A battle between Protagonist Villains, who would win?
Intro:[]
(Cue - Wiz and Boomstick Death Battle Theme)
Wiz: Ainz Ooal Gown, the unkillable and dangerous overlord of Nazarick, Sorcerer King, and one of the 41 Supreme Beings.
Boomstick: Black Hat, the All For One of Cartoon Network and leader of the Black Hat organization.
Wiz: Throughout many fictional stories, there always tends to be the typical narrative that revolves around a main character that has the typical characteristics of embodying compassion, honor, empathy, or righteousness, and some are edgy anti-heroes that murders villains and criminals out of sheer condemnation or because society failed them, but they still retains some level of morals, and then, we have them...
Boomstick: Beings who are out there to help others in exchange for something useful and profitable, and the concept of morality, compassion, and empathy, there is none of it for these two. He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armors, and skills to find out who would win, a Death Battle.
Ainz Ooal Gown Conquers Death Battle:[]
Wiz: Imagine that you are the bottom dog of a post-apocalyptic dystopian cyberpunk era where humanity depleted almost all of their resources, leaving behind nothing but a world devoid of all life and the new order is governed by powerful greedy corporate entities, you are essentially a nobody of nothing special other than the fact that your amongst the many oppressed crowd that are trying desperately to survive in this messed up world.
Boomstick: This reality is a daily life for Suzuki Satoru, an average salary man who is making ends meet and living in a torn down apartment with nothing but a highly advanced game console, similar to those headset gears in Sword Art Online.
Wiz: Originally born and raised by a mother who died when making his favorite sandwich and witnessing her death right in-font of his eyes, Suzuki grew up to have no relatives nor family, and it is said he only completed elementary educations and manage to land himself a normal position as a salary man within this unforgiving world. Suzuki, to escape from this harsh and oppressively nihilistic society, resorts to indulging himself in YGGDRASIL.
Boomstick: YGGDRASIL? The name of the World Tree in the folklore of Nordic?
Wiz: Not that YGGDRASIL, I meant a highly advanced virtual reality one...
Boomstick: Oh, I see...
Wiz: Anyways, from within this very own society, Suzuki adopted his online nickname going by the alias of "Momonga", and due to the fact that YGGDRASIL has a multitude of over thousands of races to be chosen, out of all, Suzuki chose a spellcaster undead, or a lich.
Boomstick: and let's just say that in his first day of playing YGGDRASIL, it wasn't the finest, it was worse like how you get excessively bullied in school or you constantly lose and get humiliated to those toxic gamers. There are in-game discriminations against these so-called "Heteromorphic" races, which is a term used to define and designated players who choose races that are non-humans, and many peoples within YGGDRASIL tends to PK them.
PK is a short term for "Player Kill", it's a term that refers to a Player that attacks you without warning nor requesting for a duel, and they always either play fair or resort to cowardly tactics like being a runner, another term used for Players who resort to cowardly tactics of constant evasion by running distances before attacking again.
Wiz: And Suzuki, or now go by the alias of Momonga, became one of the many unfortunate newbies who became the target of these Players that chooses their races to be Humans, of course, another unfortunate reason was because Momonga by that time is a low-level Player and thus, making him an easy target for these racial discriminators. And after several failed attempts to survive and run throughs, Momonga considered quitting the game due to the frustrated discrimination on-going around.
Boomstick: Until he was saved by another Heteromorphic race whose persona is sort of like an "Online Hero of righteousness", and guess what? Momonga was inspired and he was offered to join a group go by the name Nine's Own Goal, a guild that was created for the sole purpose of combatting the discriminators of YGGDRASIL and protecting the Heteromorphics that are becoming victims by Human race Players. But, like they say, nothing last forever.
Wiz: For many reasons...the leader, and also the same person who saved Ainz, Touch Me, stepped down and gave leadership to Ainz, whom in later runs would turn this guild into some kind of dungeon raiders, and it is unknown if they still uphold that same ideals of combatting discriminators or not, but, it is known that due to the many discriminations of Heteromorphic races happening in the game, that they soon decided to go with the "If they see us as monsters, then let us be monsters".
Boomstick: That's one big FACT! I mean, hear me out, one of them, the most excessive and also an adversary and opposite of Touch Me, is Ulbert Alain Odle, literally someone who is fascinated with the concept of evil, and is considered to have a karmic of over -500 (which is deemed by the moral system as extremely evil), even gaining a class known as World Disaster.
Wiz: YGGDRASIL itself has a typical moral judgement system that deems the Karma of a Player based on their actions, good equals positive, but bad is absolutely negative, and those who scores -500 is deemed as absolutely evil.
Boomstick: And guess what? Nearly every single person of the guild Nine's Own Goal have neutral Karma, positive Karma very less, but the numbers of members with negative Karmas are batshit high! Momonga, was one of these ones.
Wiz: Mhm...talk about a Dungeons and Dragons inspired story...
Boomstick: Yeah, let's just say that, the guild that Momonga joins are full of edge lords that are into the hardcore roleplaying of being villains. Heck! All of them even went as far as to programmed and created NPCs with descriptions and backstories that simply makes them absolutely the pinnacle of evilness or literal satanic incarnation in human perspective itself. Most of these NPCs have very few that embodies kindness, honor, and equality, and majorly of others having dogmatic, loyalist fanatical, and viewing their creators as omnipotent and omniscient gods, in short, they are all loyal yet amoral and merciless sadists that sees humans as below them, all to fuel and make this would soon be known as The Great Tomb of Nazarick look like it's a demon lord's lair.
Wiz: But, that's for another time. Anyways, going on. Momonga spent time with his friends like their his only family, which is understandable considering his circumstances. But, soon, each member stopped playing and left, this was all due to the fact that they have issues, like jobs, their families to fed, and some were even working for black companies that made sure their work hours are literally forever, and some...were assassinated for simply stumbling upon secure information of the evil cooperation. Sooner or later, even the video game of YGGDRASIL itself was about to shut down after many years of it's on air. And Momonga arrives and invited as many Players as possible, and amongst all of them, only one showed up, and they converse with each other for a while before bidding each other farewell, saying that "let's meet again...somewhere else"
Boomstick: And with that, the game itself shut down...or IS IT?!
Wiz: Turns out, by the moment when the timer reaches it's end, Momonga soon discovers that he was transported into another world, one that is different and have no relations to YGGDRASIL at all, this place, was called, The New World.
Boomstick: But with twist, Momonga didn't simply got transported into this world as a human, he instead, was transported here as his own in-game avatar, a high level spellcasting undead! And he's not just alone, even the entirety of Nazarick along with his servants were transported alongside with him!
Black Hat Makes A Deal With Death Battle...[]
Trivia:[]
The connections that Ainz Ooal Gown and Black Hat shares is both are cunning, manipulative, and apathetic villain protagonists of their own respective shows (Overlord and Villainous.), both are leaders of a faction comprised of the majority members that are either associated to evil or darkness, with few being good in heart while upholding a sense of morals and deep respect (Nazarick and Black Hat organization.), both just so happens to use the typical tactics of saving others and asking them something else in return, which its usually them pledging their own loyalty and are devoted into serving them (For Black Hat, he usually makes them sign a contract where their souls belongs to him afterwards, and Ainz saves or helps peoples who are struggling in worst situation in exchange for their usefulness, loyalty and devotion in following him.), both have immoral and malevolent subordinates that also shares similarities with each other, with one of them being an obsessive and madly in-love demonic female servant (Albedo and Demencia), and the others are strategic, charismatic, and highly-intelligent servants that serves as their right-hand men (Demiugre and Dr. Flug.), both also support and uses the idea of experimenting on others (usually are their captures enemies) for multiple breakthroughs in their own creations, technologies, magics, and potentials.
Differences:[]
The only differences they share is Ainz tends to treat his subordinates and followers equally, while Black Hat on the other hand treats them unequally, only showing respect to peoples like himself (This was noted as he believes that no one can be equal to him in terms of being evil, and in one of the untranslated/undubbed Mexican episodes, it is further revealed that his clones even tends to treat him equally and with respect while don't treat others the same way they do with each other.)
Ainz's servants are somewhat, serious, highly-intelligent, nearly-flawless, experienced in many fields of combat, scouting, collecting information, and even going so-far to be able to contribute
