NOTE for Alucard: Schrodinger will not be counted for this version. IF you wish to make your own version with Schrodinger, you are free too. However, the author of this version feels like
1. Schrodinger's involvement negates two big connections these characters have.
2. Post-Schrodinger Alucard has no showings, as it's literally a last-minute addition to his arsenal.
and 3. It's just not fun for this debate. At all.
Note for Makima: Warning for anime viewers: massive spoilers from ALL of Chainsaw Man.
In addition, how Makima's powers work is vague at best; while some are explained, others are not. As such, the interpretation listed in her bio will be our interpretation of how they work. There are arguments to be made for or against it. Again, if you disagree with how I interpret things in this matchup, feel free to make your own. I'd love to see what you do, even if you completely disagree with me ^_^.

Malus: Vampire's and Devil's vicious monster's that hunt human's down relentlessly.
Hawk: What better to hunt down a monster then one of their own kind.
Stella: Such as Alucard the no-life king and hellsings own vampire.
Luna: Or Makima the head of devil hunter division 4 and Control devil.
Malus: Which of these vicious hunter's of their own kind and power houses will walk away alive, and who will die.
Hawk: Let's find out in this DEATH BATTLE!!!

Malus: What would you do when you are confronted by a vicious being, one that feeds of your fear of it, and hates you. Wants to kill and eat you. Will you run? Will you hide? Or will you do what few have decided to do, Fight.
Hawk: Meet the Devil hunter’s. There are a variety of division’s. But one special experimental division is a major stand out, Division 4. With members such as the weapon hybrid Denji, normal human devil hunter Aki, and the fiend Power, it mixes a multitude of Devil hunter’s from all walks of life. And it’s led by the cold, calculating, Makima.
Stella: However despite being a Leader, Makima isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. As she sees her actions as a necessary evil to keep the peace as best she can. Between having Yakuza family member’s eyes removed to blackmail them, or even joining the fray to save Denji and everyone when trapped in hell. Makima is more than just a pencil pusher.
Luna: She’s also shown to be quite skilled with a sword, hand to hand combat, and has a few tricks up her sleeves in case those aren’t enough, such as enhanced smell, hijicking the hearing of rat's, birds and so on, the ability to just stare or point at you and cause massive hemorrhages, teleport via rat’s or potentially other small animals, and if your a big threat, she can set up at a shrine, have someone say your name, rub her hands together, and well... Squish. It seems almost impossible for a single person to do so much.
Malus: Now Makima isn’t all intimidation and killing, she’s also truly concerned for the future of mankind, love’s dogs, is a cinephile, and is one of the major reason’s Denji went from living in a shack to living a genuinely good life… Granted that was in exchange for him becoming her human dog.
Luna: But who wouldn’t want to be Makima’s dog. She’s a total MOMMY, sorry.
Malus: (Rolls his eyes) She’s a helluva boss too, such as when going to Hell to save Denji and the gang, she was able to React to Darkness Devil’s blitz, Something not even quanxi was able too. Which means it must have been moving at least mach 26[1]. This isn’t even counting the fact that it should be faster than the Gun Devil, who can wreak havoc around the globe in minutes.
Hawk: However, time would prove to be an unfortunately recurring trend. Not all would work out for Denji, as in reality, Makima was pulling the strings behind this better life of his, because in actually she was the Control Devil. A Devil that strived for world peace by controlling the Chainsaw devil that had become Denji’s heart. Once she had control over him she’d have him eat and erase all concept’s that bothered humankind, including death.
Stella: And because of this, she made Denji’s life as happy as she could before ripping it away leaving him unable to strive for his dreams, breaking his contract with Ponchita and bringing out the Chainsaw devil.
Malus: wow... that's fucked up.
Hawk: (Clears throat) With Makima being one of the four hoursmen of the apocolypse in the world of chainsawman, It means she's one of the strongest and most feared devil's. So on top of getting the usual benefits of being a devil like healing from drinking blood, she’s also certainly no slouch in the power department. Even less feared Devil’s such as the bat devil could completely obliterate multiple buildings; something that strong would require at least 91 tons of TNT[2].
Malus: And that’s just the bear minimum too, considering she should also be on way above devil's, like the typhoon devil, a devil whose typhoons have been calculated at a minimum to be 10.6 Kilotons[3] of tnt and even up to 413 kilotons of tnt[4].
Stella: And as the control devil she’s naturally got the ability of control, of which she’s used to gain numerous devil contracts. Such as the Zombie devil to create hordes of undead, the mold devil to create mold in living beings, the stone devil to petrify anything, the curse devil to tear you to pieces after hitting you three times, The angel devil which can drain your life away and create weapons that can hit intangible beings, and the Future devil which can allow her to see into the future.
Malus: Those are just a few of the more unique devil's; she has control over various weapon fiends to blow you up, set you on fire or shred you to pieces, the massive Punishment Devil who could do battle with the Gun Devil. And a few more that would take too long to list.
Luna: In addition she has controlled various people she has met OR other devil hunter’s have met. Which makes it very arguable that she has a few more… powerful devil’s to access, even if she hasn’t directly shown them. Such as Cosmo a fiend that can flood your brain with the knowledge of the infinite cosmos, the Hell Devil, a devil she can use through contract’s with other’s to BFR you straight to H E Double hockey sticks, The infinity devil to trap you in an infinite hallway, and you can even make an argument for her to control the Gun devil. Or at least a fragment of it.
(note: it’s likely she didn’t use these devil’s against Chainsaw Devil/Chainsaw man because they didn't directly fall into her plan to overpower him. Or would cause too much damage to wider japan which would reduce how much she could regenerate.)
Stella: And her control doesn’t just stop at devil’s. It extends to anyone she see’s as lesser then her… Which is basically everyone. She can control you with a simple word, or for a more direct approach, she has intangible chains which she can use to not just control you, but control your perception, alter or even erase your memories, and even straight up re-write your personality.
Hawk: Now onto her two most famous abilities, her Telekinetic bang, a blast strong enough to make the Chainsaw devil bleed.
Luna: AND BLOW HIM INTO ORBIT IN ONLY A FEW SHOTS in basically no time! This would require a speed of over mach 4000[5].
(note: this likely does not scale to the speed at which she can fight simply how fast her attacks can travel)
Malus: Then there’s her contract with the prime minister, the biggest issue when fighting Makmia, any damage she takes would instead be transferred to another citizen of Japan as an appropriate accident or illness instead. Basically making her impossible to kill without wiping out all 126 MILLION people in japan.
Stella: Let’s be fair here. Civilian casualties in chainsaw man’s Japan are very common, so a full 126 million would be a high ball. I think it’d be more safe to slash that population in half to around 63 million. Still an incredibly high number to go through.
Luna: Yet still with all her power’s abilities, and plans, what was her own undoing was nothing more than not bothering to get to know the very people whose lives she sought to make better. Not realizing until too late Denji had actually hidden in her entourage. With a surprise attack and a session of cannibalism of unknown length, Denji had managed to put down Makima.
Malus: But still, in the world of Chainsaw man, few devil’s could challenge Makmia’s roll as one of the apex devil’s.
“I'm aware of the concept of a 'necessary evil'. I understand it's a convenient justification for your misdeeds. But society doesn't need your cheap excuses. If you were a true necessary evil, you'd be kept on a much shorter leash, with the hand of the state firmly in control.”
