History[]
Myth: In a popular town named Winterhaven. An electrician named Volter was trying to repair the power line as it had snapped loose during a snowstorm. A small explosion occurred while Volter was working and his body was never found. Now he roams Winterhaven, scaring all of its citizens and turning the once thriving area into a ghost town.
Reality: 10,000 Volt Ghost was actually revealed to be Volter. He never actually died and was working under the town's mayor, who was trying to exploit the land for more than what it was worth.
Movie: The 10,000 Volt Ghost returned this time as a real ghost. He was serving under the Evil Masked Figure, who was out for revenge against Mystery Incorporated.

The 10,000 Volt Ghost was a giant orange ghost with stray bolts of blue, made of sparking electricity that ranked up to, of course, 10,000 volts. The 10,000 Volt Ghost is a pear-shaped, orange electrical mass with two arms and two legs. Yellow sparks surround the edges of its body.
Abilities and Powers[]
- Electricity manipulation: Has the power to manipulate electrical circuitry and wires with just a touch. He can also fire massive bolts of electrical energy from his hands by using the electricity harvested in his own body.
- Electrical travel: Able to instantly transport himself to almost anywhere where electric circuitry exists, such as something as simple as a light switch.
- Powerful electrical field around him that he could regulate.
- Could melt metal at will, while also being capable of touching metal objects without melting or damaging them.
- Can fire lightning bolts.
- Can thunder stomp the environment.
