Fate/stay night vs The Warrior Returns! When two heroes who have lost everything cross blades, who will win and who will die?

Introduction

Necro: EMIYA, The Nameless Hero and Archer class servant of the 5th Holy Grail War.

Mercer: And Kim Min-Soo, The Warrior of Sword and Tormentor of Humanity.

Necro: The path of a hero is a thorny one, and one that will ultimately cost the hero in question everything they have. Some can accept that, and others cannot.

Mercer: So what happens when two heroes that walked the same path and lost everything, yet reached different conclusions cross paths? Well, he's Necro and I'm Mercer.

Necro: And we're just the people to figure this out, as it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win...

Mercer: A Death Battle!

Archer Emiya Traces into DEATH BATTLE!

(Cue: Archer's Chant: UBW)

Necro: Imagine, if you can, fighting to protect as many people as possible against impossible odds, and now imagine that when you finally fail, the very people you saved repaid your kindness by executing you. Those are the circumstances that lead to the creation of EMIYA, the Nameless Hero.

Mercer: As an alternate version of Shirou Emiya, his life followed effectively the same path. His parents were killed in the Fuyuki Fire, and he was found and adopted by Kiritsugu Emiya. He would fight in the Fifth Holy Grail War, and would successfully win and destroy the grail, preventing the birth of the evil that had attached itself to the grail. Year later, EMIYA would come face to face with an evil that could kill one hundred people, so he decided to make a deal with the World itself to save them, offering himself to it's service as a Heroic Spirit to do it's bidding after death, believing that he could save more people as a true hero.

Necro: However, this was not the case. He fought desperately to save those around them, end the evil, but was instead branded as the mastermind behind it. Betrayed, he accepted his fate and was executed for his perceived crimes. The World collected on their deal, and EMIYA became a Counter Guardian, a hero of the World. Ironically, he would be sent to various times and areas throughout history, where the threat humanity posed against itself was highest, and he would kill until the threat no longer existed, being forced to kill the people who wished to save.

Wiz: All right, the combatants are set, and we've run the data through all possibilities.

Trivia

• The connections between Archer Emiya and Kim Min-Soo are that both are humans who became heroes after a great tragedy, have killed hundreds of thousands of people, both are associated with swords (Kim being the Hero of Sword and Archer's concept being Sword), despite being called heroes, neither really see themselves as heroes, and have saved the world, but at the price of themselves.
• These two differ in the fact that Archer is still willing to save people, while Kim is out right trying to kill all of humanity.
