This is the Twelfth episode of the Third season of Dandyclaw's Death Battle.
Interlude[]
Wiz: At some point in their life, every teenage girl struggles to survive in high school and the real world, whether it’s being top of their class, captain of the sports team
Boomstick: Or protecting the world from the forces of evil as a ninja or a superhero, all while keeping it all a secret from their peers.
Wiz: Barbara Gordon, the Batgirl and daughter of Comissioner Gordon...
Boomstick: And Ibuki, the Glade of Ninja’s prodigy student from Street Fighter. He’s Wiz and I’m Boomstick.
Wiz: It's our job to analyze their armor, weapons, and skills, to find out who would win.....a Death Battle!
Ibuki is on scene just in time for Death Battle[]
o Wiz: Years ago, the deadly ninja clan known as the Geki clan discovered an abandoned baby girl in the forest. Seeing a potential warrior in the making, they decided to raise her to be the perfect ninja, untouched by the impurities of modern life.
o Boomstick: However, one of the ninjas known as Enjo believed the girl should have a choice in her life and was against the idea of turning an innocent child into a weapon of evil. So, he handed in his knife of resignation and left the Geki Clan, burning down their village to cover his escape with the girl in tow.
o Wiz: Enjo established his own village called the Glade of Ninjas and Ibuki was raised there, but vowed to allow her to also live a normal life and attend school when she got old enough, with the promise that she could decide what life she wanted once she graduated from high school: the life of ninja or the life of normal school girl
o Boomstick: I know which life I’d choose in a heartbeat. Ninja life is so much better than school life.
o Wiz: You never went to school in the first place. Ibuki was raised in the village in the countryside of Japan entirely composed of ninjas, hidden from society's watchful eyes, where she has trained in the deadly art of ninjutsu since childhood.
o Boomstick: After doing the same routine every day and attending a school for ninjas, she wished to live like a normal schoolgirl. Eventually she got that wish was appeal to attend school from elementary to high school, all the while returning home to her village to complete her ninjas training.
o Wiz: As a ninja, Ibuki is skilled in ninjutsu; specifically, its curriculum of martial arts. Unlike other ninjutsu character like Guy, her style emphasizes a more traditional depiction, like that of ninjutsu found in the regions of Iga and Koga, utilizing kicks, grabs, speed, agility and accuracy for an aggressive and deadly approach.
o Boomstick: But on most occasions, all Ibuki really wanted to do was to hang out with her friends and talk about typical girl stuff like movies, clothes, and handsome guys.
o Wiz: Ibuki's fighting style is characterized by her speed and agility. Several of her special moves are useful in both closing distance and evading her foe and their attacks. Her Hien, for example, is capable of letting her jump over most projectiles while following up with a vaulting kick, and her Kasumi Gake can allow her to pass through opponents entirely, giving her the potential to set up confusing cross-ups
o Boomstick: Or the potential to just confuse in general.
o Wiz: While she may not be as strong as other characters, Ibuki's attacks hit fast, and possesses a multitude of Target Combos that give her various extensions and conversions off many stray attacks.
o Boomstick: Ibuki also has access to various ninja tools to aid her in battle, like her kunai, or ninja throwing knife, which she carries multiple around in her satchel.
o Wiz: She also carries a camouflage blanket that allows her to blend in and conceal herself amongst trees and the like.
o Boomstick: Kunai aside, Ibuki’s packing smoke bombs, fuse bombs, a handful of shuriken and this nifty little gliding kite that lets her float around and dive-bomb people like some kind of crazed ninja magpie.
o Wiz: But there’s one more weapon in Ibuki’s arsenal: ki or chi depending on how you pronounce it. Ki is an energy that can be found in all living things, and martial artists like Ibuki have developed all kinds of techniques that take advantage of it.
o Boomstick: It’s the stuff that allows Ryu do Hadoukens or Chun Li do Kikoken.
o Wiz: Pretty much. Ibuki’s attacks tend to be a bit more basic than Ryu’s, but don’t think for an instant that that makes them any less effective.
o Boomstick: She can slug someone in the gut with an energy-charged fist using Raida. Or she can supercharge it and pull out her Yoroitoshi, a way stronger version that she can fire off as a projectile if she misses her first attack! But even that pales when compared to my favourite one… the Kachofugetsu!
o Wiz: The Kachofugetsu is Ibuki’s Critical Art, and one of the most powerful moves in her arsenal. It’s a combo that starts by kicking an opponent into the air, then getting up and sending them crashing back to earth with a vicious blast of ki.
o Boomstick: That’s as brutal as it is beautiful. It’s brutiful.
o Wiz: Through out her teaching as both a ninja and a student, Ibuki has come in contact with other Street Fighters like the goofy Elena and the hot-tempered Makoto, both of whom transferred her school during her senior year of high school.
o Boomstick: Being the martial arts prodigy she was, Makoto was constantly challenging Ibuki to a fight after she found out that she was a ninja. Although she would normal find excuses to ignore her and avoid a fight in school, the two would occasionally find time for friendly sparing matches after school.
o Wiz: After observing her in secret, Ibuki’s elders, impressed with how she has managed every duty that has been thrown at her even while also balancing her school life, decide that she is ready for her final ninja exam: to challenge the ancient master, Oro.
o Boomstick: Together with her friends, she travelled to the shrine on Mt. Atago, Oro favorite meditating spot and challenged him to fight. Though he accepted her challenge, he expressed his disappointment since he thought she was here to ask him on a date. Dude seriously, who in their right mind would ask that hideous face on a date?
o Wiz: Oro, with one arm bound, blocks, dodges or counters every attack she throws at him, and goads her to show him her true power. She responds with a Yoroitoshi attack, which Oro also blocks, just barely. However, he exclaims that she actually made him think about using both hands (something he hadn’t done in decades) and told her that although the fight was over since he doesn't want to hurt her, he commended her on an entertaining challenge.
o Boomstick: Since then, Ibuki pushed herself to the limit to master her ninja techniques and graduate from high school, ready to head to university the following summer.
o Wiz: She also faced her former revived Geki clan, who kidnapped her, her master, and her friends to force Ibuki to rejoin them and embrace her true heritage. With the help of her friends, she defeated the evil clan, proving once and fall that she was her own person not to be controlled.
o Boomstick: On her first day at college, she met a handsome student who originally helped convince her to choose said university and encouraged her to join his club to make new friends. And surprise, the university she ended up going to had a "club" that was the next stage of her advanced ninja training.
o Wiz: Despite all her training, Ibuki is a long way from perfect. She’s often called out for losing her focus. At one point she almost walked straight off a cliff because she was talking on a cellphone!
o Boomstick: Or there was that time she and her fellow ninjas were mediating and her cellphone went off in the middle of the session. Kids and technology these days, it’s a blessing and a curse.
o Wiz: But even with her flaws, there’s no denying that Ibuki is an extremely talented fighter who is sure to make her master proud.
o Boomstick: This is one ninja you don’t want to mess with
o Ibuki: "Hey, are you a fighter too?"
o Sakura: "Um, yeah. Why?"
o Ibuki: "Listen, if I beat you in a match, will you introduce me to some cool boys?"
o Sakura: "That's kind of a weird request...Okay! I think I know just the guy!"
o Ibuki: "Really? Awesome!"
Batgirl stalks the streets before Death Battle[]
o Wiz: Growing up in the crime filled city of Gotham, Barbara Gordan wanted nothing more than to join the rank of law enforcement to help protect her home the villains who polluted it.
o Boomstick: Too bad her dad, James Gordan, who was the commissioner of the Gotham Police department, wanted to keep his daughter as far away from the life as a cop as he could. After spending 40 years protecting the streets of Gotham, Jim had seen just how ugly the place could be and didn’t want that life for his child or the burden that came with it.
o Wiz: Just as headstrong as her father, Barbara swore that she would prove to her dad that she had what it took to be a crime fighter.
o Boomstick: Barabra enrolled in every martials arts class offered at her school, like Judo and Karate, and participated in a bunch of other after school sports like gymnastics and track and field to get her body in peak physical condition. She even got a job at her local library to keep her mind sharp as well knowledge the millions of books she had to read and categorized
o Wiz: As dedicated as she was towards her physical development, Barbara equally committed herself towards her academic achievements. Gifted with a photographic memory, she easily rose through the ranks of Gotham Heights High School and graduated early at the age of sixteen.
o Boomstick: But despite all of her accomplishments, her dad still wouldn’t approve of her being a cop, and the closing place she could to real police work was a job at the Gotham City Police Department library, the last place she wanted to be, myself included.
o Wiz: When the shadowy Batman, Barbara idolized them as well and decided that if she couldn’t be a police officer, she would become superhero instead.
o Boomstick: When Barbara discovered that Gordon was invited to a costume party, she decided to create a girl-version of Batman's costume, just to upset Gordon. But before she reveals herself to Gordon, Killer Moth and his henchmen crash the party, gunning for Bruce Wayne.
o Wiz: Thinking on instinct, Barbara decided to step in. She defeated Killer Moth and saved both her dad and Bruce Wayne, without any of them knowing who she really was, and became the city's newest vigilante, "Batgirl”
o Boomstick: Batgirl insinuated her way into the Dark Knight's lifestyle, despite Batman's persistent discouragement over her chosen profession. Her exploits eventually garnered the Dark Knight's attention, and soon Batgirl became part of Batman's ever-growing Bat-Family.
o Wiz: She carries pretty much everything that Batman has, except for one weapon obviously.
o Boomstick: She wields good ol' Batarangs, explosive gel just like Batsy, which allows her to spray targets and then detonate an explosion. Not to mention smoke bombs, pepper spray, Sleeping gas, Ice pelts, and her shocking gloves, she is just too good!
o Wiz: Of course, Batgirl wears her own custom Batsuit, lined with Kevlar and filled to the brim with advanced technology.
o Boomstick: She has a motorcycle and a grapple gun, allowing for transport, and thanks to her cape's specially made design, she is also capable of gliding.
o Wiz: With a strong understanding of technology and computer hacking, Batgirl knew she could prove useful to a team that relies on tech, like, y'know, Batman and Robin.
o Boomstick: But unlike Batman and Robin, Barbara was constantly trying to keep her identity a secret from her police commissioner father.
https://youtu.be/HP36Rjqpdu0?si=j2DQa9ib8KH_F56_
o Wiz: Jim almost did find out that Babara and Batgirl were the same person, but thanks to Batman’s quick thinking and Robin’s disguise, they were able to fool Jim and make him give up his investigation into Batgirl’s identity. Thanks to Bruce’s support, Barbara was able to complete college and get a job as a FBI profiler, jus the right job for Barbara and safe enough for her father’s approval.
o Boomstick: Wow, she really dodged a bullet there young lady, figuratively speaking that is. But that FBI job was nothing compared to her dream job of kicking ass across the streets of Gotham as the elusive Batgirl.
o Wiz: She’s held a robot T. Rex's jaws shut, survived falling several stories, wrestled a full-grown tiger to the ground, and was fast enough to dodge Livewire's lighting blasts
o Boomstick: You know, the female version of Spider-Man’s Electro, only younger and more attractive.
o Wiz: She’ also gone toe to toe with some of fiercest members of Batman’s Rogue Gallery, like the malicious Harley Quinn, the elusive Clayface, the charming but deadly Poison Ivy, and frustrated firework artist turned homicidal pyromaniac Firefly.
o Boomstick: She’s even held her own against Talia al Ghul, daughter of the fearsome Ra’s al Ghul, who is just as skilled of a fighter as her psychotic father. Sure Babs may have needed some help in the end, but any person who can survive a one on one fight with that crazy lady deserves some respect.
o Wiz: Barbara also received training from other vigilantes like Black Canary and Wonder Woman, two of the most powerful superheroines in the DC universe.
o Boomstick: She also befriend Super-Girl, and the two formed an even stronger bond than Batman and Superman ever did. Those are like fire and ice; they’ll never get along. Unlike Barbara and Kara, who are like two peas in the same superhero pod.
o Wiz: Though she is still just human, and she ended getting paralyzed from the waist down after the Joker ambushed her in his attempted to attack Jim.
o Boomstick: Heck, the only reason she was able to walk again was because of an implant in her head and spine that keeps her legs working.
o Wiz: But her crime days didn’t end there. During her time in a wheel chair, she rallied around her peers and kept fighting the good fight as Oracle.
o Boomstick: Remember those computer skills? Well, they sure came in handy here, along with her photographic memory. Plus, she can dodge bullets while in a freaking wheelchair! Man, I bet she'd kick ass at murderball.
o Wiz: After she returned to her role as Batgirl after some intense surgery thanks to Bruce, she teamed up with Batman’s other sidekicks, like Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin to keep Gotham city save when Batman mysteriously went missing. When
o Boomstick: She even joined other all-female super teams like the Birds of Prey or the DC Superhero Girl. I’m talking about the web-series not the tv show, because the show is just plane awful.
o Wiz: Despite all of her set back, Barbara has proven time and time again that she is just as capable of being Batman’s partner as any of his other male sidekicks. When she became an adult, she eventually took over the role as police commissioner of the GCPD and settled down with Nightwing to start a family of their own.
o Boomstick: She truly does know how to hang with the boys, and kick their ass during training. She’s the goddamn, motherf***in', na-na-na-na-na-na Batgirl!
o Batgirl: Protecting people runs in my veins. No matter what alias I go by, that's who I am… that's who I'll always be
Pre-Fight:[]
o Wiz: all right the combatants are set, lets end this debate once and for all.
o Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fight:[]
At the GCPD, Batgirl is leaning next to the-Bat Signal, watching a video on her phone. Shen freaks out when she gets a call on her Bat Phone and puts away her other phone to answer her phone.
Batgirl: Uh, Hello
Batman: Batgirl, what's your status at the GCPD.
Batgirl: Same as it was an hour ago, quite. Are you sure those reports were true about a ninja being spotted at the park.
Batman: Positive, and until we know for certain if this a member of the League or not, we need to be on full alert until we've caught.
Batgirl: And lucky me, I drew the short straw and had to be guard the building my bad works at. Hooray.
As Batgirl hangs up her phone, she hears a sound coming from behind the Signal. As She turns around, a mysterious figure hides behind an air vent. Batgirl looks for her opponent while the figure keeps circling her, until it silently jumps up on the rooftop door. The figure reveals to be Ibuki as she crouches down to avoid detection, watching Batgirl walk around looking for her. When she readies her shuriken to throw at Batgirl, her phone goes off. She quietly jumps behind the door to answer the call as Batgirl turns around to inspect the noise.
Ibuki: Elena really, this is very bad timing...yes I arrived safely, I just had get my settle before I started my ninja assignment...Yes I promise I'll pick you up a souvenir when I get home, but I really got to go now.
After she hangs up and putting away her phone, Ibuki looks behind the rooftop door, only she sees that Batgirl has vanished. Suddenly, three golden batarangs are tossed towards the young ninja. Thanks to her ninja skills, she is able to dodge the projectiles before turning around to face her opponent. Batgirl emerges from the shadows to confront her.
Batigirl: Seriously, what kind of ninja has a cell phone
Ibuki: What kind of superhero dresses up like a raccoon every right
Batigirl: It's a bat and the names Batgirl, and I'm about to wreck you.
Ibuki: You are welcome to try.
Both girls take fighting stances as they prepare to fight.
Batgirl tries landing some blows that Ibuki blocks before cornering her towards the edge of the building and throwing another batarang at her. Ibuki somersaults to avoid the batarang and back up from the edge, before she throws three shurikens at Batgirl. Batgirl backflips over the first two shurikens and swipes the final one to the side. Barbara then goes on the offense again and kicks Ibuki into the Batsignal. She recovers fast but notices the smashed Batsignal and hears the foot steps of the GCPD coming up the stairs.
Ibuki: Ooh. Sounds like we've got company. And that's my cue.
Ibuki pulls out a smoke bomb and throws it on the ground, creating a cloud of smoke. However, Batgirl activates her visor on her cowl, and locates Ibuki's heat signature. She runs through the smoke, just in time to see Ibuki on the edge of building with her gliding kite, ready to jump.
Ibuki: Bye-bye.
Ibuki then jumps off building and begins gliding away. Batgirl then pulls out her grabbling gun and fire it, hooking on to a nearby flag pole. She then jumps off and swings her way towards Ibuki, smacking into her and causing them both to crash through a window and into the GCPD evidence room. Both girls then struggle to get up and face each other.
Ibuki: Now that's what I call a smashing hit.
Batgirl: HeHe! You're a Comic Genius. Now Shut Up and Fight
After getting tot their feet, the two run towards each other. Ibuki tries punching Batgirl, but she dodges and tries kicking the girl ninja. Ibuki catches the kick, prompting Batgirl to flip backwards. Ibuki punches Barbara two times before trying to slam her into the ground, but Barbara manages to flip over her arm and punches her back. Ibuki tries kicking Batgirl, but she ducks before backflipping to avoid a punch.
While leaping back, Batgirl throws two batarangs at her opponent, who back flips to avoid both of them, striking the glass windows of the evidence display case, shattering it. After they both land on their feet, they resume their fighting stances, but not before Batgirl brings out her two electrified escrima sticks from her utility belt, while Ibuki pulls out two of her kunai knives.
Batgirl counters Ibuki’s knife attack and electrocutes her opponent with the escrima sticks, making her drop her knives.
Batgirl: Now that’s what I call a shocking turn of events
Ibuki: All this time i didn’t think you had a sense of humor
After avoiding another kick, Ibuki punches Batgirl and kicks her forward into one evidence room shelves, shattering the glass. Barbara narrowly avoids Ibuki's kick, which shatters another glass shelf. Batgirl swings escrima sticks and temporarily shocks the female ninja before she tries kicking Ibuki again, but she catches her leg and pins her against the wall. Barbara manages to push her back and tries stabbing her again with her sticks, but Ibuki blocks the attack and flips the both of them to pin Barbara on the ground between her legs.
Ibuki: Ready to give up yet
Batgirl: In...Your...Dreams
Ibuki takes out two more of her kunai knives and tries swinging them down at the pinned Batgirl. Barbara manages to narrowly avoid getting stabbed on the head before using her sticks to disarm Ibuki. Batgirl manages to turn around and pin Ibuki, but the female ninja's leg manages to block her punch. She barely misses Ibuki head when attempting to stab his opponent's head with her electric sticks. Batgirl then pins Ibuki's right arm down with her legs. While the two wrestle, Ibuki is free herself from Batgirl grabs before she kicks her into the air, then leaps up and unleashes a vicious blast of ki, sending Batgirl crashing back to the ground
Batgirl: What was that
Ibuki: Something better than you. Selfie time
Ibuki quickly pulls out her phone to snap a selfie of her and her injured opponent. Just as she puts it away, she sees Batgirl charging at her. Barbara throws a punch, which Ibuki dodged. She throws some knives at Barbara, who knocked them away with a batarang. Batgirl jumps into the air and grabbed Ibuki by her shoulders, before judo throwing her into a wall. She threw a series of Batarangs, which Ibuki either dodges or knocked out of the air with her knives. Ibuki picks herself up, and ran at Barbara, who does the same. Both reeled their fists back, preparing to throw a punch, before Ibuko pulls back and ducks, and extended a leg, tripping Batgirl in the process, and elbowing her in the gut as he fell, before kicking her away. This makes Barbara fall through the doors of the evidence room and out into the back hall way of GCOD, which Ibuki follows after her.
Barbara: Ok, I'm done playing around.
Barbara then pulled out a smoke bomb, and threw it to the ground as Ibuki lunges at her. Smoke filled the area, as Barbara pulled out her grapple line, and pulled herself up to the ceiling. Ibuki tries to flee her way through the smoke and stumbled back a bit. Batgirl then charges in from above with a furry of punches and kicks, before doing a few slashes with Batarangs in each of her hands. She then uppercuts Ibuki right in the jaw and kicked her through the doors into the holding cell area. Barbara jumped through the doors, and looks around for the ninja. Suddenly she hears a sound and turns around, a Batarang in her hand, just to find it was a rat. Barbara let out a sigh, when Ibuki comes flying out of nowhere, kicking her in the back and sending her falling to the floor. Ibuki then picks up Barbara and starts smashing her face in the bars of the cells. She then pulls out one of her knives and stabs it into Batgirl shoulder before lifting her over her head and throwing her through the door again, back into the hallway.
Ibuki: Had enough?
Batgirl: Not even close! I'm not losing to a wannabe like you.
Ibuki: Look, how about we take a minute and...
Batgirl: Stuff it, Ninja! I am taking you in.....one way or another.
Barbara spins back up onto her feet, and punched Ibuki square in the face. She delivered a flurry of punches, and grabbed her arm, and judo threw her at a large desk. Ibuki slams into it, causing it to break in half. Ibuki then pulls a rolling chair next to her and kicks it towards Barbara. As Batgirl jumps into the air, leaping over the chair, she is meet with a flying kick in the face by Ibuki, who purpoesly threw the chair to make Batgirl jump up so she could kick her. Batgirl lands on her back as Ibuki lands gracefully on her feet.
Ibuki: Bet you didn't see that one coming, did you?
Barbara: Ok, I'll admit it. You are one tough cookie. But I won't lose to a person like you!
Batgirl then pulls out some shock Batarangs, and throws them, as they unleash an electric current between them. Ibuki is able to dodge a few of them, she catches the final two in her hands, allowing them to zap her in the process. Ibuki then sees her hair in a puffy state, which she shakes off to pull it back to normal
Ibuki: Oh come on, I just did my hair yesterday.
Ibuki then punches a barrage of Ki attacks that bombard a stunned Batgirl. With her opponent weaken, Ibuki rushes towards Barbara and grabs her her by the neck before pinning her against a vending machine with her left arm and punching her repeatedly in the chest with her right fist. Barbara gasped for air and struggle to block her opponents attacks while trying to free herself, but to no avail. She reached into her utility belt and pulled out a her pepper spray. She sprays it in Ibuki's face, who let out a painful cry. She let go of Batgirl, who prepares to throw another Batarang at the ninja girl, but due to her still gasping for air, misses her target. Ibuki is able to grab the Batarang before snapping it in two with her hands. Batgirl recovers and pulls out her shock gloves, and race forwards to deliver a shocking punch, sending Ibuki rolling out the door into the main hallway. Ibuki then grabs a smoke bomb and throws it on the ground, allowing her to escape.
Batgirl: Just try to run. I know this place like the back of my hand.
As Batgril pulls out some Batarang and starts walking around the GCPD lobby area, looking for her opponent, not realizing that Ibuki is on the ceiling, secretly following her. Suddenly, Ibuki lands behind Batgirl and shiftly disarms her by kicking the Batarangs out of her hands.
Batgirl: What the-!?
Ibuki garbs Barbara by the arm and jabs her elbow into it, dislocating it, causing Batgirl to yell in pain. When Batgirl attempts to stand up, Ibuki uses her legs to toss Barbara into a filing cabinet. Batgirl struggles to stand up while Ibuki leaps off of the ground without using her hands. Batgirl puts a batarang into her mouth to bite on it as she relocates her arm. Batgirl then pulls out two ice pelts and throws them at Ibuki, freezing the lower half of her body. Although cold, Ibuki places her hands on the ice and unleashes a Ki blast that shatters the ice around her.
Batgirl: How did you do that?
Ibuki: Years of practice and focus.
Batgirl then sees her fallen escrima sticks and picks them up before she prepares a stance. Ibuki takes out her kunai knives and shuriken in each of her hands before taking another stance.
Ibuki: Ladies first.
Batgirl counters Ibuki's kunai knife attack and electrocutes her opponent with the escrima sticks. Ibuki tosses her knife into a window, which bounces back and hits Batgirl in the back of the head with the handle end before its owner catches the weapon. Batgirl tries rushing down her opponent with his sticks and manages to hit Ibuki once before getting hit again with the knife. Noticing several lights lined up in a row, Barbara tosses some batarangs at the light blubs, turning off all the lights in the facility.
Batgirl runs away to perform a stealth attack on his opponent, but Ibuki closes her eyes and takes several deep breaths, focusing on the using her other senses than her eyes. She hears three Batarangs coming at her and counters them into a nearby chair. Batgirl tries leaping off a desk to perform one final strike with her escrima stick, but Ibuki knocks her down by launching her shurikens right into the Barbara's shoulders and legs.
Ibuki: Gotcha!
Batgirl falls onto the ground, face down in pain and drops her remaining stick. Ibuki turns her opponent upward using his foot and plants it on Batgirl's chest to keep her down. Batgirl grabs onto her leg to try and push her off, but the ninja girl has a firm grip on her chest.
Daredevil: Ninja vs Superhero, Ninja wins. now say uncle.
Nightwing: You first, because my teacher taught me how to use the darkness to my advantage.
Batgirl pulls out the pepper spray and sprays in Ibuki's face, as she stubbles back in pain. Batgirl stands back up and activates her night vison mode in her visor. She rushes forward and does a somersault over the stumbling Ibuki, but not before planting a batarang in underneath her feet. She then pushes a button on his belt and activates the ultrasonic soundwaves in the batarang she threw that unleashes a painful sound from it. Ibuki starts feeling immense pain and steps back to cover her ears while screaming and trying to rush off the pepper spray from her eyes. Barbara then pulls out her shock gloves and puts them at full power. She then charges at her opponent with her fist filled with electricity to deliver one final punch to Ibuki's face, snapping the ninja girl's neck from the impact. Ibiuki's body falls to the floor with a thud.
Nightwing: Class...dismissed. Better get outta here before dad sees this.
Batgirl limbs away before walking out the doors of the GCPD to her motorcycle, just as the officers enter the dark room with flashlight to discover Ibuki's lifeless body.
Results[]
Boomstick: So much for being a ninja prodigy.
Wiz: Both these teenage girl had the making of a true warrior and hero, but only one had the necessary tools to take the other down.
Boomstick: For starters, Batgirl had a far better arsenal of weapons at her disposal than Ibuki did, even if the were none lethal ones. Batgirl impressive arsenal was more than enough to combat Ibuki's ki abilities
Wiz: Not to mention, Ibuki, who tended to goof of more than Barbara did, was no match for her stellar intelligence.
Boomstick: Then there was their history fighting bad guys. Sure Ibuki's taken hits from Balrog and Rainbow Ibuki, who are at peak human conditions. Those guys would be push overs compared to the threats Batgirl has faced, like Clayface, Mister Freeze, and Poison Ivy.
Wiz: Ibuki may have possess the power of Ki and the skills of a ninja, she simple could not stand up to Batgirl's equipment and superior intelligence.
Boomstick: It seems batty, but Batgirl was more "nin-jacked" up than the wannabe Ibuki, was not "vig"al enough to "antie" up the fight in her favor.
Wiz: The winner is Batgirl.
