Boomstick: And today, we're pitting together two of comics book heroes who are to fast for the competition. Like A-Train, The Seven's Fastest Man on the Planet and enemy of The Boys
Wiz: And Quicksilver, Marvel's Speedy Avenger.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE
A-train follows the railroad to DEATH BATTLE[]
(*Cues: Mean Streetz*) Wiz: When some think of Vought Internationals, most people tend to think of the Million Dollar American company known for its mass productions of famous Super Heroes. Namely The Seven.
Boomstick: Not bad for a company that first started out selling crapy planes and equipment for World War II.
Wiz: Though Vought seems to hide some....devious secrets. Mostly in how corrupt the Seven actually are and the controversy surrounding their actions.
Boomstick: Enter Reggie Franklin. A guy who was a major drug addict and took multiple doses of Vought's chemical formula: Compound V. This chemical acts similar to steroids and other amplifying chemicals.
Wiz: Though Compound V has its buffs. It can amplify their strength, durability, and even decrease aging. In Reggie's case Compound V amplified his speed tremendously.
Broomstick: He wanted to be the fastest man on the planet. And he succeeded with enough doses of that Compound V. But to keep it coming, he had to keep dosing in that crap like a chemical dependency.
Wiz: You mean like you?
Broomstick: Well, only if Beer gave me superpowers. Reggie wasn't didn't just become a over dosed drugged addict or a super fast athlete. Reggie Franklin became...A-Train!
(*Cues:Deadly Dawn*)
Wiz: The abuse of Compound V however, did come at a great price. Like when he accidentally killed Hughie Campbell's love interest during his...."heroics" if you can call it that..
Hughie: ROBIN!
Boomstick: I would feel bad for A-train here considering it was an accident but... y'know he kinda joked about her death at one point and sexually assaulted a rookie making him a terrible person soo...Screw him.
Wiz: Whether he is a good person or not, Compound V boosted Reggie's speed tremendously. Not to mention also boosting his strength even further.
(cuts to Wiz & Boomstick)
Boomstick: This Compound V stuff sounds a lot like the Venom Bane uses.
Wiz: A fair comparison.
Boomstick: Maybe we should'a put him against Bane.
Wiz: Not likely. though the difference is Compound V is a lot more dangerous in comparison. When mixed with another drug, say, cocaine, it could cause some random side effects. Plus, those who are injected with the drug when they're children is the more proper procedure. Because using it on a full-grown adult is likely more to die from the drug itself
Boomstick: Yeah, I think i'm better off dosing from the green stuff.
Boomstick from the desk grabs a tube of green liquid that is seemingly venom.
Wiz: Wait, no that's an Oz formu-
Hethen immediately throws up the formula and passes out,... before turning green and having Goblin ears.
Boomstick: Heheheheh....We are what we choose to be, Wizard.
Wiz: I'll come up with a cure later

Wiz: A-Train can move at over 1000 mph in 30 minutes, caused sonic booms and even shatter concrete objects with just a push of his legs.
Boomstick: That speed and strength does come at a cost. Since he consumed so much of that drug that it gave him a severe heart condition. To the point he couldn't run at superhuman. But for the sake of the debate, we're going to use A-train's power without his heart condition.
Wiz: A-Train also has an accelerating healing factor, a high endurance tolerance and can perceive the world as if everything was standing still.
Boomstick: He's pretty strong too. One time during training, A-Train was capable of pulling....4 train cars with a broken leg. A bit too easy to make a pun out of that.
Wiz: usually train locomotives can weigh well over 220 tons. But going back to Robins death, A-Train is capable of obliterating Robin's body running through her. Although it was accidental, the energy to violently fragment a human body like Robin's is about 7.5 joules per cubic centimetre. based on Robin's own height in this shot compared to Hughie, she'd have a volume of fifty-eight thousand cubic centimetres. Making A-Train's human paste output around 440 000 newtons of force overall.
Boomstick: And he was capable of surviving not also being turned to paste so he can likely take as much as he can hit. Make sense considering he won a battle against The Seven Newcomer Starlight. Who shrugged off getting shot by a Serbu BFG-50A rifle.
Wiz: but of course, A-Train's health got progressively worse overtime more he consumed Compound V. So much so that he was eventually kicked out of The Seven due to his heart conditions not being able to keep up with his own speed.
(*Cuts to Wiz and Boomstick*)
Boomstick: If you asked me, he kinda got off easily.
Wiz: He did. But in the comics, he didn't get off as easily. In the comics, A-Train was a close ally of Homelander and was about as corrupt as he was. But his actions caught up to him in a different way. He was captured and killed by Hughie for Robin's death. The kicker was revealing the Seven only hired Starlight was to sexually assault her.
Boomstick: Damn, poor girl can't seem to catch a break can't she
Wiz: No. But the comics also revealed more of A-Train's life. Being originally apart of a team called Teenage Kix. before going them after their speedster was killed during a botched rescue during the awful event that was 9/11.
Boomstick: Ok, does Vought even care about what happens to their own super heroes?
Wiz: Evidently they don't. In a way, the supes race and The Seven are victims in their own right. They maybe terrible people but they're still people.
Boomstick: Wiz. you're making me feel sympathy for them. Stop it.

Boomstick: Whether or not the show itself will follow in the comics footsteps and kill of A-Train, till his public identity is ruined, A-Train will aways be seen as the fastest man in the world. Even if he is an arrogant tool.
A-Train: Maybe I can't turn invisible, but I am the world's fastest man. Like, I can outrun anybody or anything.
Quicksilver rushes in for a DEATH BATTLE[]
(*Cues:Nothing To Hide*)
Wiz: Before he was an Avenger, Before he was a mutant, Pietro Maximoff lived a rather unstable life. Born alongside his twin sister Wanda, Pietro and his sister were kidnapped and experimented on by Herbert Wyndham.
Boomstick: Thankfully, Wanda and Pietro came back, but the experiments done to them turned both Wanda and Pietro into mutants. A being that possesses a genetic trait called the X-gene. That develops at the worst possible time.....puberty.
Wiz: Perfect timing considering during his adolescents, Pietro discovered his unusual superhuman abilities. The main one being super speed. This allowed him to help rescue his sister from a Romani attack. And apparently, separation from their family was so traumatic that they couldn't even remember even the slightest details of their childhood.
Boomstick: That was till the twins were discovered by the magnetic mutant overlord, Magneto. Somehow making them believing he was their true father and took them under his wing in the Brotherhood of Evil. Thus on that day...Pietro became "Mister Fast-feet" himself: Quicksilver.
(Cuts to Wiz and Boomstick)
Wiz: Though Quicksilver and his sister Wanda, now known as the Scarlett Witch, didn't remain long in the Brotherhood of Evil. Eventually joining the Avengers after Magneto's defeat. But here's when things get complicated.
Boomstick: Left and right, Pietro has been switching sides of good and evil on a dime. Leaving the Avengers and briefly joining Magneto Wiz:to before he was defeated....again...
Wiz: But his last shift to the side of good started when he was healed after being almost killed by a sentinel. By the Inhuman: Crystal.
Boomstick: But that caused a love triangle cause Crystal was also in a relationship with the Fantastic 4's Human Torch. Thus battled for Crystal and Pietro merged victorious. Mr. Quick Feet more like Mr. Steelyerguerl..... Get it...cause its pronounced "Steal your girl"-
Wiz: Though Quicksilver was somewhat...neglectful of Crystal and their daughter Luna. Eventually leaving Crystal when she was in affairs with another man
Boomstick: But Pietro was controlled by Crystal's totally not evil cousin Maximus. Hanipulating Quicksilver's mind, fanning Quicksilver's anger at Crystal and his former colleagues. All's well though. Maximus manipulation-magic on Quicksilver and manage to attempt to reconcile with Crystal.
Wiz: And seemingly, it was working....uuuuuuuntil Crystal died...... Well almost. They were sent to an alternate reality and was sent back. During those years away, Pietro became the leader of Knights of Wundagore, and after Crystal returned ended his evil ways.
Boomstick: I guess you could say that this moment was predictable as...."ELEMENT-ary school".... Cause she uses elements and-
Wiz: Boomstick. You failed elementary schooled on-
Boomstick: People don't have to know that!

Wiz: As a hero, Quicksilver proved he was capable ally of The Avengers and other hero teams despite many understandable trust issues. With the X-Gene fully developed, Pietro tapped into his greatest power yet. Pure unrelenting speed.
Boomstick; But he can do more than just run fast. He can manipulate the air around him by moving at such speeds that it can make tornados, suffocating winds, and repel even gas that can turn him into a zombie.
Wiz: He can vibrate all the molecules in his body which can protect him from the heat of the vibration, or slow down the acceleration of a fall. Quicksilver's brain is capable of processing the events around him down to the picosecond. It can even process it when running at his top speed.
Boomstick: And with that speed, his punches can pack a real punch. At his strongest,he could punch and harm the Mandarin even when his shield is protecting him! And this is the same person that goes toe to toe with Ironman all the time!
WIz: Quicksilver is tough enough to survive the power of The Mandarins ring, took blows from the God of Strength Hercules, and once ran so fast that he outpaced Radio Waves. A type of electromagnetic radiation, and thus, travel the same speed as light. Meaning, Quicksilver can run well over 670 000 000 mph.
(Cuts to Wiz and Boomstick)
Boomstick: And for someone as hot headed as he is, he's got a real classical taste for music.
Wiz: What he is referring to is when Quicksilver manage to memorize Beathoven's Moonlight Sonata and play it in under a minute. Normally that song would take years of trying to perfectly replicate.
Boomstick: Oh please, it can't be that hard to play it. And that is why I took it upon myself to play Beathoven's Moonlight Sonata.
(And Boomstick is shown with a piano and plays it....horribly. Making Wiz cover his ears.)
Boomstick: HEY! THIS IS ACTUALLY KINDA FUN! WHY DIDN'T I TRY THIS SOONER!?
(And he slams down the keys again , before Wiz had enough and axed the piano to death in a rather savage matter. Till the piano was nothing more than trash)
Wiz: That......was....invigorating.
Boomstick: IIIIIIIIIIII think he lost his marbles....

Wiz: Quicksilver maybe the fastest man of his universe, but there is a reason he sometimes comes out 2nd place.
Boomstick: Pietro despite being able to posses his mind at a fast ace, often likes to run in headfirst into a fight....like, alot. It's a bad combination when his incredibly impatient attitude. And is it just me, or does he come across as a douche sometimes?
Wiz: Even if he is a little brash, reminds me of someone I know. Quicksilver is one hero you don't want come across. Whether be an Avenger, Knight of Wundugore, or a member of The Brotherhood, he is always one step ahead.
Boomstick; And whatever you do...DON'T.DO ANYTHING. TO HARM. HIS SISTER.
Quicksilver: Give Senator Kelly a message from the Brotherhood. There's no stopping the mutants! And we're coming for him next....
Fight[]
(*Cues: Avengers: Age of Ultron - The Mission*)
In a random city, in the middle of the day, a girl is seen on the edge of a construction site, dangling from one of the bars. The girl loses her footing and falls. But was soon caught and saved by Quicksilver who put her down on the sidewalk.
Quicksilver: At a risque of sound cliche, all in the days work ma'am.
The woman cups Quicksilver's hands together with big hearts in her eyes.
Girl: Oh thank you so much! I thought I was going to die there for a se-
The citizen sadly was quickly pulverized by A-Train dashes through her and turning her into a bloody paste. While coughing out a piece of her remains and wiping his glasses.
A-Train: Ugh! I swallowed a lung....
Quicksilver: Hey, pal!
The South Side of Chicago turned around and seen Quicksilver with his arms crossed as much as the cross looked on his face.
Quicksilver: There was a woman standing here right in front of me. Care to tell me what...happened to her? Maybe she ran off or....turned into red paste!?
A-Train: Uhh-
Quicksilver: Wait a second.... I've seen you before.
A-Train than started to look disbelief that Quicksilver.
A-Train: Wha-!? Fool! I'm A-Train! The-
Quicksilver: Man responsible for the deaths similar to what I just witnessed, and oh so happens to run a secret drug trafficking ? I took detours, but I was looking for you. I wanted to see what all said was true. And what i saw today pretty much confirms it. You're coming with me.
A-Train: I...I can't stop!
A-Train puts his glasses back on.
A-Train: I can't stop!
And the speedy athlete dashes off away from where the Son of Magneto was standing.
Quicksilver: Oh you think you can outrun me?
Quicksilver gets into a running man position.
Quicksilver: Good luck with that!
(*Cues: Way Past Flash - Brandon Yates*)
Quicksilver than proceeds to start running, giving chase to the speedy Athlete. Meanwhile A-Train looks behind him and sighs of relief believing he lost him.
Quicksilver: Hey.
To his surprise, A-Train saw Quicksilver nonchalantly running beside him.
A-Train: How are you-!? I'M suppose to be the fastest motherf-
Quicksilver: You need a reality check pal. I'M the fastest man alive here!
A-Train and Quicksilver race across the and up a building causing the windows to shatter. With the two trading blows as they trade blows while running.
Reggie strikes only for Pietro to dodge his attacks. Quicksilver then throws a punch as A-Train throws his own. The two clash multiple times in the highway. looking like blurs of light from far away.
Quicksilver being an aqua color, and A-Train being a more dark blue.
Both combatants budged each other to see if it will knock the other off.. Both failed, till Quicksilver kicked A-Train ahead.
The South Side of Chicago was being skipped on the road like a skipping stone and pummeled by a lightspeed barrage of punches punches, but halfway through the barrage, he blocks and regains his ground and punches Quicksilver in the face and making him go off track.
Landing face first into the sands of a beach. With A-Train runnning across the sea.
Smiling Quickislver gave chase before both literally standing on top of water and Quicksilver using his wind manipulation created a large tornado of water towards A-Train.
Reggie ran to avoid the large tornado, but than... decided to run back and the tornado seemed ineffective and sucker punched Pietro in the guit. Before going back in fourth punching Quicksilver in multiple areas. Only it made Quicksilver even more angry.
Quicksilver: Ok...now you're really starting to get on my nerves!
Thus, Pietro began to pummel A-Train with a flurry of kicks and punches. Winding up his next punch turning and uppercut Reggie in the air creating a tornado that propelled him higher.
Jumping Pietro did an air combo pf punches before axe handling A-Train down into the ocean. Charging down and shoulder tackling so hard that it briefly split the sea in two.
As the sea closed, the speedsters emerged from the sea and swinging at each other as they run. Playing dirty, Reggie gave Pietro a low blow , causing to Quicksilver to stop his momentum.
Using the opportunity, A-Train grabbed Quicksilver by the head and skid him across the sea, an island, and into some rocks that shatted when making contact with Pietro.
Before throwing him making Pietro fly for miles, screaming all the way, till he reached back into North America.
Seeing A-Train charge at him and bulldoze right through him causing him to launch into the air. and landed down with blood splattering as he lands. He survives, to A-Train's surprise.
A-Train: You're tough guy. But I think it's clear here that I'M the fastest man here. You are nothing but a damn fool, man.
And he runs off. Angrily clenching his bloody fist, gets up and slowly starts running.
Quicksilver: No, I can't die... Wanda...needs me....I.....
Quicksilver runs faster and faster despite his injuries. Accelerating so fast that blue lightning began to trail him
Quicksilver: I must go.....FASTER!
The acceleration was turned to a halt when he suddenly vanishes in a blinding flash.
What Pietro didn't realize was that he was running so fast, that he began to go back in time. Appearing through the city again, He saw A-Train was about to bulldoze through Robin again.
Using his accelerating momentum, Pietro knocked Robin into Hughie in slow motion, getting them out of the way and as he charges towards A-Train.
He pulls one last shout before delivering a powerful punch that tears Reggie's head open. Running through him causing his body to turn into a bloody paste with the exception of his legs.
Robin and Hughie got up and saw Quicksilver removing a large intestine hanging from his shoulder.
Quicksilver: That.....is why I'm the fastest one here.

Boomstick: Sooo, did we just cause a time paradox or something?
Wiz: This battle was somewhat interesting, though it came to clear cut result. While A-Train in his own right is really fast, Quicksilver is just MUCH faster.
Boomstick: So much, actually. A-Train's highest clocked speed in the show was 371 m/s and in the comics could even reach mach 3 speeds. Quicksilver on the other hand has ran as fast as light. About Mach 873226. Over 290 thousand times faster than A-Train's fastest recorded speed in the comics.
Wiz: It's likely his speed can be faster than that. Recall how we said that Quicksilver can process the world around him down to the picoseconds. By simply putting the size of his head and him processing what is happening the sky, we can determine that Pietro can process speeds of over 138.76 times the speed of light. Several times faster than the average processing time than a human.
Boomstick: Allowing Pietro to process fast enough that he can see Reggie's attacks coming. But Wiz, A-Train dodged Starlight's attacks. Wouldn't that make him FTL too?
Wiz: On the contrary, no. Starlight's well "Light" doesn't appear as natural light itself. Rather plasma beams that emit light. Even if they were lightspeed it be a huge outlier since a weaker version of A-Train dodged something that was faster than his comic counterpart's fastest speed record.
Boomstick: Plus, Quicksilver's wind manipulation and molecular vibration give him a wider versatility and better ways of controlling the battlefield that A-Train had no way of countering. A-Train's abilities surprisingly were not very versatile to begin with.
Wiz: True. In comparison, Pietro's work with the Avengers, Brotherhood of Evil and training with the likes of Captain America gave him in edge of overall experience in hero works and combat. And yeas, A-Train is capable of turning people to paste, it couldn't exactly do much when Quicksilver took blows from the like of Hercules. Who's arm wrestle with Thor caused the entire planet to be knocked out of orbit. We don't even need to calc that since just from saying that out loud puts Quicksilver's durability above A-Train's.
Boomstick: And probably couldn't take many hits when he managed to hurt Mandarin even with his shield up. Who took on Iron Man multiple occasions. The same one who destroyed a rock the size of Manhattan. We covered this, and it had a blast worthy of 280 teratons of tnt.
(*Cuts to Wiz and Boomstick*)
Wiz: A-Train maybe a devious hero with very quick speeds, in contrast, Quicksilver was just faster, stronger, tougher, and much more experienced in the hero work. The more you think about it, Reggie need Compound V to stay fast. But Pietro was fast because it was in his DNA.
Boomstick: A-Train chances were gone very "Quick"-ly and took "Silver" instead of gold.
Wiz: The winner is Quicksilver

- The connections between A-Train and Quicksilver is that they are Blue clad Speedsters that are the fastest characters in their respected worlds, and members of famous superhero teams (The Seven and The Avengers). Both are considered to be heroes in their respected universe but are also known to be somewhat antagonistic (With some iterations of Quicksilver being a villain and A-Train has been known to be one of the more corrupted heroes of The Seven. Both in comics and in the show). While also obtaining their powers through scientific alterations (With Reggie taking Compound V and Pietro having his DNA mutated as a baby).
- Ironically, A-train is a parody/based off of Quicksilver And The Flash.
- The latter of which defeated Quicksilver in an official DEATH BATTLE.
- Both will feature feats from both the comics and live-action counterparts (MCU for Quick Silver and the Amazon series for A-train).
