What happens when you get a teenage boy and a scientist, one good one evil? You get a cyborg boy that's what! One from the One Punch Man Series, the other from the Dragon Ball Series.

Boomstick: Transformed from man to machine
Wiz: Though there was varying reasons, they both lost their humanity.
Boomstick: Like Android Lapis- I mean 17
Wiz: And the Demon Cybrog, Genos
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to determine their weapons, armor and skill to decide who would win a Death Battle
Android 17 Kicks Heads in Death Battle![]
Wiz: There once was a mad scientist in the world of Dragon Ball
Boomstick: Why is there always a scientist everywhere.
Wiz: But unlike most Dragon Ball Villains, he knew about Goku's existence as he was a member of the former Red Ribbon Army and ever since Goku took them down as a kid he's been plotting for revenge.
Boomstick: If I got beat up by a child I'd be pretty pissed as well
Wiz: And his way of defeating the almighty Goku was to create dozens of Androids, even turning himself into an android.
Boomstick: WHAT?! How did he even accomplish that?
Wiz: He just...transferred his brain into an Android body and he was there.
Boomstick: ...that...totally works
Wiz: He then tries to take down Goku with Android 19, but after Vegeta takes them down, he goes back to his lab and releases Android 18, and finally, Android 17. Formally known as Lapis.
Boomstick: And as a thank you gift, the first thing Android 17 did...was kill him.
Wiz: Well he was trapped in there for who knows how long Boomstick: And when he was out, he made sure people knew to not mess with him
Wiz: His first actual fight was pitted against Piccolo who just fused with Kami, the protector of Earth. They had a pretty even fight with either of them being able to come out on top.
Boomstick: But then Cell showed up, nearly killed Piccolo and absorbed Android 17. What a party pooper!
Wiz: We wouldn't see Android 17 for a long time as Cell self-destructed with him still inside, and although he gets brought back by the Dragon Balls no one sees him throughout the duration of Majin Buu all the way til Goku learned about other universes.
Boomstick: But he decided to take up the lame route of becoming a Park Ranger instead protecting wildlife from poachers.
Wiz: but he actually got stronger, a lot stronger. Mind you, he originally couldn't beat Cell who was weaker than Goku's new base form in Super.
Boomstick: And he went toe to toe with Goku in his Super Saiyan Blue form! That's hundreds of times stronger than his base! Must be that ki forcefield barrier thing.
Wiz: 17's most important move he learned was to create a ki barrier around him that is almost unbreakable.
Boomstick: I sense a 'but' coming
Wiz: But...Although it is strong it can get pushed and possibly even cracked by Jiren, but that's still very strong. Jiren managed to shake an infinite void just by powering up, Android 17 was taking punches from this guy with and without his barrier and manage to stay on top.
Boomstick: He knows more than just lame defense, he knows a dozen of attacks with his ki that blows shit up, on top of that he can do it an infinite number of times as he has infinite stamina due to his android body.
Wiz: He can even move his ki barrier where he wants it, he can put it over others, or on specific parts of his body.
Boomstick: Then this guy can also stand on his own ki blasts? How is that even...physically possible?
Wiz: Android 17 shoots a giant ki blast in the sky, and then he can use it as a foothold
Boomstick: Pair that with his barrier which has taken hits from Jiren, who's punches can destroy planets, possibly even stars in his strongest form. He can even dodge some of Jiren's punches...and Jiren was as fast as Goku's strongest and fastest form! He's practically untouchable.
Wiz: Since 17 managed to actually land significant blows on Jiren every now and then, he has to able to hurt Jiren who can punch entire planets into destruction. if we low ball Jiren and say he can just destroy Earth with a punch, the force it takes to destroy Earth is around 24,000 yottatons of TNT.
Boomstick: If 17 can hurt someone who can do THAT he would need to able to at bare minimum be able to destroy big parts of Earth.
Wiz: So we can estimate that Android 17's punches to be around 100 times less stronger than Jiren which is still 240 yottatons of TNT with a singular punch. This makes him quintillions of times stronger than the Tsar Bomb.
Boomstick: The whole reason we used Jiren for this, is because if Goku in the Cell Saga could destroy Earth with a single Kamehameha and Jiren tanks current Kamehamehas like nothing... I think it's safe to say he can punch Earth to smithereens.
Wiz: Android 17, being an Android is incredibly smart and his skills of thinking on the spot is next level.
Boomstick: Remember that standing on ki thing, he figured that he could do that in just the Tournament of Power, on top of that when everyone including Goku thought they were fighting an enemy he discovered that it was just a bug within like a minute tops.
Wiz: Android 17 also just doesn't have that big of a weakness, the only thing that you could get him on is that he uses his energy barrier the most by far, so against much stronger opponents who can hurt the shield, it becomes just an opening for them.
Boomstick: For those who which to challenge him, just know, he is the Man of Steel.
Genos crushes the competition in Death Battle![]
Wiz: There once was a small town that never stood a chance
Boomstick: Cause a fucking Cyborg attacked it!
Wiz: Though all hope looked lost for the village, a singular 15 year old boy barely survived the attack and was found by Dr.Kuseno and in order to protect people, and eventually, Hunt down the Mad Cyborg he turned...into a...Cyborg
Boomstick: You're telling me that his entire village and family got killed by a Cyborg, so he turned into a Cyborg to hunt down the MAD Cyborg?
Wiz: Yep, and his name was Genos
Boomstick: Genos isn't as smart as I thought, although he did get one hell of a boost when he turned into the cyborg so he might be onto something
Wiz: Determined to be a greater hero, Genos fought every villain he could find, but things were looking bad for him, a certain caped baldy came in and saved him
Boomstick: Ever since that weirdo Saitama saved him, he was desperate to be his disciple and convinced him to join the Hero Association with him.
Wiz: In just the training process, Genos jumped straight to S-Class, the top rank of heroes, and for good reason to.
Boomstick: Like picking up and throwing a 5 ton gorilla like it's nothing?
Wiz: Genos is also able to keep up with Speed-o-Sound Sonic who, as the name implies, can move faster than the human eye can see, and is able to dodge and counter his attacks on a consistent rythm.
Boomstick: You're forgetting that he got completely covered in acid, and was still alive!
Wiz: Genos did take the full force of acid to his back, and the closest estimation we could get is that the acid is around 300 degrees Celsius, or 572 degrees Fahrenheit for you others.
Boomstick: What's this? he could keep going because he has infinite stamina due to being an Android? Hm... Where have I heard that one before?
Wiz: Unlike the ones you're thinking of, if he loses his limbs he can reconnect and disconnect them at will. Meaning that even if it looks like he's about to lose, he can get his limbs back and still win.
Boomstick: One thing you haven't mentioned is that he fires fire out of his hands! Can boost his speed even more, can fly and has a core in his chest that he can self-destruct if it comes down to it! That's his coolest attributes!
Wiz: Pair that on top of being smart enough to realize in battle what you are doing wrong and fix it immediately when he can.
Boomstick: But he can be a bit of a hothead...literally
Wiz: Initially Genos can just rush in and try to finish his foes instantly without an initial strategy, and doesn't fight with any trained technique and tries to brute force it.
Boomstick: But even with that, Genos can light the competition ablaze
Wiz: That may be your dumbest one yet, and that;s impressive
Boomstick: You're just mad you have no taste.
Intermission[]
Wiz: The combatants are set, we've done the calculations, ran through every possibillity

FIGHT[]
Pre-Fight[]
Setting: Nature Park
Genos flies in the sky after hearing a report about people trying to ruin a Nature Park, he reaches the park and sees a human get sent flying, then another, then another.
Genos knows the danger is down there and flies down to see Android 17, who just finished getting rid of the Poachers but doesn't know that Genos sees him as the problem.
Genos: "You! You need to leave this island."
Android 17: "Why should I leave? If you're here for the poachers, I did your job for you. So you're welcome."
Genos: "You think I'm going to fall for that, Villain?"
Fight[]
Genos starts by activating Jet Boosters and flies at Android 17, but 17 punches him back. Android 17 shoots a ki blast at him, and Genos deflects the blast, destroying a portion of the Island. 17 responds by punching him in the gut, an uppercut, and a punch to the center of the face sending Genos over water.
Android 17: "You should leave, you put this place in jeopardy."
In his normal tone, Android 17 flies up at insane speeds, grabs Genos by the face, flies over water, and tosses him so far he crashes into a building miles away. Genos stands up and sees 17 fly above him, 17 goes to say something but Genos doesn't let him by flying up and punching 17 through multiple buildings. Genos then shoots an incineration cannon, but 17 is behind him and kicks Genos' right arm off and kicks him a far distance.
17 flies over Genos
Android 17: "Bow out, you can't continue this fight."
Genos responds by punching 17 away with his left arm and slides into his arm on the floor, connecting his right arm back. "I'll be just fine."
Android 17 shoots a big ki blast, which Genos jumps out of the way, jumps above 17, and kicks him down. Genos flies down by slamming his fist, but he hits a green shield that 17 just made. Android 17 charges a large ball of ki, then removes the barrier and instantly fires it, but Genos manages to avoid it with only a graze.
Genos kicks 17 backward and shoots constant fireballs at him, all of the fireballs landing and sending 17 flying backward with each one. Genos launches a bigger one, which 17 counters with a big ki blast, 17 flies high in the sky, and shoots multiple ki blasts down at Genos. Genos dodges all of them with ease, flies up to him, and hits him to the ground.
Genos lands on the ground, grabs 17 by the leg, and slams him across the ground before flying with 17 still in his grasp and slamming 17 into building after building. Genos throws him up in the air to fire another incineration cannon, but 17 puts his ki shield up. The incineration cannon still pushes 17 higher up in the air, not damaging the shield in any way whatsoever.
But that giant blast 17 shot in the air earlier is still up there, in fact, 17 lands on it! 17 Removes his ki barrier and puts it around his right fist, then jumps off the ki foothold. The Incineration cannon swallows 17 but he still manages to fly through it, 17 appears out of the blast in front of Genos and with his right fist slices Genos' body clean In half sending Genos' upper body in the air. 17 grabs Genos by the head.
Genos: "If I go down, I'm taking you with me!"
Genos' core lights up with a bright blue light and explodes on top of 17 before he can put the ki shield up.
As the dust settles, 17 stands up with torn-up clothes, scars, and bruises on his face. Genos' head lands right in front of him, so he jumps on top of it. Crushing it.
Android 17: "Wait... Why do I feel like I've done that before?"
Conclusion[]
Boomstick: Damn! he was given the Gero treatment!
Wiz: On paper, this may seem pretty tough to decide a victor for, when you look carefully at their outputs, the fight becomes a lot more clear cut.
Boomstick: While Genos has pretty tough moves, it's nothing 17 can't handle, Genos probably wouldn't even hurt 17 that much!
Wiz: Like we stated, Android 17 has taken a lot more damage than Genos can output from Jiren. Jiren can destroy planets in his base form, putting him miles ahead of Genos in every category. You put Jiren's second form on top of that, Android 17 took so much damage that Genos' attacks wouldn't really hurt that much.
Boomstick: Sure Genos can throw a 5 ton gorilla with ease, 17 is casually taking hits from Goku in his Super Saiyan Blue form, who can lift much more than 5 tons.
Wiz: Based on just being able to keep up with Goku's strongest forms, Android 17 is guaranteed to be much faster. Genos can't rely on durability either, as although he lived getting acid sprayed on him, but it was very close to killing him. Android's 17 attacks are much stronger than anything the Deep Sea King could dish out.
Boomstick: Genos' incineration Cannon may be cool, but 17 was able to go through a giant's version of a spirit bomb no problem, and for that same reasoning, Genos could not do a single thing to the ki shield 17 had,
Wiz: At the end, Android 17 just beats Genos in every single stat, making this fight result pretty clear.
Boomstick: Maybe the Mad Cyborg, was actually a Mad Android the whole time.
Wiz: The Winner is Android 17
Next Time...[]
Both of these foes are rather cartoony for anyone else to stand a chance
They also happen to both get stronger when eating things, although for one of them it's very specific
