Neutron: You don't have fingers, but yes you're on to something because Alex Mercer is the virus itself, possessing it's infection in Alexander J Mercer's DNA who was responsible for the outbreak and this would lead to changing the city and world
Eagle: Yeah after saving the city Alex just saw how messed up and betrayed Humanity done to him, on a quest to see any good in it and you think he did after meeting a girl in the cabin and potentially a crush but she had a failed attempt at killing Alex and that's where he snapped
Neutron: Seeing that humanity has done nothing for him he set out to do things his way for a better world with him in charge by making a another outbreak and certainly shown to be a dangerous Fallen Hero

Alucard goes to shoot but Alex stomps on his arms from preventing the bullet and stabs his stomach to drain him and absorb his abilities
Alucard grunted and last effort turns intambibel through Alex from further more infecting him as he turns around and shot the bullet with in the skull knocking him backwards with bullets raining down on his chest
Alucard: Goodbye...Alex Mercer
Alucard bites at his neck draining all his blood which was slowly killing him and he screamed but it slowly fades into nothing as he lands on his knees with Alucard holding him with his gun pointing right at his head

The Air then goes silent as the Casull has put a bullet in the head of Alex Mercer, with his brains splattered around the walls and remaining glass on the floor with Alucard sighing with the mission finally completed , He walks out of the tower with Integra amd Walter looking out the window of the building they were in

Alucard was walking in the streets to return to the building with Integra putting her cigar on the table narrorating with it now raining in London . Alucard looking up at the red moon while picking up his shattered glasses
Integra: He did...to beat a monster..is not with another man but a monster that has the man in them who they are ...and that's what he is...the true Count Dracula

Neutron: This was a exciting fight both has their edge of being unkillable and powered they displayed but it came down for who has the edge
Eagle: Both had a good fair share of hypersonic speed feats and town level ones too so this was actually close but Alucard has the better advantages
Neutron: Alex survived a nuclear blast that level Manhattan that's impressive but compared to Alucard river of blood that flooded a city moving it ,.which makes Alucard City and Alex around Town
Eagle: Alucard also has the more experience and while both could of drain them but it came down with Alucard with more sheer power and experience , so Seeing Mercer lose really sucked
