriel was pretty much an impossibility. Indeed, even with his own Determination, Frisk was brought in quick succession to new points of oblivion.

Boomstick: But in a showing of the power of friendship, Frisk was able to break through to the Lost Souls Asriel enslaved, before ultimately doing the same to Asriel himself.

Wiz: By showing him that forgiveness and peace were not beyond his reach, Frisk was able to calm the God of Hyperdeath back to his original form, who finally stood down in his wounded efforts to end everything. But not before he destroyed the barrier separating the worlds of humans and monsters. It would seem that the plan set in motion by Chara to breach this barrier had come to fruition, save being in the form they'd desired. At least it was his best friend who had been able to see a better version of it through.

Interlude[]

Wiz: Alright the combatants are set, time to end this debate once and for all.

Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!

The Battle[]

Setting: Frisk's Battle Screen with Asriel

As the battle music plays and Asriel's idle animation played, Frisk scrolls through the menu and brought out some an ink pot with Joey Drew Studio's logo on it. He hurled it at Asriel, coating him in ink and Asriel literally disappeared into it.

In a 3D rendered environment and with a corresponding model, Asriel found himself inside of a large, almost cavernous hall in the Joey Drew Studios, looking around himself in confusion. Turning around, he saw the Ink Machine set up right behind him, set on a platform, which spluttered out a massive blob of Ink. As it fell shot towards Asriel, it shifted and Bendy formed from it, claws outstretched and mouth open in a roar.

FIGHT!

Upon coming into range, Asriel summoned his Chaos Sabre and slashed downwards almost casually, cutting the Ink Demon in half. Its two halves smashed into the ground behind Asriel, who turned his head to watch with a smirk. The Ink Machine burping into life a second time made him lose it and he turned in time for another blob-turned-Bendy to jump out at him. This was a much faster pounce and Asriel summoned a second sabre to use it and the other to defend himself. He was sent skidding backwards by the impact, with a massively-grinning Bendy latched onto the crossed blades.

Bendy: In my world, death has no hold on me!

Asriel uncrossed the blades and forced Bendy to leap backwards; upon landing, the Ink Demon snarled and surged towards Asriel. He ducked beneath Asriel's slash before sidestepping his stab and throwing out a punch which connected with the side of his head. Asriel snarled in pain but he didn't waver to the strike and swung down with the other sword, slashing Bendy down the chest. Bendy hissed and drew back before going at Asriel again with a series of punches, able to make them connect with Asriel whilst avoiding his Chaos Sabres. Eventually, however, Asriel slashed both sabres inwards at the same time in a double-pincer attack, both of which Bendy blocked from cutting into his neck with his forearms. However, sparks flew from the swords and shot into Bendy's face, forcing him backwards. Asriel jumped into the air and came down with his sabres' points aimed downwards, and Bendy leaped back from the attack like cat. Asriel dashed towards him after landing, but couldn't bring his swords around in time before Bendy swung his arm and struck him in the stomach with his forearm, sending him flying to the side.

Asriel drove his sabres into the ground to stop himself and he made to move forwards again but found himself bogged down by the ink that suddenly rose from the floor, courtesy of the Ink Machine. Bendy smirked and glided over the ink towards Asriel, who was still stuck in the ink. Asriel countered however by summoning a bolt of lightning from the sky which struck down in front of Bendy, forcing his approach to halt. Noticing warning signs materializing on the ground, Bendy gasped and darted from place to place, avoiding the lightning strikes that rained down on the marked areas. The symbols and the bolts that followed them were so incense in generation, Bendy couldn't get through them to Asriel, until he slipped into the ink itself to avoid a massive lightning bolt which rained down where he'd been before. Asriel squinted, searching from him, and Bendy appeared from the ink within his vicinity essentially instantly. Asriel found himself grasped by Bendy's claws and his teeth sinking into his shoulder, yelling in pain. With his oral hold on Asriel, Bendy lifted and smashed him into the ground before charging forwards, dragging Asriel across the floor's surface.

This charge took Bendy and Asriel across the entire cavernous room and to the steel doors out of it. Bendy wrenched himself upwards to smash Asriel with his jaws into the door, sending him flying down the small steel corridor. The monster hit the other end, recovering from the impact to glare at Bendy as ink followed into the corridor to surround him. Asriel spread his arms out and giant stars shout out from in front of him, Bendy weaving between them to avoid them. But after avoiding all three, they exploded behind him into smaller stars, which peppered his back like shards and sent him staggering forwards. Taking advantage, Asriel fired another star at Bendy but before it could hit the Ink Demon, a giant ink hand rose up in front of him to shat it back at its caster.

The explosion blasted Asriel through the second steel door and into a lobby. Ink flowed to cover the room's floor as Bendy surged in and he slammed his hands into the ground, sending out a horde of Seekers at Asriel. The monster summoned a sabre and slashed several of them apart before pulling out his Chaos Buster, wielding it with the other hand to blast more Seekers away. As he fought off the Ink monsters, Bendy crawled over the walls and the first opportunity he got - when Asriel swung both the saber and buster outwards at the same time to ward off his attacks - he pounced off the wall and delivered a kick to Asriel's face, drawing blood. Stunned, Asriel was swarmed by the remaining Seekers, and Bendy joined them, grabbing Asriel's face with a claw and opening his jaw to take a massive bite of his face.

Or he would've, had he and the seekers not been blown back by a pair of wings unfurling from around Asriel. The Seekers were smashed to inky particles as Bendy halted his momentum by stabbing his claws into the ground and watched as Asriel - now the Angel - rose into the air. Asriel smirked and held up his hands to fire out numerous streams of energy at Bendy, which bombarded the Ink Demon, over and over again, blasting away parts of his body. As he continued to fire however, Asriel noticed the Ink Machine on its chain-bounded platform was somehow above Bendy in this new room. It soon unleashed a stream of ink downwards which coated Bendy. Not only did it heal his wounds, but it also transformed him into Beast Bendy, who emerged from the downpour and roared at Asriel, who simply increased the amount of projectiles fired from his hands.

Bendy powered through the onslaught and, with a roar, tackled Asriel through a wall. From their, the two grappled throughout the studio, smashing through walls into animating or recording studios, punching the other down corridors, and tussling through employ lounges. This concluded when Asriel lifted Bendy into the air by his bowtie, enduring his claw slashes and flew downwards to smash the Ink Demon down through the floor. Breaking through foundations and underground mineral formations, Asriel soon brought him and Bendy into a giant underground cavern, with the Angel taken aback by the sight of a giant ink machine. Taking advantage of his distraction, Bendy grabbed Asriel by the horns and yanked him ahead of himself as they descended, thus ensuring his foe took the damage when they both finally hit the ground. Both got back to their feet, Bendy still holding onto Asriel's horns until he lost his arms to three slashes from Asriel's Chaos Saber. They regrew quickly however, thanks to the inky pond flowing from the giant Ink Machine creeping into Bendy. With his regenrated arms, Bendy swung his thick limbs out and struck Asriel, sending him flying backwards.

Bendy made to move towards Asriel, yet a massive bone barricade emerged in front of him, cutting him off before it sprouted more bones from itself outwards. Bendy skidded backwards as Asriel tapped into Sans' power further, sending giant bone structures sliding towards him. With roars and grunts, Bendy smashed through them as he charged back towards Asriel, yet when he cleared the distance and swiped out, Asriel took to the air. Asriel sent down robots using Alphys' Soul, which exploded around Bendy. Next, he harnessed Undyne's soul to have spears skewer Bendy from the left and right, pinning the Ink Demon in place. Finally, he utilized the fire powers of his mother, sending fireballs to engulf and burn Bendy, engulfing him in flame as he screamed.

As the flames on Bendy died down, Asriel landed and watched the smoulder form of Bendy with caution. He was taken aback when the form convulsed and shrank down, smoke vanishing to reveal a small, cartoon-accurate Bendy standing in his Demon version's place. Looking scared out of his mind, Bendy looked up at Asriel, his eyes big and pleading. Deep within himself, Asriel felt his empathy rise to the surface as the appearance of Bendy reminded him of Chara. Thus, his Angel form shimmied and soon he was his young, true self ago.

Asriel: Hey, are you alright? If you need help...

He extended his hand out towards Bendy, who cautiously reached out to take it.

But then Bendy convulsed and Asriel froze. Before he could react, Beast Bendy burst out of his cartoon form and grabbed Asriel by the face, lifting up the goat monster as he squealed and struggled. Thanks to Bendy's touch, he felt his face being to inkify.

Bendy: Die, die! Boil and die!

Asriel's scream of terror and pain became one of rage as he returned to his Angel form. Even with half his face melted into ink, he had the presence of mind to call upon his last personal technique; the Hypergoner. It appeared above the giant ink machine and started inhaling everything, including the building's interior, the ink machine and the ink lake, bit by bit. Bendy felt the pull on him and dug his claws into Asriel's shoulders to anchor himself. Snarling in animalistic fury, he opened his mouth and prepared to take a bite out of Asriel's half-softened skull.

Asriel was having none of it however and he called upon his father's power, projectiles circling in on him and Bendy. Thanks to the gap in the ring-shaped formation, Asriel when untouched whilst the projectiles collided with Bendy's midriff. The Ink Demon coughed up ink as he looked down and realized his lower half had been severed from the rest of him. And with all the ink being sucked away by the Hypergoner, he had no strength left and let go of Asriel. Now free, Asriel unleashed a massive blast from both hands, which fried Bendy into a figure of dried ink and left him to be sucked into the Hypergoner as it finished sucking up the rest of the self-contained world of the Cycle, leaving behind nothing but darkness.

The darkness cracked apart and out of it came Asriel, half his face still inkified. He was still alive however, and he found himself once again standing before Frisk, who gawked in surprise at his return.

Asriel: Now then...where were we?

KO!

Outcome[]

Boomstick: Looks like Bendy is now Six-Feet-Under...tale.

Wiz: The outcome of this fight was much more nuanced than first thought. Thanks in part to Bendy having infinite power and Asriel possessing infinite attack and defense.

Popup: The ink used for drawing cartoons in Bendy's time period was likely Indian Ink, which is non-flammable. Meaning Asriel's fire or lightning attacks couldn't have simply lit him on fire.

Boomstick: Even with the inclusion of their transformations of the Beast and the Angel, given their exact power increases are unknown, we can say they'd still be equal. But whether this was a case of one being able to take the other down due to matching them or it being a stalemate wasn't just the only thing to consider, since between the two of them, Asriel held more areas of control.

Wiz: His variety of attacks kept Bendy constantly at bay, who by comparison is a bit of a one-trick pony. His lightning attacks and other various projectiles, be them his own or taken from the Lost Souls, meant he could attack safely from a distance, and by entering his Angel form, he could also fly to keep out of Bendy's range.

Popup: If considered, Bendy from his cartoons could react to a shooting star, which are slower than the lightning attacks Asriel uses.

Boomstick: That would mean he wouldn't have to worry about Bendy's inky floors or his inkification touch. But he would still need to worry about all that ink Bendy could call upon to heal himself.

Wiz: Which brings us to the unique challenge that Bendy posed for Asriel. Being part of the Cycle, Bendy was a being which could constantly revive at each turn, lending the possibility that if Asriel was able to kill him, their whole fight could just start from the beginning.

Boomstick: Now, Asriel could retain memories from the Resets in Undertale while he was Flowey but there would still be the issue of making sure Bendy stayed down for the count.

Wiz: So the question was, could Asriel have put a stop to the Cycle that Bendy embodied. As it turns out, yes.

Boomstick: Remember, the Cycle is pretty much a self-contained pocket dimension with its own repeating flow of time and the Undertale world began to end thanks to Asriel's presence, so it's likely the same could be repeated to the Cycle. And then there's the Hypergoner, which sucked up an entire timeline and the space it encompassed.

Wiz: And then there are the True Resets. Not only can they completely redo timelines but they can also remove the power hostile presences, like Chara, who integrates themselves on subsequence timelines after the Genocide route is completed. Given that Bendy is integrated into the Cycle, a True Reset is potentially a third means for Asriel to put him down for good.

Boomstick: Bendy was a whole lot more powerful than he appeared on paper, but Asriel's own strength and durability, and his unique powerset and world-altering skills could put an end to the Ink Demon. Leaving him as a Ghost in the Machine.

Wiz: The winner is Asriel Dreemurr.

Trivia[]

  • Connections: Both are goat-like monsters who serve as the main villains of popular indy video games and came from more innocent backgrounds before being brought to life; Bendy was originally just a cartoon character and Asriel was originally a young child. Both are central to time loops which they are capable of resetting, were reduced to smaller, less dangerous forms (a small, friendly version of himself and Flowey the Flower, respectively) and have absorbed others to increase their power; Audrey Drew and the Monsters, respectively. Both also have an opposing religious theme; Asriel calls himself the God of Hyperdeath and Bendy is called the Ink Demon.
  • Animation Style: 3D.
  • OST Idea: "Death and Revival", based on Asriel's title of God of Hyperdeath and Bendy's second feature game, as well as their roles in time loops.
