P,e Ash Ketchum, A promising young boy from Pallet town, living with just his mother after his father left them to be a Pokémon trainer. Ash soon found a poster for Professor Oak's Pokémon summer camp which caught his eye, he showed his mother the poster in which her being such a great mother signed him up for it, but when the day came to go to the camp, Ash had overslept and missed his opportunity, seeing he had missed his chance he walked home hoping that he would be able to go next time.
S,l you'll see very soon that Ash is the King of over sleeping.
P,e Soon the opportunity arose again for Ash to go to this camp and this time actually made it on time, at the camp he was taught the basics of being a pokemon trainer, while searching for Pokémon Ash stumbled upon a female camper who was lost in the forest and had injured her knee, Ash helped the girl and showed her the way back to her campsite. Years later Ash was ready to start his Pokemon adventure, in one day his dreams would come true, and he already knew which starter he was going to choose, but thanks to a broken alarm clock Ash overslept-

P,e As I was saying, he overslept and when he woke up and noticed he rushed out of his house after getting dressed and made his way to Professor Oak's Lab to get his first Pokémon, but upon getting there Professor Oak had given away all of his Pokémon, except for one, Oak told him he had one more but that the pokemon inside it was very stubborn, Ash didn't care what it was and practically begged for it, The Professor gave him the Poke ball which had a lightning symbol on the side of it, upon releasing the creature from in it Ash realized it was a Pikachu
S,l but like Professor Oak said it was one stubborn little thing a as soon as Ash picked the lil guy up he was shocked beyond belief by shocking him with around 100,000 volts of electricity, now take example that a regular human man could be killed by as little as 42 volts, and Ash is but a 10-Year-Old Boy.
P,e This Pikachu didn't like Ash, at all, he didn't listen to him for nothing, he was a stubborn little rat, but after screwing with the wrong flock of spearows and them attacking the little rat Ash came in clutch with the save and protected that electric rat until he was able to scare the spearows away, injured, both Ash and Pikachu laid on the ground next to each other and saw a marvelous sight, the legendary bird Pokémon Ho-Oh

Connections[]
The Connections between these two are-
- They are both trainers that originate Nintendo series.(The Pokémon Manga For Red And The Pokémon T.V show for Ash) they each have an unusual starter Pokémon that's names start with a P (Unusual as in you wouldn't have expected them to have a Pokémon that wasn't a normal started and the Pokémon being Poliwag and Pikachu) they both had a Pikachu that didn't like them at first but after saving their life the Pikachu's warmed up to them and became one of their strongest Pokémon. Both have a rival that practically the same person (Blue Oak And Gary Oak) (MORE SOON)
