Two genre-making juggernauts make their way into the ring to battle it out for the crown of best Metroidvania. Will Alucard prove that his skill alone is all he needs to win this bout or will Samus score another bounty and end the Dracula bloodline for another millennia?
Connections:
- Both are the/one of the main protagonists from games that started the entire Metroidvania genre of games.
- They both lost their parents at a young age.
- Goes through large area's to reclaim their lost gears and abilities.
- Are direct descendants from the main/one of the main antagonists in their respective series'.
Admittedly not a lot of connections though this matchup is a guilty pleasure of mine.
