Wiz: throughout death battle we have always had combatants who were unique with their weapons in one way or another, mostly ones who use the greatness of technology to enhance their skills.
Boomstick: but today we've got who fighters who don't need any fancy tech, just their wits, a bow and an arsenal of kickass weapons.
Wiz: Aloy, the orphan outcast turned who dreamed of exploring the world lost to the machines.
Boomstick: and Takkar, the warrior Chief of the wenja tribe of Oros, he's wiz and I'm boomstick.
Wiz: and its our job to analyze their weapons Armour and skills to find out who would win a death battle.
aloy []
Wiz: have you ever wondered what terrors the future could behold, wonder what terrible disasters the earth and mother nature could have in store from humanity?
Boomstick: hell no, i just like to shoot guns all day and drink beer, ah life is good.
Wiz: uh, well it seems the whole world in horizon zero dawn had the same logic as my brainless co host, in the year 2013 the earth sparked a string of extinction level events that would bring about the end of mankind in years to come.
Boomstick: and these events made all the other tiny little earthquakes and tornadoes look like nothing in comparison, nuclear facilities all around the world ruptured thanks to 13.0 earthquakes, the whole of new Zealand sank beneath the ocean, and if that wasn't bad enough thousands of machine animals rose up and began attacking humanity.
Wiz: with very little military firepower left to hold back the oncoming threat of machines, the last surviving humans fled to underground facilities set up all over the world in a last ditch effort to outlast the robotic behemoths that left the world in ruin.
Boomstick: after a few years of having a nice dirt nap, not literally, the human survivors came back to the surface and what they saw as amazing.
Wiz: in the years spent hidden below ground, the earth itself seemed to have healed, animals returned and were abundant, the machines had become dormant, it was a perfect home.
Boomstick: so they got to work building a new home in this paradise, after settlements were built, pretty soon they started coming up with leadership plans, cause that shit never goes away.
Wiz: the now chiefs and kings of the new world vowed to never again return to their technological ways that they believed ended all of humanity, and for many years the new people of the earth prospered.
Boomstick: and that's where Aloy comes in, some little tiny orphan kid that this old guy thought would become something special, where did this guy even find this kid? are we sure this isn't just some crazy old guy who found a baby in the woods?
Wiz: i'm pretty sure that's not what happened, anyway raised from birth by the outcast Rost, Aloy grew up watching other young and happy children from a distance.
Boomstick: yeah see since she was raised by an outcast it technically makes her one too, bummer for her.
Wiz: even without other children Aloy still enjoyed her life in the new earth, until one when her whole world changed,
Boomstick: one day while exploring the woods Aloy fell into a big ass hole in the ground and landed in one of the old facilities we explained before, cause kids don't think before they act.
Wiz: after exploring this chamber Aloy found a small electronic device called a Focus, a device designed to link directly with the wearers brain. and she kept for herself.
Boomstick: now skip ahead a few years to the day Aloy became a chosen, where she would be allowed to rejoin the village if she completed the trials among the other chosen.
Wiz: Aloy fought hard and strong and through brutal training and determination she passed the tests and was finally accepted.
Boomstick: then the trial got attacked by a bunch of scary guys wearing masks and they killed a bunch of the chosen, and Rost died. still got to give her credit, she took down a group of bandits by herself, hell one of them had an M134 minigun!
Wiz: after this emotional period Aloy was determined to set out into the world and find those responsible for Rost's death, oh and also find her mother because she has some sort of significance.
Boomstick: although she was only a teenager with very little experience, Aloy became an expert at hunting and fighting.
Wiz: thanks to her training with Rost, Aloy was already an expert with a bow and with some extra technological weapons she became unstoppable.
Boomstick: Aloy carries the war bow, a bow an arrow that can shoot normal, ice or fire arrows and shock arrows, perfect for long range sniping, she's also got the ropecaster which can attach to people and machines to pin them down, and she has the tearblaster, a short range weapon that can blast heavy Armour off machines and even stagger humans.
Wiz: aloy also carries a sling that can projectile large area of effect orbs, the forgefire can light area's on fire at close range and she carries a rifle called the rattler that can shoot out five shots at once, and finally the tripcaster can be set to stretch out across large areas that emits a stunning electrical surge, provided anything walks into it.
Boomstick: and when it comes to Armour aloy's pacing the greatest set in her world, the shield weaver Armour, made up of several small plates of tech, the shield weaver projects small force field areas around aloys, body that can effectively shuck down pretty much everything.
Wiz: in addition to being a force field the shield weaver can constantly regenerate when not being attacked, the only downside to this is the Armour can only take so much damage before dropping to 0%, and it does take time to fully restore.
Boomstick: good thing she's got the skills and the tech to avoid that though, as a hunter aloy is naturally gifted at stealth and hunting, she can sneak up on animals and machines without them even noticing, but sneaking up on people is another story.
Wiz: which is why besides just her tech and weapons, aloy is skilled in combat as well, she can dispatch several opponents at once with her quick aim, take down machines much much larger than her, and even agile enough to dodge close range arrows.
Boomstick: your probably telling yourself right now, wow this chick must be unkillable!
Wiz: at a distance, maybe up close, no, aloy has practically no close range combat tools with the exception of her staff, a well balanced spear she made herself at a young age.
Boomstick: now it may not look like much, but that's no ordinary stick, thanks to the tech parts she placed inside it the staff has the ability to hack into machines and turn them to her side, some of the machines she can even ride, cause who wouldn't want a pet robot animal.
Wiz: while she's used many at different times for this fight we'll be giving her, her go to machine, the strider.
Boomstick: the strider is a well balanced machine, specializing in quick attacks, its actually based off of a horse, the strider can reach and maintain speeds of 30 mph for extended periods of time, and when it gets pissed of the strider will charge at its prey with its hooves for attack.
Wiz: the strider has light Armour for protecting its internal components but it also three canisters of fuel on its back that are exposed, should these canisters be hit it inflicts massive damage to the strider.
Boomstick: yeah the strider may be fast and agile but its really lacking in the whole weapons department, really why couldn't they add a gun to this thing like those giant robo t-Rex's.
Wiz: speaking of robo t-Rex you didn't just hear that wrong, in her world while there are machines based off of real animals there are some based off of prehistoric animals, not only that but aloy has expertly taken down and defeated several of these machines, she's brought down gigantic metal birds that can fire electricity, robot dinosaurs with massive guns on their backs, and even giant scorpion shaped mechs that are extremely quick.
Boomstick: even when she's on her own with no machines aloy is still a force to be reckoned with, she's taken on multiple bandits at once, hacked and destroyed dozens of giant machines solo and her sense of smell is so on point she can track a person for miles, and her reaction time is so good she can dodge arrows at close range without even looking.
Wiz: on average arrows travel as fast as depended on the bow and direction, based off of where aloy was previously standing as to where the bandit was standing means aloy must have reacted to the arrow at 79 mph.
Boomstick: and she's also pretty damn strong for someone her age, she was able to pick up and fire this gigantic cannon after she blew it off a machine, wiz there's another potential feat, math that.
Wiz: on it, after taking in how large that cannon is as well as how heavy the metal on the machinery is means that the cannon must weigh at least 1460 pounds.
Boomstick: but as much as aloy is a badass and an expert hunter in every way, she's not exactly flawless.
Wiz: when fighting against a strong enough opponent aloy can quickly deplete her ammo leaving her with only her spear, and while she is a strong melee fighter with it, she is at a serious disadvantage with opponents specializing in close range combat.
Boomstick: also aloy's pretty hot headed and doesn't like to think things through that much before doing them, which gets her into a lot of trouble, but even with these weakness's aloy is still one of the toughest hunters in her world, any man who faces her should prepare for the wrath of a hunter.
Takkar[]
Wiz: long ago before most humans even existed there was a tribe of warriors known far and wide by all others, the wenja, these proud hunters and warriors brought honor and peace to the fierce world around them, until one day when the tribe decided they needed to find a home for themselves.
Boomstick: hoping to find sanctuary in the world of 10,000 B.C, several wenja traveled out into the world in hopes of finding a brand new home for their tribe, after month of travelling and searching they eventually found the land of Oros, a hidden valley protected from the outside and filled with food, animals and a perfect place for a home, but considering how this is the stone age peaceful only lasted for so long.
Wiz: upon their arrival to Oros and first attempt at building a life for themselves, the wenja realized they were not alone, as fate would have it two other tribes also called the land of Oros home and they weren't willing to share it, the flesh eating cannibals the Udam, and the sunwalker fire worshipers the Izila, caught in the middle of their struggle for domination of Oros the wenja in the valley were quickly scattered and few remained.
Boomstick: after word reached the wenja that a bunch of human eaters and fire dorks messed up their bro's the wenja sent a small hunting party to Oros with the hopes of reuniting their fallen brothers, for this mission they sent Takkar, a proud strong warrior of the wenja and one of their greatest fighters, but just before they got to Oros some sabertooth tiger sprang up and killed everyone but Takkar, man the wenja are really lacking in the whole luck thing.
Wiz: now on his own takkar traveled to the land of Oros and encountered a fellow wenja named Sayla, she told him that the wenja that remained were scattered throughout Oros and that the only hope for their survival was to bring the wenja together to take back the land that was taken from them.
Boomstick: with his new goal in mind takkar set out to find his wenja brothers, and was there really anyone better for the job, this guy is a serious survivor, takkar is an expert hunter and fighter, he's incredibly stealthy when sneaking up on opponents and animals, so much that not even sabertooth tigers can track him when he's hidden. and he can use hunter vision to make out far away people and objects, he can track a footprints easily and can even see a person's smell and track them by it for mile.
Wiz: besides his clearly amazing hunter skills, takkar is an expert in hand to hand combat and fighting, he can take out dozens of warriors solo and is extremely durable, takkar can tank several arrows, clubs, and even fire with no sign of wearing down and getting tired, he can even be poisoned by rattlesnakes and the effects wear off after a few seconds, commonly rattlesnakes have some the of deadliest venom in the world, most humans bitten die after only 10 minutes of being exposed, and takkar isn't even sleepy.
Boomstick: He's also got several weapons to help him out in a fight, he's got clubs and two handed clubs that can kill a guy wearing Armour in one swing, he's also got a long bow and hunter bow that can fire three arrows at once, and he's got spears hardened with the blood of Oros, one of the hardest elements in Oros.
Wiz: takkar also has a grappling claw that he uses to climb up to hard to reach areas, his arsenal also includes daggers, traps, throwing bombs with fire, poison and even bee's, but what makes takkar's weapons so special is the fact that he can craft new ones on the fly so long as he has the resources, which means he won't be running out of any weapons mid-fight when dealing with enemies.
Boomstick: but if he's taking too much damage takkar also carries several antidotes to poison and wounds, he can heal himself up with just a bite of meat, and for some unknown and probably never answered question, somehow if he runs out of meat takkar can heal himself by cricking his fingers, or taking an arrow out of his arm, even if he wasn't shot in the first place, what is this guy some kind of stone age wizard.
Wiz: definitely not a wizard but he does have certain abilities a normal Neanderthal wouldn't have, after meeting with a wenja shaman known as tensay, he revealed to takkar that he was the beast master, a powerful wenja warrior with control over animals who would destroy the izila and the udam forever, saving the wenja.
Boomstick: seriously he just listened to this crazy guy in some cave he found when he told him he could control animals.
Wiz: like i said, the stone age, people believed anything.
Boomstick: well good thing this tensay guy was right because wouldn't you know it, takkar can tame any animal he finds instantly turning it friendly, so long as an animal is tamed it will follow and protect takkar from any harm, no matter how dangerous something is. Like his owl, that he found in his vision, the owl acts as takkar's eyes in the sky scoping out dangers up ahead, he can spot opponents and highlight them for takkar, drop bombs and beehives. and he can even dive at an enemy and instantly take them out.
Wiz: and teensay wasn't the only wenja takkar found who helped him with becoming a better leader, he met wohga a crafter who taught him how to make his weapons strong and tough, jayma showed takkar how to track and be a master hunter, Sayla showed him how to make antidotes and food for wounds, Karoosh gave him warrior training and showed him how to be a true fighter.
Boomstick: hell he even figured out some stuff from some udam and izila he turned good, like Dah who showed him to make rot fumes and fight like a man, and roshani showed him how to make fire bombs and be extra sneaky
Wiz: and thanks to Tensay's help in discovering his hidden powers, takkar is not only able to tame any animal he finds, but also ride them, and while its true he has ridden many different types from, bears to common tigers, his animal of choice is none other than the very creature that killed his hunting party upon arriving in Oros, the bloodfang sabertooth.
Boomstick: now that's what i call a cat, the bloodfang is the most dangerous and aggressive animal in Oros, and the most feared for good reason, at top speed it can clock in at 45 mph and equipped with massive fangs and claws for tearing opponents to shreds, its got insanely good agility, hearing, sight and is surprisingly stealthy for a cat that big.
Wiz: and let's not forget the bloodfang's most important attribute, it's sense of smell, we have previously established that cat's have over 200,000,000 odor sensitive cells and panoramic vision, as well being able to hear 5 times better than humans, meaning the bloodfang can track virtually anything that wanders its way, or several miles away from it.
Boomstick: there is literally no one who can hide from this thing, if it gets a whiff of you, don't even bother trying to get away, and this thing is really freaking strong too, it can rip apart tough muscle and bone like its nothing with it's jaws.
Wiz: even without his trusty sabertooth, takkar has proven himself many times over that he is the deadliest hunter in the land of Oros, he's defeated and fought against entire village's and outposts of Udam and Izila, stolen the mask of krati from the sacred izila temple and he's even defeated the leaders of both tribes Ull and Batari in single combat.
Boomstick: this dude is so tough he once fell down a cliff like it was nothing and got right back up, on top of that the fall killed his best friend who was with him, and he can outrun tapirs, animals that can move at 35 mph at top speed.
Wiz: through his sheer willpower he's become immune to the pain of fire, and his sharpshooting skills are enough to shoot a dive bombing golden eagle out of the sky.
Boomstick: i thought those things could only fly at 32 mph.
Wiz: flying yes, but when they dive they can move at 150 mph, at that speed any normal wanderer would become food for these things, but not takkar who can turn, draw his bow and fire it at the oncoming eagle before it even gets close.
Boomstick: takkar is a born warrior and one of the best fighters in the valley, but even he can't do anything, against enough opponents at once he can be drastically overwhelmed and taken down, he can't heal from every injury and just like any normal human can only take so much damage.
Wiz: but his weakness's sure didn't stop him from bringing together the wenja and restoring their lives in the Oros, and after defeating the Udma, Izila and any other threats to his tribe, Takkar achieved his destiny of becoming the beastmaster chief of the Wenja tribe.
Interlude []
Wiz: Alright the combatants are set let's end this debate once and for all.
Boomstick: IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLE!!!!!!!
Death battle []
In the valley of Oros the sun begins to rise over the mountains, as the forest's and canyons light up with activity from animal's and people, Takkar is walking through his village looking at the children play and adults going about their lives, the wenja chief stops at the tent of one of his best friends and mentor, he steps inside and looks at the various objects and tools of Tensay the shaman as the elder wenja steps forward to greet takkar.
Tensay: (in wenja language) ah, Beastmaster, come in make yourself comfortable.
Takkar: (in wenja language) you would not call me hear unless news was important, what has happened?
Tensay: news travels far and fast across Oros, you kill Batari make the izila weak and without leader, izila do not dare attack the wenja since death of the sun daughter, but something new has come to Oros, someone who bares the blue mark of izila.
Takkar: you think izila have brought new fighter, what good does it do them, I have defeated strong warriors before, many who bare the mark of izila.
Tensay: not just fighter, this one moves faster, hits harder, and cannot be stopped, she bares more than just the mark, she wears objects of ones she has defeated, and holds a bow that shoots arrows of fire, like the one you burned.
Takkar: Batari's sister.
Tensay: you must stop this one beastmaster, strike her before she strikes again, and send a message to izila.
Takkar: if this one is Batari's sister, she will know fury of the wenja.
with that takkar left the tent and walked out into the village, he walked to his cave and got his equipment, he ran out of the village and headed for the last known sighting of the one who bares the mark.
In a forest clearing not too far from the wenja village, Aloy is walking through the tall grass whistling to herself as she looks over one of her weapons, she has grown to loving her weapons, she cleans them every day, always makes sure their in proper working order, she places the weapon back in her knapsack and continues walking.
Aloy: this valley is amazing, animals roaming peacefully everywhere, tons of places to get food, water, resources, true i haven't seen any machines yet but I think i wouldn't mind living here for a while, i haven't even seen a single person yet.
Aloy's silence was ended when she heard a walking sound behind her, she quickly turned and saw a much older, neanderthal looking man holding a bow with an arrow drawn aimed right at her head.
Takkar: (in wenja language) Who are you, are you with izia, what are you doing in Oros!!!
Aloy: woah, woah! easy there I didn't really understand a lot of that, ok I didn't understand any of it but, I'm not a threat really, I just came to this valley a few days ago. umm? oh, I see you have a bow there, it's very nice, I also happen to have a bow that's nice, see?
Aloy bring's out her bow and allows takkar to observe the weapon.
Takkar: it's just like Batai's you are her sister, izila scum!!!!
Aloy: ok maybe not the best idea bringing out my bow, sorry sir, but this is just defense.
Aloy draw's her bow and aims the arrow at takkar, as he readies his arrow.
FIGHT!!!
Aloy and takkar both fired their bow's at each other, both arrows whizzed past both their heads as both narrowly dodged it, takkar ran at aloy with his spear and jumped into the air with his spear drawn aimed at her, aloy lept out of the way as takkar's spear hit the ground, aloy then brought out her tearblaster and aimed it at takkar as he ran at her again, she fired the tearblaster and the force from the impact knocked takkar back several feet and landed on the ground, she then proceeded to get out the forgefire and aimed the weapon at him.
Aloy: time to go wide!
Aloy fired the forgefire and lit the surrounding grass on fire as, she also managed to hit takkar slightly but he simply brushed the flames off his clothing. takkar looked around and saw the surrounding area was on fire and he had no way out, aloy smirked and got out her rattler, she began firing at takkar while he attempted to dodge the oncoming bombardment, he avoided most of the blasts but one of the beams hit his right shoulder leaving a mark in it.
Takkar: aaggh!
Aloy: sorry gramps, nothing personal.
Takkar thrusted his spear onto his throwing arm and aimed at aloy, he threw the spear at her and it hit the rattler, Aloy looked at the weapon now sparking and shutting down with the spear halfway through it.
Aloy: damn it!
then something happened that she didn't expect, takkar ran through the fire barrier, charging straight at her, takkar grabbed onto her using her as a shield against the oncoming flames, good thing she had her Armour or she would have been burnt to a crisp by the time she was out, once outside the fire circle takkar grabbed onto aloy's leg and hurled her into a nearby tree, aloy struggled to get up and used her healing flowers to get herself back upright. aloy looked around but couldn't locate takkar anywhere, she activated her focus, and scanned the area, she saw takkar's footprints leading off to a nearby bush, she snuck over slowly and drew her bow aiming her arrow inside, she fired and the arrow was sent into the bush.
Aloy: and that's how you hunt.
Aloy looked back and heard rustling in the bush, takkar emerged from the brush and he looked pissed, he was glaring at aloy, Aloy looked at him noticed her bow stuck in takkar's arm, he brought his arm up and grabbed onto the arrow and tore it straight out of his arm. takkar took out his heavy club and whistled quickly, Aloy took out her spear and heard something approaching, fast! she turned and saw a massive sabertooth emerge from the under brush, takkar motioned with his arm and pointed at Aloy, the tiger charged at her knocking her back into the field, aloy looked as the cat pounced at her and she brought her spear up to catch the sabertooth's jaws, she wrestled with the beast as it attempted to bite down on her, aloy pushed up and quickly got her tearblaster knocking the giant cat off her, she ran towards a strider that was grazing and hacked into it with the spear. she got on and took off into the forest, takkar saw her heading off and whistled for the bloodfang, he leapt onto it as he charged after her and the strider into the deep forest.
Aloy and the strider ran through the vast forest as fast as they could go, but takkar and the bloodfang were not far behind, as the two approached aloy shot her electricity arrows at them, takkar maneuvered the bloodfang through the onslaught of arrows and drew his own bow shooting an overhanging branch with a fire arrow, the tree branch caught fire and fell down crashing into the path, the strider lept over it but one of it's hooves was caught on a branch and it tumbled forward knocking aloy and it into a new clearing at the edge of a cliff.
Aloy: damn it.
aloy got up as the bloodfang charged through the brush, takkar lept off with his club as the bloodfang tackled the strider and began tearing it to bits aloy and takkar stared each other down as the two charged at each other, aloy's spear met with his two handed club and the two engaged in close combat, aloy tried to impale him but takkar pulled her into a arm lock and knocked her spear away, he brought his club down on her only to be stopped by the force field, aloy shot several arrows into takkar and he fled behind a boulder, peering back he activated his hunter vision and saw the weak points in the Armour at the chest and belt.
Takkar: time to end this.
takkar threw several fire bombs at the surrounding area engulfing them in flames. he ran at aloy and began hitting her over and over hitting the force field every time, the energy level was starting to diminish.
Aloy: ha nice try pal but it'll just recharge after you break it.
finally the shield ran out of power and aloy smirked, takkar whacked her with his club and jumped into the air, time began to slow and he quickly drew his bow and fired an arrow, aloy quickly got back up and prepared to fight, takkar pulled out his sling and shot a rock at aloy hitting her in the head.
Aloy: ow! what why didn't the shield.
aloy looked down and saw an arrow embedded in her shield weaver Armour, effectively breaking it, takkar returned fire with his arrows but aloy ducked out of the way of all of them,.
Aloy: i might not have my armour, but i'm still too fast for you to hit!
Takkar: fired more arrows and then held his hands together letting out a whistle sound, above them the owl had heard and headed towards his master, eyeballing the girl deflecting his arrows the owl threw down one of his poison bombs, the bomb fell right next to Aloy and burst open exposing her to the toxic rot fumes, aloy gasped for air as her vision started to blur and fade in and out, taking the opportunity, takkar lifted up one of his spears and thrust it at her, the spear impaled aloy straight through the chest and she fell to her knees grabbing the spear attempting to pull it out of her. takkar loaded a fire arrow into his bow and aimed at aloy.
Takkar: Walk free.
takkar shot the arrow and it went straight through aloy's head, as the rest of her body caught on fire takkar looked out at the setting sun on Oros, he called the bloodfang and headed back to the Wenja village.

Results []
Boomstick: holy shit! chock up master chef to Takkar's attributes cause he just made outcast Flambe!
Wiz: both Takkar and Aloy were incredibly powerful and skilled hunters and warriors but only one could pull through to the end.
Boomstick: with arrow dodging at close range it seemed like aloy was a shoe in for reaction speed, but takkar can avoid point blank arrows and spears with barely any effort whatsoever.
Wiz: at best Aloy's fastest reaction speed, dodging near point blank arrows clocked in at 79 mph, on the other hand Takkar's reaction speed was fast enough to turn, draw and load his bow and fire it at a dive bombing golden eagle travelling a little over 150 mph, almost twice as fast as Aloy.
Boomstick: plus Aloy was only dodging at the time, Takkar was shooting his bow, meaning her fastest defense wasn't even close to Takkar's fastest offense.
Wiz: Aloy's far more advanced and powerful arsenal may have seemed far superior but takkars arsenal was enough to keep her's at bay, mostly due to Aloy's lack of ammo, she can only carry so much at a time and when she's out she needs to rely on her spear for close range combat, on the opposite end takkar could carry and make new weapons on the fly even while in combat.
Boomstick: and when it comes to physical attributes takkar blows aloy out of the water, for strength aloy may have picked up a heavy cannon but takkar can shatter stone walls, wrestle with bears and crocs, and he matched Ull in strength who could kill a charging polar bear with ease. speed wise aloy might be faster than an average human, but takkar can outrun tapirs that can run at 35 mph. as for durability aloy might be enough to take an arrow or two, but takkar has fallen off a cliff, been impaled, poisoned, thrown into a pit of fire! and all it did was piss him off more!
Wiz: Aloy's weapons are more technological and overall deadly but many of her weapons are also based on and dependent on fire, and thanks to his training with Tensay Takkar has become completely immune to fire through his willpower alone, this is most evident when he held Batari in the great fire of the Izila temple and despite the fact that the sun daughter was burned to a crisp, he emerged completely unscathed.
Boomstick: wait, Wiz what about when Aloy fell off of the side of the snowy mountain at the trials, shouldn't that mean her durability is equal to Takkar's?
Wiz: no for several reasons, sure Aloy did fall off the side of a cliff which should seem equal but there's no evidence to suggest that the fall itself would be fatal, and the fact that even if she did take the full force of the suggested height the snow would have definitely stopped the impact force upon landing.
Boomstick: the proof of this lies in the art of speed skiing, where the average skier can reach and maintain speeds of about 150 mph, and the worst thing that's ever happened after colliding with a heap of snow is usually a twisted ankle or a broken foot, plus even if the cliff Takkar fell off wasn't as tall as the mountain it was way more painful, on the way down he literally hit every single rock, branch, stump, jagged rock that was in his path and he was totally fine, plus the fact that his buddy was killed by the same fall is evident of this fact too, and he didn't even hit as much shit as Takkar.
Wiz: and it's no surprise that that the bloodfang outclassed the strider, it was faster, stronger and for even more proof a horse which the strider was modeled off of was the main prey of sabertooth tigers in the stone age, so safe to say it knew what it was hunting.
Boomstick: but there was still one big obstacle in takkar's path, the shield weaver Armour, damn near impossible to get through and even harder to hit, none of takkars weapons could effectively penetrate it.
Wiz: however thanks to takkar's hunter vision and experience he was able to find out the weakness in the Armour once the shield was down, and with his dead on accuracy with a bow which was enough to react to a 150 mph dive bombing eagle and shoot it out of the sky, he was more than capable of hitting her Armour's weak spots once he had the chance.
Boomstick: and while their abilities seemed pretty similar, takkar was the only one who had had a history with people like aloy, hell he has way more experience period, aloy's only like 19 years old and spent her whole life being an outcast with little combat training, sure Rost taught her a little bit but nowhere near takkar's own history with combat.
Wiz: Aloy fought hard and fast but it wasn't enough against takkar's vastly superior skills and physique.
Boomstick: look's like Aloy really came between a stone and a hard place.
Wiz: the winner is Takkar.
