I want to do the Death Battle Kitman vs Mumen Rider but there's already one and its been abandon and up for adoption. I wanna know who I should talk to for permission in making it and where we should chat or something

I seen even internet horror ones like Doomsday vs 682 and Sonic.EXE vs RED get popular but there is one mu I am trying to make become popular for either character while it does involve internet horror.

I seen some matchups here become trends too but for this one I want it to become a well known mu for either character but I don't want it to become an official Death Battle (For obvious reasons).
