For my top 3 are

1: Beerus

2: Wolfrun: he's a Planet Buster possible stronger than Star and can drain energy via Negative Energy to increase his strength thanks to Bad End Alternate Reality.

3: Star Butterfly: she can keep up with him as long as she doesn't get hit because most of her physical fights were not as impressive as Wolf's. Judging between her and Cure Happy, its safe to say that he can one shot her in Physical attacks. Star can survive Magical Battles, Not Physical. Hell, Everyone thought Steve would win due to his Physical Strength.
