Dash by a longshot. She can move beyond time itself, something I know the Powerpuff Girls never come close to in any media.

A solid 9. Both renders match well, and as far as I can tell match both characters stylization, as well as the effects we see in the background matching the two from what I know without being too overcomplicated.

Outside of Starlight because she negs.

4/10. Neither renders match, the background is boring and doesn't work with Dante, and Dante is zoomed out.

5/10 Same issues as before, though the background is better. Neither renders match, Henry(?) is too high whilst Vergil is leaning too far to the left.

Favorite: Starlight Glimmer and Silver are tied here, tbh.

Least Favorite: Cable, for obvious reasons.

7/10. I enjoy the fourth wall breaking, but I don't think the renders look too good together, and it's blatantly just both of the backgrounds of the source material with no changes.

6/10. Kirby's render is oddly drawn, and barely matches Goku's, plus the background is simply from the source material, which takes it down a bit more.

Tracer does not get up to FTL nor MCB. Scout, on the other hand, is consistently FTL and CB.

Scout easily wins here. Far superior speed, stats, arsenal, and range, with Tracer having absolutely no way to harm Scout let alone negate anything he has.
