Connections:
-They’re the sons of important figures in their story who ultimately fail to achieve their goals, and are left behind to accomplish them instead. (Grisha Yeager and Paul Atreides)
-They both share the same name as someone important to their respective fathers. (Eren Kruger and Leto Atreides)
-They both transform themselves into terrifying, nightmarish creatures related to other types of worms to accomplish their goals and unite people against them.
-They both have the power of foresight that they were only able to use after seeing the memories of their fathers. This power causes them to suffer and lose the freedom to experience love.
-They both have their own “paths” that help them to see a better future. (The Eldian’s Paths and the Golden Path that Leto II dreams of).
-At the end of their respective stories, they are killed by the people close to them, as apart of their plan.
I came up with this MU when I saw lots of Eren VS Paul matchup thumbnails going around, and I wondered if Leto II would be a better matchup for Eren, due to his monstrous form and their similar goals.
