Baldroy was a soldier in an unknown army. When his squad got massively defeated by an unknown enemy, Sebastian Michaelis took him in and offered him a job at the Phamtomhive estate. Baldroy is now the head chef of the Phamtomhive estate (although Sebastian often takes most of the cooking)
