The annoying dog is the god of the Undertale universe as it created Undertale by barking into a computer,it is the most annoying thing in the game as it usually makes a characters plan fail or just do something the make a character mad like stealing attacks or stealing something from your cabinet, its real name is Toby Dog and is called the Anomaly by Sans, it’s theme is Dogsong but has two other themes called Dance Of Dog and Sigh of Dog.
