These are both regular humans, using just gadgets.
I would say that Incineroar takes this, just because the PokeDex entries are ridiculously OP. Also, his moveset in the games is really solid.
Plus, Mortal Kombat characters scale pretty low, when you see that they are beaten by average humans.
Incineroar, because I love Nintendo and he is just more powerful.
Epic gamer character. Relateable. Seems like she would be the cool cousin. Meta Runner is a good show, too. 8.5/10
