Wiz: A father's wrath is to be feared, especially their willingness to do anything to protect their children.

Boomstick: Oh my dad had wrath... but didn't care for me... But when it comes to these two badass dads, that "anything" includes fighting freaking gods! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!

Wiz: And it's our jobs to analyze their weapons, powers, and skills to find out who would win, a Death Battle.

Asura[]

Wiz: Long ago, Earth–or “Gaea”–was populated by both humans and their cybernetically-enhanced counterparts, Demigods. Under the leadership of the Demigods, the humans united to construct an advanced civilization known as Shinkoku Trastrium.

Tapestry of the Eight Guardian Generals

Boomstick: In their society, the humans worshiped the Demigods without question for 2 reasons: reason#1 was because they were the only beings able to control and manipulate Mantra, the energy source of Gaea, and reason#2 was because eight specific Demigods were chosen to become Guardian Generals to protect Shinkoku Trastrium and Gaea from the Gohma, an entity known to wipe out entire planets.

Wiz: Among these Eight Guardian Generals were Deus, Olga, Sergei, Augus, Wyzen, Yasha, Kalrow, and the Guardian General of Wrath, himself, Asura.

Background

  • Full Title: Asura the Destructor
  • Age: 12,500+
  • Height: 6’5”
  • Race: Demigod
  • Former Guardian General of Wrath
  • Father of Mithra
  • NEVER make his daughter cry!

Boomstick: Aside from fighting in a never-ending war, Asura was close with fellow Demigod, Vasha, who he trained with under the teachings of Augus. Beyond that, Asura was married to a woman named Durga and had a daughter named Mithra, who would be appointed high priestess. Despite being dubbed the “Guardian General of Wrath”, he had a happy-enough life amongst the cosmic destruction.

Wiz: One day, Asura was approached by his soon-to-be-former comrades to be asked to partake in a plan made by Deus: The Great Rebirth. The short layout of this plan was to manipulate the humans into sacrificing themselves in order to gather enough souls to convert into extremely vast, and virtually limitless amounts of Mantra, which would be used as fuel to power up the Brahmastra, the Demigods' fortress, and completely eradicate the Gohma: freeing the world from the Gohma threat for good. The plan required the help of Mithra, who could supply immense amounts of Mantra to the Guardian Generals.

Boomstick: But Asura refused since it involved his daughter going into war. On another day afterward, Asura is summoned for a meeting with the Emperor, who unfortunately was…well, dead.

Wiz: Accused of the assassination of Emperor Strada, Asura ran back home to find Durga murdered and Mithra missing. It turns out the rest of the seven Guardian Generals betrayed Asura and framed him for the murder of the emperor.

Boomstick: Yeah, Deus-bag wasn’t happy with Asura refusing to join in his plan. So he stole his daughter by force, stripped Asura of his powers and sent him into Naraka, which is basically the afterlife.

Wiz: 12,000 years later, Asura returns to the land of the living. Filled with rage, Asura sought to kill all his former comrades for taking everything from him.

Boomstick: And this guy’s got the skills to rescue his Taken daughter. I made a movie reference, by the way.

Wiz: Asura is a master at hand-to-hand combat, a result of training with Vasha and Augus and being at war for centuries. His main method of fighting involves punching slugger style with pure aggression, brutality and brute force. Though not much for planning and can be reckless, Asura is a genius in combat and a tactical warrior that can adapt to his opponents and accurately predict their moves, figuring out effective counterattacks on the fly with relative ease; often doing things such as catching weapons with his bare hands and reflect attacks back to their attacker.

Powers & Abilities

  • Absolute Strength
  • Superhuman Speed & Reflexes
  • Superhuman Durability & Endurance
  • Immense Stamina
  • Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant
  • Immortality
  • Mantra:
    • Indomitable Rage
    • Fist-Channeled Blasts
    • Mantra Burst
    • Flight

Boomstick: Although not as outstanding as his strength, Asura’s reflexes and reaction speed are incredibly sharp, enabling him to effectively react, dodge, block and counter attacks from insanely fast enemies in less than a second. He’s able to unleash a rapid flurry of punches and react to a volley of energy beams.

Asura Vs. Augus

Wiz: Another one of Asura's most prominent features is his insane durability. He has been crushed, beaten, blasted and impaled by beings of similar power. Such as when Augus' legendary sword, Wailing Dark, drove him all the way down to Gaea from the Moon. Even after losing his arms, Asura continues to fight with his legs, unfazed.

Boomstick: Asura has survived falls from orbit and survived enormous beams of Mantra that were able to destroy Gaea with only minor-to-no injuries, including a direct hit from the Brahmastra, which had been powered by 3/4 of the Karma Fortress' trillions of souls worth of Mantra.

6775862318 2e315c46c9 o

Wiz: But what powers Asura is his access to his specific brand of Mantra: Wrath.

Boomstick: Asura’s strength and power are proportionate to his level of anger; constantly building up and increasing his Mantra output to what could be infinite levels the more anger he builds up. Good thing Asura always fucking pissed off! Though Asura's mantra can be too fierce for his body to contain, potentially killing him with his own power and making him consume potentially his entire life-force in exchange for pure power. He has to go into a second-long cooldown period.

Wiz: Asura’s wrath-connected power is demonstrated when he was able to lift up Gongen Wyzen’s finger and destroy him just by punching said finger repeatedly with devastating force.

Gongen Wyzen crushing Asura

Boomstick: And Gongen Wyzen was so colossal, he could hold the planet in his hand! So his finger weighed billions of metric tons!

Wiz: Asura is able to use Mantra to produce blasts channeled from his fists and stockpile high amounts of Mantra in his fist to release it as a massive wave-like burst of Mantra that is powerful enough to severely damage opponents with extreme scales of durability such as Deus in his Vajra state. But using the power of concentrated Mantra also gives Asura access to several forms. Asura can use Unlimited Mode, where Asura is invulnerable to damage, hits harder, and gains unlimited stamina.

Transformations

  • Unlimited Mode (Trikaya)
  • Vajra Asura
  • Berserker Asura
  • Wrath Asura
  • Mantra Asura
  • Six-Armed Mantra Asura/Destroyer Asura
  • Asura The Destructor

Boomstick: Each form grants Asura a power boost: 6-Armed Vajra Asura; Mantra Asura, where Asura's rage is at its most focused, granting godly strength into bulkier arms after combining a thousand arms; 6-Armed Mantra Asura; and finally: Asura the Destructor, even though the last two are just the same thing. Each of these forms are similar, save the power boosts and extra arms. But Berserker Asura is TERRIFYING!

The Berserker Asura

Wiz: As a result of a traumatic event, an unprecedented explosion of fury is triggered within Asura, transforming him into a beast as his anger exceeded any controllable means. Losing any control of himself and abandoning himself to his wrath, Asura is in an uncontrollable state of mind where he no longer listens to reason. Releasing inconceivable volumes of Mantra; even Asura's screams produce gigantic booming shockwaves and bursts. Berserker Asura's bursts of Mantra were powerful enough to wipe out an entire Shinkoku armada and can generate massive spheres of Mantra that would burst into an explosion similar to a small supernova.

Boomstick: But Asura the Destructor is a REAL force to be reckoned with. In this form, Asura grows larger than a planet, and you can bet his strength gets boosted way higher than it was before. However, the one problem is that it requires a lot of Mantra to activate.

Asura The Destructor

Wiz: ...which is why Asura has all 8 sources of Mantra affinity after having a Mantra Reactor implanted into his chest. In Destructor form, Asura's blasts are able to destroy stars and planets and emerge out of Chakravartin's Mantra beam unscathed when the god attempted to destroy Gaea.

Feats

  • Held up and destroyed Gongen Wyzen's finger and body as a whole
  • Survived being impaled by Augus's sword, which pierced the Earth
  • Survived enormous Mantra beams
  • As Asura the Destructor, can easily annihilate planets and stars
  • Fought Akuma for 500 years
  • Defeated Gohma Viltra, Wyzen, Augus, Yasha, Deus, Chakravartin

Wiz: To reach Chakravartin, Destructor Asura was able to reach a faraway part of the universe, soaring across space at unfathomable speed, being thought to have crossed the distance between Gaea and the Milky Way galaxy in a matter of minutes, effectively allowing him to travel vastly faster than the speed of light.

Golden Chakravartin

Boomstick: But it only took Asura's Full Power Unlimited Form to helpe him defeat Chakravartin's TRUE form, which is stated to be way more powerful then the GIANT SEVERAL SOLAR SYSTEM SIZED form! And want to know the best part about it? Chakravartin almost broke his arm punching Asura in the face.

Wiz: In the end, Asura destroyed Chakravartin and saved Mithra. But in destroying Chakravartin, Asura also destroyed all the Mantra in existence, killing himself. BUT in a post credits bonus scene, 870 million years later, in modern Earth, Asura, Durga, Mithra and the Seven Deities have been reincarnated into the present day as SEEMINGLY modern citizens.

Boomstick: Yep. Turns out Asura's wrath is far from gone...

AW - Asura Reincarnated

Adam[]

Wiz: After thousands of years of man destroying the world with the constant wars, pollution and so forth, gods and deities from around the world have gathered in Valhalla to decide the destruction of mankind.

Boomstick: Indian God of Destruction and Creation Shiva voted to aim war right back at them and blow them to smithereens. Aphrodite, Greek Goddess of Beauty and Big Breasts voted to release sickness the same way  humans plagued nature. But elder sister Valkyrie Brunhilde was the one who suggested a more formal, fair, and more exciting way to decide Humanity’s fate: RAGNAROK! OK, so humans and gods are gonna like join together and fight against Loki and his monsters  and see which side is better at saving the world?

Wiz: If this anime was mythically accurate, sure. But no. Ragnarok, explained in the Valhalla Constitution, article No. 62, paragraph 15 of the "super special clause,"...

Boomstick: How is there a constitution in mythology?

Wiz: …is a series of showdowns between the Gods and Mankind. The rules are quite simple. Each side picks 13 fighters who will engage in one-on-one fights to the death and the winning side is the one that gets 7 victories first. If the Gods win the Ragnarok, Humanity's will face extinction. However, if the Humans win, they will gain the right to live for another 1000 years.

Boomstick: In the first round, Lü Bu vs Thor, Thor wins. In the second round, Zeus will be fighting against the first man to ever exist. The progenitor of Humanity. The Ultimate Survivalist. The creator of sin. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Father of Humanity–ADAM!!!

Background

  • Age: at least 7,000,000 years
  • Aliases: File No.00000000001, Humanity's Progenitor, Father of Humanity, The First Man
  • Height: 161 cm (5’3”)
  • Husband of Eve, Father to Cain and Abel, and Ancestor of Humanity
  • Dislikes apples (too sour)

Wiz: Assuming most of you haven’t heard this story, about 7,000,000 years ago, 2 beings were created in the image of Gods; their names were Adam and Eve. They lived in the Garden of Eden until Eve was put on trial for eating the forbidden fruit.

Boomstick: I don’t remember that in the story…

Wiz: In truth, the Serpent, who was apparently a deity, framed Eve after trying to force himself on to her.

Boomstick: The Gods deemed Eve guilty. Luckily, Adam heard the truth from his bird friends and he barges into the courtroom holding two baskets of the same fruit (apples by the way). And you know what he did? He proceeds to bite on the fruit and spit the pieces out on the floor! DISRESPECT! And I like it!

Wiz: As he wished, Adam’s action will get both him and Eve exiled from the Garden, but not before confronting the Serpent.

Boomstick: The Serpent grew in size and lunged at Adam, claws ready to cut. But Adam copied and countered the Serpent's claw attack, instantly killing him. Afterward, Adam and Eve left Eden to create a new life and family of their own on Earth, where they would give birth to the entire human race, which is about… I’m not sure… 7 billion!

Wiz: Among these admittedly large amounts of offspring were Cain and Abel.

Boomstick: Oh no. Does Cain murder Abel here like in the Bible?

Wiz: Nope. They’re supportive brothers.

Boomstick: Thank Go- NO! Thank Adam’s good parenting!

Divine Reflection anime

Wiz: Now about Adam copying the Serpent’s claws, this technique is dubbed “Divine Reflection”. As a man designed in the image of God, Adam was gifted with the ability to perfectly replicate any move and technique he lays his eyes upon, including ones used by divine beings.

Adam Claws anime

Boomstick: Divine Reflection also allows Adam to copy transformations and biological powers, which might change his own body. Explains how he was able to grow reptilian scales and claws from the Serpent.

Wiz: Regardless of its speed or power, Adam can evade any attack whilst simultaneously countering his attacker with their own move. For example, Adam dodged Zeus’s Near Lightspeed Jab, which is, well, near speed of light, calculated at 0.01 seconds. Adam also dodged every single punch from Zeus’s Meteor Jab, which involves unleashing a continuous barrage of rapid-fire punches, with each punching speed increasing tenfold; starting at 0.01 seconds Near Light Speed Jab and eventually reaching 0.00000001 seconds. This would make Adam’s speed faster than light, and possibly infinite with Divine Reflection allowing him to copy such speedy attacks.

Adam Meteor Jab anime

Abilities & Arsenal

  • Unarmed Combat Proficiency
  • Godly Strength
  • Godly Speed & Reflexes
  • Godly Durability
  • Godly Endurance & Stamina
  • Supernatural Willpower & Instinctive Reaction
  • Divine Reflection
  • Knuckleduster

Boomstick: Afterward, Adam used these exact same attacks on Zeus with the exact same amount of speed. When Adam unleashed the Meteor Jab, Zeus was unable to dodge any of the punches. Unsurprising given how massive he is. Adam being able to harm a powerful god is thanks in part to the Knuckleduster-a divine weapon taking the form of brass knuckles provided by the 7th Valkyrie, Reginleif. With each knuckle having a pointy tip, it is the perfect weapon for Adam, who has a natural talent for unarmed combat.

Knuckleduster anime

Wiz: Zeus went at Adam with a footwork technique that involves him building up momentum by doing a stomping pattern. Increasing his speed exponentially, Zeus will then move around his opponent while creating afterimages in order to confuse his enemy. Once they are distracted, he is supposed to finish the fight by delivering a kick to the head. But Adam dodged said kick, too. Using this same footwork, Adam landed a swift kick to Zeus’s face, sending him flying across the arena hard enough to crack a wall.

Boomstick: We might as well say that Zeus is a god among gods, able to overpower the most powerful of divine beings exemplified as when he, with one hand, held down Shiva with one hand. And Shiva can create and destroy the world on a whim. Zeus even defeated his father, Chronus, The Guardian of Space-Time and declared the strongest in the universe at the time. In the fight, Zeus avoided each of his father’s attacks except for an attack that shattered his jaw before he could notice. Wait. I thought Chronus was supposed to be a giant in SIZE not muscle? Eh, good enough.

Wiz: This attack is dubbed “The Fist That Surpassed Time”. Zeus mastered this same attack; by combining all his strength, Zeus punches with so much force that time itself seems to stop. The calculated time this punch is launched is measured within a very small time-frame of less than 1e-20 of a second, at least faster than 0.000000000000000000001 seconds. But in the manga, the timeframe didn’t even finish.

Boomstick: And YES, Adam replicated each movement of this attack as Zeus was closing in, managing to both dodge and counter with the exact same punch, unlike Zeus.

Adam The Fist That Surpassed Time anime

Wiz: This knocked Zeus down. A human has managed to overpower a God, which apparently has never happened before despite the fact that a lot of mythological stories have depicted mortals overpowering Divine beings. Also, didn’t we JUST see Adam kill the Serpent, who was a deity, himself?

Feats

  • Should be able to scale to planet-level gods like Shiva
  • Killed the Serpent in one strike
  • Can react to attacks that are around or surpassing lightspeed
  • Reacted to The Fist That Surpassed Time, which Zeus was unable to do
  • While blinded, was capable of withstanding and trading blows with Adamas Zeus, which were described as being an unavoidable one-hit kill
  • Almost defeated Zues

Boomstick: Inconsistency and inaccuracy aside, Adam had won the-

Wiz: BUT Zeus was not done yet. VERY disgustingly compressing his muscle into his body, Zeus unleashes his ultimate form: Adamas. While in this state, Zeus' body is virtually indestructible and concentrates all of his divine might into each and every single movement. Shiva has remarked that in this form, Zeus holds enough power to destroy Heaven.

Boomstick: Adam was able to trade blows with Zeus in this form, which were from Zeus’ True God's Right/Left, which begins with a straight punch that harbors the entirety of divine might. This is then followed up with another punch and another and another and this process is repeated in blinding speeds, launching a never-ending barrage of attacks. Brunhilde described the attack as being an unavoidable one-hit kill. Yet, Adam powered through this ordeal.

Adam and Zeus exchanging blows

Wiz: While Adam is capable of replicating and countering the attacks from this technique, it requires the usage of Divine Reflection non-stop, which takes an enormous toll on his eyes, to the point where he would eventually become blind.

Boomstick: It turns out the Divine Reflection do have their limits; seeing through his opponents attacks puts strain on Adam's nervous system. Pushing his eyes to their limits, he will start to overheat and if Adam chooses to continue he runs at the risk of becoming blind, bleeding through his nose, eyes and ears in the process, making him incapable of using Divine Reflection.

Wiz: Even while blinded, the Father of Mankind continued his onslaught of punches with the Father of Gods, purely out of desire to protect his children. You see it’s a common misconception Adam holds a massive grudge against the Gods, but that’s not true. Adam's love for his children was strong enough that, even in a battle for his life, he only thought of protecting Humanity from anyone who'd try to do them harm. The Gods were that “anyone”. Adam's desire to protect his descendants was so intense that, even after dying from the countless blows of Zeus, his body refused to fall and instead kept fighting on. Such raw endurance and strength of will were enough to put Zeus himself on his knees and even gain a bit of begrudging respect from the arrogant God. Even in death, he selflessly strove for victory, not for his sake, but for the sake of his children, for all of mankind.

Boomstick: *sniff* *sniff* Rest in pieces you holy, naked man!

Adam dies standing up

Intermission[]

Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.

Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!

DEATH BATTLE![]

In the Valhallan Arena, the crowds of humans and deities sit in silence as Heimdall, the Watcher of the Apocalypse, stands in the center of the arena and begins announcing the fighters representing both the humans and gods.

He points to the right side of the stadium.

Heimdall: Representing Humanity is the First Man…

A piece of the floor opens. Emerging from the hole is smoke and a pillar. Ontop lays Adam reenacting his pose from the Creation of Adam. Animals run from out of the smoke.

Heimdall: A man that had rebelled against his own creator. The father of all mankind…

As Adam continues to stick out his finger, Reginleif‘s finger connects with his, performing the Völundr. Reginleif turns into the Knuckleduster, which Adam wears before jumping off the pillar and landing on his feet on the floor of the Valhallan Arena.

Heimdall: ADAM!

Adam takes a bite out of an apple, then spits the piece out.

Adam: Sour…

Heimdall points to the left of the stadium.

Heimdall: Representing the Gods is the Destructor...

A fireball falls from the sky. It turns out it was Asura crash-landing on the ground, also cracking the floor. He stands up.

Heimdall: Former Guardian General of Wrath. The traitorous Demigod Who Fell from the Heavens. Joining for the purpose of reconnecting with his daughter, it's ASURA!

(cue: A Father's Mantra)

Asura and Adam walk up to each other. When both powerful, divine men are up close, they exchange words.

Adam: You're fighting for your daughter as well?

Asura just stays silent.

Adam: I can see the pain in your eyes... Underneath all that anger...

Asura gets into a fighting stance.

Asura: I've come too far... I'm sorry...

Adam: (sigh) Me too.

Adam also gets into a fighting stance.

Asura throws a punch at Adam with his right arm, but he dodges it. Shocked, Asura tries to punch Adam again with his left arm, but again Adam dodges it and delivers a punch to Asura’s jaw with the fist holding the knuckleduster. Asura steps back. Asura dashes towards Adam, then delivers a flurry of rapid jabs. Adam dodges each rapid fist. After countless thrown fists, Adam manages to throw a supersonic uppercut to Asura’s jaw. Adam then delivers his own flurry of rapid jabs to Asura’s torso before knocking him back towards the wall with a single punch.

The crowd shouts and cheers.

Asura craters the wall then falls down to the floor. He stands back up and is shocked to see Adam’s fist coated in golden metal, like his.

Adam smiles as his eyes activate Divine Reflection.

Adam: Oho… Cool.

Asura roars in frustration as he performs another series of rapid jabs, releasing Mantra-channeled blasts from his fists. Heimdall runs away in fear, ducking to avoid the blasts.

Adam flies to swerve around every Mantra-blast while making his way towards Asura.

(slow motion starts)

Finally up close, Adam channels white Mantra in his fist, before Asura grows 4 extra arms. Each would’ve clapped Adam if he didn’t jump backwards.

(slow motion ends)

Performing a backflip, Adam too grows 4 extra arms, each coated with golden, mechanical gauntlets. He dives towards Asura, preparing to smash him with each. Asura dodges the attack, allowing Adam to crack the floor before Asura grabs one of Adam’s arms. Both divine men fly into the air before diving headfirst back towards the ground while holding onto each other.

Crashing down, Asura stands up while Adam was buried under the now cratered floor.

The crowd once again shouts and cheers. Asura shouts at them in fury.

Asura: SHUT UP!!! ALL OF YOU!!!

Suddenly, one of Adam’s hands grabs Asura. Asura looks down in shock. A fist-shaped blast of white-colored Mantra is shot at Asura’s face.

(slow motion starts)

The blast punches Asura’s chin.

(slow motion ends)

At the same time, this gives Adam a chance to fly upwards from the ground and uppercut (Shoryuken style) Asura’s chin with the fist holding the knuckleduster. This cracks Asura’s chin.

Adam wipes dirt and rock off his body.

Adam: I'll be honest: that hurt a bit.

Shouting in anger, Asura activates his Unlimited Mode (Trikaya). The markings on his body emanate a bright, orange light as the Mantra flows through his body.

Adam closes his eyes as he shakes his head in disapproval.

Adam: Don’t you get i-

Before Adam could finish talking, Asura blitzes towards him, roaring in fury. Adam punches Asura in his opened mouth, his arm emanating bright, white light as Mantra too runs through his body. Adam’s eyes are using Divine Reflection. But Asura bites down on Adam’s arm, which surprises him. With his teeth, Asura throws Adam towards the other side of the arena. Then, before Adam could hit the wall, Asura blitzes behind him, about to kick him in his back. But Adam blocks the kick with his own armored, gold-coated leg. Adam then attempts to hit Asura with an underhand, but the attack is stopped by Asura’s fist. Both men hit each other with their own cross punch. But, due to both of them being in their own Unlimited Form, their attacks are impervious to one another. So, Adam and Asura continue to punch each other multiple times, not stopping or flinching from the blows.

Amongst the crowd of humans and gods, Zeus watches the event from his throne.

Zeus: So boring…

The God Among Gods snaps his fingers.

While Asura is locked in a punching-and-kicking match with Adam, mantra showers on both of them. During this, Asura gets a vision of Mithra crying out in pain.

Asura: BASTARDS!

Adam: Huh?

A burst of crimson red Mantra surrounds the arena Adam jumps backwards to avoid his head being clapped between two bulky, armored, gold-coated hands. Asura has achieved his highest degree of power yet: Mantra Asura. Adam once again uses Divine Reflection against Asura; his arms and chest are now completely armored in gold. White Manra radiate from his body. Asura jumps towards Adam, spins around, and prepares a punch. But Adam quickly rushes under Asura, lifts him by his torso, and performs a suplex on him; slamming Asura’s body into the ground. The whole floor of the arena cracks as a result. Asura kicks Adam off him with both legs, which makes a small explosion.

He then creates a small ball of crimson red Mantra in his hand and throws it towards Adam, who catches it in his hand and throws it back.

Asura catches the ball and throws it back at Adam.

Adam again catches the ball and throws it back at Asura.

This process repeats multiple times; each catch adding more power to the ball of Mantra, resulting in it becoming bigger.

Adam throws the now enormous ball of Mantra back towards Asura one last time before Asura, in frustration, punches the ball.

This causes the ball to explode in a burst of Mantra inside the arena.

Both Adam and Asura had escaped the colosseum-sized blast by digging into the ground via rapid punching. Both men fall into the fiery, lava-infested environment of the center of the Earth. They meet after landing on top of an obsidian rock floating on lava. Pieces of the ceiling fall into the lava as a result of shaking from the surface.

Suddenly, both men have their own separate visions. Asura has another vision of Mithra screaming as she is burning alive in a crimson red flame. Adam has a vision of men, women, and children being obliterated while surrounded by crimson red light. Numerous screams of agony cry out.

Adam and Asura: NOOOOO!!!!!!

As both Adam and Asura scream out in agony and fury, the obsidian rock starts to crack underneath them before both heartbroken men unleash a giant shockwave of orange-red and black Mantra. The blast of energy causes the whole area to shake and crumble. The lava erupts like geysers. Both men emit Mantra from their bodies, Asura has transformed into Berserker Asura, while Adam’s body had transformed; his skin becomes scorched from overheating, his two fiery arms releasing black smoke, his hair color has changed from blonde to pitch black, his teeth now fiery fangs, and his eyes stilling using Divine Reflection.

Now beast-like, the grieving fathers shoot beams of their own colored Mantra at each other; Asura’s orange-red beam collides with Adam’s black beam. Both beams struggle against one another, until the orange-red beam overpowers the black beam and shoots at Adam. Adam dodges the incoming beam by leaning backwards (the same way as doing bullet-time in the Matrix). Adam jumps on rock pillars, dodging several meteor-shaped Mantra blasts from Asura. After Asura shoots another Mantra blast at Adam, who grabs it, Asura releases a volley of laser beams that spread across the area, leaving nowhere for Adam to jump to avoid another incoming beam. The beam hits the meteor Mantra, causing it to explode. Adam still remains on his feet, however, his eyes have gone pale from the overuse of Divine Reflection.

Asura shoots another Mantra beam, destroying the rock pillar Adam was standing on; the rubble crashes into the lava. Asura continues to shoot Mantra beams all over the place in a blind rage despite Adam no longer in sight. But Adam’s arm grabs Asura’s leg from underneath the cracked obsidian rock. The obsidian rock breaks as Asura is pulled straight through it into the lava below. Numerous beams of orange-red and black Mantra continue to shoot out from the lava.

From space, the many same massive beams of Mantra can be seen shooting from out of the Earth until the whole planet explodes.

As the Earth is shattered, the screen zooms out to reveal this destroyed Earth was being held in Shiva’s hand. The Valhallan Arena and its audience were still in one peace on a new Earth. The crowd of both still-alive

Asura kneeled on the floor of the arena, huffing from exhaustion.

Heimdall announces Asura as the victor.

Heimdall: This second battle of Ragnarök goes to the Gods!

In the audience, only deities, supernatural beings, and gods cheer for the Destructor.

Asura: SHUT UPPPPPPP!!!!!!!

Asura's shout echoed throughout the arena. He looks amongst the crowd to see Eve, Cain and Abel sobbing while hugging each other.

Asura (whispering): No one has won.

Asura walks away, eyes closed and fists clenched.

To be continued

K.O.!

Boomstick: No... Daddy...

(Wiz pats Boomstick on the back)

Wiz: There. There. He was mine and billion other's too. Alright, now at first, both Adam and Asura seemed a perfect match since Adam could copy Asura's powers and both men have expertise in hand-to-hand combat. But overall, this battle came down to what Adam's fight with Zeus was: test of endurance.

Boomstick: And from what we know, Adam has the stamina, I mean, he fought a God while DEAD. kept fighting Asura has the endurance. He has withstood mega laser beams of Mantra goddamn Gongen Wyzen's colossal finger that *AGAIN* was billions of metric tons in weight!

Wiz: Given that The Earth's mass is approximately 5.97 billion trillion metric tons, since Gongen Wyzen is visibly bigger than the planet, he weighs more than this. Asura has endured hell to say the least. And taken the other Demigods (Asura's own kind who share the same powers as him) into account-let's say Augus and Yasha-Asura was able to keep up with both of them. So, despite the fact Adam could copy Asura's moves, rival his speed, or any attack Adam could throw at Asura, he'll just keep getting back up.

Boomstick: We have yet to talk about Asura's fight with Akuma from Street Fight, which lasted for 500 years and they fought until they were statues! And let's talk about Adam's Divine Reflection/copying technique: All Adam could do was scan Asura's attack to either dodge them, counter them, or mimic them; Adam can mimic techniques NOT strength. And Asura hits pretty more than hard enough thanks to his unlimited Wrath and other 7 Mantra forms. You know what? Adam's bare-naked ass doesn't help his relatively weak endurance against Asura's thousand-arm strength.

Wiz: And that's not all the disadvantages; Adam was already overusing his eyes to see through Asura's rapid punches and the lasers in his Berserker form; Those same lasers could rival that of Brahmastra, which was powerful enough to destroy Gaea.

Boomstick: Due to training, wars against fleets, fights against his brethren, the planet of Gaea against, and a god among gods (familiar?), Asura had the superior experience and high chances of outmaneuvering and catching up to Adam's own tricks. What has Adam been doing for 7 millions years? Watching over his family? Honorable, but no proof of him fighting that whole time.

Wiz: Also, just copying Asura's Destructor form wouldn't guarantee Adam a victory, either, since, like what Boomstick said, Asura is just way too powerful with all 8 Mantra at his disposal. He literally blow up planets and stars with little effort! So with better experience and time spent in combat and wrath level strength had given the Demigod the power he needed to eradicate the First Man!

(Wiz looks at Boomstick, waiting for him to make a pun)

Boomstick: What?

Wiz: Aren't you gonna try to say something funny?

Boomstick: ...your father JUST died, Wiz.

Wiz: The winner is Asura.
