Ultron then rises up and decides to send a message to all of Japan using his program transmitter.

When Ultron said that a peculiar bear appears, that bear was Monokuma, Monokuma mocks Ultron which causes Ultron to chase him but before chasing him his drones come out of the sky and Ultron only says the following before chasing Monokuma

the Drones listened to their master and began to attack the city that was already in bad shape, while they did that, Ultron chased the Bear while shooting laser beams at him with his hands, and after a long chase he arrived at a peculiar place, that place was the Neo World program, Monokuma starts to laugh and then transforms into Alter Ego Junko, when Alter Ego Junko appears and watches Ultron, she says the following thing
