Jason is canonically dead as a zombie. He can die and rest for real. Friday's canon is only part 1-Jason Takes Manhattan.
Though it's still sad knowing this fact.
I don't think Jason Goes to Hell, Jason X and FVJ are canon because it doesn't have the "Friday The 13th" (yes you can debunk this)
