My name is Scott Lang. I'm Ant-Man...yadda yadda yadda. You've heard it all before. Truth is, I've always been kind of a lousy super hero. And before that, I was a failed criminal, a convict, and a terrible husband. Not much of a resumé even if you do print it single-sided, I guess. But I got this little girl here--and I am going to do right by her. I am gonna be a good dad. I pull that off? I'm calling it a win.

You wanna get to them? You gotta go through me."

History[]

Scott Lang is a former professional criminal who sought out Dr. Erica Sondheim to save his daughter Cassie whom he promised to become a better person for. He was, however, forced to steal Hank Pym's Ant-Man suit to find the doctor. He found her at Cross Technological Enterprises being forced to fix Darren Cross' heart condition. A fight broke out with Cross ending up burning out his heart, killing him. Afterwards, Dr. Sondheim saved Cassie and Scott tried to return the suit, but Hank offered to let him keep it for lawful use. And thus was born the second Ant-Man.
